The next world will be a Castlevania world. It will be based off of Rondo of Blood with the main hero of Symphony of the Nights joining in. The main hero will also have the Power of Dominance from Aria and Dawn of Sorrows, as well as Dominus from Orders of Ecclesia.
Chapter 18: Sora's Vampire Hunting Adventure Part 1
After going through Floating Island, Plucky was feeling happy about the world they were heading to.
Plucky: Oh, yeah! We went through a pretty happy-looking series of floating islands. I feel quite happy about what the next world is gonna be.
Elder-Ham: I wouldn't bet on it, Plucky. I hear the next world might be scary. Maybe it will be so scary, you will be crying home for Shirley.
Plucky: What are you talking about? I'm the bravest duck around.
Sora: Right...Remember the time you were shaking in the Distortion World, or when we were about to battle Giratina, you were gonna walk away.
Plucky:(Sweatdrops)Please don't remind me, Sora.
Sneezer: Guys, we're heading to another world.
Everyone looks outside to see a new world. It appears to be a dark and gloomy world. There's a giant lake in the middle with a town on one side of the lake and a sinister looking castle on the other side. There is fog surrounding the castle. Plucky was shaking again.
Sora: What kinda world is that?
Sweetie: That's Transylvania. It is a world that looks like it's set in the 1700s.
Plucky:(Whimpers)I don't like the looks of that world. Especially that creepy looking castle.
Sweetie: That's Dracula's Castle. Some legends say it is the home of the vampire lord.
Plucky:(Whimpers)Oh, great. Just what we needed. Vampires!
Sora: Don't worry, Plucky. We'll get through this world alive.
Sweetie: Wait! This is a world set in the 1700s. You can't go in with the uniforms you're wearing right now.
Sneezer: You will need uniforms that are appropriate for that time period.
Plucky: Don't worry. I know a spell how to change our uniforms, when we get there.
Sora: Then let's go down there.
Sneezer: Yes, sir! Preparing to depart!
The Gummi Ship departs for Transylvania. When the gang arrives, their uniforms have changed. Sora wears a Paul Revere uniform with a black hat, black jacket with a white shirt under it, and black pants. Plucky wears a gray wizard robe and hat. Dizzy wears an open knight helmet showing his face. The trio are on a rampart of a town. It was nighttime. The whole gang looks out the rampart to see a giant lake with Dracula's Castle on the other side. There was fog surrounding the castle.
Sora: This place is...
Dizzy: Kinda different.
World: Transylvania
The trio are walking around the rampart, when suddenly, they hear screaming. The trio ran to see a town on fire.
Sora: Something's up in the town.
Dizzy: Organization XIII?
Plucky: Or the Heartless?
Sora: There's only one way to find out.
The trio went down the rampart, as they started heading to town. Meanwhile, in the dock, Monty and Team Rocket are talking to a man with long white hair, white moustache, black robes with a black shirt under it, black pants, and black boots. Next to him is an old man in a blue-hooded robe and carrying a scythe. Behind them are some people. Some of them look like peasants with brown robes. Some of them look like bandits with brown pants and carrying swords. Some of them look like knights in purple armor and carrying lances. Monty is in a Paul Revere uniform with a black hat, black jacket with a white shirt under it, and black pants. Jessie is in a white dress with a white bonnet. James is also in a Paul Revere uniform with a black hat, brown jacket with a white shirt under it, and brown pants.
Monty: The Crimson Stone?
Man: Yes. And thanks to the curse from it, we are neither alive or dead.
Meowth: Really? Because you look like normal people to me.
Man: Yes. But in the moonlight...
The cloud that covers the moon has passed, revealing the man and his people as a bunch of monsters. The man has a pale white face and glowing red eyes. His right hand man turns out to be a skeleton with glowing red eyes. The monsters that look like peasants have become zombies with pale gray faces and pale white eyes. The monsters that look like bandits have become skeletons with glowing red eyes. The knights look the same, except they have glowing red eyes. Jessie and James hugs each other in fear, as well as Monty and Meowth.
Meowth:(Whimpers)Now, I get what you mean.
Monty and Team Rocket stops hugging each other.
Monty: Anyway, if you see two losers and a twerp holding a Keyblade, steer clear.
Jessie: They got a kind of magic that don't belong in this world.
James: Yeah. Nobody will know what they'll do to you.
Meowth: Especially when the moon shows what you really are.
Another cloud covers the moon, returning the man and his minions to look like normal people.
Man: So, they're a match for me, Dracula?
Suddenly, Sora and his gang enters the dock and encounters Monty and Team Rocket talking with Dracula.
Sora: Monty! Team Rocket!
Monty: See there? Those are the punks I warned you about!
Sora: Who are you calling punks? It's Sora, Plucky, and Dizzy to you! Don't ever forget it!
Dracula: We won't forget it. We'll make sure to engrave it on your tombstones.
Monty: I like your style, Drac.
Dracula turns to his minions.
Dracula: Minions! Half of you stay here to engage these mortals! Death and the rest of you, bring me back the Crimson Stone!
Dracula's minions: Yes, Lord Dracula!
Death led some of Dracula's minions to town, while the rest will fight against Sora and his friends.
Sora: We only get to stomp on a few of you? This is gonna be easy!
Dracula laughs evilly. Sora slashed a bandit with his Keyblade, but it didn't hurt him. Plucky uses Thunder to zap a peasant, but it had no effect. Dizzy uses Spin Attack on a knight, but it still didn't work.
Sora: It's no good! We can't do any damage!
Dracula's minion: Aye. What do ya expect?
Suddenly, the cloud that covers the moon has passed, revealing Dracula's minions as monsters. Sora and the gang were shocked.
Dracula's minion: You best be saying your prayers.
Meowth: Watch out! They could see you! Stay away from der magic!
Dracula's minion: What for?
Monty: Weren't you listening to us before?
Sora: Hey, Meowth! Thanks for the tip!
Meowth covers his mouth. Sora slashed a skeleton with his Keyblade, cutting it to pieces. Plucky uses Fire on a zombie, burning it to ashes. Dizzy headbutts a knight, making it fall apart. After dealing with Dracula's minions, The trio turns their attentions to Monty and Team Rocket.
Monty: This isn't over yet, losers!
Monty and Team Rocket ran over to Dracula's ship.
Sora: If Monty and Team Rocket are here, that means we have work to do.
Dizzy: Yep. And that man in robe look pretty scary.
Sora: I'd hate to see him turn into a Heartless.
Plucky: That's why we're here.
Sora: Hey. Maybe we can take that ship out for a spin.
Plucky & Dizzy: What?
Sora puts his arms behind his head.
Sora: Just kidding! Anyway, weren't those guys heading into town?
Dizzy: Maybe they looking for treasure.
The trio heads to town. The town is on fire and people are running away from the monsters. A young woman with light purple hair and wearing a yellow dress with a green skirt is being carried by Death.
Woman: Where are you taking me? Let me go!
Death: Sorry, Annette. But Lord Dracula requested me to take you to him.
Suddenly, A young man with short black hair with a white headband around it, wearing a blue shirt, white pants, and brown boots chased Death. Behind him is a little girl, who kind of looks like Princess Peach. She has long blonde hair with a red ribbon on it and wears a pink dress. They are chasing after Death.
Man: Stop! Bring me back Annette!
Suddenly, a bunch of Shadows surrounded them.
Girl: What are they?
?: It's the Heartless! Look out!
Sora and the gang ran in to help them.
Sora: We'll deal with them! You two take cover!
The man and the girl nods and took cover somewhere. They took care of the Heartless, including two new type of Heartless. One is the Cannon Gun. They are cannon-like Heartless. The other is the Wight Knight. They are mummy-like Heartless. The Cannon Guns fired cannonballs at the trio, but they easily dodged them. The Wight Knights slashed at Sora, but he fights back. After all of the Heartless are gone, the man and the girl ran up to the trio.
Man: Thanks for the help. But my own fighting skills are not to be ashamed of.
Girl: I have magic, too. But we've never faced foes like them before.
Sora: You really think we're that good?
Dizzy: Did you find your friend?
Man: We're too late. Now, we must rescue her! Will you help us?
Sora: Of course! I'm Sora.
He points to Plucky.
Sora: This is Plucky Duck.
He then points to Dizzy.
Sora: And this is Dizzy Devil.
Man: I'm Richter Belmont of the Belmont Clan.
Girl: And I'm Maria Renard.
Sora: OK, Richter and Maria. Let's go!
Richter: We gotta get to the docks!
Sora the gang went through the burning town with Richter and Maria joining. They fought Heartless along the way. Richter took some of them out with his whip. Maria summons white doves to attack the Heartless. The gang made their way to the dock, where they found Dracula's ship sailing away.
Richter: We're too late! Those monsters kidnapped Annette Renard and are taking her to Dracula's Castle.
Maria: She's my older sister. Now, I'll never see her again!
?: Then she's long gone. Dracula is nigh unstoppable.
Everyone turns to see a young man with long white hair, wears a black robe with a black shirt under it, black pants, and black boots. He was heading to another ship on the dock.
Man: Best find yourself another girl.
Richter: You...What are you doing aboard the Interceptor? She's off limit to civilians.
Man: Ahh, fortunate that I'm gonna commandeer her then. She would make a fine ship for a vampire.
Sora: A vampire?
Man: My name is Alucard, son of Dracula.
Plucky: Alucard? That's Dracula spelled backwards. In fact, this whole world seems familiar.
Sora: You've been here before, Plucky?
Plucky: No. But I'm certain that a certain video game company that made Tiny Toon games on NES and SNES also might have made video games based on this world.
Maria: What was that?
Plucky: Nothing! Forget what I said!
Richter: Take me with you, Alucard. I need to get to Dracula's Castle to save Anette. I reawakened you from your coffin. Do this and your debt is repaid.
Alucard: You'll have to win the fair lady's heart alone. I see no profit in it for me.
Sora: Come on, Alucard!
Richter: Are you sure you can sail her? All on your own?
Alucard stood to think for a moment, then spoke up.
Alucard: You have a point there. Come aboard.
Everyone nods and walks up the ship.
Richter: Thanks, Alucard.
Sora: I'm Sora.
He points to Plucky and Dizzy.
Sora: This is Plucky Duck and Dizzy Devil.
Richter: I'm Richter Belmont.
Maria: And I'm Maria Renard.
Alucard: Belmont? No doubt you're related to the clan whose been hunting Dracula for centuries.
Richter: Yes.
Alucard: Well, Mr. Belmont. You get us ready to make way. I've some effects to liberate.
Richter: OK! But hurry.
Dizzy: Sora really wanna be vampire?
Sora: Of course not!
He walks up to Alucard.
Alucard: What do you think of Richter?
Sora: I don't know. We just met him.
Alucard: I think my luck is about to change.
Meanwhile, back in Dracula's ship, Dracula is talking to Annette.
Annette: You can release me now. You have your trinket. I'm of no further use to you.
Dracula: This is no trinket, missy. This is the Crimson Stone. It's an ancient artifact that places the curse on one who originally worn it.
Annette: I hardly believe in ghost stories, Dracula.
Dracula: That's exactly what I thought. I worn it a long time ago and it cursed me to live forever, gave me vast demonic powers, and gave me the power to control all things, living and dead. I created a giant castle with the power of this stone and lived in luxury with drink and food and pleasurable company. But the longer we lived, the more we realized, the drink would not satisfy, and the food turned to ash in our mouths. We are cursed men, Ms. Belmont. We were compelled by greed and immortality, but now...we are consumed by it.
Annette: How very sad for you.
Dracula: There is one way we can end our curse. The blood of every soul affected by the stone must repaid. Ms. Belmont, for hundreds of years, we've fought your clan. Preying on every town and village in Transylvania. Preying on every man, woman, and child alike. We despaired of finding the Crimson Stone and a descendant of the Belmont Clan. All those years, you've been safe in your bed, reading your ghost stories, dreaming of adventures in Transylvania. We've endured torments worse than death itself. But now, thanks to you, we have the final piece at last. With this stone restored, we will be free to roam the lands as men. No longer will we be demons.
Anette: And the blood that's to be repaid?
Dracula: That's why there's no sense to be killing you...yet.
Anette gasped and ran out of Dracula's cabin to the outside, only to find Dracula's minions as monsters.
Dracula: You see, the moonlight shows us for what we really are.
As he walks outside, his face became pale and his eyes glowed red.
Dracula: We are not among the living. And so, we can't die. But neither are we dead. I've suffered too long. You'd better start believing in ghost stories, Ms. Belmont. Because tonight, you're in one.
He laughs and drinks blood from the bottle. Meanwhile, back at the Interceptor, Sora, Alucard, and the rest of the gang are sailing to Dracula's Castle. Along the way, they got attacked by Heartless. One of the new type of Heartless is called a Gargoyle. They are gargoyle-like Heartless with wings. Alucard was able to kill some Heartless with his sword. After taking out all the Heartless, the ship keeps sailing towards Dracula's Castle. Richter was looking at his whip. The whip has metal chains and a morning star on the end of it.
Sora: Why are you fixated on that whip, Richter?
Richter: This is the Vampire Killer. It's the weapon used by my clan to kill Dracula.
Sora: How do you know?
Alucard: Young man...My father carries the Crimson Stone. It made him immortal and very powerful.
Richter: Now, he's after the treasure.
Alucard: The treasure is already his, so the curse is upon him. I have no desire for such cursed spoils. But I will have my revenge.
After sailing for 30 minutes, the ship arrives on the coast to Dracula's Castle. The gang disembarks from the ship.
Alucard: You guys wait here. Richter and I will rescue Annette.
Sora: Hey! What about us?
Alucard: You're to guard the ship, of course. It's a task given to only the bravest of vampire hunters.
Sora: Alright...
Alucard: Guard her well, until we come back.
Richter and Alucard ran up to Dracula's Castle. Minutes have passed and the gang starts to feel bored.
Sora: I think he was trying to fast-talk us.
Plucky: And you fell for it.
Maria: What's taking them so long?
Dizzy: They sure are taking time.
Sora: If Monty and Team Rocket are hanging around, there must be Heartless here, too. And Alucard and Richter aren't used to fighting Heartless.
Maria: Let's go see.
Meanwhile, inside Dracula's Castle, Richter and Alucard climbs up to Dracula's Keep on top of the castle. They found Dracula's minions, celebrating around Dracula.
Dracula: The Crimson Stone that went astray, we have returned it! And now, the blood will be repaid to free us from this curse forever!
Meanwhile, back to our heroes, they ran up to Dracula's Castle, fighting Heartless along the way. When they reached the entrance of the castle, they found Richter and Annette escaping the castle.
Maria: Annette!
Annette: Maria!
Maria and Annette hugs each other.
Richter: Let's get outta here! They're after us!
Everyone turns to see Dracula's minions coming after them.
Sora: We'll hold them off! Give us a sign, when the ship's ready to sail!
Maria: I'll help out, too!
Richter: Right! We'll light the signal fire!
Richter and Annette ran back to the ship, while Sora and the gang deals with Dracula's minions. Sora summons the Samurai Pizza Cats to help out. Speedy, Guido, and Polly took out some monsters with their sword, umbrella, and claws. Sora took them out with his Keyblade, Plucky took them out with Thunder, Dizzy took them out with punches and kicks, and Maria summons Suzaku, a red Japanese phoenix which summons a rain of fire to take out the rest of Dracula's minions. After taking out Dracula's minions, Sora saw smoke coming from the ship.
Sora: Look! The signal!
Maria: Let's get outta here!
Everybody but Plucky ran to the ship. Sora and Dizzy turns back to get Plucky, who was bravely standing there to stop Dracula's minions.(How ironic.)Plucky raised his staff in the air with both of his hands.
Plucky: YOU SHALL NOT PASS!
Suddenly, Sora and Dizzy grabs Plucky and ran back to the ship.
Sora: That's very brave of you, Gandalf. But we need to go back now!
Sora and Dizzy held onto Plucky, as they returned to the ship. As the trio made their way back to the ship to meet up with Richter, Maria, and Annette, they noticed that someone is missing.
Sora: Where's Alucard?
Richter: Well...
In a flashback, Richter and Alucard are spying on Dracula and his minions.
Dracula: And now, the blood will be repaid to free us from this curse forever!
Richter was about to make a move, but Alucard stops him.
Alucard:(Whispers)Not yet. We wait for a moment of opportunity.
Richter: When it's of greatest profit to you?
Alucard:(Whispers)May I ask you something? Have I ever given you reason not to trust me? I had more experience with father than you ever had. Stay here...and try not to do anything stupid.
He was about to walk forward, when he got struck from behind and fell to the ground. Richter knocks him with a wooden board and walks forward. Meanwhile, back with Dracula, he slit Annette's hand with a knife and spills the Crimson Stone with her blood.
Dracula: Begun by blood...By blood undone.
He puts on the Crimson Stone, covered in Annette's blood. He waits for a moment, but nothing happened. He turns to Annette with an angry look.
Dracula: MAID! Are you a descendant of the Belmont Clan!
Annette: No.
Dracula: You lied to me!
He threw Annette down to the ground.
Minion 1: What's going on?
Minion 2: Who brought that wench with us?
Minion 3: She said her name was Belmont!
Dracula threw the Crimson Stone besides Annette. She grabs it with her hand, but someone grabs her arm. She looks up and saw Richter.
Richter:(Whispers)Hurry!
Richter and Annette ran out of the keep, but Dracula noticed the three running away. He noticed that they have the Crimson Stone.
Dracula: Hey, you! The stone! After them, you fools!
Back to the present.
Richter: I had to. Alucard's no fairy tale vampire. Real ones can't be trusted.
He sails the ship and took off into the lake.
That's it for chapter 18. Next time, Sora and the gang will take on Dracula.
