They quickly got Andy on a gurney and into the aid car.

"I'm going to go with them. You guys stay and come after shift. I will bring the aid car back after I drop them off and pick up my car. Jack you are on desk duty until I get back. I better not find out you left that desk once." Maya said because she knew if Sullivan spoke to him it wouldn't be very good for anyone.

Maya climbed into the drivers seat and sped out of the station. They were about 5 minutes away from the hospital when Andy started to wake up.

"Mmmm." She moaned in pain.

"Hey it's ok. I'm right here." Robert said taking her hand and placing a soft kiss on it.

"Oww. Rob it hurts." She said with unshed tears in her eyes.

"What hurts Lovey?" He said in a concerned tone.

"My-my back." She said as tears started to fall from her face.

"It's going to be ok. We are almost to Grey Sloan." He said.

"O-Oh my god Robert! Your face!" She said.

"Yeah they said I needed stitches while we were at the station but I couldn't leave you. Plus if I had been left there with my that asshole who knows what I might have done to him. But don't worry about me. I will get my stitches when we get to the hospital." He said as they pulled into Grey Sloan.

"Hey Bishop. What do we have?" Dr.Grey asked walking towards the vehicles.

"It's Andy." Maya said rushing to get the back doors open.

"Oh my- Herrera what happened!" She said shocked.

"I-I really don't want to talk about it." She said.

"Ok let's get you inside." She said placing the gurney on the ground.

They took her into the hospital but Robert was still frozen in place.

"Maya walked up beside him and said, "She'll be ok but I think we should do something about Jack."

"Like what?" He asked.

"Well I mean he did attack you so you could call the police." She said.

"I guess I could do that." He said as the realization of what was going on really sunk in. "Oh my god I have to go see Andy." He said running.

Everyone's heads turned as they saw a firefighter running into the ER. He forgot he still had his uniform on so everyone was starring.

"Sir you can't go in there." An intern said.

"Like hell I can't." He said as he walked in.

"I'm sorry Dr.Grey. I tri-" he said.

"Schmitt it's ok. This is our patients husband. He is aloud to be with her." She said looking over to both Robert and Andy.

"How is she?" He asked walking over and standing beside Andy, his nerves noticeable in his voice.

"She's doing good. She does have a bruised spine which is the cause of her back pain but it will go away in a few weeks. I have prescribed some pain pills that won't hurt the baby so take those if the pain gets to bad. You should be able to leave in 3 days because I want to have OB monitor the baby but you are now labeled as a high risk pregnancy. That means you can do desk duty but under no circumstances are you aloud to go out in the field." Grey said.

"Are you sure I can't even be on aid car every once in a while?" Andy asked.

"Yes. I talked with Carina and she said that you couldn't and that you also need to stay home for a week after you leave the hospital." Meredith said gathering her charts. "I am going to see how much longer until I can get you up to a room."

"Ok thank you." Robert said. "I'll be right back I have to make a phone call."

~Back at the station~

"Lieutenant Jack Gibson?" The man asked.

"Yes officer. That's me." He said standing up. "What can I do for you today?"

"You are under arrest for assault and battery charges. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court." The offices said placing the handcuffs around his wrist.

~Back at the hospital~

"I don't want to be stuck at home for a week." Andy said turning towards her husband.

"I know you don't baby but it's for our peanut. Plus I will be with you." He said as Andy have him a questioning look. "I am going to take the week off so I can be with you."

"Really!" Andy said kind of shocked but happy.

"Did you really think I was going to leave you all by yourself." He said sitting down on the side of the bed.

"Mmm I love you." She said pulling him into a kiss.

"I love you too." He said.

~A few hours later~

Andy has been in her room for about an hour when there was a knock on the door.

"Come in" she said loudly enough for them to hear but hopefully not wake Robert up.

"So our captain liked to cuddle." Vic said walking into the room seeing Robert holding Andy from the side, with his head on her chest and a hand resting on her stomach.

"Yeah I guess he does." Andy said with a little laugh.

"So, how you feeling?" Maya asked.

"Well I'm a little upset that I'm only aloud to be on desk duty until I have the baby but besides that I feel pretty good." She said running her hand down Robert's back.

He started to stir as he mumbled, "Andy go to sleep."

The team all started laughing as Andy bent down to his ear and whispered, "We have visitors."

He sat up and saw the team and felt a little embarrassed, "Oh Hi guys."

"Hey cap." They all said.

"Call me Sullivan outside of work." He said.

"Where is Jack? I want to have a word with him." Andy said.

"You don't know!" Dean said.

"Know what?" She said raising an eyebrow.

"He got sent to jail." Ben said.

"Oh wow." She said shocked. "Just for pushing me?"

"No because he punched Sullivan plus when the cops showed up he punched one of them. He will be away for a year or maybe more." Vic said.

"Wow." She said still shocked.

The team stayed until visiting until visiting hours were over. Vic and Travis headed over to Joe's bar to get and and Robert some food. When they got to the room Robert payed them back. The couple ate dinner and then cuddled up in the very tiny hospital bed and fell asleep.
