In this chapter, Myotismon will have a new evolution he got from Digimon 02. I will also include the Mega Forms for all the Digimon from Digimon Adventure PSP.
Chapter 37: The Return of Myotismon
Inside the Odaiba warehouse, dark clouds are brewing. The Magikarp Salesman watched in fear, as he holds the purple vase in his hand. Demidevimon flew inside the warehouse and hears evil laughter from the dark clouds. Out of the dark clouds is a vampire Digimon wearing a blue suit, black gloves, red and black cloak, red mask over his eyes, and has blonde hair. He is Myotismon, the evil vampire Digimon that once tried to take over Odaiba.
Myotismon: Yes! After so long, I'm finally free! Now, it's time for my revenge!
Inside the Magikarp Shop, there is gold and all kinds of artifacts all over the shop. The Salesman is looking at the trophy from Myotismon's Castle. Suddenly, Sora, Plucky, and Dizzy teleports inside the shop. Plucky steps backwards and almost broke a jar.
Plucky: WHOA!
Man: You break it, you buy it!
He then noticed the trio.
Man: Hello there, friends.
Sora: Wow! You made out like a bandit!
Man: Please...I am but an honest salesman. What you see is merely the reward for my hard work.
Dizzy: They sure are nice.
Man: And they're on sale. Would you like to buy one of them, or are you interested in buying a Magikarp?
Sora: No thanks. Who would want a Magikarp anyway?
Man: Hey, watch it! Magikarp is like a gold mine!
Plucky: I highly doubt that.
Sora: Anyway, have you seen a guy in a black coat? Someone from Organization XIII?
Man: Who me? Of course not.
Sora: OK. We'll ask around, then.
Suddenly, the Digidestined and their Digimon ran inside the shop.
Tai: Sora, don't let him get away!
The Digimon went to look behind the counter. They found nothing but the trophy.
Agumon: Sorry, Tai. But we found nothing.
Sora: What's going on?
Matt: Can't believe it...That stupid Salesman let Myotismon out of the vase!
Sora, Plucky, & Dizzy: MYOTISMON?
The Digidestined flashbacks to when they saw Myotismon again.
Myotismon: Give me your crests, Digidestined!
Another flashback with Myotismon leaving
Myotismon: I bid you farewell, children.
Another flashback with Myotismon attacking with the Heartless.
Myotismon: Crush those pests!
More flashbacks with Myotismon laughing maniacally. Back in present, the Digidestined are talking to the trio.
Izzy: You guys better be careful.
Joe: We're sure Myotismon wants to take over Odaiba again. But we know he's out for revenge, too.
Sora: I guess he's still sore about his defeat by you guys.
T.K.: Demidevimon was there, when Myotismon was released. OK, Demidevimon. Spill it.
Everyone looks at Demidevimon.
Demidevimon: Hey, I told you everything I know!
Tai: This is your one and only chance, Demidevimon. If we find out later that you've been lying or hiding things form us, we'll never speak with you again!
Demidevimon: I can't take it! I know where Myotismon is!
Dizzy: Where?
Demidevimon: Uhh, I mean, that is, I, umm...I really shouldn't.
Digidestined: DEMIDEVIMON!
Demidevimon: He's in the desert ruins back in the Digital World.
Sora: Let's get the jump on him. Lead the way!
The gang follows Demidevimon. They battled more Heartless along the way, until they reached the park. The Digidestined took out their Digivices and teleports back to the Digital World. They returned to the same oasis and looks at where there's a tornado and some ruins.
Tai: There it is. That's the ruins where Etemon once lived.
Demidevimon: What a disaster! We're just gonna have to turn back.
Agumon: There's gotta be a way...
Suddenly, the Digidestined's crests started glowing. The crests fired beams and made the tornado disappear.
Sora: That was easy.
Matt: Now, we can go to the ruins.
The whole gang walks to the ruins.
Joe: Now, what do we do?
Izzy: Tentomon can take care of this.
Izzy's Digivice starts glowing and Tentomon glows, too.
Tentomon: Tentomon Warp Digivolve to...MEGAKABUTERIMON!
Everyone got on Megakabuterimon, as he flew down to the ruins. Suddenly, a shadow of Myotismon appears.
T.K.: Is that Myotismon?
Patamon: No. There's something different about him.
Sora: Well, we can't let him get away!
Megakabuterimon chased Myotismon's shadow all around the ruins, until they reached a tower. The shadow summons Heartless to attack the gang. Sora summons the Samurai Pizza Cats to help them. Sora uses Magnera to trap the Heartless, Plucky uses Thundara, Dizzy uses Spin Attack, the Samurai Pizza Cats used their sword, umbrella, and claws, Agumon uses Pepper Breath, Gabumon uses Blue Blaster, Gomamon uses Marching Fish, and Patamon uses Boom Bubble. After taking out all of the Heartless, a purple monument appears. Sora examines the monument.
Tai: What is it, Sora?
Sora: This monument is telling me that there are three switches around the ruins.
Matt: Then let's hurry up and find them.
Megakabuterimon flew back to the ruins and starts looking for switches. They found one of the switches that are shaped like eggs. The switches are colored red and spins around in circles.
Plucky: What are they? Easter Eggs?
Sora: I don't think so. I think they're switches.
Izzy: I think you activate them with magic.
Joe: Those switches are colored red. Maybe your Fire should do the trick.
Sora uses Fira to activate the switches. Megakabuterimon starts flying around the ruins, until he found another one of the switches. The switches are colored blue and are in a horizontal line. Sora uses Blizzara to activate them. Megakabuterimon flies around the ruins, until he found the last switches. The switches are colored yellow and are in a vertical line. Sora uses Thundara to activate them. After activating all the switches, the door in the tower opens. Megakabuterimon flew back to the tower and everyone got inside. Sora opens another chest, which contains more torn pages for Mumbo's book.
Izzy: Megakabuterimon, you stay outside, while we check inside the ruins.
The gang minus Megakabuterimon went up the tower and got in their fighting stances.
Sora: The game's up, Myotismon!
They looked around the room, only to find nothing.
Tai: You sure this is it?
Plucky: Demidevimon?
Demidevimon: You gotta understand! It wasn't my idea. It was Myotismon. He made me bring you here. You don't know him like I do. He can be very convincing. He said if I didn't cooperate, he's gonna-
Agumon: OK, we get it. Where is he?
Demidevimon: Come on, you gotta forgive me.
Gomamon: WHERE'S MYOTISMON?
Demidevimon: Well...let's see...right about now, he's probably attacking Odaiba. And he has four weirdos with him. I had no choice! His eyes got all creepy and weird!
Sora: Whatever. Demidevimon, you're suppose to be our friend. But you've been playing both sides, just to make sure you save yourself.
Plucky: I knew you were still a bad guy.
Demidevimon: I'm sorry!
He flew back to a vase and accidentally broke it. Suddenly, the ruins started crumbling.
T.K.: The ruins are falling apart! Let's get outta here!
The gang ran back to Megakabuterimon and got on him. Megakabuterimon escapes the ruins and flew back to the oasis. Megakabuterimon reverts back to Tentomon.
Tentomon: Oh, boy. I don't think I can fly anymore.
Izzy: Get some rest, Tentomon. You earned it.
Demidevimon: Come on, let's get Myotismon!
Sora: And who asked you?
Tai: We must hurry back to Odaiba!
The Digidestined uses their Digivices to teleport everyone back to Odaiba. They returned to the marketplace, where they encountered the Magikarp Salesman.
Man: I guess you know everything now.
Sora: You can't keep shady stuff secret for long.
Man: So true. I had just snuck into a warehouse to, uhh, borrow some treasure. When I hear this...voice, it said "Release me and I will give you an even greater reward." "Who are you" I asked. The voice spoke again. "The good ruler of the Digital World, imprisoned by villains." Oh, why did I believe such a tall tale? Perhaps I was under Myotismon's spell. Yes, that must be it!
Sora: And I'm sure the treasure has nothing to do with it, right?
Man: Maybe a bit. But, Myotismon. He never gave me a thing...
Sora: So, where did you get all your treasure?
Man: Why, the man in the black coat, of course.
Plucky: Organization XIII?
Sora: I knew it!
Man: The treasure was a gift, so I would tell no one about Myotismon's return. He said he would destroy Myotismon, after turning him into a...Heartless, so there was no need to upset Odaiba.
Sora: And you bought that?
Man: I'm a merchant. And a good one at that. I'll buy anything if the price is right. It would have been a successful transaction if I hadn't been seen...
Demidevimon: Oh, you're so kind...
The gang ran all around Odaiba, which was covered in fog.
Tai: The fog is here?
Agumon: That must mean Myotismon is somewhere around here.
Sora: Let's go find him!
The gang still keeps running around the city. Meanwhile, Myotismon, Monty, and Team Rocket has the Digidestined girls and their Digimon locked up by the wall of their apartment.
Kari: Just wait, Myotismon! You'll get exactly what's coming to you!
Myotismon: Indeed I will, Princess. All of Odaiba and the Digital World will belong to me, while you...my servant girls, shall weep at my side for all eternity!
Meowth: Hey, Gatomon! If you go out on a date with me, I promise I'll let you go.
Gatomon: NEVER! I would never go on a date with you!
Meowth: Den you can stay locked up der, until you say yes.
Girl Sora: Tai and the others will come rescue us!
Myotismon: Oh, please. They are still stuck in the Digital World. Right about now...your precious boyfriends are whispering your names with their last breaths.
The girls gasped at what they saw. Myotismon, Monty, and Team Rocket turns around to see Sora, Tai, and the rest of the gang.
Tai: What was that you were saying, Myotismon?
Myotismon: You dare defy me! You useless bat!
He was about to prepare a Crimson Lightning, a red energy whip. Demidevimon hides behind Dizzy. Myotismon aims his Crimson Lightning at Tai, but Demidevimon flew in front of him and took the blow. He fell to the floor.
Dizzy: Demidevimon!
Myotismon: You'll all be joining him...very soon!
He starts glowing with dark energy.
Myotismon: Myotismon Digivolve to...MALOMYOTISMON!
He transforms into an even bigger vampire wearing a white armor, two organic shoulder cannons called Sodom and Gomorrah, and purple wings. He has become MaloMyotismon. He covers all of Odaiba under dark clouds.
Tai: What is that?
Agumon: I don't know, Tai. But he seems alot stronger now.
Matt: We need to Digivolve all our Digimon to Mega.
All of the Digidestined's Digivices started glowing, as well as their Digimon.
Agumon: Agumon Warp Digivolve to...WARGREYMON!
Gabumon: Gabumon Warp Digivolve to...METALGARURUMON!
Biyomon: Biyomon Warp Digivolve to...HOUOUMON!
Biyomon transforms into a yellow phoenix with a golden helmet.
Palmon: Palmon Warp Digivolve to...ROSEMON!
Palmon transforms into a fairy wearing a red rose suit, red rose hat, green cape, a thorn whip on her left hand, and a thorn rapier on her right hand.
Tentomon: Tentomon Warp Digivolve to...HERCULESKABUTERIMON!
Tentomon transforms into a yellow rhino beetle.
Gomamon: Gomamon Warp Digivolve to...VIKEMON!
Gomamon transforms into a white anthropomorphic walrus with two flails on his shoulders.
Patamon: Patamon Warp Digivolve to...SERAPHIMON!
Patamon transforms into an angel with silver armor, blue helmet, and ten golden wings.
Gatomon: Gatomon Warp Digivolve to...OPHANIMON!
Gatomon transforms into a female version of Seraphimon with a green armor and helmet, eight golden wings, a green shield on her left hand, and a golden javelin on her right hand.
Sora: Wow! How did you all get to those levels?
T.K.: We got them during our battle with Millenniummon.
Sora: You guys take care of Myotismon. Me, Plucky, and Dizzy will handle Team Rocket.
The Digidestined went on their Digimon and they flew up in the air to battle MaloMyotismon. Sora, Plucky, and Dizzy will take on Monty and Team Rocket, who were about to prepare their motto.
Jessie: Prepare for trouble, we're working with Myotismon...
James: And make it double, you twerps won't last very long...
Monty: To protect the world from devastation...
James: To unite all people within our nation...
Jessie: To denounce the evils of truth and love...
Monty: To extend our reach to the stars above...
Jessie: Jessie...
James: James...
Monty: Montana Max, now that's a name...
Jessie: Team Rocket, blast of at the speed of light...
James: Surrender now, or prepare to fight...
Monty: And we'll make sure this will be your last night!
Meowth: Meowth, dat's right!
Wobbuffet: Wobbuffet!
Chimecho: Chime! Chime!
Sora: We don't have time for you clowns!
Jessie: Then you can say good-bye to your friends!
She pulls out her Pokeball.
Jessie: Dustox, COME ON OUT!
She released Dustox.
James: Chimecho, YOU TOO!
Chimecho joins in the fight as well. Dustox and Chimecho uses Psybeam at the trio, but they dodged the attacks. Chimecho uses Psychic to lift the trio up and Dustox uses Poison Sting, doing some damage to the trio. The trio manages to escape and attacks Dustox and Chimecho. Sora and Plucky uses Fira and Blizzara on the two Pokemon and Dizzy punches and kicks both of them. Team Rocket are freaking out.
Monty: Oh no! They'll beat us again!
Jessie: Not if we have our trump card! Wobbuffet, GO!
She sends Wobbuffet forward. James pulls out his Pokeball.
James: Mime Jr., YOU TOO!
He released Mime Jr. Sora attacks Wobbuffet with the Keyblade, but Wobbuffet uses Counter to make himself glow and knocks Sora back. Plucky uses Thundara on Wobbuffet, but he uses Mirror Coat to make himself glow and sends Thundara back at Plucky. Mime Jr. uses Teeter Dance to make the trio dance uncontrollably. Dizzy uses Spin Attack, but accidentally hits Sora and Plucky. Mime Jr. uses Mimic to copy Dizzy's Spin Attack and makes himself spin around, hitting Dizzy.
Meowth: We're finally winning!
Monty: Now, those three losers don't stand a chance against us!
The trio stood back up.
Sora: Man, those two Pokemon are much tougher than the rest of Team Rocket's Pokemon.
Dizzy: We need to strategize.
Plucky: I know how to beat them. Sora, you'll trick Wobbuffet to use Counter, then I can use my spells on him. And when I trick him to use Mirror Coat, you go and attack him with your Keyblade.
Sora: Got it!
Sora and Plucky went into their plan. When Sora was about to strike with his Keyblade, Wobbuffet uses Counter, but Sora stops in midair and Plucky uses Fira to burn Wobbuffet. When Plucky was about to cast another spell, Wobbuffet uses Mirror Coat, but Plucky stops and Sora slashed Wobbuffet with his Keyblade, sending him back to Team Rocket. Dizzy proceeds to punch and kick Mime. Jr multiple times, sending him back to Team Rocket as well. Plucky uses Thundara to zap Team Rocket, causing an explosion that sends them flying.
Jessie: NO FAIR! We were about to defeat those twerps!
James: My Mime Jr. tried as hard as he could!
Meowth: Looks like I won't have my date with Gatomon!
Monty: Well, let's hope Myotismon can defeat those losers!
Wobbuffet: Wobba!
Monty & Team Rocket: Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!
Wobbuffet: Wobbuffet!
Chimecho: Chime! Chime!
A star twinkles at where they were sent flying to!
Sora: That was too easy!
Plucky: Now, we must take care of Myotismon.
Suddenly, the Mega Digimon were sent crashing down to the ground.
Sora: What happened to you guys?
Tai: He's alot stronger now. Our Digimon could barely stand a chance.
Sora: Don't worry. We'll help out.
Sora activates his Limit Form and he flew up in the sky to fight MaloMyotismon. The Digimon joins them as well. MaloMyotismon uses Crimson Mist to fire red acid from Sodom and Gomorrah and hits Sora, doing some damage to him. He also levitates some buildings and threw them at Sora, but he dodged the attacks. Wargreymon uses Brave Tornado to spin his whole body into a fire tornado, Metalgarurumon uses G-Cross Freezer to fire ice missiles from all over his body, Hououmon uses Crimson Flare to breathe fire from her mouth, Rosemon uses Rose Rapier to slash MaloMyotismon with her rapier, HerculesKabuterimon uses Mega Electro Shocker to fire an electric orb from his hands, Vikemon uses Viking Flail to attack MaloMyotismon with his flails, Seraphimon uses Hallow Knuckle to create an orb of light, and Ophanimon uses Eden's Javelin to fire a beam of light from her javelin. All of the attacks did alot of damage to MaloMyotismon.
MaloMyotismon uses Pandemonium to fire dark flames from Sodom and Gomorrah and hits everyone with them, doing alot of damage. He levitates more buildings and threw them at the entire gang, but they dodged the attacks. Wargreymon uses Terra Force to create a giant fireball, Metalgarurumon uses Ice Wolf Claw to fire an ice beam, Hououmon uses Starlight Explosion to create an explosion of light, Rosemon uses Forbidden Temptation to fire a shower of rose petals, HerculesKabuterimon uses Mega Horn Buster to fire an electric beam from his horn, Vikemon uses Arctic Blizzard to create a blizzard, Seraphimon uses Seven Stars to create seven spheres of light, and Ophanimon uses Sefirot Crystal to create ten crystals in a Sefirot formation. All of the attacks did alot more damage to MaloMyotismon. He was panting very heavily.
Sora: Now, for the final blow!
Sora uses Ragnarok to deliver a slashing combo on MaloMyotismon and finished by firing a bunch of red energy spheres. MaloMyotismon starts glowing.
MaloMyotismon: NO...How can I be defeated again, by a bunch of little children and their pets?
Sora: Don't mess with children!
MaloMyotismon explodes in a burst of light. He was finally no more. The Digimon all reverted back to their Rookie Forms. Odaiba is now left in ruins, thanks to the battle.
Tai: Oh, great! Now our home is in ruins.
Sora: Now, who's gonna fix Odaiba?
Suddenly, the Digidestined's crests started glowing.
Matt: Our crests are glowing.
T.K.: I think they will help us fix Odaiba.
The crests fired beams of light into the sky. The sky showers with sparkles of light, restoring Odaiba back to normal.
Agumon: Really? It's the same old Odaiba?
Gomamon: I wish they would add a few more swimming pools.
Sora: Well, I guess Odaiba is alright now.
Tai: Yeah. Thanks, guys.
Everyone turns to Demidevimon.
Sora: Hey, you behave yourself. Got it?
Demidevimon: I most definitely got it! No more looking out for number one. I'm reformed! I wanna be a good friend, like your Digimon, but I can't do anything to help you. What kind of a friend is that?
Sora: Oh no. It's not like that, Demidevimon. Friends don't have to "do" stuff. As long as you have fun hanging out together, that's all that matters.
Matt: So...What do you guys do for fun?
Plucky: We do this!
Plucky and Dizzy made funny faces.
Joe: Uhh...That's not quite what we meant.
Sora: Well, anyway...
Demidevimon: Ow, my face.
Dizzy: Dizzy hope Demidevimon didn't hurt himself.
Demidevimon: Well...At least I can still fly.
He is flying around, with Dizzy following him, stretching his hands out in case Demidevimon falls.
Plucky: Look out, Dizzy!
Dizzy looks at Plucky, as he walks forward, then falls into a market stand, accidentally breaking it.
Agumon: Oops! At least you could use the crests to fix that.
Tentomon: Or use them to build a freeway or something.
Izzy: Everything's fine. No need to panic.
Patamon: But we can't hold it any longer!
Suddenly, the Digimon all danced around happily. They started throwing confetti all over the place.
Agumon: Sora! Plucky! Dizzy! You guys are too much! If you're ever in the mood for a big party, come back over, OK?
Plucky: You got it!
The Digidestined all laughed.
Tai: Well, you've done it again, Sora. Don't forget about us, OK?
Sora: I won't. See you all later.
Matt: And Sora...about that friend of yours. The one that you're looking for...you'll find him. Trust me.
Before Sora could leave Odaiba, Tai gave him a Keychain called Digital Champion. He equips it and the Keyblade now looks like a blue blade with a digital t-rex for the tooth. Sora, Plucky, and Dizzy said good-bye to the Digidestined and their Digimon and returns to the Gummi Ship.
Sora: So, where do we go now?
Sweetie: Our next destination is the Dragon Ball World.
Sora: I'll bet Goku and the others are waiting for us. Let's go back to the Dragon Ball World.
Sneezer: Aye aye, captain! Returning to the Dragon Ball World!
The Gummi Ship left Odaiba and departs for the Dragon Ball World.
