Reading the Fairy Tale book, Alois gained hope that somewhere out there was a happy ending, even for an adopted child who's mother did not love him.
Alois finished the book quickly and decided he had to find Lizzie, his birth mother, to break the curse and save his family.
Alois was a clever boy, despite the fact that Claude was always watching him. Claude was his mother's current favorite, always at her side in her dalliances.
He stole Lizzie's credit card and bought a bus ticket.
"I'm special." Alois told himself. "I know my mom will want to see me. She needs to know she's our Savior."
