A quick note this Anko is dramatically stronger than in the anime or manga. I assume she has snake sage mode but as you will see she has been changed and has gotten significantly more powerful and it will show.
Chapter 9 - Two Sages Go To War
"Where are my student's Sasame?" Anko's growls growing more enraged at the other snake sage. The two sages get into fighting stances and begin to glare at each other, Sasames hand and arm writhe like a snake before snapping back into place. Anko and Sasame look into the eyes of each other, both contemplating the next move, both forming their plan of attack.
"Don't worry Anko, your brats are alive. The same will not be said for you in a few moments!" Sasame proclaims rushing forward, Anko in response goes to match her. Sasame dodges to the side at the last moment before the clash. "Sage Art: Zephyr Strike" Sasame calls out as she flicks her arm at the injured Hanabi, a purplish wind wisps around her hand before disappearing.
Anko stops abruptly and curses "Damn Bitch!" In a fluid motion, she snakes her way in front of Hanabi and blocks. The Zephyr Strike slices through her guard and tears into Anko's shoulder. Sasame takes the opportunity to rush in and kick Anko in the wounded shoulder, sending her past Hanabi and to the edge of the cliff.
"You may be a snake Anko Mitarashi but I am a Dragon... No, I am THE DRAGON. I am Sasame Fuma the Dragon sage of the four winds, now bow your head in my glorious presence," Sasame zealously dictates.
Anko smirks but looks down to the ground "You, a dragon." she quietly questions still looking to the dirt. After a couple of moments, she lets out a stifled chuckle. "First that brat Kabuto now you" steam begins to rise from her wounds as they close and her aura reignites with flames within the snakes' eyes. Anko looks up, the yellow eyes of the snake sage turned a flame-like orange.
Sasame looks unfazed by this and once again calls out "Sage Art: Zephyr Strike." The Invisible blade of wind slices through the ground, however Anko with a swiftness that takes Sasame by surprise dodges the strike and almost closes the gap between them in a single movement. Barely managing to guard against a body blow, Sasame leaps backward.
"Now I will show you what a DRAGON truly is!" Anko roars enraged. The two sages charge one another again, this time in an intense back and forth. Anko swings her leg up straight into the air and brings it down in an axe kick that cracks and splinters the ground, underneath them both in response Sasame strikes Anko with a spinning kick mid-air, followed up by a Zephyr Strike that Anko nimbly moves out the way of. Moments after, the two simultaneously land a large body blow on the other one, sending them both hurtling backward.
Both of them land on their feet and slide back several meters. Hanabi is barely able to see what's happening, even with the Byakugan active. "I had no idea Anko was this strong," she mindlessly said out loud. Sasame, now seeing a good distance between the two, unloads with a barrage of Zephyr Strikes. Anko closes her eyes and in a fluid motion steps to the side before starting to move forward ducking and weaving in between each jutsu. With a spinning front flip, Anko avoids the last Zephyr Strike.
Landing only a few feet away from Sasame she opens her eyes and calls out "Sage Art: Dragons Roar" She opens her mouth wide and a huge gout of flame bursts forth from it. The flames lick at Sasame as she barely avoids the attack. "Damn it" Anko mutters seeing her opponent just avoiding the attack. "You're not getting away from this one bitch" she yells. As her right arms turn into a snake and lunges at Sasame. Sasame seeing this response likewise in turn. The Two snakes clash and grapple in between the sages. Violent thrashing and hissing coming from the two snakes. Sasame's python manages to coil around Anko's viper and bites down upon its head and upper jaw.
Sasame plants her feet even firmer onto the ground and violently twists and jerks her body in the process pulling Anko off her feet and causing her to slam into the ground. With a large and powerful tug and twist, Anko is swung into the tree line where she slams through several large trees each one with a more sickening thud and crack than the last. With the final impact into a surprisingly sturdy tree, Anko falls to the ground bloodied and battered. The snakes are still in a limited struggle but one that Anko is clearly losing. Sasame menacingly cackles "You are not dragon Anko, hell you don't deserve to be a snake."
Anko begins to limp back to her feet, blood trickles down her cheek and drops onto the ground below. Only one of her eyelids opens revealing a determined and hate-filled orange eye. She quickly makes hand signs with her available arm before shouting definitely "Sage Art: Coiling Fire-Snake". The viper in place of Anko's right arm turns orange with crimson markings and a wave of fire erupts from its mouth engulfing the other snake and burning it from the inside and out.
The two snakes separate and revert back into arms. Anko, already being significantly wounded, is bleeding heavily from her arm with only small amounts of steam coming off the wound. Sasame however, is in no better place either, her right arm is almost completely charred. "Go to hell you fucking bitch" Sasame screams in crushing agony.
"No Sasame, the only one going to hell is you," Anko retorts viciously before roaring out "Sage art: Dragon Fang!" As a beam of orange fire with a purple core shoots out of Anko's mouth. Sasame jumps to the left and almost escapes, however her blackened right arm swings behind her and is severed at the bicep where the beam went straight through. The beam continues on and even tears into another nearby cliff causing most of it to fall into the tempestuous ocean below.
Sasame once again screams out in abject pain "You slut, I will end you!" Malice begins to fill the air as it grows thin. Sasame screams in rage and pain before growing and morphing into five giant snakes. In unison, the five snakes enraged screech "Sage art: Hydra!" The five snakes all collide and form into a hydra five times bigger than most giant snakes. "We are your doom" The hydra roars, "and we shall tear this shinobi world apart, just like we are about to do with you."
Breathing heavily Anko looks up at the hydra "Well shit" she mutters under her breath. Quickly she dodges to the side as two of the heads lunge at her. She continues talking almost to convince herself "Looks like I need to summon him… When I get back Kakashi is gonna tear me a new one, but desperate times." Once again she leaps over one of the hydras snapping maws in order to get to the injured Hanabi. "Ok kid, you're getting on my back and I am gonna get you over past the treeline" Hanabi grabs a hold of Anko who hoists her onto her back. Anko starts running again leaping between the jaws of one hydra mouth.
Anko seeing an opening grips tightly onto Hanabi's arm "Sorry kid, but this is gonna hurt" she proclaims shortly before throwing Hanabi deep into the woods, with a powerful throw. Spinning back around, Anko kicks one of the hydra heads as it charges at her. She uses the momentum to push off it, in order to get the distance between her and the hydra. Now with a relatively clear gap between the two Anko fires off another Dragon Fang as to by more time. The beam manages to cut into the hydra and even sever one of its heads. This gives Anko the time she needs, as she goes through sixteen hand signs in rapid succession, and smears blood from her arm onto her left hand.
Anko places her hand onto the ground and a summoning circle forms, almost as soon as forming it lights a flame and begins to expand further. "Sage Art Forbidden Summon: Dragon King Ryuko." A gargantuan burst of flame erupts from the summoning circle, reaching into the sky easily dwarfing the hydra. A primal and near godlike roar comes from within the flame. The fire dissipates revealing an orange snake with red markings that is almost the size of the Hokage monument. Standing atop the snake is Anko, she falls to one knee clearly suffering chakra exhaustion even with the last embers of sage mode.
"Why do you summon me Lady Anko" Ryuko commands in a booming voice "You barely have the chakra to stand girl!" The snake finished scolding Anko notices the hydra bellow it. "Ahhhh a foe" the snake demands and smells the air. Ryuko's face contorts in malice and hatred "YOU DARE DEFILE THE POWER OF THE SAGES" he roars at the hydra. "We shall destroy you creature" Ryuko continues.
Anko feels and an immense amount of sage energy enters her body. She begins to glow a fiery orange as to the marking on her face. The wounds on her body seal shut and she stands reinvigorated. "Ryuko lets end this!"
"Forbidden Sage Art: Twin Roar of The Dragon King!" Two massive streams of fire erupt from both Anko and Ryuko and proceed to join together to strike at the hydra who tries to charge the Dragon King in vain. The Hydra is quickly turned completely to ash in a wicked blaze. The flames engulf the cliff melting almost all of it before blazing out over several miles northward parallel to the ocean below lighting both the ocean and the sky above in brilliant orange glow.
