Taking place after the events of Saint Seiya Omega: Ryusei and Saint Seiya Omega The Movie- Rise of Jupiter before the Exceed arc. For Sonic's part, this takes place after the events of Forces. Saint Seiya Omega Featuring Sonic the Hedgehog: Cosmo Speed Factor!
Chapter 1: Mashed Mayhem!
0n an alternative universe; the rotund and sometimes egotistical human scientist Dr. Robotnik or commonly known as Dr. Eggman was working on a very impressive plan to finally take down the entire world without any interruptions from a certain blue hedgehog who would always foiled his plans.
"Yes! Yes! This is absolute genius!" Dr. Eggman snickered.
Eggman began to gaze upon a gigantic blueprint.
Eggman immediately laughed to himself afterwards.
Eggman's minions; Orbot and Cubot began to look upon their creator with great worry.
"Is the Doctor alright?" Orbot asked.
A twitch came onto Cubot.
"I supposed. We can talk about it trough tea and cookies." Cubot replied, speaking in an English accent.
Orbot then sighed afterwards.
"Seems we have another malfunction with your system, Cubot." Orbot stated.
Eggman then restrained himself.
"I'm more than fine! This gigantic combustion is the perfect definition for world dominance! Not even that annoying hedgehog could stop it." Dr. Eggman explained.
Then, an alarm had commenced.
Breaking the sound barrier.
"You just jinxed the 'h' word, sir. Sonic is on his way alongside Tails.
Eggman became rather shocked. Seeing the blue blur himself, Sonic the Hedgehog and his best friend; Miles 'Tails' Prower, heading his direction.
An explosion emerged though the hard drive system of Eggman's ship.
Sonic and Tails had arrived on the scene.
"Curse you, Sonic!" Dr. Eggman barked.
Sonic immediately taunt Eggman.
"Those robots were so yesterday, Eggman. I could thrash them all day if I wanted to." Sonic commented.
Sonic then turned to Tails.
"How many seconds was that, Tails old buddy?" Sonic asked.
Tails then checked onto the diagram within the Tornado.
"About five seconds. And a perfect one at that, Sonic." Tails replied.
Sonic and Tails then immediately fist-bumped each other.
"And that's how it done!" Sonic declared.
Dr. Eggman became rather frustrated with his arch-nemesis's childish antics.
Dr. Eggman then laughed manically.
"Well, feast on your eyes on this!" Eggman hollered.
Sonic and Tails then glared at the gigantic robot.
"What? Another robot?" Sonic asked.
Eggman became rather proud with himself.
"On the contrary, my dear Sonic. This is the Combustoid 5000. It can rip apart many dimensions." Dr. Eggman explained.
Sonic then yawned, not caring at all.
"Is this going to take long? I have to stop your plans like usual by the way." Sonic commented.
Eggman then twirled onto his moustache.
"Oh, but you haven't heard the best part. Powers of a god." Dr. Eggman finished.
Sonic's ears began to twitch a bit.
"Now that's something to laugh about. Gods don't exist, Eggman. And even if they did, it's make-belief." Sonic commented.
Tails then tapped onto Sonic's shoulder.
"What about Thor? God? Jesus? Chip?" Tails asked.
Sonic remained rather proud.
"Real folk. Chip was a very good friend of us that asked us to help him fight against Dark Gaia. But the rest are major fakers." Sonic replied.
Then, a sudden strung on quietness had emerged.
"Oh, you think the rest of the Gods are fakers?" A voice asked.
The figure then revealed himself as Prince Venus the Fourth.
"Then, you haven't met me." Venus lamented.
Sonic and Tails were quite surprised to see Venus.
"Who are you, slicker?" Sonic asked.
Eggman began to manically laugh.
"This is my new partner-in-crime, Venus. A male Venus. He's from another world." Eggman replied, introducing Venus to Sonic and Tails.
Tails began to ponder a bit.
"Another world? That is not our own?" Tails asked.
Venus then peevishly smirked.
"Got that right, Fox boy." Venus replied.
Tails became rather ticked off.
"I'm sorry. Fox boy?" Tails asked.
Eggman then laughed.
"Look on how mad little Tails is!" Eggman barked.
Venus then flocked his hair.
"The Doctor offered a good offer that I couldn't resist. In helping out in forming this hunk of junk." Venus commented, tapping onto the Combustoid 5000.
Sonic then stretched himself.
"Well, if you're involved with Baldy McNosehair…that would be a whole of trouble for us." Sonic explained.
Sonic began rather pumped up.
"Care to take me on?" Sonic asked.
Venus then smirked.
"Quite the cocky little animal that you are. However, I am one that shouldn't be overestimated." Venus assured.
Sonic then performed a spin dash on Venus.
However, Venus had stopped Sonic in his tracks.
Sonic became rather shocked that someone was able to stop his movements.
"That's impossible!" Sonic stated.
Venus then summoned his powerful weapon, the Giga-Kami.
"Then try this for size." Venus commented.
Venus slashed Sonic with his Giga-Kami.
Sonic had hit his back in the process.
"Sonic!" Tails hollered.
Sonic then slightly laughed.
"You're no pushover after all." Sonic commented.
Venus walked towards Sonic.
"You remind me of someone in my world. Someone I really hate oh so much." Venus explained.
Tails then instantly used his invention, the Energy Ball to strike at Venus.
"Don't you dare come near Sonic, you creep!" Tails ordered.
Venus then smiled to himself.
"Never knew the two of you shared a very close bond. It sickens me, really." Venus commented.
Venus then used his Giga-Kami to lift up Sonic's head.
"Now hand over those emeralds that the Doctor mentioned." Venus challenged.
Eggman instantly smiled to himself. Waiting for this moment for a very long time.
Then, a wormhole instantly appeared.
"A wormhole? Where does it lead to?" Tails asked.
Sonic then summoned the Chaos Emeralds as he threw them into the wormhole.
"You're going to do a whole lot than persuading me to hand over the Chaos Emeralds, Ginger Hazard." Sonic explained.
Venus then gritted his teeth then smiled.
"Fine. If that's how you want to play, blue talking rat." Venus lamented.
Sonic definitely hated being called a rat.
A stoke of wind emerges afterwards.
"What kind of trickery you're playing at?!" Sonic questioned.
Eggman along with his minions began to scream in horror.
"You just can't give us a break, Eggface!" Sonic explained.
Sonic and Tails then noticed the white light.
Sonic then glared at Venus.
"Is he causing this?" Sonic thought.
Sonic and Tails alongside their world and friends were caught in the crossfire.
The light was too intense that Sonic had managed to see Tails trapped in the wormhole.
"T-Tails!" Sonic hollered.
Tails could feel himself slipping away. Tails then proceeded in reaching his hand towards Sonic.
"Sonic! Please help, Sonic!" Tails pleaded.
Sonic became rather shocked.
"Hang on, buddy! I'll get you out of there!" Sonic declared.
Sonic immediately went to help out his friend.
"Let's speed things up a bit." Venus commented.
Venus then jabbed Sonic towards the wormhole.
As Sonic and Tails were thrust into a void of unknown territory.
The wormhole then closed.
Eggman then laughed hysterically.
"You don't know how long I wanted to see that for a very long time!" Eggman beamed.
Venus remained quiet.
"But sir, that giant robot is a waste now." Orbot explained.
Venus remained quiet.
"Those emeralds. What kind of power do they have?" Venus asked.
Eggman then snickered.
"Beyond your own imagination." Eggman replied.
Venus then greatly smiled.
"Then, I'll be the one to attain them. I want to provoke my enemy with this source." Venus explained.
Eggman then laughed.
"I really like your style." Eggman admitted.
Cubot began to shiver.
"I am not too sure." Cubot stated.
Then, a mysterious shadow had appeared in front of Eggman, Venus and Eggman's minions.
"I think I could be of service." The shadow affirmed.
Eggman and Venus became rather curious.
"And who exactly are you? And how did you get in here?" Eggman asked.
Eggman then pondered.
"Come to think of it, I've never your type of face before." Eggman conceded.
Venus nodded his head.
"You're right, Doctor. This is my first time as well." Venus admitted.
The shadow then grinned.
"I am Eclipse." Eclipse replied, introducing himself to Eggman and Venus.
Eclipse then dropped several diamonds. Seven to be exact.
"They're called Shattered Diamonds." Eclipse stated.
Eggman then gazed at the Shattered Diamonds.
"It's like looking at a mirror! Ohhoho!" Eggman hollered.
Eclipse then observed the Combustoid 5000.
"That thing could rip through many dimensions?" Eclipse asked.
A deadly grin then emerged onto Eclipse's posture.
Elsewhere, in another world, Kido Saori, known as Athena; had felt a trance.
"This is not possible." Saori stated.
One of the Gold Saints, Sagittarius Seiya; approached Saori afterwards. Alongside his friends and fellow Gold Saints.
"What's wrong, Saori-san?" Seiya asked.
Saori had a rather tension outlook on her face.
"Venus. He has returned." Saori declared.
This news heavily horrified Seiya and the others.
"So much for the young Saints' retreat vacation to Canada." Taurus Harbinger, the current pope stated.
The others hastily agreed with Harbinger.
"At least they have Kouga and Aria with them. They are initially the young Saints as well as our moral compass for a clearer tomorrow." Aries Kiki explained.
Saori then looked up with great worry.
"I fear that a greater danger other than Venus might be heading our way." Saori explained.
Speaking of Pegasus Kouga and his twin sister; Aria; the new Athena-in-training who will succeed Saori; they and their friends were on their break from any sorts of fighting evil on a regular basis. In the far corners of Canada. At the Peace River Country to be exact.
Accompanied by their younger friends; Raki and Selene.
"This is nice! We needed this after the many battles that we had!" Lionet Souma hollered.
Vulpecula Emma agreed with Souma.
"You're definitely right, Souma-san. We really deserved this break." Emma commented.
Apus Sachi then smiled, being able to share this moment with her friends.
"It's a good thing that you all have been practicing your foreignism because you're going to love what my home continent has to offer!" Sachi declared.
Dragon Ryuho simply smiled at Sachi.
"It was really nice of you to suggest this, Sachi-san." Ryuho stated.
Sachi simply blushed at Ryuho.
"Glad you were open to it, Ryuho-kun." Sachi commented.
Raki then immediately searched for her camera from within her backpack.
Selene began to watch on.
"What are you up to, Raki?" Selene asked, with a smile on her face.
Raki simply grinned.
"I want to catch a single moment of this and show all of them to Kiki-sama!" Raki replied.
Orion Eden then reached for Aria's hand. Aria instantly returned the gesture.
"I can't wait to spend every moment with everyone." Aria stated.
Eden and Aria warmly smiled at one another.
"Yeah. I do as well, Aria." Eden declared.
Wolf Haruto began to fidget onto his glasses.
"We should be alright here." Haruto stated.
Aquila Yuna then lovingly held onto Kouga's arm.
"The destination is the limit, right, Kouga?" Yuna asked.
Kouga then smirked.
"You could say that, Yuna." Kouga replied.
Kouga and Yuna romantically smiled at one other as they kissed each other on the lips.
Aria became rather happy that her brother had found someone to love like Yuna.
Then, Kouga noticed a bright light in the far corners of the lake.
"Did you guys see that?" Kouga asked.
Kouga's friends became rather confused.
"See what, Kouga?" Souma asked.
Kouga couldn't shake off this feeling as he dashed off in a hurry.
Yuna then reached out to Kouga, but, to no avail.
"Wait, Kouga!" Yuna hollered.
Aria became rather worried for her brother's safety.
"Kouga." Aria said.
Souma then scratched his head in disbelief.
"Idiot's gotten in trouble again." Souma commented.
Yuna wasn't in the vote yet.
"Let's go see on what caught Kouga's attention." Yuna counterpointed.
Eden and Aria immediately agreed with Yuna.
Therefore, Yuna and the others went to followed Kouga.
Sonic and Tails were still falling from within the wormhole.
"It feels like we've been falling for hours." Sonic admitted.
Tails then nodded in agreement.
"I see an exit." Tails stated.
Tails began to squint his eyes.
"Something is coming out from the exit though." Tails explained.
Sonic immediately squinted his eyes as well.
Kouga began to slowly squint his eyes.
"What the hell…?" Kouga asked.
Kouga then saw a large opening from the sky.
Kouga became rather frightened.
Sonic and Kouga's heads instantly clashed into one another.
Both Kouga and Sonic were knocked out.
Kouga's friends then arrived on the scene.
"Kouga!" Yuna hollered.
Raki then clicked onto her camera.
"So cool! A blue hedgehog with running shoes! That is something you don't see every day!" Raki chirped.
Tails then emerged from the wormhole as it closes.
"Sonic!" Tails hollered.
Tails became rather surprised upon seeing the group of humans.
"A-A flying fox!" Emma exclaimed.
Then, the Bronze Saints immediately felt something rumbling from under the soil grass.
It was Knuckles the Echidna; protector of Angel Island's Master Emerald and friend of Sonic and Tails.
The rest of the Bronze Saints were caught in the hole made by Knuckles.
Aria, Raki and Selene became rather worried for their friends.
"Are you alright, everyone?" Aria asked.
Aria then reached for Eden's hand.
Eden immediately accepted Aria's gesture.
"Somehow." Eden replied.
Knuckles became rather frustrated.
"The first thing I was protecting the Master Emerald; now, the next thing that I knew is that I am stuck in this unfamiliar place." Knuckles explained.
Knuckles then noticed Tails.
"Finally I recognized someone! Sup, Tails!" Knuckles hollered.
Tails immediately waved to Knuckles.
"Knuckles! You're here too!" Tails chirped.
Then, Tails began to had a dead struck reaction.
"Shoot! I almost forgot about Sonic!" Tails hollered.
Tails immediately went to check on Sonic.
Knuckles began to see if Sonic still had any pulse remaining.
Eden began to offer Yuna his hand as she immediately rushed to Kouga's side.
"Got to admit, this is one weird day that we have by far." Souma lamented.
The other Bronze Saints nodded in agreement.
Raki then clicked onto her camera. Snapping a photo of Tails and Knuckles.
"Bright light! It burns!" Tails hollered.
