After an unknown amount of time passed Rias and the rest of the girls who accompanied her saw a growing white light appearing in front of them that once it became unbearable to look at vanished from sight leaving them In what could only be described as a black void. As they looked around, the darkness that surrounded started to fade away until it a pathway was visible, but nothing else could be seen

"Akeno! Koneko! Asia! Xenovia! Are you all right" Rias called as turned around to see the rest of the girls running up to meet her.

"Yes we're fine... this is not what I expected." Akeno stated as she stopped beside Rias and looked at their surroundings. Surprised by how boring it was.

"I expected to see us all in lewd positions,,," Xenovia mumbled

"Xenovia, that's a bit much...you aren't wrong though, Issei's mind should be full of life but it feels as if its being repressed." Rias groaned as she thought on what Xenovia said.

"Could Raynare be suppressing Issei's thoughts and that's why he was having the nightmares As he has no good memories to dream about?" Asia asked.

"It could be. I guess we'll have to find out." Akeno stated as she summoned a lightning bolt to her hand and fired it into the abyss, and after a few seconds it the bolt of lightning stopped in its tracks.

"Look...do you see that!" Akeno proclaimed as she pointed to where her lighting bolt struck and saw what was clearly fallen angel magic swirling and engulfing the lightening bolt, but as it did so it revealed something behind it.

"Is that someone's back? Who is it?" Koneko squinted as she spoke, noticing part of the image, but it soon disappeared.

"Hmmm, now I'm curious..." Rias told herself as she summoned a bolt of destruction magic and shot it just below where Akeno had struck, which was soon followed by another lighting bolt from Akeno, exactly where she had hit before. The resulting strike was far stronger than the last and had resulted in the image being revealed in far greater detail.

"Oh my" Akeno stuttered as she realised the what the image was so she trued to Rias only to see her face was beet red.

"I cant believe I said that" Rias mumbled as she facepalmed herself, out of embarrassment.

The image was that of Rias lying on her back, her Bikini bra off as she sunbathed, with the words she spoke captioned.

"Would you like to rub lotion on my chest?" Asia read aloud as she realised what she had just said and turned away from the image, her face turning bright red. resulting in a few chuckles from Akeno, Xenovia and Koneko

"Right girls we cant get distracted now. We have to find Issei and Raynare or else we will lose Issei." Rias proclaimed getting he girls back on track, even though her own curiosity had been pricked by the image she saw.

As the girls walked down the pathway, no other images where visible, though as they went further down the path, they noticed that there was a distinctive purple hue that stood out in the black abyss which grew brighter as the walked further.

"We must be getting closer, that purple glow is growing brighter with each step." Koneko mumbled as she could feel the power of the magic grow. As they walked further into the abyss a loud scream caught their attention.

"AHHHHHHHHHH!"

"That was Issei!" Rias yelled as she sprang to action and sprinted down the path, the scream getting louder.

"Rias...wait up, this could be a trap." Akeno bellowed as she saw that Rias didn't acknowledge what she had said, so she had to catch her king before anything happened. As she did so she was followed by Asia and Koneko who kept pace.

"AHHHHHHHHHHH!"

"Don't worry Issei...ill get you back." Rias mumbled to herself, as she kept on sprinting, not realising she had been running at this pace for over 15 minutes. she however came to a stop when she came to break in the pathway that lead to seven potential routes.

"Seven paths... this is a trap, no doubt about it" Rias thought as she was soon met by Akeno and the rest of the girls.

"Why did you stop?" Akeno asked as she caught sight of the seven pathways.

"It's a choice, which path we take could mean why find Issei or die trying" Koneko groaned as she scanned each pathway for any potential traps.

"Should we split up" Asia asked."

"That would be too risky Asia, it splits us up and makes us easier to pick off." Xenovia growled at the thought of using such a cowardly tactic.

"Hmm. I'm not sure..." Rias grumbled as she was cut of by another voice which echoed through the abyss

"Why don't you ask the resident soul, where each path leads to."

"Raynare!" the girls yelled as Raynare appeared from the abyss, walking down the middle path, her soul manifesting in her original form, with her dark black wings almost vanishing in the darkness of the void.

"Where is Issei!" Rias yelled

"Oh come now Ruin Princess, that is not very lady like, I expected better manner from the heir to the house of Gremory you had to rely on a fellow fallen angel to get you here, how embarrassing that must be...I see you brought a few of your slaves with you, I guess you didn't have the nerve to come in alone, how sad hahaha." Raynare sarcastically chuckled, As Rias gave her a death stare.

"Calm down Rias, she's trying to break your resolve." Akeno sternly whispered as she stopped Rias from walking down the path to confront Raynare.

"Where. Is. Issei!" Rias proclaimed slowly and sternly.

"Now that's what I expected from you Rias... Issei's in a special place at the moment, enjoying his time away, though to be specific, he's enjoying many places at the moment." Raynare proclaimed as she pointed at Rias.

"What are you talking about?" Akeno sternly asked.

"You won't get it till I show you...Here." Raynare raised her right hand and clicked her fingers and as soon as she did this down each of the seven pathways a deep purple glow emerged at the end of the pathways revealing Issei, screaming and writhing in pain.

"ISSEI!" the girls screamed din horror as they saw the man they all loved, in unimaginable pain, so much so that he didn't notice their collective scream.

"What are you doing to Issei!" Koneko bellowed as she rushed over to one of the Issei's only to hit a barrier made of fallen angel magic.

"Silly kitten, it wont be easy to get to Issei when he's trapped in barriers of my creation.

"What did you do to Issei" Asia growled, her voice being filled with venom catching Raynare by surprise.

"Oh the maiden has shown her fangs, I never thought I'd see the day! Alright. After Issei broke my control of his body, I struggled to get control back, so I has to resort to a unique approach, I divided Issei's soul into smaller pieces so I could lock them away and thanks to Issei being weakened by your attack and my nightmares he couldn't stop me, besides more pieces of Issei meant I had more chances to torment him."

"Your torturing him you evil bitch!" Xenovia yelled as she summoned Durandal to her hand."

"Its better than that knight... I have a question for you all!" Raynare projected to the abyss.

"None of the girls attempted to ask her a question.

"Have you ever noticed when your try and get close to Issei, that there is sight of shock, and fear in his eyes?"

No answer was given.

No one wants to know but I can see it in your eyes, you know that look he has."

"That look is because of me." Raynare pointed to to her self as she spoke with such pride of this fact, and once she finished talking she clicked her fingers again, revealing the cause of Issei's states of agony.

"No...that cant be." Rias gasped as she saw that each piece of Issei soul had a companion, an exact copy of each of the girls in the peerage, all of them scantily clad or completely nude, performing Various acts of violence upon Issei, with a copy of Yuma stabbing Issei with a light spear being the centrepiece.

"HAHAHAHAHA! The look on your faces is priceless...you all knew he had that look but you never took the time to ask why!"

"The girls all looked at their copies and what they were doing to Issei. Akeno was electrocuting Issei to death while he was bound and gagged. Koneko was using him for sparring, breaking his bones with her strikes as she had a smile befitting a Cheshire cat. Asia was strangling Issei to death. Xenovia was chopping Issei apart with Durandal, Rossweisse was using her Norse runes to tear chunks of Issei flesh apart and worst of all Rias, was lying on Issei as if they where making love, and slowly driving a dagger into his chest, making sure to savour the moment.

"How?" Rias mumbled.

"Before you killed me, I tried to find a way to survive, but I had no obvious answers until a realised something. I had injured Issei with my light spear will he was both a human and as a devil and I sensed that their was a scar in his soul, an opening which I used to transfer my essence into him, I turned into Yuma to distract him so I could get as much time as I needed. Once I was in I had to figure out how to take control, and then I realised, what is Issei's greatest love? Women, but he fears being close to women so by make every positive thought about them a living nightmare, I could weaken him enough to take over."

The girls were silent as they processed what Raynare had just told the,

"I planted the seeds to my freedom... Asia, Issei is fearful that you resent him for failing to save you from me and Diodora Astaroth. Xenovia, Issei fears that he wouldn't be strong enough to provide for you and your child once the time comes. Koneko, Issei want to help you see who you truly are and he fears he isn't up to the task. Akeno Issei doesn't want to see you hate yourself and fears that he will fail to stop those thoughts from arising again and Rias, the apple of his eye, Issei believes that he is unworthy of your love, because he believes he is not noble enough or strong enough to stand by your side." Raynare proclaimed in triumph, enjoying every second looking at the faces of Rias and her group as they stood stock still in complete shock, as numerous questions played through their minds.

"I had no idea he had all this going on in his head"

"How could I be so selfish?"

"why couldn't I see the pain in his eyes!?"

"how could he keep going with thoughts like these?

"why didn't I ask him if he was okay?"

"Now that cats out the bag I think its time to reveal the final surprise. I bet your all wondering why Ddraig didn't stop me?" Raynare grinned revealing her fangs

"Ddraig would never have let this happen but she got passed him?" Rias thought

"I used Issei's soul to hide me, Ddraig was unable to sense my presence thanks to the scar I left on his soul being the perfect hiding spot and now that I have full control, I have access to Ddraig's power"

"Your lying!" Xenovia yelled.

"HAHAHAH,,, you want to bet on it" Raynare laughed heartily as she raised her left hand closed her fist and as she did so a flash of green emerged and Ddraig's boosted gear gauntlet formed around her left arm. Causing the girls to stand their in shock, trying to comprehend what they had just saw.

"It gets better...Divine dividing...this was how I I got Issei into his current state...oh and one more thing... Boosted Gear Scale Mail!" Raynare stated as she her gauntleted turned bright white, and then in a matter of seconds she was engulfed in draconic flames and returned covered in Ddraig's armour, in the same manner as Rias was when she was under the control of Loki. only that her wings had a layer of articulated red and gold plates, protecting the top of her wings.

"Rias! We cant stand around like this, we have to fight her right here and now or else we will die" Akeno yelled as she shook Rias who was in shock.

"If we die then Issei's lost forever and Raynare will kill everyone we love."

Upon hear this from Akeno Rias broke from her shock and activated her destructive powers.

"We have to save Issei no matter the cost...are you still with me!" Rias proclaimed as the girls yelled their support and prepared to face down Raynare realising that this was their only shot of getting Issei back.
