"That was the best baby moon, ever", Dean said as they drove back home.
Alyssa giggled.
"I admit it, you were right about this. I feel so much better, my love", she said, taking his hand.
"I'm glad you feel better.", he replied, lifting her hand to his lips and kissing it.
"I can't wait to see the kids. I missed them so much", she said.
"Me too", he nodded.
Her smile left her face when she remembered why they had to go back so soon. He sighed.
"Please don't get sad on me.", he said.
"Not sad, just want this over with so we can move on and enjoy Lizzie. So our entire family can move on", she said.
He nodded.
"Me too", he replied.
Getting home, they both hugged their kids and kissed them.
"I missed you so much mommy. I thought you went to have Lizzie already, but she's still in your tummy", Maddie said, rubbing her mom's belly.
Alyssa laughed softly.
"Not yet my little lady", she said.
Her pout was the cutest.
"No baby?", Oliver asked.
"No little man, not yet. Your sis is still cooking", Dean said, lifting his son into his arms.
"Oh", he replied.
Dean chuckled.
"Did you two at least have fun?", his mom asked.
"We did, all kinds of fun", Dean replied, winking at his wife.
Alyssa shook her head at him as his mom giggled.
"Well it's a good thing you are already pregnant", his mom said.
The next morning, Alyssa was already showered and ready to go. Dean was surprised.
"What?", Alyssa asked.
He shrugged.
"Just surprised. I didn't think you would want to go today", he replied.
"I had a lot of time to think at the cabin. I am not going to let him get to me. He won't win, he can't.", Alyssa said.
Dean nodded and kissed her forehead.
"Good. You don't have to be afraid of him anymore. You've grown so much and I am so proud of you", Dean said.
She smiled.
Arriving at the court house, they met up with their friends. Roman would be going up to speak today.
"You've got this big man", Dean said, slapping his friend's back.
Roman nodded.
"I'm still pissed at you for making my baby speak to the judge.", Roman replied.
Brie and Alyssa giggled.
"Look, her speaking to him helped", Dean said.
"Doesn't mean I like it", Roman mumbled.
"You two are so cute. Maybe you should have married each other", Brie said.
"I mean, I was about to propose but I knew Dean wasn't ready for a man like me", Roman said.
Dean laughed.
"And you met Brie before you could. You stole my man", Dean said to her.
"Hey, you snooze you lose", she replied.
"You've still got me", Alyssa bumped his hip.
He wrapped his arm around her and nodded.
"I wouldn't have it any other way", he replied.
Lana came out to let them know it was time. They all walked in and found their seats. Dolph watched Alyssa, she held her head up high. Not letting him win and scare her.
As the judge walked in and sat, Roman shifted in his seat. After the judge went over what he spoke to Madeline about, he asked Lana to call the next witness.
She stood.
"We call Roman Reigns to the stand", she said.
Roman stood and walked over to the stand. They swore him in before he sat.
Lana approached.
"Mr. Reigns, how is it that you know Alyssa Ambrose?", she asked.
"I met her through my wife, Brie. Then she became my partner when she transferred to San Diego. After that, she became my sister in law", he answered.
"Right, because the twins are like her sisters", Lana replied.
"That and I see Dean as my brother. I'm also their daughter Maddie's godfather", he added.
Lana nodded.
"When did you find out about Dolph?", she asked.
"The same time Dean did.", Roman said.
Lana nodded.
"But before that, you met him, right?", she asked.
Roman nodded.
"Yes at Maddie's birthday party. I didn't like him, the way he spoke was ugly. He wanted Dean to control Alyssa", he replied.
"Did you ever see him hit her?", she asked.
"Only in the videos he made.", he replied.
"You were the one who went in to find Maddie and Megan?", Lana asked.
"I went in looking for Maddie, it was my surprise that Megan was there too.", he answered.
"Where did you find Maddie and Megan?", Lana asked.
"In Dolph's house. He had a hidden basement under his washer and dryer.", Roman said.
"Objection, like I said before I had no idea that was under my house. Viktor and…", the judge stopped him.
"You will have your chance to speak, Mr. Ziggler.", he said.
Dolph sat and rolled his eyes. Lana smirked.
"Do you believe it was Mr. Ziggler who had Maddie taken and Megan?", Lana asked.
"I do. A hundred and ten percent", Roman replied.
Lana nodded.
"You were helping Wade Barrett look into missing persons and murders", Lana said.
Roman nodded.
"They each had similarities. First to someone named Kelly, which would be Dolph's first wife. Then suddenly the victims changed, they started to look so much like Aly.", Roman said.
"Its why you suspected him?", Lana asked.
Roman nodded.
"Yes ma'am, well Alyssa put it together when Wade made up the board with photos of each of the women and when they went missing and found dead", Roman said.
Lana nodded.
"Did you believe her?", she asked.
"Yes, we all did", he replied.
Lana nodded again and looked at the judge.
"No further questions", she said, before going to take her seat.
Dolph stood and buttoned his jacket.
"Mr. Reigns, how certain are you that I made the basement? If you look at the blueprints of my house, there is no basement. Those men I trusted must have made it when I wasn't home. Which is often", Dolph said.
"Is that a question or a statement?", Roman said.
"Mr. Ziggler, stick to asking questions. If you have none let the witness leave the stand", the judge said.
Dolph rolled his eyes again.
"No questions", Dolph said, making his way back to his table.
The judge let Roman down and sighed as he rubbed his eyes.
"I will see everyone back here tomorrow, and please Mr. Ziggler, come with questions", the judge said before leaving.
Dean helped Alyssa up and rubbed her bump. She was about to walk out when Dolph stopped her.
"Don't you look beautiful", he said, reaching out to touch her belly.
Dean and Roman cut him off.
"Stay away from my wife", Dean growled.
"You aren't allowed to be within three hundred feet from her or Dean", Roman reminded.
Dolph smirked.
"Except for when we are here in court. I can be as close as I want to be. It says so in my documents. Yeah, you should have read them better", Dolph said.
Dean went to take a step towards him, but Alyssa grabbed his arm.
"Don't, its what he wants", she whispered.
Dean growled and took his wife's hand. Making sure to stay between her and Dolph. Roman bumped Dolph as he past him.
Once home, Dean went right to their home gym and started punching away at the punching bag.
"How long has he been in there?", her mom asked.
"Since we got back.", Alyssa replied.
His mom sat beside hers.
"Should I go in there and stop him? I don't want him to hurt himself", Alyssa said, her eyes on the door.
"I think you should. At this point you and Lizzie might be the only ones who can stop him", his mom said.
Alyssa nodded and stood. He had his earphones in, so she walked up behind him and tapped his shoulder. He spun around fast.
"Sorry baby, I didn't hear you", he panted.
"Stop", she said.
He sighed and sat down.
"I'm fine, Lizzie is fine", she said.
He pulled her in by her waist and rested his forehead against her belly.
"He got too close to my girls", he mumbled.
Alyssa ran her fingers through his sweat filled hair.
"Lana called me", he said.
"And?", she asked.
"They are skipping Seth. Something about him not knowing enough. Roman was the one who was around you more. He helped Wade with the investigation", Dean said.
Alyssa nodded.
"So, then who?", Alyssa asked.
Dean looked up to her.
"Summer", he replied.
"But its too soon", Alyssa said.
"She is our best shot", he replied.
