Back at the Fire Station, Sam and Penny were washing Jupiter when the Hose had snapped from the tap. Penny was surprised. "Sam, I think the hose had come off." Said Penny. "You're right. I'll fix the tap. While I'm at it, I'll see what Ellie is up to." Added Sam as he went to fix the hose. "Sam, I need help in the kitchen." Called Ellie. Sam ran for the kitchen to find Ellie holding her hand in a towel. "What happened, Ellie?" Sam asked as she walked over to him. "I was putting away the glass cup in the cupboard, when it fell and hit my hand. Now it hurts very bad." Said Ellie sadly. Sam went to the window. "Penny." Sam called. "Yes, Sam?" She asked. "Can you take care of Ellie while I finish washing Jupiter?" Asked Sam. "Sure thing, Sam." She said as she walked to the Kitchen to find Ellie. Sam took the towel from the Medical bay and gave it a good hose down outside while washing Jupiter.
Back at the School, Sarah was back in class when Mrs. Chen walked up to the board. "Right, children. Today we are going to go to the Assembly hall for an important Lesson about Fire Safety." Said Mrs. Chen as she picked up the emergency folder. "As we are in the lesson, I would ask you to pay attention to what they have to say." She added. "Yes, Mrs. Chen." The children said. "Good, now we can get to the Assembly. Come along now children." As the children were filing in the assembly hall, Harry managed to move in front of Sarah. She felt so bad that no one will understand why she is bullied in school. Soon, the assembly began. "Good Morning, everyone." Said Max. "Good Morning, Mr. Tyler." The school children said. "I would like to apologize for interrupting your class, but today we have a special lesson to give you." He told the children. "So, I would like you all to welcome Firefighter Elvis Cridlington of the Pontypandy Fire Brigade." He said. Everyone applauded as Elvis was on Stage.
Back at the Fire Station, Penny was wrapping Ellie's hand in some tape when Sam walked in. "How is she?" Sam asked. "Well, I can tell you that she did cut herself on some broken glass." Said Penny. "Oh, I'm sure that it'll be fine. Why don't you send Ellie to the lounge?" Sam said. "I'm thinking that's a good idea Sam." Penny added. "Come on, Ellie. I'll take you to the lounge." Penny told Ellie. "Thanks, Penny." Ellie said sadly. After she was bandaged up on her hand after the glass broke, she was in the lounge resting her arm. She then turned to Sam. "Sam, I think I need to tell you something." She said. "What is it, Ellie?" Sam asked. Ellie was thinking about what happened when she cut herself, then she was thinking about what Penny told her as she was coming to the lounge. "I was going to tell you that I think I would be more happy if you made me a nice cup of tea." She said. "Er, Ok, Ellie, as long as I have one too with Penny." He replied. Ellie nodded and Sam went to put the kettle on for the Station.
Back at the School, Elvis was demonstrating what to do if they were on fire with their fire station dog Radar. "If you catch fire, you will need to do 3 things. Stop, Drop, and Roll." Said Elvis. "and if you are caught in a fire, you will need to keep your head to the ground to stop breathing it in because smoke can rise up and you can't see where you're going if you stand up straight in the cloud of smoke." He added. "Right, so I have brought a safety leaflet for all of you which you should always remember to read with your parents." He reminded the children. "I will now be ready to send you all back to class. Thank you for coming to the assembly today, I hope you enjoyed it." He said in the microphone. "Thank you, Elvis." Said the children. "You're welcome." He replied. Soon, the kids were leaving the Assembly hall. Elvis had gave them the safety leaflets and took Radar with him to the head's office. "Well done, Elvis. I am most impressed." Said Max. "Oh, thank you." Elvis replied. "Mike said he is arriving in 2 seconds so we can do our fire safety drill." Said Max. Just then, Mike Flood walked in with his tool box. "Hello, Elvis. Hi, Max" he said. "Hello, Mike. Thanks for coming to test our Fire alarms with Elvis." Max said. "Oh, I known Elvis since I were a lad." Mike added. "Oh, Really?" Asked Max. "Yes, Mike and I were partners in a 3 legged race together." Elvis added. "Well, if we could get started then, I would love to get them tested." Said Mike. "Come on, let's get to work." Max called.
Back in the Classroom, Mrs. Chen was very pleased with her class. What she did not notice was Harry throwing paper balls at Sarah. Sarah was pretty upset, she asked Mrs. Chen if she can take a break. "Mrs. Chen, may I be excused for a break?" Asked Sarah. Mrs. Chen looked at her. "Sure, Sarah." Said Mrs. Chen. Soon, Sarah walked out to the table outside near the hallway when she saw Venus outside. She was still thinking that Sam might be there, but she was also thinking about why she was being bullied. Then, suddenly she heard the Fire alarm go off. Sarah waited until Mrs. Chen came out of the hall. Once they were outside, she joined the rest of the class. Harry was not pleased that she joined the class late. "You're late!" He said in a mean way. "Why am I late? I asked if I can take a break." Said Sarah. "What's the matter? Scared of the Fire alarm?" Asked Harry as he thinks Sarah can't hear anything. "No, I'm not scared actually." She added. "Well prove it, then." Harry said. "I will." Sarah replied. She then turned to face the building. It was not her fault that Harry was angry at her, she has no idea why. Just then, Max came out to announce a wonderful job they did today. "Students, well done. You all did very well during this day's Fire drill." Said Max. The children were pleased with themselves. "You may now re-enter the building at this time." He added. Sarah walkes back to class with Mrs. Chen only to find out that Elvis was there the whole time.
Back in Pontypandy, Ellie was still resting her arm when Sam came with some tea. "I hope you're alright after you rest your arm." Said Sam. "Me too, Sam. Me too." Ellie added. Just then Station Officer Steele walked in. "Great Tangled Hoses!" He shouted. "What's happened here?" He asked his firefighters. "I'm sorry, sir. I cut myself as I was picking up broken glass from the Kitchen floor." Ellie said to her station officer. "It'll be fine, Ellie. You are bound to get the odd battle scar like Jupiter did with Cridlington once." Station Officer Steele said as he poured himself a cup of tea. "Don't worry Ellie. You'll know when you work on Jupiter." Sam said reassuring her that she'll understand some day.
