A/N: Contains spanking of adults please don't read if you don't like it. This is set in season one. Instead of Ward being Skye's SO it's May.
Coulson is in his office talking with May about Skye.
"I want you to be her SO", Coulson says staring at May.
May walks over to Coulson and looks at him in the eye and says," No".
Coulson then stands up and says back "why not"
May then walks away looking out of his office "I already have Jemma", May says.
Coulson walks over and puts his hand on her shoulder. "I want you to take her on, she could really use someone like you to guide her and to train her". May turns around and looks at him.
"I am not someone's mother", Mays sternly says.
"I know you're not. I am not asking you to be one, but to train and be her SO", Coulson says calmly back.
May sighs "ok I'll do it".
At Skye's bunk, she is just getting ready and is trying to get moved in and acclimated to all these new changes. She then hears a knock on her door. "Come in". Jemma walks in to greet Skye.
"Hey, I just wanted to say hi and welcome to the team", Jemma happily says.
Skye looks at her and says, "Yeah thanks".
Jemma goes and sits on Skye's bed. "So do you know who your SO is going to be?"
Skye then sits next to her "no I don't. Who do you have? Though I think it's going to Ward, or at least I hope so"
"Well I have agent May who is quite strict, and definitely shows it, but I am grateful to have her", Jemma says honestly.
Outside the bunk, May can hear everything and is quite happy about what Jemma said. She then walks into the room.
"Alright Jemma time for you to go to bed", May says sternly.
"Yes ma'am", Jemma says back and quietly leaves to go back to her room. Skye looks nervous and wondering why May wanted to talk to her.
"Ah hello May is there anything I can do for you?", Skye asks nervously. May walks over and sits down next to Skye.
"Look Skye I am going to be your SO, which means you will be training with me and I will be monitoring your progress along with your behavior", May says getting to the point. Skye shifts a little bit.
"Thank you for being my SO, I guess I expecting Ward to be my SO", She says back.
"Coulson thinks we will be a good fit", May says still looking at Skye.
"Well, what do you think?" Skye asks finally looking up at May.
May then think for a little bit and then said, "Well I think I trust Coulson. Look Skye you're coming from a hacker organization that is against S.H.I.E.L.D, you will have to gain my trust as we get to know each other".
Skye then looks down at her feet, feeling slightly guilty. May then speaks again, "When someone is my ward, I expect a lot, and any misbehavior will be dealt with". Skye then looks up at her in a confused faze. "Have you ever been spanked?" May asks Skye.
"Well I have been hit a lot, I don't really get the difference I guess", Skye said sadly. May then feels sorry for the girl and can see that she does need someone who cares.
"Skye a spanking is done with love, and compassion. Being hit sounds like abuse which is done with anger", May said sincerely. Skye then thinks about what May said, but also thinks back to when she was in the orphanage and those foster homes she was placed in.
"I get it I do, but I am scared of being hurt like that again", Skye said honestly.
May starts to wonder about Skye's history.
"Skye I promise that won't happen here, I spank for misbehavior but I am always calm when I do it and never hit you other than your bottom", May says seriously.
"I guess we both have to gain each other's trust", Skye said. May then nods her head then says "goodnight and be up by 6:30" then leaves.
The next morning May is just getting up hoping Skye will be on time. She then gets dressed and heads into the kitchen to get her breakfast then heads to the training room. Skye's alarm goes off, and she wants to hit snooze but realizes not to piss off May on her first training day. Skye gets up and realizes she doesn't have time for breakfast and just heads right for the training room.
"Your right on time. I will tell you this be early next time", May says sternly. Skye then nods. "Alright let's get started", May says. They train for a while, and finally break because they have to go to the hub to receive their next assignment.
Coulson is explaining what will be happening at the hub.
"This is freaking ridiculous Coulson, we are a team and need be informed on what's going on", Skye yells to Coulson. May then speaks up, "That's enough Skye step back, you do not have the clearance for this assignment, only Coulson, Ward, Fitz, and I are the only ones allowed on this assignment".
"That's fucking ridiculous", Skye yells as she walks out. May then follows. They both end up in Skye's room.
"Skye that was totally uncalled for, you DO not speak to your CO like that and you do not undermine him in front of the team", May said. Skye then looks straight at May and says, "Well he is putting our own team in a suicide mission and you guys don't even care", Skye says.
"You will calm down right now if you know what's good for you, when we arrive at the hub you and Jemma will follow us into the hub but will stay in a conference room, you will have no part in this mission. Do you understand?", May asks.
"Yes Ma'am", Skye says finally giving up.
They all arrive at the hub, the young agents are given a small tour. Those who are allowed on the mission go to central controls and report to agent Hands. Skye and Jemma then go to a conference room.
"This is fucking bogus, don't you agree Jemma?", Skye yells as she paces in the room.
"I mean we don't have the clearance for this assignment", Jemma says back trying to reason with Skye.
"Oh, and Fitz does. He has the same god damn level as you", she says back not calming down at all.
"Well maybe they need his engineering expertise", Jemma says. Skye then stops pacing and looks at Jemma directly.
"Jemma he is going out in the field with Ward, he is not just staying in the hub. He could be killed. They could be killed, and we are just sitting here. Not going to happen let's go find some answers", Skye says seriously.
"What the hell do you mean, I am not going to be part of your bad-girl shenanigans", Jemma says sternly. Skye then walks over to Jemma and says right to her, "Don't do it for me, do it for Fitz's safety Jemma. He could be killed and we are going to be the ones to save him".
"Aghhh what should we do, we pretty much locked in here", Jemma says.
"Well I was wondering maybe if you can get this bracelet off of me I can find a way to get us out of here", Skye says trying to reason with Jemma. Jemma is very hesitant, to say the least.
"Fine come over here", Jemma says. Skye comes closer and Jemma finds a way to unlock the bracelet, and Skye gets themselves out of there. They then have a plan to gain access to find out what the guy's mission really is. Jemma needs to try to get in a room but is then question by agent Sitwell.
"Well you see sir I guess I got lost trying to get to the little girl's room", Jemma says shaking a little bit. Agent Sitwell can see that the panel on the wall was being tampered with.
"What do you need with that panel?", Sitwell asks as he is starting to call for assistance. Jemma then reaches in her bag takes out the night-night gun and shoots Sitwell. Skye then walks to Jemma.
"What the hell Simmons, what was that? are you trying to blow our cover or get us in more trouble", Skye yells at Simmons. Simmon then looks at her and Yells back saying, "What do you mean more trouble your the one who wanted to do this. You said we need to help guys, well I just reacted I guess".
"You sure did, look grab him and I will go and find out what is going on with the guys, oh, and by the way, you will never be an agent, you lie terribly", Skye says.
"Oh, I know that", Jemma says back surely. They then go into the room and Skye then finds that there is no plan to get the guys out of their mission and then starts to panic.
"Jemma the guys have no extraction plan whatsoever", Skye yells over to Jemma. Jemma then walks over.
"you must be mistaken, May and Coulson would never do that to this team", Jemma says for certain.
"Jemma you need to get May to revive Sitwell and I will go to Coulson and tell him", Skye says. Jemma doesn't feel so good about going to May.
"No how about you go to May and I will go to Coulson", Jemma says trying to reason with Skye.
"I am not the person who shot him, you need to go get May", Skye says sternly back to Jemma.
"You need us what", May says walking in.
Skye and Jemma looked like someone just shot them. Skye is the first to speak up, "Look we weren't going to sit in that room when something horrible could happen to the guys. Did you know that there was no extraction plan for them? Huh, yeah well they don't. We needed to fucking know what was going on". Jemma gasps at what Skye just said and realizes that they are going to be in for it.
May then walks up to Skye and turns her around and places 6 swats to her bottom. "Ow". "You better calm down before you get yourself in more trouble than you are already in," May says sternly.
"yes, ma'am", Skye says rubbing the sting out of her bottom.
"Skye and Jemma in my office on the BUS now, and May revive agent Sitwell", Coulson says.
"You know Coulson we should hear them out about the guys", May says.
Coulson then nods. "Are you sure they had no extraction plan?" he asked. They nod. "Alright let's go get them", Coulson says.
They rescue the guys and now the girls are sitting in Coulson's office. "What the hell were you to thinking. You could have gotten your self hurt if Sitwell made that call", Coulson says.
"We were thinking that part of our team is in trouble and we needed to be involved and you know what, if we hadn't done what we did they could have been killed", Skye says.
"Jemma you are dismissed and will be answering to your SO later. Go now", Coulson states. Jemma then stands and leaves. "Skye why are you here huh. Are you looking into S.H.I.E.L.D?. I told you to trust the system but no you had to deliberately disobey me and hack into Shield's network. Coulson asks. Skye then takes out a flash drive on her.
"Here is a drive about me. You grew up in an orphanage and foster homes than didn't give a damn about me and all I could think of were my parents. I wanted them and was waiting for them to come and get me out of my nightmare. All I could find was this redacted file from...Shield" Coulson finishing the sentence as he looks at what's on the drive.
"All I wanted is a family, and I never got one", Skye says as she starts to cry.
"Hey hey, we are your family now, ok. I am here and I am not leaving", Coulson says as he bends down to hug her.
"I am not leaving either" Mays sincerely says walking toward them.
"You know you're still going to punished right?" Coulson says.
"Yeah I know", Skye says sadly.
"look head to your room. I will deal with Jemma first alright", May says softly.
"Yes ma'am", Skye says as she stands up and leaves.
"You are starting to see what I was talking about aren't you?", Coulson asks.
"I don't know what you're talking about", May says walking away smiling and waving back at Coulson.
In Jemma's room, she is sitting on her bed nervously waiting for May's arrival. She is thinking to herself about why on earth did she do this. Oh yeah, it was for Fitz. May walks in.
"Well, you have had an adventurous day haven't you?" May asks.
"I guess you could say that", Jemma says as she looks down.
"You know what's about to happen. Get up and over my knees", May states.
"Yes, ma'am". Jemma then gets up and over May's lap.
"Before we start please tell me why your getting spanked right now", May says as she pulls Jemma's pants down leaving her underwear in place.
"I disobeyed orders about getting involved in the case, and shot an agent", Jemme states back feeling ashamed of her behavior.
May then begins laying swats on Jemma's backside alternating sides. She then asks Jemma to raise her hips to pull down her panties and starts again with her hand. Jemma is squirming a little bit to alleviate the pain. "Jemma quit squirming so much", Mays says as she places two hard swats on her sit spots. Jemma is now starting to cry and sob.
"Jemma I get why you and Skye did what you did, but that could have also gotten you kicked off the team, or worse have been kept and be put in jail", May scolds Jemma.
May then reaches for the small wooden paddle. "Jemma are you ever going to put your job at risk or disobey orders gain", May asks.
"No ma'am I promise, never again!", Jemma says as she sobs.
May then continues Jemma's spanking with the paddle. May then finishes off with 5 quick swats to her sit spots. As soon May finishes she throws the paddle down and starts to rub Jemma's back and praising her. Jemma then starts to calm down.
"You took that well".
"Thank you ma'am", Jemma says as she is still crying slightly.
"Your all forgiven. How about after you get yourself together you go help Coulson cook dinner because we all know he might burn this plane down", May says jokingly.
"Yes, ma'am I will. May please go easy on Skye, it's her first time and I know she is very nervous. I mean she was just trying to keep the guys safe", Jemma rambles.
"Shhh, I know Jemma. Now go help Coulson", May says sending Jemma with a quick swat. May soonly follows Jemma out to head to Skye's room.
May walks into Skye's room. Skye quickly stands up.
"May I am so sorry, I was just worried about guys, I should have never snuck out or of hacked into the systems, I sorry" Skye rambles to May.
May then walks over to Skye and wraps her into a hug.
"Look if you didn't the guys could still be on that mission in danger. Though you still disobeyed Coulson's orders, we are not just upset at that, but the fact is you put your position here on the BUS at risk. I know you're really worried about what is going to happen here, but I can say that I am completely calm, and we will take this slow" May softly says.
"Ok I trust you", Skye says.
May then has Skye take her pants down and go over her lap. "Skye says" back to my your in this position", May tells Skye.
"I am here because I risked my position here on the team and disobey both you and Coulsons orders", Skye says to May.
"Perfect, now I am going to start", May warns Skye.
May then starts laying hard swats on Skye's bottom. Skye jumps and tries to cover her bottom. May then holds her hand in the small of Skye's back. "You do not try to cover your bottom", May states.
"Yes ma'am", Skye squeaks out.
May then pulls her underwear down to her knees and continues. "ow ow please May", Skye cries out. May tries to block her out as she continues her spanking. May then grabs the paddle she used for Jemma.
"May please I'm sorry, don't use that on me", Skye pleads.
"Skye I am only going to give 10 quick swats since this is your first time then we will be done," Mary says. May then lays the 10 quick swats as Skye squirms and sobs her way through. Immediately May drops the paddle and starts to comfort her, rubbing her back and praising her on how well she took it.
"Alright come here", May says. Skye gets up and accepts May's comfort. For the first Skye felt like she had someone who cared about her. May thought this was her family and now that Skye is here, maybe she can let go of some of those walls she has.
"Alright you get yourself together and then come and join us for dinner", May says. Skye nods.
At the dinner table Skye and Jemma we squirming in their seats just a little bit.
After dinner Skye found herself going to Jemma's room. She knocked and she walked in and sat next to Jemma.
"Hey I am so sorry I got you in trouble", Skye apologizes.
"Well, you certainly didn't tell me to shoot agent Sitwell. Look I don't disagree with what we did. We saved Fitz and Ward which was most important" Jemma says back.
"I guess. Though I don't want to get in trouble anytime soon, I don't think my butt could take it", Skye says laughing.
"For sure, welcome to the family Skye", Jemma says.
