"Where's Anna?" Olaf cried, as we left the castle. "Is she here yet? And where are Kasper and Rika?"

I chuckled. I loved how my favorite snowman was just as excited as me to see my sister who was also my very best friend and her kids who were not just my niblings but also my godchildren. "Olaf, calm down. I'm just as excited to see them as much as you are, but we mustn't waste our energy. We must save it for when we see them otherwise they think we'd be too tired when they see us."

"Oh, yeah," Olaf said. "I forget."

So we headed to the harbor where we would be waiting for Anna and the kids. I had just finished my queen duties for the day and there was no better reward after a hard day's work than seeing my family returning home.

As we walked, we saw the people of Arendelle closing up the shops and other businesses for the day and going home. They greeted us and we greeted them back. We passed the bakery, the church, the fruit and vegetable market, the clothes shop and Oaken selling samples of his Trading Post and Sauna business. It was good to see everyone in the kingdom were keeping busy and happy. We even passed the Arendelle School, where the teacher Miss Andersson had finished locking up. I thanked her for helping the children learn and be smart as much as they could be and I told her Arendelle was becoming one of the smartest places on Earth, thanks to her excellent teaching methods. She told me that Anna's kids were very bright kids and they were both some of the best students she ever had.

"When do I get to go to school, Elsa?" Olaf asked me. "Huh? Huh?"

"I'm afraid schools aren't for snowmen, Olaf," I told him. "But Kasper and Rika can teach you what they learn on every school day. How does that sound?"

"Wow, that sounds interesting," he said. "Hey, I'm learning already."

We continued to walk to the harbor. I saw many children with their parents going into their houses. It made me feel happy to see how happy they were with their lives in Arendelle, but made me a little sad for myself for not having a family of my own yet. For the last six years, I had tried a few relationships with a few men. Some were princes, some were lords, some were knights and some were just normal civilians. There were always problems, but whatever class they were wasn't one of them. Some of the men only wanted to marry me because they wanted to be King of Arendelle; others would date me and then dump me for another girl for whatever reasons like she was more beautiful than I was or she was easier to live with than me. But the last one, which was over two years ago, really ticked me off. We were in the longest relationship I had ever been in my life, but the reason we broke up was because he thought I was too close to Anna and I loved her too much and spent too much time with her. He didn't care what we had to go through to mend our relationship. That hurt me so much it stopped me dating for good.

On the positive side, I didn't have to marry someone I didn't like or love at all for the sake of Arendelle having a king. And it was no longer a law, all thanks to a brave Spaniard called Miguel. He gave me some gold coins from his adventures in the lost city of El Dorado so I could persuade my advisors to change that war. I barely spent time with Miguel, but I really liked him a lot and I never stopped thinking about him since I last saw him six years ago. He was closest I ever had to being my dream guy. But like I said, it was just a dream and in reality I had all the help I needed to rule the happy kingdom of Arendelle, especially Anna the best sister in the whole world. But Miguel never left my head since he left Arendelle and I hoped he was having a good life wherever he was with his friends Tulio, Chel and Alvito.

Olaf and I reached the harbor. Anna's ship hadn't arrived at the time it was suppose to. I thought maybe the ship might be hitting a few waves. As Olaf and I waited, we played a game of I Spy. Then we were greeted by my brother-in-law Master of Ice Master and Deliver Kristoff who was also now a prince since he married Anna. His trusty reindeer and best friend Sven was with him as usual.

"You're here to see Anna as well, Kristoff?" I asked Kristoff.

"Of course. We missed Anna and the kids as much as you do. Don't we, Sven?"

"We sure do," he said in his voice for Sven.

"Did you have a busy day today?" I asked.

"One tough day," Kristoff said, "but that ice seems to be helping Arendelle, so it makes me and Sven feel that all our work and time have paid off. You had a busy today too, Elsa?"

"I did. It was a very busy day with my royal duties, but without the successful negotiations Anna had made with the other kingdoms like Agrabah, Corona, the kingdom of Prince Eric and Princess Ariel, the kingdom of Prince Charming and Cinderella, the kingdom of Prince Philip and Princess Aurora among many others, none of this would be possible."

I was pleased Kristoff was here. I was glad that Anna had married well and I gave them my blessing. He had proved to be a good brother in law. They both supported each other well and raised two wonderful kids. I only wished my parents were still alive so they could see how happy Anna was with Kristoff and see their two wonderful grandchildren.

"How are you doing yourself, Elsa?" Kristoff asked.

"Yeah, great," I said. "I couldn't be better, thank you." If I had to be brutally honest, I was feeling a bit lonely since Anna moved out of the Arendelle Castle to live with Kristoff in that mansion I gave them as a present on their wedding day. It was just on the edge of the kingdom, so it wasn't too far away. Even though Anna wasn't living with me anymore, I did see her every day and she continued to support me and the kingdom with her useful advice and negotiation trips with other countries. And she continued to be the wonderful little sister she had always been.

"Hey, Elsa, I see a ship approaching," Olaf cried happily.

We all looked ahead. There was a ship approaching the harbor, but the closer it came, the more I saw it wasn't the one that Anna and her kids sailed to Aragbah. Then when it docked, Anna's head popped up.

We were all delighted to see her and greeted her, but she didn't greet us back. She looked worried and upset. And I noticed that the ramp from the ship wasn't even being lowered down.

"Are you all right, Anna?" I asked. "What's up?"

Then I got my answer when someone appeared behind her.

"Prince Hans?" He was the last person I ever wanted to see. Only seeing him made me feel very angry. "What are you doing here?" I demanded. "You are still banished from here!"

"It's King Hans now, Elsa," he said. Then he grabbed Anna and held a knife at her neck. I would have tried to free her from him with my snow powers if he didn't say, "You try any magic at all and your sister will be dead because of you again."

Those words really got to me. Even though I never did it again and I had learnt how to control my powers and Anna and I now had the best sisterhood in the world, I never forgot or really forgiven myself for what I did, even though I tried my hardest not to. But I hid my feelings while I was facing Hans. I turned to Kristoff and whispered, "Kristoff, you and Sven go to General Mattais. Warn him of Hans being here and get everyone to safety." As Kristoff and Sven left, I turned back to Hans. "What do you want?" I demanded.

"Why, Arendelle, of course," Hans said. "Life's too short to be the ruler of just two kingdoms."

"Two kingdoms?" Olaf said.

"Two kingdoms, Your Majesty," Hans told him. "Yes, I am now the king of the Southern Isles and Weselton. So, Elsa, surrender Arendelle to me or Anna and your people will die."

Then I turned to see Kristoff and Sven arrived back with Mattais and the Arendelle Army. They armed themselves and aimed their weapons at Hans.

"As you can see, Hans, we have an army," I said to him. "Where's yours from your two kingdoms?"

Hans just chuckled. "I'm glad you asked."

I wished I didn't as I saw more ships sailing behind his ship. They fired their cannonballs and buildings in Arendelle were falling down. I heard some screaming, but I hoped for the best that my people were out of the kingdom for their safety.

"Soldiers, attack!" Mattais ordered.

"No!" I ordered. "Don't attack! Just make sure everyone out of the kingdom!"
Mattais was confused. "What? But, Your Majesty –"
"That's an order from your queen, General!" I said.

"Very good, Your Majesty." Mattais and his soldiers went to obey my orders.

I turned back to Hans. "I will surrender myself and Arendelle to you if you promise to let everyone including Anna go."

"Don't do it, Elsa!" Anna begged. "Don't surrender to him! Don't trust him!"

I didn't trust him, but I didn't see any other choice for Anna or for my people, so I got on my knees and held my hands out ready for surrendering. I saw I wasn't the only one; Kristoff, Olaf and Sven were surrendering themselves.

The ramp from Hans's ship was lowered down. Hans walked down it, dragging Anna along, followed by his soldiers from the Southern Isles and Weselton and a strange hooded figure. I noticed neither Kasper nor Rika came down. I asked Anna where they were when she was pushed down and she told me what happened when Hans attacked her ship and what she did to make sure her children were safe even though she felt that she only let them down.

I saw Kristoff was getting cuffed up and so was Sven. I knew they would come for me and Olaf. I knew I had to think of something to get Arendelle help. Then I turned to Olaf. "I have a job for you, Olaf. I need you to go and get any help you can find."

"But how can I get help while I'm surrounded by –" He stopped when he noticed he was in the canoe of ice I had created. I waved my hand and the canoe went out to the sea and kept on sailing. I was relieved that Hans and his army didn't notice what I just did or Olaf's questions as Hans had me cuffed up. I had every faith in Olaf and hoped for the best as I was escorted with my family to Arendelle.

As we walked through the kingdom, we saw how damaged the buildings were. They looked like each one, including the small cottages, would take years to rebuild. But none of us could see any dead bodies.

When we approached the Arendelle Castle, we saw it was the most damaged building of all. In front of it, we saw Mattais, the Arendelle army and civilians were there. They were knelt down and surrounded by Hans's soldiers, who I assumed they had hand cuffed already. I wondered how Hans's army could have stopped my people from evacuating the kingdom when his fleet had just arrived. Then something popped into my head. He must have sent some of his soldiers as spies undercover as one of my civilians so none of my good civilians could escape Hans's wrath. I started to wonder if he had sent some spies to seize the trolls, the Northulda and Marshmallow and the Snowgies at my Ice Palace. Then I remembered this hooded figure that often stood next to Hans. I wondered he might have something to do with it.

Hans, who still held Anna, approached me again. "You deliver the good news to Arendelle, Elsa."

I sighed and approached the people. "I am very sorry to say that it is a very sad day that I must surrender Arendelle to Prince Hans. We are not powerful or clever to fight him and his armies. If we try, we will only bring death to ourselves. I can't see another way out of this, so I'm afraid surrender is our only option."

Hans applauded. "Very good, Elsa." Then he turned to his soldiers. "Take them to the dungeon."

As the soldiers escorted us to the dungeons, the only hope I had was the help Olaf could bring or even Kasper and Rika if they were still alive.
