Alyssa was folding some of the baby clothes again. She had done it several times since this whole trial started. Adding a daybed by the window for when Alyssa or Dean had to get up in the middle of the night.

She rubbed her bump as she looked out the window, spotting the black BMW. She gasped and went to stand, but stopped herself.

"You're not real", she mumbled, closing her eyes.

She opened them again, but the car was still there. She was going to call for Dean.

"Babe?", she jumped and turned towards the door.

Dean looked at her worried.

"What is it?", he asked.

She looked from him, back outside. The car was gone. Maybe she was going crazy.

"Lys?", Dean asked.

"Its nothing", she replied softly.

She bit her lip. He went to sit beside her.

"I'm suppose to be enjoying this pregnancy, and so far I haven't. I know I said I would try and not let Dolph get to me, but he is.", she replied.

He touched her cheek gently.

"I'm sorry baby, I wish I could help you. I wish I could make this trial go by faster.", he whispered.

She wiped her cheeks.

"Tell me about your new friend. What's her name again? Sonya? Why not invite her over this weekend? I want to meet her for myself", Dean said, wanting to take his wife's mind off of Dolph.

Alyssa nodded.

"I'll text her", she replied.

He stood and kissed the top of his wife's head.

"I love you", he whispered.

She smiled up at him.

"I love you too", she replied.

After he left the room, Alyssa stood to grab her phone off the dresser.

"Hey, my husband and I would like to invite you and your wife over for dinner this weekend. Let me know if you can make it"-Alyssa

She didn't have to wait long for a reply.

"We would love too. Text me your address when you can. See you this weekend"-Sonya

Alyssa sighed softly. All she needed was a distraction.

Getting to the courtroom the next day, Konnor and Viktor would be going up to speak next. Konnor was up first.

"You and your colleague own your own cleaning service, don't you?", Lana asked.

Konnor nodded.

"I'm sorry, I don't think they heard you in the back", Lana said.

"Please use your words", the judge said.

"Yes. We've had it for about fifteen, sixteen years now.", he replied.

She nodded.

"But you two also do more than clean carpets, right?", she asked.

Konnor shifted in his seat.

"We do all kinds of work. Carpets, wood floors, pools, and stuff like that", Konnor replied.

"Also murders?", Lana asked.

Konnor shifted again, his head down after he had glanced at Dolph.

"I have no idea what you are referring too", he mumbled.

"Oh don't forget kidnapping", Lana added.

He went to deny it, but Lana cut him off.

"Don't forget we have witnesses to say other wise.", Lana added.

He shut his mouth.

"Who told you to kidnap Megan Ambrose and Madeline Ambrose?", Lana asked.

His eyes moved to Dolph before he cleared his throat.

"Don't protect him, Konnor", Lana added.

"Who?", Konnor asked.

"Dolph", she replied.

Konnor chuckled and shook his head.

"I'm not protecting him, I'm protecting Viktor", Konnor replied.

Everyone started mumbling.

"Viktor?", Lana asked.

Konnor nodded.

"He's like a brother to me. My best friend. He was a good guy, but he had his demons too.", Konnor said.

Dolph smirked.

"He kidnapped that woman and little girl. I kept trying to convince him to take them back, but he didn't want too. He knew Dolph had a basement, one Dolph didn't know about. He said he could hide them in there", Konnor said.

The whispers grew louder.

"Are you saying Dolph had nothing to do with this?", Lana asked.

"Of course he didn't. Its why I'm speaking up now, I feel bad for putting him in this spot. I should have called the police on Viktor, but he was my best friend, you know", Konnor said.

Alyssa squeezed Dean's hand. Lana didn't know what else to say. They weren't expecting this.

"No further questions", she said, before sitting down.

Dolph stood and made his way over to Konnor.

"Thank you for speaking up and telling the truth.", Dolph said.

Konnor nodded.

"And I'm sorry you were put in that spot as well. I get why you did what you did", Dolph said.

"I feel sick", Alyssa whispered.

Dean wrapped an arm around her and rubbed her arm.

"I honestly don't have any questions for you. Miss Lana asked them all. Again, I'm sorry about your friend and thank you, for clearing my name", Dolph said, before making his way back to his seat.

They let Konnor to the back. The judge sighed.

"Next witness", the judge said.

Before Lana could call for Viktor, they heard shouts from the back room before gunshots rang out. Dean covered his wife as best he could. When the commotion stopped, police dragged Konnor out of the back.

"He needed to be stopped. He was sick", Konnor shouted.

Someone went over to the judge and he nodded. He sighed before looking over the frightened crowd.

"We are done here for today. Tomorrow's trial will be postponed", the judge said, before leaving.

Everyone quickly left.

"What happened? Why was Konnor dragged out? Why did we hear gunshots?", Dean asked.

"I'm not sure, but we will find out. Go home and I will call you as soon as we know anything", Lana said.

"We've got you, Mr. And Mrs. Ambrose", Rusev said.

Dean sighed.

"I don't feel so good, Dean", Alyssa mumbled.

He looked at her. Her face was pale and she looked about ready to puke and pass out. He went over to her and lifted her into his arms.

"Need some help?", Seth asked.

"No. I can take care of her by myself", Dean shouted.

Seth held his hands up and backed up. Dean sighed.

"I'm sorry, I just, I feel helpless and I don't like that", Dean said.

"We get it, but we are also here for you", Nikki said.

"I just want to get her home.", he said.

Both nodded and watched as he left with Alyssa. When he got home, he laid her down in their bed. He kissed the side of her head.

"I love you.", he whispered.

He walked out of their room.

"How is she?", Marissa asked.

"I don't know", he replied, before he broke down in tears.

She hugged him tight. This was the closest they've ever been.

"Its going to be okay. You two can do this, you've been through worse. Just hold on", she whispered.

He nodded.

Lana had called that night, Dean sat with Alyssa as they listened to her.

"Trial is postponed till further notice. Konnor went off on Viktor. Pulled a gun from a cop and killed him. Said he couldn't take looking at his face anymore.", Lana said.

"So then Viktor won't be able to say whether or not he was the actual person who had them kidnapped", Dean added.

"Our thoughts exactly. This just lets us know that Viktor was going to talk", Rusev said.

Dean rubbed his eyes.

"I want to go up next", Alyssa said.

"Absolutely not", Dean quickly said.

"This could help us and close this up", Lana said.

"No", Dean shouted.

"I can do this", Alyssa said.

"Can you? All I've seen is you getting sicker and sicker. You're seeing cars that aren't even there. You aren't sleeping", he shouted.

"You said you believed me", she mumbled.

He opened his mouth to reply, but nothing came out.

"You two need to talk this out. We have a few days before trial starts back up. Let us know", Lana said, before hanging up.

Alyssa quickly stood and left the room. Dean growled and pushed his chair back, making it fall back.

"Daddy", he turned to see Oliver wiping his eyes.

He went over to his son and lifted him into his arms.

"Hey little man, you are suppose to be in bed.", he said, kissing his son's head.

He took him back upstairs and to his room. He tucked his son back in and kissed his head.

"Goodnight.", he whispered.

Oliver smiled before turning over and going right to sleep. He went to check on Maddie before finding his wife in Lizzie's room.

She was looking out the window.

"Sweetheart", he started.

"I'm staying in here tonight, so my sickness won't bother you", she said.

"I shouldn't have said that to you, because I do believe you. I'm just frustrated that I can't do anything to make this go away. To protect you", he said.

"I just need to know that you believe me. Having you have my back is all I need.", she said.

He nodded and took her hand.

"I believe you. I'm here.", he said.

"I'm going to take the stand. I need to do this", she said.

He sighed, but nodded.

"Alright", he said.
