Back at the School, Mrs. Chen was reading her emails when she heard students talking to each other. "Ok, Everyone. I think that it's time to move on and open your books to page 21 as we finish up our lesson from where we left off." Mrs. Chen said. "Sarah, can you go and get some pencils for everyone, please?" She asked. "Of course, Mrs. Chen." Sarah said. Soon, Sarah went up to get some pencils for everyone, as soon as she got the pencils, she passed them to everyone. When she got to Harry, he knocked the pencils out of her hands and she had to pick them up by herself. "Harry!" Mrs. Chen shouted from her desk. "That's enough. Just because you didn't get to help, doesn't mean you can knock pencils out of someone's hands." She added. "I will give you 3 chances. If you do it 2 more times, it's you gone to Mr. Tyler's Office." She said looking at Harry. Harry was not pleased with the way things are going. So he grabbed Sarah's backpack and hit her in the face with it sending her to the ground. "Harry, I think you have already done too much. Go to Mr. Tyler's Office." Mrs. Chen said to Harry. He then left furious with her. Mrs. Chen then sent a message to Max to have him call Harry's Parents, Charlie, Bronwyn, and Sam, then went to check on Sarah. "Sarah, can you show me where he hit you, please?" Mrs. Chen asked. As Sarah turned to show Mrs. Chen the damage he caused. She saw her head was bruised, and her nose was bleeding. "Everyone, I am taking Sarah to the Nurse, please continue with your work and don't mess around." Mrs. Chen told the Students. At the office, Max was not pleased with Harry. He looked at him very angry. "Do you know why you are here?" He asked. "Is it because I hit someone with a backpack?" He said. "Yes, It is." Max told Harry. "You cannot at any time use a backpack to hurt someone. This is very serious." Max added. "I understand, sir. I have lost it because she should've let me help." Harry said to Max. "I know, but I think that you caused a lot of damage. I think we need to talk to your parents." Max told him. "I will also call the family of the student whose feelings you hurt, here." Max added before he made it to the phone.
Back at the nurse's Office, Sarah was being cared for and she was pretty scared to tell them what happened. "Sarah, I know you're scared, but can you tell me what happened today?" The nurse asked. "I don't know. I feel like I am going to be sick." Sarah said. "Ok, If you need to, you can use this bucket." The nurse said as she passed the bucket to Sarah.
Back at the head's office, Max made the Call to Harry's parent's, Charlie and Bronwyn, all he had to call now was Sam. "Hi, is this the Pontypandy Fire Station?" He asked. "Yes, this is Firefighter McKinley. How can I help you?" Arnold asked over the phone. "Oh, I am looking for Fireman Sam." Max told Arnold. "He's upstairs, do you want me to have him speak to you?" Arnold asked Max. "Yes, can I speak to him, please?" Max said. "Sure, I'll tell him" Arnold added. "Hi, this is Fireman Sam." Sam said. "Yes, this is Max Tyler, Head teacher of Newtown School. I'd like to report a serious situation." He said to Sam. "What's happened?" Sam asked. "I'm afraid Sarah has been bullied today." Max told Sam. "I was thinking about that yesterday, what did he do this time?" Said Sam. "I would tell you, but I think you need to come to the school." Max told Sam. "Ok, can I bring my crew? I imagine you have the person responsible for the fire." Sam added. "Sure, I'll be waiting." Max said. "Ok, see you later." Said Sam as he hung up the phone to the Fire Station.
At the Station, Sam walked in to get Penny, and find the radio to tell Ellie to meet them at the School. "Penny, I need you to come with me to the School." Sam said to her. "Ok, what is it?" Penny said. "Sarah's been bullied and they have the person responsible for the fire." Sam said as he went to get the keys to Venus while Ellie had Jupiter. "I see. Ok, let's go." Said Penny as they went to Venus in their Station Uniforms. "Arnold, you stay here and man the station." Sam told him. "Roger that, Sam." Arnold said. Sam reached for the radio. "Ellie, can you meet us at the Newtown School? Sarah's been bullied and the head teacher found the person responsible for the Fire." Sam called over the Radio. "Roger that, Sam." Ellie replied.
Back at the School, Harry's parents walked in with Charlie and Bronwyn. "You must be Harry's Parents." Said Max. "Yes, we are." Replied Harry's mother. Max turned to Charlie. "and you must be Sarah's parents." He said to them "Oh, we are. Sam said he is on his way, now." Said Bronwyn. "Good, While we're waiting for him, I will probably introduce myself. I'm Max Tyler, Head Teacher of Newtown School." Max added. "What has our son done this time?" asked Harry's father. "Harry has been a bully to Sarah and she had been hurt as he played the role of a bully. He also locked her in a closet, and he set a classroom on fire with his football." Max said disappointed with Harry. "Where's Sarah?" asked Bronwyn. "Don't worry, Mrs. Jones. Sarah is safe in the Nurse's Office. Sam will be bringing some help for Sarah, would you like to see her?" Said Max. "Oh, yes, please. Thank you Mr. Tyler." said Bronwyn as they walked to the Nurse's Office.
Back in the Nurse's Office. Sarah was still hurt after Harry hit her with her own backpack. She was just about to rest up when she heard somebody walk in. "Hello, Max." said the Nurse. "Hi, I have Bronwyn Jones here. She is Sarah's mother and I was wondering if she can see her." Max said. "Oh, yes. You can come too, Max." The Nurse added. Max walked behind them. The nurse led them to a room where Sarah was resting. She soon woke up to the Nurse placing her hand on her shoulder. "Hello, Sarah. Sorry I had to wake you, but your mum is here to see you." She said as she let Bronwyn be beside her. Max decided to find out how this happened. "Sarah, I'm Mr. Tyler, your head teacher. I was wondering if you can tell me what happened." He said to Sarah. Sarah looked at her mum, then at the head teacher. "I was outside one day, and Harry took my drawing and threw it into the recycling bin, then I was pushed at lunch, locked in a closet, hit by his football into some glass, pushed into some more glass when he came to apologize, and today he hit me with my backpack." Sarah said explaining how it all happened. "I see. thank you, Sarah." Max said as he walked out to his office. "I'll be back, love." Bronwyn said as she asked the nurse about taking her to Newtown Hospital. "Is it ok, if I have someone take her to Newtown Hospital?" Bronwyn asked. "Sure, do you want me to call someone or is someone on their way?" Said the Nurse. "Sam is on his way." Said Bronwyn. "Ok." Replied the Nurse. "I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Shannon Rivera, Newtown School Nurse." Said Nurse Shannon. "Bronwyn Jones, Sarah's mum." Replied Bronwyn. "You coming, Bronwyn?" Charlie asked. "Yes, I'll be there, Charlie." Bronwyn called from the Nurse's office.
Outside the School, Jupiter and Venus pulled up with Sam, Penny, and Ellie. They walked into the School and Sam saw Bronwyn. "Bronwyn, what has happened to Sarah?" Sam asked. Ellie found her notepad and started writing the story of how it all happened. Can you take Sarah up to Newtown hospital, while I stay here and speak with the head teacher." Sam asked his firefighters. "Roger that, Sam." they both said.
