THE MONSTER OF COPPER BARK FOREST
The day started as normal as any other day. That is, until there was a commotion at Raleigh General. Our journalists have yet to get the full story, however, the general consensus is that a monster, first described by the Conners family a few weeks ago in a police report, broke into Raleigh General Hospital at noon. An orderly discovered the creature rummaging around the storage room. When he sounded the alarm, the creature broke the glass of a window and leapt out to escape. Pedestrians all heard the shattered glass, hit the ground and looked up in time to see a creature of unknown origin land after jumping out the fourth-floor window. Almost immediately the town rallied and took chase, which ended at Silver Creek Falls. According to witnesses, the creature leapt over the cliff and disappeared into the stream.
A reward of five-hundred dollars has been offered for the creature, alive or dead.
More to come later.
