Dancing, the earliest form of storytelling. They'd even used dancing to cure the ill and the weak.
It is Spring 2005 and 18 contestants will spend the next three months dancing in the moonlight. They'll compete against each other and be judged by the judges. Every few weeks, our judges will decide who will get sent down The Long and Winding Road. In the end, only one will with 10,000 dollars. To survive they'll battle and each other.

Alianna Bureau(The Anybody)- 33-year-old Alianna is an improv actress from Toronto. She started her days at the local comedy club, 'The Squeek' famous for the squeaks in the jingle. After the accidental breaking of her late grandma's ukulele, she decided to get a new one similar to it to replace the one she broke. So she decided to go on LADUWS for replacement money.
Canaan Noyer (The Radioman)- Cannan is CB-Rad's hottest 28-year-old radio DJ. He's been on the cover of DailyDose Magazine numerous times. One day, he met up with radio legend, 'Kylen Gagneux' who would want a report on dancing. So, Cannan decided to go on LADUWS to impress him.
Kadence Clement (The Blushing Bride)- Kadence is a 29-year-old wedding gown designer from Vancouver, Canada. She started off as a fashion major at Stanford University in America. However, she found out that Canadians loved her design more than the Californian fashion companies who rejected her outfits. Three years after she first started working at Crimsonpoint Fashion Company, she established a fundraiser to give nice clothes to the poor called, 'Sanctuary of No Tailors'. Being on LADUWS, will giver her the money for the charity.
Xzavier Poulin (The Brother)- Xzavier is a 36-year-old from college football coach from Ottawa. Before that he was a famous frat boy from Bonheur University. Over the last 14 years, his frat, 'Alpha Rho Lambda' is having their 100th anniversary that same year. To make sure they have a wonderful 100th anniversary, he decided to go onto the show and show them the meanings of an ARL Dancer.
Bexley Fosse (The Blues Star) Bexley is not your average 34-year-old saxophone player from Niagra Falls, she was born blind. In her early days at The Royal Conservatory, she was teased for being blind, but stand strong. Happily married and a mother, she decided to give her kids music lessons. So she decided to go on LADUWS to get the money for it.
Jacoby, 'JB' Bret (The Piper)- JB Bret is a 23-year-old classical flutist in the Calgary. He is fresh out of college and has a bright future in the Calgary Classical Crew. During the one year of his ride to stardom, he saw that a cellist quit because of a job opening in Vancouver. Thinking that there might be a musician on LADUWS, JB decided to join to find a replacement cellist.
August Blanc (The Dance Machine)- August is the 22-year-old leader of the dance troupe, 'The Game Ons' from Toronto. In the summer, she is a councilor for the dance camp known as, 'Camp Aquamarine'. One day, her old dance mentor and councilor retires and wants her to take his place next year. In order to promote Camp Aquamarine, she decided to go on LADUWS to promote both the camp and the dance troupe.
Benjamin 'Bjorn' Page(The Baker)- He is a 25-year-old British baker who moved from London, England to London, Ontario run his late grandfather's bakery 'The Dreaming Chimney'. It was there he met the girl his grandfather babysat, 'Nataly' who works there as a clerk. It was there they took an interest in dancing together. Since they were so much in love, Bjorn plans for their future by competing on LADUWS.

Jazlynn Garcon and Kace Roche(The Role Model)- 29-year-old Jazlynn and 30-year-old Kace are councilors at Annie Taylor Middle School in Winnipeg. Recently, the school's soccer team is planning to go to the Fifa World Cup in Germany next year. Jazlynn was once a contemporary dancer at the middle school near ATMS, which she's also an alumni at. It was there that during her class reunion, she met Kace, a former tap dancer now councilor. During winter break, the principal informed them about LADUWS offering prize money, they decided to join to help the soccer team.
Promise Leroy and Blaze Zima(The Party Goers)- Promise and Blaze are a 30-year-old couple that run the Promising Blaze Party Planners Program in Hamilton. They both met during high school on the same dance team. At one performance, the leading female dancer and Blaze's previous partner broke her leg while roller-skating to school. Determined to keep the show going, Promise decided to dance with Blaze. It was there that they won first place at the JR. Hamilton Dance Contest. Ever since then, they've been an inseparable team. One day while coming home from a kids' birthday party they planned, they saw a commercial about Let's All Dance Until We're Sick coming to Canada and they decided to join in.
Ayleen and Leighton Nardi-Naggia(The Charmers)- 25-year-old Ayleen and 27-year-old Leighton are siblings from Victoria. When they were little, their father use to teach them everything about dancing. Sadly, he died in a terrible car crash while returning from Vancouver. Without any other option, they become dancers for their mother's séance groups and fortune telling business. One day, their mother met a strict man who hated dancing. They didn't like him, but their mother married him anyway. Annoyed, they decided to show their new step-dad the wonders of dancing by joining LADUWS.
Heavenly Masson-Babin and Forest 'Echeverria' Babin (The Dog Lovers)- Heavenly and Eccheverria run the Paws 'n Claws Dog Sanctuary in Alberta. Echverria was a 36-year-old Spanish-French hombre from Madrid who mastered the arts of flamenco and salsa. During his temporary stay in Alberta, it was there he fell in love with widowed Heavenly Masson, who gave up on dancing after her husband died tragically on the line of duty. Hoping to give her love for dancing back, Echeverria decided to go onto LADUWS.
Marleigh Dennel and Kenzo Martel(The Fiances)- Marleigh and Kezon are a managers of the Wash and Wag Dance Center in Niagra Falls. 19-year-ol Marleigh met 20-year-old Kezon when they were in kindergarten. During the first dance lesson, they heard Puppy Love on the radio, it was that song that made Marleigh and Kenzo fall for each other. Thirteen Years Later on the 30th anniversary of Wash and Wag's grand opening, Kenzo proposed to Marleigh and are now planning for their wedding. So, they decided to get the money while being on LADUWS.
Annabel Monette and Konnor Voclain(The Housemates)- Annabel is a 25-year-old contemporary dance teacher while Konnor folk song performer is a 26-year-old whom both live in the The Silent Pillar apartment building in London, Ontario. Out of all the apartments in the building, they were the only ones who were really loud. Recently, the manager of the apartment had enough of their loud behavior. Hoping to find another place to work on their loud behavior, they decided to go onto LADUWS.
Joselyn and Ulises Thayer(The Gardeners)- 35-year-old Joselyn and 36-year-old Ulises run their own gardening company in St. John. They have three kids who often help them with the gardening duties. When they met in college, they took samba dancing lessons. During their college reunion, their old professor suggested that they should go on LADUWS to relieve their early days.
Tinley Kazama and Imran Worthwright(The Webmasters)- 29-year-olds Tinley and Imran are web designers from Ottowa They've designed Canadian websites for Rainbow Monkeys, Robot Rebel Ranch, and Night of Terror. One day, Imran was coming home when his American wheelchair bounded wife showed him reruns of the American LADUWS featuring The Backstreet Boys. Inspired by The Boys works, he and Tinley decided to compete on LADUWS.
