Chapter 1: Disney Town Part 1
In some dark beach, there was a moon illuminating it with a pale light. The beach itself was surrounded by giant branches that are bent halfway over the beach on each side. A hooded figure was sitting on a rock by the beach. Then another hooded figure appears by a giant rock bigger than him. The figure sitting on the rock turns to the smaller figure.
Figure 1: I see you have finally arrived.
the smaller figure walks towards him.
Figure 1: I've been able to see him. He looks alot like you.
Figure 2: Who are you?
Figure 1: I'm what's left. Or...maybe I'm all there ever was.
Figure 2: I meant what is your name?
Figure 1: My name is of no importance. What about you? Do you remember your true name?
Figure 2: My true name is...
Before the figure could say what it is, the screen blackens.
?: Sora?
The screen fizzles to show Sora waking up on a beach. He yawns and was about to go back to sleep. He lies back down and saw a girl with red hair looking down at him. He freaks out and went back up, as the girl giggles. Just when he was about to say her name, the line was cut off. The screen then cuts to Sora, Riku, and the girl racing against each other on the beach. It then cuts to the trio watching the sunset with Riku wondering why they ended up on one of the worlds. It then cuts to the cave with a drawing of Sora giving a star to the girl. Then Ansem in the brown robe appears, saying that the island is connected to the darkness. It then cuts to Sora and the girl sitting by the docks, watching the sunset. It then cuts to Riku, stretching his hand out to Sora, saying that the door has opened. Sora tried to reach it, but he was stopped by the darkness. It then cuts to Sora fighting the giant Heartless, Darkside. It then cuts to Sora trying to catch the girl, but she disappears, as the dark gust from the door blew him out of the secret place.
The screen then whites out into some kind of bedroom. In the bedroom was a boy with spiky blonde hair, wearing a gray t-shirt, and black shorts. The boy was sleeping on the bed. He then wakes up and sat up on the bed.
Boy: I've had another dream about him. Why do I keep having those dreams?
He then looks outside the window and opens it, revealing it to be a bright and sunny day. On the distance, he could see a train, running through the railroad.
World: Disney Town
Boy: Oh no! I'm gonna be late! I better meet up with Mickey, Donald, and Minnie!
He got up and quickly got dressed. He's now wearing a white jacket with a black vest under it, gray baggy pants, and black shoes. He left the house and ran outside.
The 1st Day
He went to a secret place, where he met up with a male black mouse with a cream-colored face, two big ears, wears red shorts with two yellow buttons in the front, white gloves, and big yellow shoes. Next to him was a white duck wearing a blue sailor hat and a blue sailor coat with a red bow tie. Finally, there was a female black mouse that looks like the male mouse, but she wears a big red bow on her head, a red skirt, white gloves, and big yellow high-heeled shoes.
Male Mouse: Where have you been, Roxas?
Roxas: Sorry, Mickey. I must have overslept.
Female Mouse: Don't worry, Roxas. Take a seat.
Roxas: OK, Minnie.
He took a seat and the group starts having a discussion.
Mickey: Boy, doesn't it make you angry, Donald?
Donald: Yeah, that's just wrong. We didn't do anything.
Minnie: Seifer's gone to far this time.
Roxas just nods. Mickey then stood up.
Mickey: It's true that stuff's been stolen around town. And we've got a score to settle with Seifer and everything. If he wanna think we did it, I can't really blame him. But that's not what really bugs me. What really bugs me is that he's going around and telling everybody in town that we're the thieves. Now, the whole town and their mothers are treating us like the Beagle Boys. Have you ever been this ticked off in your whole life? Because I haven't. Never in my entire life. Now, what do we do?
Minnie then looks at Roxas, who took a quick look at her.
Minnie: Roxas? Are you gonna say something? You seemed really quiet today.
Roxas: Well...We could find the real thieves. That would set the record straight.
Donald: That sounds like fun.
Mickey crossed his arms.
Mickey: But what about Seifer?
Roxas: First, we gotta clear our names. Once we find the real culprits, everyone could get off our backs.
Donald was looking at his camera and gasped.
Donald: Oh no! Our - are gone!
He puts his hand on his throat at his inability to say the word.
Donald: What happened?
Mickey: What? All our - are gone?
He held his throat, too. Minnie held her hands over her mouth.
Minnie: You can't say -? Why not?
Donald: But you do understand what I'm saying, right? Our - are gone!
Roxas: Stolen. And not just the -, but the word -, too.
Mickey: It doesn't make any sense. What kinda thief is that? Seifer could never have pulled that off.
Roxas: Right!
Mickey: Time for some recon!
Mickey, Donald, and Minnie ran out of the secret place. Roxas was about to follow them, but then he felt dizzy and faints. Then a voice spoken.
?: His heart is returning. Doubtless he'll awaken very soon.
Roxas then opens his eyes and got up. Minnie walks over to him.
Minnie: Roxas, come on!
Roxas nods and follows her to the marketplace. They went up to a shop with a tall black dog with a cream-colored snout, wears a green hat, orange coat, black vest, white gloves, and blue pants. The dog is named Goofy.
Goofy: Hey, Roxas. I'd never thought you'd do such a rotten thing.
Roxas: We didn't steal anything. Honest.
Goofy: I'd like to believe you, but who else would steal that stuff?
Roxas: What stuff?
Goofy: I'm not gonna tell you. Why don't you go ask at the accessory shop?
The four walks over to the accessory shop run by a tall black cow with a cream-colored nose, wears a big green bow on her head, a red dress with a long green skirt, and white gloves. The cow is named Clarabelle Cow.
Clarabelle: Hello, Roxas. Please don't let me down. You used to be one of my favorite customers.
Roxas: I'm not a thief! It's no fun having everyone suspecting me.
Clarabelle: Then you've gotta find a way to clear your name. The woman at the candy shop is disappointed, too.
The four walks over to the candy shop run by an old white duck with gray hair in a bun and wears glasses and a purple dress. The duck is named Elvira Duck. She is Donald's grandma.
Elvira: Roxas? Have you seen my cat around?
Roxas hears a meow from above the shop. He looks up to see a tuxedo cat. He brought it back down to the shop, next to Elvira.
Elvira: Thank you, Roxas.
Roxas: Did they steal something from you, too?
Elvira: Oh, my, yes. Something important.
Roxas: Just so you know, we didn't do it.
Elvira: I believe you.
Roxas: Thanks, mam. What did they take from you?
Elvira: My precious -.
Mickey: Looks like the culprit is going around, stealing -.
Minnie: And not just -, but the word -, too.
Donald: This isn't your average thief.
Minnie: I wonder if Seifer would know anything about this.
Roxas: We gotta talk to him. Let's go to the sandlot.
The whole gang ran to the sandlot and saw three people. One is a brown muscular man with dark brown short hair, wears a necklace with a lightning bolt on the front, an orange sleeveless shirt, and black pants. One is a young woman with violet hair covering her left eye, wears a blue sleeveless shirt, and khaki pants. The last person is a small Black Mage with two yellow dotted eyes, a yellow wizard hat, a blue coat, green pants, brown gloves, and brown and yellow-striped boots. The muscular man is Raijin, or Rai, the woman is Fujin, or Fuu, and the Black Mage is Vivi. Vivi points to Roxas and his friends and Rai and Fuu turns to them.
Fuu: Thieves!
Rai: That was low, you know?
Mickey: Oh, yeah? Says who?
Suddenly, another young man walks in the sandlot. He has blonde hair under his black skull cap, a white sleeveless jacket, a blue shirt under it, and black pants. He is Seifer.
Seifer: Nice come back there, mousy.
Mickey: What did you say?
He puts his fist forward and growls.
Minnie: Calm down, Mickey.
Seifer: Now, you could kindly give us back those -.
Rai: Yeah, you're the only ones who took them, you know?
Seifer: That was undeniable proof that we totally own you losers. So, what did you do? Burn it? Not that we need some - to prove that you're losers.
Fuu: Replay!
Seifer:(Laughs)Now, you're talking!
The three of them got in their fighting stances. Roxas and Mickey got in their fighting stances, too.
Seifer: I guess if you get on your knees and beg, maybe I'll let it slide.
Roxas walks forward to them and knelt in front of them. The three bullies laughed.
Mickey: Roxas!
Roxas then noticed three clubs in front of him. One club looks like a rod with a star in the end, one club has a guard in front of it, the last one looks like the previous one without a guard. Roxas grabs the last one of the three and got in his fighting stance. Seifer pulls out his own club and points it towards Roxas.
Donald: Focus now, Roxas! Do it for all of us!
Seifer: Come on! Quit goofing around and fight!
Roxas came charging at Seifer. They both clashed their clubs at each other, but Roxas jumps over Seifer and hits him from behind. Seifer got up again and starts slashing at Roxas, but he dodged his attack and kicks him in the stomach. Seifer grunts, as he walks back and Roxas then leaps in the air and hits him in the head. Seifer wobbles a bit and then fell down to his knees. He looks up and glares at Roxas, who was still standing.
Mickey: Who's the loser now, Seifer?
Rai and Fuu ran in front of Seifer, guarding him.
Rai: Hey, you got lucky today. But Seifer's not feelin hot, You know?
Fuu: That's right. Tournament decides.
Donald: I've gotta take a picture of this.
He took out his camera and took a picture of Roxas victorious over Seifer. After taking it, he gave a thumbs up, but then a strange white creature came and took the camera away from him and ran off.
Mickey: What was that?
Minnie: The thief?
The gang ran after the creature, but Mickey, Donald, and Minnie lost track of it. Roxas was the only one following it. He chased it to the woods, until it reached the front gate of a mansion. As Roxas reached it, he stops, as he hears a voice in his head.
We have come for you, my liege.
Roxas: What?
The zipper around the creature's mouth opens to show a scary face. Roxas charges at the creature and hits it with his club, but it did no damage.
Roxas: What? No use...
Then Roxas looks at his club and noticed that it's covered in data. It has transformed into a sword that looks like a key. It has a golden handle and a silver blade which looks like a key. It points at the creature.
Roxas: What is this thing?
What Roxas is holding is called a Keyblade. It was the weapon Sora uses in his adventures. Roxas didn't know this, but he decides to use it against the creature.
Roxas: I hope it works.
He got in his fighting stance. He strikes the creature with the Keyblade. This time, it did work. He slashed it a couple of times, until it got destroyed. The creature drops the photos. Roxas was about to look at the Keyblade again, but it disappears. He sighs, picks up the photos, and walks away. He met up with Mickey, Donald, and Minnie, and they looked at the photos. The first one is Roxas in front of Goofy's shop.
Mickey: What's this?
Roxas: I was his first customer when he opens his shop. We asked to take a picture together.
Minnie: It's a really nice photo, Roxas.
Minnie puts her hand over her mouth in surprise.
Donald: Hey! You said the word "photo," Minnie!
Mickey: So, Roxas. Tell us about the picture thief.
Roxas: Not much to say. I actually found them lying on the ground.
Mickey: Well, that's not much proof to say we haven't done it.
He looks at the next picture and chuckles.
Mickey: Roxas, there's you with Alice.
Minnie: You look so happy there, Roxas.
Roxas: Do not.
Donald: Did anybody else notice that all the stolen pictures are of Roxas?
Minnie: Yeah. That's why everyone thought it was us.
Mickey: So, Seifer isn't accusing us after all?
Roxas: They were all about me?
Donald: Yeah.
He pulls another picture of Roxas with Elvira.
Donald: See?
He then pulls out a picture of Seifer next to a knocked out Roxas with Rai and Vivi next to him.
Minnie: Look.
He then pulls out the last picture with Roxas and the gang in front of the mansion.
Donald: Right? Every single one. Wouldn't it be weird if the thief was after the real Roxas or something?
Mickey: Come on, get serious. Why would anyone wanna steal a knucklehead like Roxas?
Roxas:(Sarcasm)Oh, thanks, Mickey!
Mickey: I'm just kidding, Roxas. Don't get too angry.
Everyone laughs. Then they hear the evening bell ring.
Donald: It's getting late. Let's head back home.
Mickey, Donald, and Minnie waves good-bye to Roxas and left the secret place. Roxas soon left the place and walks out into the sunset, where the sun's ray got into his eyes. He covers his eyes with his right arm and hears a voice.
Where...am I? Who are you?
The voice then stops speaking and Roxas heads home. The screen then fizzles.
Restoration at 12%.
In what appears to be a computer room, there were two men. One man wears a red robe and has red bandages wrapped around his face, revealing only his right eye and mouth. The other was a black-coated person, who just walks in the room.
Figure: I have bad news, Diz.
Diz: I already know. Those Organization miscreants...They've found us.
Figure: But why would the Nobodies steal the photographs?
Diz: Both are nothing but data to them. The fools could never tell the difference. We are running outta time. Namine must make haste if we wanna get Sora back and fighting again.
As Roxas went to sleep again, he had more dreams of Sora's adventures. This time, it's in Traverse Town. Sora has just been woken up by Furrball. The screen then cuts to Sora running to the second district, where he got ambushed by the Heartless. When he starts talking about what happened to his island, he starts to mention the red-headed girl, but still couldn't say her name. An image of her flickers. It then cuts to Sora about to confront a man named Leon. It then cuts to Sora meeting Plucky and Dizzy for the first time. Leon told Sora to go with them. Plucky, Dizzy, and Sora introduced themselves to each other. It then cuts to Leon telling Sora that the Heartless have great fear of the Keyblade. It then cuts to Sora sealing a Keyhole in one of the worlds. Roxas woke up the next morning and starts to understand. He looks at his hand.
Roxas: A key...blade?
The 2nd Day
He walks down the alleyway.
Roxas: So, that's a Keyblade, huh?
As he walks down the alleyway, he saw a stick to his left. He picks it up and starts swinging it around, hoping the the Keyblade would appear. But it didn't happen.
Roxas: What was that about?
He threw the stick behind him and it hits someone. He turns around to see the cloaked figure.
Roxas: Sorry about that.
The figure then turns around and walks away. Roxas went back to the secret place, where Mickey, Donald, and Minnie are having blue ice cream. Minnie offers him an ice cream.
Roxas: Thank you.
As the gang are eating their ice cream, Donald spoke up.
Donald: Do you guys think we'll be together like this?
Minnie: I sure hope so.
Mickey: Why do you ask, Donald?
Donald: I was just thinking out loud?
Mickey: Well, I doubt we can be together forever. But isn't that what growing up's all about? What's important isn't how often we see each other, but how often we think about each other.
Minnie nods at her boyfriend and Donald just laughs.
Donald: Where did you get that from? A fortune cookie?
Roxas and Minnie laughs as well. Mickey slaps Donald on the back of his head.
Mickey: That's it! No more ice cream for you. Man, it just can't get any worse.
Minnie: Maybe it was the thief that appeared yesterday.
Mickey: No. I just wish that our summer vacation would last forever.
He then stood up and got an idea.
Mickey: I know! Why don't we go to the beach? We haven't gone once this entire vacation. Blue seas, blue skies, let's get on the train and go!
He turns around to see Roxas, Donald, and Minnie just stand there and remain silent.
Mickey: No? Why not?
Roxas: Maybe you forgot that we have no money.
Mickey: Maybe you forgot that I'm clever.
Mickey ran out, followed by Donald and Minnie. Roxas just stays behind to think about the dreams he had. What connection does he have with Sora? Then Donald came back in to tell him to hurry up. Roxas follows Donald and they found Mickey and Minnie looking at the poster advertising the Struggle Tournament.
Mickey: Just two days to the Struggle Tournament.
Minnie: I remembered that the current champion, Setzer will be there.
Donald: Seifer will enter, too. Vivi as well.
Mickey: Vivi? Weird.
He then turns to Roxas.
Mickey: You and I have to make it to the finals. That way, no matter who wins, the four of us can split the prize.
Roxas: OK. You're on!
Donald: You two are gonna clean up!
Minnie: Go get em!
Roxas and Mickey put their arms up together to make a sign of friendship.
Mickey: It's a promise! Now, let's get down to business. One ticket costs 900 munny. How much is it for the four of us?
Minnie: 3600.
Mickey: And 300 each to spend there. What's that for all of us?
Minnie: 1200. A total of 4800.
Roxas: So, what do we spend it on when we get there?
Mickey: Bananas, of course. What else is there?
Roxas: What about watermelon?
Mickey: Too pricey. They are like 2000 munny each.
Roxas: OK. Bananas it is then and maybe a Paopu Fruit as well.
Mickey: Paopu Fruit? What for?
Roxas: So that Mickey and Minnie can share one and get married or something.
Roxas laughs, while Mickey was red in the face, like he wants to pound him for that, but Minnie holds him down.
Minnie: We need 4800 munny altogether. How much do we have?
Donald: I've got 800.
Minnie: 650.
Roxas: 150. Sorry, guys.
Minnie: Don't worry, Roxas.
Mickey: So that's 1600 munny. We need another 3600. Let's do some part-time jobs and make some cash. We have until the train leaves to earn 800 each. Meet me at the station with the munny you got.
He then ran off.
Donald: I thought he had it covered.
Roxas: Whatever. Those bananas must be delicious.
Roxas went to the bulletin board with a list of jobs to do. The first job he did is mail delivery. He delivers a few letters to people around town. Snow White and her Prince thanks Roxas for the mail delivery and gave him 50 munny. The next job he did is cargo climb. He pushed the cargo, up the hill, to the cargo depot. Cinderella and Prince Charming thanks Roxas for pushing the cargo up the hill and gave him 50 more munny. The next job he did is grandstander. He bounced the ball in a series of combos five times. Aurora and Prince Philip are impressed with Roxas's skills and gave him 50 more munny.
He went to the next bulletin board to find more jobs to do. The first job he did is poster duty. He goes around town, putting posters on walls around town. The posters advertised the Struggle Tournament. Ariel and Prince Eric thanks Roxas for putting posters all around town and gave him 50 munny. The next job he did is bumble buster. He kills a bunch of bees. Belle and the Beast are impressed with Roxas's bee busting skills and gave him 50 more munny. The last job he did is junk sweep. He destroys the junk by swinging them to other piles of junk. Aladdin and Jasmine thanks Roxas for cleaning up the junk and gave him 50 more munny. Roxas went back to Mickey and the others in front of the train station.
Mickey: All present and accounted for?
Donald: Yes, sir! What have we got?
Roxas: I have this.
He shows them alot of munny.
Minnie: Alright!
Mickey: Way to go, Roxas!
Donald: We could buy a Paopu Fruit for Mickey and Minnie now.
Roxas and Donald laughs, while Mickey and Minnie blushed.
Minnie: Nice work, everyone. Added to what we started with, we now have...
She shows everyone her pouch.
Minnie: Tada! 5000 munny!
Mickey: Alright!
Minnie gave the bag to Roxas.
Minnie: Come on! Let's buy our tickets!
Donald and Minnie ran up. Mickey walks up to Roxas.
Mickey: Unfortunately, we can't be together forever, so let's make this the best we can remember.
Roxas: What?
Mickey: Gotcha!
He pokes Roxas in the stomach and ran towards Donald and Minnie. Roxas was about to follow him, but he trips over. A stick flew right besides him. The gang stops to look at him. As he got up and wipes his lip, he saw the same cloaked figure, standing besides him. The figure grabs his arm and whispers in his ear.
Figure: Can you feel Sora?
Roxas: What?
Mickey: Roxas! Three minutes!
Roxas: Right!
Roxas turns to where the figure was, but he was gone. He catches up with his friends and Mickey went up the counter.
Mickey: Four students, please.
Donald: Roxas, the munny.
Roxas checks his pockets, but he gasped.
Roxas: Oh no!
He then remembers the figure who grabs him.
Roxas: HE TOOK IT!
He ran back outside.
Minnie: Where are you going?
Roxas turns around.
Roxas: Remember when I fell? I had the munny before. I bet that guy in the coat took it.
Mickey: Guy?
Roxas: He couldn't have gotten too far.
Mickey: What are you talking about? There was no guy. You just fell over.
Roxas: What? But he...There wasn't...Really?
Everyone could hear the train leave. They missed it.
Donald: Oh, boy.
He sighs in defeat.
Roxas: There wasn't anyone there?
The gang left the station and went up the clock tower. They were having blue ice cream again. Roxas was thinking about the figure in the coat, he didn't notice his ice cream melting.
Minnie: Your ice cream's melting
Roxas: Sorry.
Mickey: Cheer up already! We could go back tomorrow.
Roxas: That was definitely weird, though.
Minnie: Strange.
Mickey: You said it.
Roxas looks back down and whispers to the words the figure said to him.
Roxas:(Whispers)Can you feel Sora?
The screen then fizzles.
Restoration at 28%.
Diz: Namine, hurry.
Back in the computer lab, the cloaked figure walks back in, tossing the money pouch up and down.
Figure: Is it really that hard to go to the beach?
Diz: Then we'd be giving the enemy another entry point.
The figure held the money pouch.
Figure: And what shall I do to this?
Diz: We could always buy some sea salt ice cream.
He then laughs.
Diz: Objects from that town must be kept out of the real world. You can delete that data money and replace it with the real one, when Sora awakens.
The figure went back to tossing the pouch up and down, as the screen turns to what looks like a teleporter.
