Journeying back from today's proceedings, Aaron and his friend make their way back to their respective households to call it a day, paying no attention to the construction they passed by. Jared turns to his friend and asks, "So.. you're not a big fan of prosthetics because of your strength?" Aaron looks, processing the question and responding:

"Kind of. I think of prosthetics as nothing more than a crutch. There's those who need it and those who pretend to need it. As you can see, I don't need it."

"How did you get like that? You must've been working out since you were a baby to be that strong." Aaron found the thought amusing but looked at his open palm and replied, "Well, to be honest: I've always been like this. I mean, sure, I worked out, but I was already leagues above everyone else. You know this, remember Gym Class?" Jared nods his head as they absorb their thoughts.

They soon arrive in front of Aaron's household, they turn towards one another and give each other a handshake before pulling one another into a hug. They separate and wave each other goodbye as Aaron walks up to his front door.

His household was an older style house that had been slightly upgraded over the years. The teen grabs his door knob which appears different in comparison to normal handles. Upon doing so, the lock undoes itself, allowing the teen to enter his household. Aaron mumbles to himself, "gotta admit, technology isn't all bad."

The sound of the door closing caught the attention of his mother who was inside. She calls out to the teen as she emerges from the kitchen, peeking her head out to see her son wave. Her face lit up with joy as she hides away once more, walking out of the kitchen as she removes her cooking apron.

Serena Barsony, formerly Serena Ferris, is a beautiful woman with long, honey blonde hair which is tied in a ponytail. Large blue eyes that contrast her hair, along with a mahogany-colored sweater and a black skirt going down to her knees.

Without any prior warning, she embraces her son, bringing him as close as possible as she says, "I missed you." Aaron felt embarrassed by the affection but managed to say, "Mom, I was gone for like three hours."

"I know, but it gets lonely in the house without you, especially without your father around." Aaron furrows his brows upon hearing this and asks: "mom, please don't mention him around me." Serena's cheerful expression faded as she caressed her son's hair, calmly saying, "I'm sorry."

The mother attempted to break the tension by changing subjects, asking her son: "enough about me, what about your date? How was it?"

Aaron separated himself from his mother's embrace and a grin formed on his face as he declared, "It went splendidly, I hit a jackpot with this one!"

Serena smiles, saying, "I'm so happy for you. Let's talk in the kitchen, dinner's ready." They grabbed their respective plates and sat across from one another at their kitchen table. "So tell me about this girl, was she nice?"

Aaron puts his hands on his hips, complimenting the woman, "She's amazing, she's so well-mannered and kind. She's my type for sure."

"Really, what does she look like?" Aaron pulls out his mobile device in response, surfing through his phone until he acquires a picture of Olivia and displays it for his mother to see. Serena raises her eyebrows in response, "My, she's gorgeous. You really are lucky. It took me a long time to get my first boyfriend."

Aaron arrogantly remarks, "I guess I'm just a master." Serena giggled, taking notice of the fact that her son was a lot different than her husband. As they ate their food, Aaron informs his mother, "Something came up so I'm meeting up with her again in a little bit."

Serena was surprised by this and asked, "really, what happened?" Aaron chokes up on his food, taking a minute to find an excuse which serves him best as he answers, "just a minor inconvenience at the cafe we went to. Nothing else."

Serena exhaled, relieved that it was a small issue and said to her son, "That's a relief." Before it could get quiet, Serena decided to turn on the radio as they ate, hoping to hear anything of interest. They caught the new anchor in the middle of a report as she was explaining, "-Police are unable to identify the origin of the mysterious mech. Eye witness says the machine emerged from a nearby building and reached inside the nearby cafe to grab a young man. Fortunately, no one was hurt and the police were able to detain the culprit who happened to be Erick Stewman, a factory worker for Snyder Corporation. We have Officer Andres on call right now who has some information regarding this event."

Serena raised her eyebrow upon hearing his name, the two of them having known each other for years now. Andres cleared his throat and stated, "We have in custody right now and have him under questioning. We haven't discerned the motive just yet but the fact he is a factory worker for the Snyder Corporation is concerning, it makes you wonder how he got a hold of such technology."

"You are right, considering Snyder Corporation is one of the- if not, the biggest technology-based businesses to-date, this can harm their reputation depending on how things go." Aaron, upon hearing this, shrugs his shoulders as he resumes his meal. Serena looks worried, expressing her concern, "I hope the young man's okay after that, must've been scary." Aaron taunts:

"I'm sure he's fine, probably eating dinner right now."

"Perhaps."

"But still, the thought of a factory worker getting ahold of a military-grade mech is strange. There's just no way for that to happen unless he was working with someone." Aaron knew his mother was getting increasingly worried and he felt the need to speak out loud, "Mom, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, the police have it under control so we're good." Serena nods, turning off the radio realizing it was a bad idea because it tainted the mood. The mother turns towards her son and begs, "When you go out in a little bit, please be careful, you don't know what you'll come across."

Aaron closes his eyes, replying in a dismissive tone, "Yeah yeah, I'll be fine mom. If I get in trouble, I'll just call the police." Serena smiles, thanking the boy as they finish their meal in silence.

Several hours pass and it's about time for Aaron to head out to meet up with Olivia. He's sitting on his living room couch, mindlessly playing on his phone games until he receives a text message from Olivia. He opens it up and it reads: "I'm ready, I'll be waiting for you by Prism Tower. Don't keep me waiting, okay?" Aaron smirks, quick to type back, "Don't worry, I'll be there before you know it." The teen hops off the couch, whipping his head towards the window to look outside to notice the weather has significantly changed. It was dark and gloomy, grey clouds covering the sky which reminded him of rain clouds. This upset him as he groaned to himself, "Come on, grey clouds on a day like this? I swear, Mother Nature hates me sometimes."

He gathers his belongings and takes a Umbrella for safety measures as he raises his voice for his mother to hear and announces, "I'll be heading out now!" Serena answers back, "Okay dear, don't be too long!"

"Okay!"

The teen began his stroll through the city, it was dark enough for the street lights to turn on and illuminate the area. What he found surprising and rather eerie was the lack of cars and pedestrians this time around, there weren't as many as he thought there would be. Then again, he doesn't go out in the dark that often so he wouldn't know other people's daily schedules. It wasn't until mid-way through his walk through the city when he felt his first raindrop strike his nose. He looks up only to be met with another. Soon, the pace of the drops sped up significantly as the rain intensified. Aaron cursed to himself, knowing this was going to happen but hates the fact that it did anyways. Opening up his umbrella in response and protecting himself with it as he hurries through the rain, wanting to get inside as soon as possible.

Back at the Barsony household, Serena is by herself in her bedroom, it was a simple room with a closet and drawers. On top of the drawers are old family photos placed in special frames that stand tall. The woman lay upon her queen-size bed covered with a bright print blanket. Disregarding the blanket, she lay atop of the bed, completely exhausted from a day's full of hard work. Being the only parent in the house took a toll on her and she loves to remain in isolation at times to let the stress seep away. She looks beside her, there was so much room on the bed, it's meant for another person as well but it's just her, by herself.

Before she can lament any further on her current predicament, she hears her doorbell sound. With no hesitation at all, she gets up and heads straight to the door. She announces her arrival upon reaching the door and opening it to be greeted to a surprise.

Officer Andres stood at the door, no longer in his police attire and wearing a standard black jacket with jeans. Serena was happy to see an old friend and said, "Andres, long time no see."

Andres forms a small smile and greets back, "it has been a while, hasn't it? Is it alright if I come inside? There's something I want to talk to you and Aaron about." Serena opens the door fully and steps aside to let him inside. The officer strolls in, taking in the atmosphere of the house as it felt vastly different to his own. Serena walks the man to the kitchen where they take a seat from one another. Andres asks, "is Aaron here? I need to speak to him as well."

Serena lets out a small chuckle as she explains, "You just missed him. He left to go out on a date." Andres's eyes widen in disappointment as he facepalms and rests his elbows on the table.

"That idiot, I told him specifically that I would be here around dusk. What part of that did he not understand?!" Serena was surprised by the comment, questioning the man, "Did you see Aaron earlier today?"

"Yeah, I did. Wait-, did he not tell you I was coming?"

Serena shook her head, answering, "no, not a thing. When and where did you see him?"

Andres rested his head on his hand and explains with a bit of irritation in his voice, "it was right after he took care of the mech."

Serena's eyes bulged out of shock as she raises her voice, "so the young man that got attacked was Aaron?!"

"He didn't even tell you that?" Andres sighed, disappointed beyond comprehension. Serena began to unleash rapid fire questions regarding the boy's safety so Andres raised his finger to get her attention and states, "That's what I'm here to talk to you about. It's regarding the both of you. I have reason to believe you two are in serious danger."

Serena stopped, her expression morphing into concern as Andres stood up straight to explain. "I'm going to be straight with you: that mech attack from earlier today wasn't a coincidence: it was planned." The mother's heart dropped upon hearing this as the man in front of her continued, "Whoever planned the attack had full intention of hurting or even killing your son."

Serena began to shake with fear as her lip trembled, she could barely mutter, "b-but why? Who?! Who would want to hurt my baby boy?!" Andres closed his eyes and took a moment to collect himself as the news he was delivering was difficult for him to give.

"That's the thing... A couple months ago, a group of individuals, rather, cyborgs, emerged from nowhere and destroyed a Snyder Corp. Factory. Following their debut, they've proceeded to destroy several other manufacturing houses and took everything they could. We've been tracking them as best we could but these extremists keep to the shadows, hidden from sight. We don't have enough evidence to figure out their grand scheme but it appears they're attempting to disturb the flow of things by taking out all the major contributors to the Snyder Corporation. But now, we think they also have an ulterior motive as well."

Serena was scared to ask but managed to muster, "and that is…?"

"To eliminate any potential threats. We can surmise that their most likely target is the Snyder corporation but as I said earlier, they have contributors which pose a threat. But that's only on a business and/or political level. Now think about this: with Daniel Barsony out of the picture, who else has physical strength that is comparable to theirs?" Serena hesitated, knowing the answer but wanted to deny the truth, barely asking, "who?"

Andres furrowed his brows and replies coldly, "who do you think?. Serena's skin became slightly pale upon hearing this, shaking her head in disbelief. "No, not my baby boy. He's not cut out for that type of fighting!"

"Tell that to them. That is why I need to let Aaron know as soon as possible. Our investigation team has been struggling for months to get a solid look at these cyborgs and identify them. It wasn't until recently when we finally snagged a photo of one of them and got a proper look." The officer dug his hand into his pocket and pulled out a piece of paper, flipping it around to reveal a photo of one of the cyborgs. It is a familiar young woman with wavy, purple hair with bright blue eyes. Lightning boomed outside, illuminating the room with a bright white light. Serena's heart sunk to her feet as she fell back in her seat, having difficulty breathing as all the puzzle pieces came together. Andres observed the distressed reaction and asks, "You know this woman?"

More thunder rumbled in the background as the rain intensified. Serena almost broke down to tears as she answers, "Yes, she's the one that Aaron is dating." Andres' eyes dilated upon hearing this, prompting him to say under his breath, "What?"

The mother couldn't hold it back anymore, letting the tears flow as she tried her best to form a sentence, barely saying, "It's true! Aaron left to meet with her again." Andres got up out of his seat and slammed his fists on the table, raising his voice to a near shout, "Serena, you need to call Aaron back right now before it's too late!" The woman became a mess, scrambling to reach her phone but was so disoriented with her emotion she could barely pull herself together. Andres begged, "Serena, you need to tell me where Aaron went, PLEASE."

"I don't know where he went, he just said he's going out." Andres began to panic, backing away from the table as he shook his head repeatedly to break himself out of his panicked state and demanded the mother to call her son. Before she could say anything, the officer rushed out of the household, constantly repeating in his head, "Shit Shit Shit Shit Shit Shit Shit, this is bad, this is really really bad! I hope I'm not too late." As he got inside of his vehicle and started it up, slamming the door shut in a hurry and rushing off.

Aaron stood in front of Prism Tower, eyes wide with shock as the rain poured down hard on the area. It was so difficult to see beyond a dozen feet and the thunder occasionally lighting up the sky. In front of him was Olivia who held Jared in a choke. Aaron was processing what he was seeing, unsure of what to do in the situation. He calls out, "O-olivia…?"

She barks, "Hands in the air where I can see them, unless you want your friend to die that is." She intensified her grip on Jared's neck, making the boy wince in pay. Aaron did as told, raising his hands in the air while gripping the umbrella still, making it redundant as his hair was pelted with rain. There was a brief silence before Olivia chimed in, "So, you're the son of Daniel Barsony? Not what I expected to be honest."

"O-olivia, what's going on? Why are you-"

"Shut your trap!" Olivia was death-gripping Jared's throat now as the boy began to look pale by the minute. The teen's friend called out, reaching towards him, "Aaron…" Aaron couldn't watch anymore and disregarding Olivia's command, he shouts. "Let him go!"

With no hesitation at all, she squeezes Jared's pipes shut as a cracking sound could be heard from the boy's position. The dark skinned boy's head fell limp as she raised the boy in the air with ease, using one arm. Aaron cried out, "Jared!" as he watched his friend be tossed towards him like a piece of trash. He leaps towards his friend's body in an attempt to catch it, however, Olivia appeared in front of the teen and kicked him in the face. The kick was powerful enough to blow the boy back several feet as he rubbed against the pavement. It was cold, the feeling in his body fading away as he succumbed to the numbness. Except, his nose was burning, he felt an instinctive reaction to reach up to his nose.

Upon rubbing his nose, a sharp pain shot through his body making him flinch, he looked at his own hand which was stained with blood, his blood. Aaron sat up, his body trembling from his slowly growing rage as he yelled, "Why, Olivia?! What the hell got into you?!"

Olivia laughed, shaking her head in disbelief as she mocked, "You really are slow on the uptake, aren't you? What an idiot." Aaron was offended by the insult and barked, "What did you say?! Answer me, you bitch! Why are you doing this?!"

Olivia chuckled and responded, "It's rude to call a woman you deemed beautiful a 'bitch'."

"Like HELL you are. You still haven't answered me!" The teen clenched his fist tightly, gritting his teeth as he prepared to fight. Olivia takes a moment to reply, "Isn't it obvious? I'm here to kill you." Aaron's eyes widened upon hearing this, assuming his own fighting stance. "Nothing personal, you're just in the way."

Olivia began to undo her wet, pleated shirt as she removed her clothing to reveal her mechanical body underneath which she was hiding. The insides of her mechanical shell glowed with a bright blue light as she tossed aside the piece of clothing. To say she didn't look human would be an understatement, Aaron furrows his brows and questions, "You.. What the hell are you?!"

"I'm a cyborg, genius. Surely, you know what that is?"

"Of course I do, I'm not stupid."

"All evidence to the contrary." Aaron growled, his fury growing by the second until he was taken out of his state upon hearing his cell phone ring out loud. The cheerful ring of the cell phone now instigated a feeling of eeriness amongst the rain and thunder. He was scared to pick it up, he didn't know what to do. However, Olivia initiated the next move and threatens, "Die."

Olivia charges towards him at lightning speed, Aaron raises his arms in self defense as she begins to push him back with a frontal assault of repeated punches. All he could do was block as each punch struck against his own arm, injuring it. As they pass under a tree, a figure drops down from above, catching the teen by surprise as they drop their elbow into the teen's head, overloading his senses as he falls over. Olivia follows up with an uppercut, striking the boy back. As he fell back, a second figure appeared out of nowhere, kicking the boy into the floor with enough force to create a dent.

Through the daze, the teen manages to look up into the sky to see a third figure dropping down upon him, ready to strike. His eyes shoot open as he quickly rolls out of the way, pushing himself back onto his feet and facing all the figures at once. He gasped upon seeing the numbers grow. Olivia stood amongst a group of other cyborgs, each of their parts glowing a bright blue, each with their own distinct patterns and shapes to define them. He couldn't count how many there were but he had to guess around ten individuals from what he could see. The cyborgs have their mechanical glow to illuminate them, on the other hand, Aaron has only his glowing red pupils to define himself in the darkness.

Olivia exclaimed, her presence obscured within the group so he couldn't identify her, "With your father, Daniel Barsony out of the picture: there's no one left to stop us. The only thing left to take care of is you." Aaron declares in response, "If it's a fight you want: it's a fight you're gonna get!"

The group of cyborgs scattered, each going in their own separate directions except for three which decides to face him head-on. He couldn't block them all at once, he's never fought more than one person at the same time before. He lost ground quickly, retreating back as he failed to stop all the blows from connecting. Hits coming from every direction as he was knocked left and right like a play-thing, he felt his lips bust open at one point and his injuries slowly overcame his numbness. Tired of being pushed back, he shouts as he brings his fist back preparing to strike his enemy.

In that moment, something grabbed a hold of his forearm and twisted it backwards unnaturally, causing his flesh to tear before his entire arm was ripped off with ease. Someone slammed their arm into the boy's stomach with enough force to make his body cave in and blood to shoot out his mouth. A large cyborg grabbed his face, racing along the ground as they shove the boy's head along it. The process of having his face rubbed against the cold, wet pavement destroyed the skin on his face. He was thrown into the air where he was met with a dive kick into his side. He felt his ribs break like pretzel sticks. Before he could get over the pain in his ribs, he was cooked by a beam of energy he was consumed by, incinerating his clothing and burning his skin beyond repair.

He was grabbed by another individual who forced the boy down into the ground, dunking him into the hard pavement as several bones shattered and he cried out in pain. Finally, the last of the assault came with a man diving towards him, spinning forward rapidly as they allowed gravity to fuel their momentum. In a ferocious strike, they brought their legs down upon the boy's knee caps, destroying them as Aaron screamed as loud as he could in response.

When his screams died down, the only sound in the area was the sound of rain drops and distant thunder as all the cyborgs began to surround him in a circle. Aaron begins to shake in fear, which was further intensified by the cold. He looked upon each of them, he couldn't see their faces, he couldn't tell what they were thinking. All he could see was their glowing mechanical skeletons. Aaron had never felt such excruciating pain in his whole life, his breath was coarse and delayed as he couldn't compose himself.

One of them spoke, having a deeper voice so it was a male, "Hey Oliva, you should have the honors of killing him. You are the girl he likes so it would be poetic for you to deliver the Coup' de gras."

Olivia steps forward, revealing herself within Aaron's vision. He flinches and immediately turns around, trying to scramble away as he constantly chants to himself, "Get away from me…! Get Away from me…! Get away from me…!" His voice no longer carried confidence, it was so broken and high-pitched with fear it was hard to listen to. Olivia says in response to her comrades suggestion, "Oh, splendid! I love that idea, I'll savor in his last moments before I snuff his life."

Aaron was afraid for the first time in his life, he's never felt fear or pain of this magnitude. All he wanted to do was run, all he wanted to do was get away and return to his mother's embrace. It was the only safe thing he knows. He exerts himself more than ever, tears welling in his eyes as he begs his body to move and summoning upon whatever strength he has to pull himself forward away from these freaks. His panic caused him to breathe rapidly, bordering hyperventilation as his senses became lost to him and all he had was his motivation to flee.

Olivia followed the boy's trail of blood from his missing right arm and stepped on him, holding him in place. The boy's pitiful, fearful expression was the complete opposite of the arrogant child she saw earlier. She grabs him by the neck and raises him. She makes direct eye contact with the boy, giving him a sick smile and mocks, "How sad you are, you talked big earlier but look where you are now. What happened to all that confidence? Has your youth betrayed you? Has your arrogance gotten to your head?"

Aaron couldn't help but tremble at her sight, his lips quaked and his eyes constantly rattled in place, barely keeping eye-contact with her. "I would say it was nice knowing you, but I would be lying. I will grant you this for your efforts." She leans in towards the boy, locking lips with him as she pulls him into a kiss. Aaron couldn't fight back, his very first kiss ripped away from him by the woman he fears. It was disgusting, it made him sick as whatever part of his body that could move twitched in distaste. His eyes rolled back in anger as she wouldn't let go. Finally, she parted her lips from his and let out a breath as she took in a moment to savor in his shocked and disturbed face. He was completely frozen in a state of confusion, rage, and fear. She smirks and says in a seductive tone, "We'll go after your mother, next."

Rage took over, as the boy's eyes dilated to mere dots, he begins to scream bloody murder, "YOU FUCKING BITCH, I'LL MURDER YOU! I'LL KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU, YOU HEAR ME?! I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL YOU! I'LL KILL-" He attempts to throw a punch with his functioning left arm but is stopped in his tracks as Olivia rams her fist through the boy's chest, impaling him. The teen let out a dying gasp, his face turning pale as he sets his ferocious gaze upon the woman he now hates. But his strength faded, and he couldn't maintain his expression as she ripped her fist out of the boy's chest, leaving a gaping hole where she punctured. All he could mutter with whatever energy he had left was: "I'll… kill… you…"

He was dropped onto the floor, his body collapsing like a ragdoll as blood poured out of his body. Olivia prepared to deal one last blow for assurance, wanting to make sure Aaron's finished but is stopped by an incoming attack. A stream of scorching white flames zooms between them, forcing the woman to hop back to evade. Everyone turns to look, including Aaron, and gazed upon a large Typhlosion that was three meters tall, it's fur so dark it blended in with the environment. The only thing distinguishing it is its bright white eyes and even bright flames surrounding its body. With a deep, ripple effect in its voice, the Typhlosion spoke, "Step away from the boy."

The villains stepped back, cursing to themselves because they were caught. One of them states, "Shit, this is bad! That's the Legendary Sun Scorcher, Typhlosion!" Olivia says dismissively, "Yes, we know." Andres emerged from behind Typhlosion, bolting towards the teen as fast as he could. One of the cyborgs attempts to attack the officer but their attack was stopped by Typhlosion who held them in place with his gargantuan claws. The Pokemon throws the person aside, entering into battle as he begins to unleash his ferocious flames to keep them occupied.

Andres scoops up the teen within his arms and says, "It's okay, I got you." The man runs as fast as he can while Typhlosion stays back to deal with the threat. Aaron looked up at the officer and mumbled, "Mr… Andres…" His voice getting weaker, barely holding onto his life. Andres begged, "Come on, kid, stay with me! You can't go out like this!" However, it appeared the boy's injuries were getting the best of him as he could no longer keep his eyes open and he shut them, too weak to even perform the simplest of tasks as he felt his life slip away. Sound, taste, smell, feeling, all fading away along with his remaining energy as he was consumed by the cold dark embrace of death.

He thought he was dead, but suddenly, he feels energy again, enough to hear the distant calling of his name from his mother. He struggles to lift his eyelids but with enough effort, his eyes open with his vision blurry. After spending a minute to focus, he could see the room clearly and hear the sobbing voice of his mother next to him.

He was in a hospital with Andres and his mother on each side of his bed and a doctor in front writing notes into his note device. Aaron speaks up, "M-mom…?" Serena embraces the boy as she cries her eyes out, Andres letting out a deep sigh of relief. Serena cried out, "I almost lost you!"

"I thought.. I died…?" Andres chimes in, "Technically, you did. Your heart stopped working for a while and we were barely able to bring you back. But not without a cost…" Aaron felt a headache and wanted to move his body but it felt different, something was off as he commented, "I feel… weird…"

Andres throws up his eyebrows and got up out of his seat, telling the boy, "Look, I know you're really confused right now, so I want you to relax. Take a deep breath and just-". However, Aaron's curiosity got the better of him as he realized he can move his right arm. However, what he saw wasn't his right arm, it was a mechanical arm that stared him in the face. Aaron's pupils shrunk as he cursed to himself, "W-what the hell…?" Andres motioned for the boy to sit and calm down, demanding:

"Calm down, let me explain-" Aaron wouldn't listen, he was so angry he expected to hear his heartbeat but he heard nothing. He looked down to see mechanical plating over where his heart should be, a bright blue light emanating from where his heart was. "What did you do to me?!" His breathing sped up as he tries to calm himself down but it was impossible. Andres confessed, "Listen!... Your body was broken beyond repair, your heart stopped and there was no other way for us to save you… We had to perform this procedure to save your life, it was the only way."

Aaron processed what was going on, taking his time to feel the difference between his left arm to his artificial right. He felt connected to his left, it was a part of him but his right arm felt cold and detached. It wasn't his, it doesn't belong to him. The doctor clears his throat and speaks up, "Would you like to see your reflection, sir?" Aaron hesitantly nods, sitting up in his bed and pushing himself up using his arms. He's disgusted by how his arm felt as he used it to support his body, it felt like he was using a tool.

Once his feet were on the floor, he attempted to get up but fell into his mother's arms as she caught him. He looked into her eyes, she could see the pain and fear plastered on his expression. They look towards the doctor who motions towards the mirror in the wall. With his mother for support, she helped the boy halfway before he decided he could handle the rest. He trudged in front of the mirror, standing up straight to gaze upon his reflection.

He hated it, he regretted looking, his body… this wasn't his body, it was an abomination. His arms, his legs, these aren't HIS. He was a freak now, his skin scarred and damaged and missing chunks were filled in with metallic plating. He wasn't looking at Aaron Barsony, he was looking at something else, he refused to believe what he sees in the mirror is himself. He observes his body with further contempt until he realized something else that infuriated him even more now: He looked just like them. The people who mutilated him, tore him to shreds and made his life into a living hell, he looks exactly like them now.

His strength, his hard-earned strength he prided himself on is gone, he was made into a weakling because of Olivia. He thinks to himself, "That bitch… She did this to me…" Aaron's pupils began to glow with rage, he was the spitting image of those cybernetic freaks. He couldn't stand this humiliation. "She took everything away from me!" He clenches his mechanical fist so tightly it creaks from the tension. "First, she took away my best friend… then she took away my life! And now… the only thing left…" In a fit of rage, he smashes the mirror in front of him into a million pieces and finishes, "Is to take hers…"
