We had arrived a few hours ago, when suddenly, I felt something dripping down my legs. It wasn't pee, far too cold for that. That's when the pain started. I knew I had gone into labor.

Each contraction felt as if a bowling ball landed full force on my spine, near the lower rib area and then, with the initial force continued throughout, the bowling ball would roll down my spine, like it was crushing it the whole way and then land in my pelvic area with double the initial force. Every. Single. Contraction.

Contractions are like Charlie horse cramps, both in how they feel, at the peak of labor, and what is going on in your body. A Charlie horse across your abdomen.

I realized nobody had come up as they thought it was just water. I needed to get downstairs. The three flights of stairs! I quite literally crawled down the stairs. The pain getting more and more intense. I finally crawled down the last flight of stairs. I saw a set of feet. Alice's feet...

"Tammy?! Tammy what's wrong?!" Alice begged.

"The...baby," I cried quietly.

"What about it?!"

"It's...coming," Alice gasped.

"JASPER! CARLISLE!" She yelled. Within 0.5 seconds they were here. Even though I was facing the floor, I could see the worry on Jasper's face.

"What's wrong with her?!" Jasper asked worriedly.

"She said the baby is on its way," Alice explained. All I could focus on was the pain.

It came in waves and at one point I was in the middle of a contraction when a new one started. All of my focus was on the pain. I wasn't thinking about breathing or needing to go to the bathroom or what my husband was doing. Carlisle would give me instructions on, and I wouldn't hear them. I couldn't even tell you my own name.

"This will be more intense as you're a vampiress," I heard Carlisle say. Jasper picked me up and at vampire speed, he ran to Carlisle's office and laid me on the bed. All I could feel was the pain. I couldn't focus on anything else...

It was the kind of pain where the rest of the world disappeared, and nothing existed except me and this terrible pain. My sphere of attention devolved, that's probably why Carlisle gave me breathing exercises during all of my sessions and check-ups. Expectedly, Carlisle came in and injected me with some oxytocin.

I'm so high from the oxytocin that I kind of retreated from reality. It was almost like an out of body thing. Like my mind and my body are completely separate things and I just let your body go and it does all the work if I can just surrender to it.

I was then given some epidural anesthetic. I was getting a C-Section performed by Carlisle. 'Perfect.' I thought. I didn't want to have to push or anything, the pain would be horrendous! I focused on something else. After a few minutes, I heard the cries of a newborn baby.

"Congratulations it's a-wait, hang on. I see another baby," Carlisle said. I gasped in shock I was having twins?! My god... I heard more baby cries.

"Congratulations it's twins! A girl and a boy! Their names?"

"For the boy...C.J Carlie Cullen. And for the girl..." I trailed off, thinking. By now Renesmee was full-grown but she was...gone. She had been killed by James' Coven as revenge for Victoria and James' deaths... Tiffany died fighting alongside Renesmee.

"Renesmee Tiffany Cullen," I immediately said. I had only been thinking for 0.5 seconds, they hadn't noticed.

"Such a unique name for C.J, what made you choose it?" Carlisle asked.

"It stands for Charlie Jasper," I explained. Jasper smiled.

"Okay, Tam. You're okay to go, your stomach has been stitched up so, you're free to go!" Carlisle stated.

"Thanks, Carlisle,"
