Alyssa woke up with a backache. She just couldn't find her spot last night. Dean noticed and leaned over to rub at the spot she was rubbing.

She jumped.

"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you darlin", he said.

"I just thought you were still asleep", she replied.

He stood to use the restroom and she went to open the curtains to let more light in. When she did, she noticed that black BMW from yesterday. A shiver went down her spine.

"Dean", she called.

"Yeah?", he shouted back.

"Dean, come here. Its that car, the one I told you", she said, looking back towards the bathroom.

When Dean walked over, they looked back out and it was gone.

"What, I swear…", she stopped and looked up and down the street.

Empty. She sighed and rubbed her forehead.

"Its okay baby. I believe you. Next time get the license plate. Okay", he said.

She nodded and he kissed her cheek.

While Alyssa was in the shower, Dean made a call to Roman.

"Hey man, what's up?", he answered.

"I'm not sure. Lys, she's been seeing this black BMW since yesterday. I was wondering if you can check Dolph's collection of cars", Dean said.

"For sure. Tell Lys not to worry", he replied.

They hung up and Dean turned to see Alyssa behind him wrapped in a towel.

"Do you think I'm crazy?", she asked softly.

He went over to her and pulled her into him. Feeling her belly against his stomach.

"No. Fucking no. I just want Roman to catch Dolph in the act. This could be another strike against him.", Dean said.

Alyssa nodded.

"What if I am imagining it? I don't want you guys to get in trouble for my imagination", she said.

He cupped her face.

"I don't care. I would rather you feel safe than worrying about something that is or isn't there", he said.

She nodded.

Getting to the court house, they saw Dolph arrive. He was in a red Audi. He saw them and winked before walking in.

"It can still be him", Dean whispered, knowing what she was thinking.

Alyssa rubbed her bump. Dean wrapped an arm around her and pulled her inside. They sat in their usual spot. The judge came out and went over what happened yesterday.

"People call their first witness", the judge said.

Lana stood.

"We call Marissa Martinez to the stand", Lana said.

Alyssa watched as her mom walked up to the stand. Dolph smiled at her mom. He probably thought she would stick up for him.

Alyssa hoped he was wrong.

"Mrs. Martinez, your daughter Alyssa was in a relationship with Mr. Dolph Ziggler. Is that correct?", Lana asked.

Her mom nodded.

"Yes that is true", she replied.

"Did you noticed anything different about your daughter after she started dating him?", Lana asked.

Alyssa noticed her mom glance at Dolph. She squeezed Dean's hand.

"Have faith in your mom", he whispered.

"Not at first, but after she moved in with him, I did. A lot.", her mom said.

"Did she ever come to you about what was happening with him?", Lana asked.

Her mom's bottom lip trembled. She wiped at a tear that slipped.

"She did, but I told her to deal with it and to just listen to him and he won't hurt her", she replied.

Dolph rolled his eyes and shifted in his seat. Lana nodded.

"But it was only because that kind of life is all you knew", Lana said.

Her mom nodded.

"My father was abusive, always hitting my mother. She was the one who told me that as long as she just listened to him and did things the way she said, she won't get hit.", her mom said.

Lana nodded.

"You've gotten help, yes?", Lana asked.

Her mom nodded.

"Alyssa and Dean got it for me. I know now that an abusive relationship isn't a healthy one.", her mom said.

Lana nodded.

"Do you believe Mr. Ziggler is capable of hurting your daughter or any woman for that matter, to the point of death?", Lana asked.

Her mom looked at Dolph.

"Yes, I believe so. I'm sorry to my daughter for not getting her out of there sooner. I almost lost my baby to that monster", her mom said.

Lana nodded.

"No further questions", Lana said.

Dolph stood.

"Mrs. Martinez, did your husband ever hit you?", Dolph asked.

"No, David would never", she replied.

"But you tried to get him to hit you, didn't you?", Dolph asked.

Her mom shook her head no.

"I thought he would, but he promised he wouldn't.", she replied.

Dolph nodded.

"Then he cheated on you", Dolph added.

Marissa flinched.

"You divorced him, but it was never finalized, right?", Dolph asked.

Alyssa looked at her mom confused. They had told her they were divorced.

"Right?", Dolph said louder.

"Right.", she answered.

"He wouldn't sign them, right? Why?", Dolph asked.

"We still loved each other and hoped that one day we could fix us", she replied.

"And did you?", he asked.

Lana stood.

"Objection. What does their marriage have to do with the topic at hand?", Lana asked.

"I'll drop it", he said, holding his hands up.

He looked over towards Alyssa.

"You can step down now, Mrs. Martinez", the judge said.

Dean leaned into Alyssa.

"You didn't know?", he whispered.

Alyssa shook her head no.

"The people call judge David Martinez next", Lana said.

Alyssa watched her dad walk up to the stand. They swore him in and Lana stood.

"Mr. Martinez, what was your first impression of Mr. Ziggler?", Lana asked.

"Not much. I usually don't have anything to say till I've had more talks with the guys my daughter dates.", he replied.

Lana nodded.

"Did you see a change in Alyssa that just didn't seem like her?", Lana asked.

He nodded.

"Yes. Which at first I didn't think anything of. Then she stopped coming around completely and that just wasn't like my Aly", he said.

"When did you start learning of the abuse?", she asked.

"The twins brought it to my attention. Telling me about when they saw her and spoke to her.", he said.

She nodded.

"You took her from Dolph on the day they would marry?", she asked.

"And I don't regret it. I only have one child, I would be devastated", he replied.

"Did Mr. Ziggler ever contact you about Aly after that?", she asked.

He nodded.

"He threatened me if I didn't bring her back. He tried to get me to tell him where she was. I never told him.", he answered.

"How is Aly now?", Lana asked.

He smiled.

"Happy, in love, and will soon be a mother of three. Everything I wanted for her, she has now", he replied.

Lana smiled and nodded.

"Did you ever threaten Mr. Ziggler?", she asked.

They knew Dolph could bring that up and twist her dad's words. So they beat him to the punch.

"Once or twice, but I was trying to protect my baby. It was an instinct. I never followed through with any of them", her dad said.

Lana nodded.

"No further questions", Lana said.

"Mr. Ziggler, your witness", the judge said.

Dolph stood.

"Did you ever abuse your power as a judge to try to get me arrested?", Dolph asked.

David shifted in his seat.

"I did, I don't regret it.", he replied.

Dolph smirked.

"We were right. Its why we are here today", he continued.

"So why did you and your wife divorce?", Dolph asked.

"I was an idiot. I know what you're trying to do. It won't work. I love my wife and I love my daughter. No, my wife and I aren't together at the moment, but I still love her", he said.

Lana stood and sighed.

"Again, what does their marriage have to do with him being on trial", Lana said.

"Not much, just that every one makes mistakes. We are human. I am human.", Dolph said.

He looked at the judge.

"No further questions", he said.

The judge looked at her dad.

"You can step down now, judge Martinez", the judge said.

Her dad stepped down and over to her. He sat beside her and took her hand.

"We have a lot to talk about", he whispered.

She nodded.

"That will be all for today.", the judge stood and walked away.

Everyone else stood to leave. She watched as her mom waited for them by the doors. Her eyes on her husband.

He smiled at her.

"Hi, Ris", he said.

"David", she replied.

Alyssa rubbed her bump and watched them.

"So, you two are still married. I thought you divorced though, I don't get it", Alyssa said.

Her dad sighed.

"Like I said, it was a long story. Which I will tell you", her dad said.
