Fox Mulder and Dana Scully thought that they had seen the last of Eugene Tooms, when he was smashed in between the escalator. However what they didn't know is that he had survived and accidentally found a portal to the Star Wars universe, and is now working for Count Dooku.

1. Chapter 1

Author's note : So basically this is go to be during season four of the X Files, and instead of Eugene Tooms being dead,he accidentally found a portal to the Star Wars Galaxy and was turned into a weapon by the Separatists.

Chapter One: Unexplained Phenomenons

Dana Scully walked into the basement office that she and Mulder shared. In the FBI building in Washington DC ."Mulder," she asked," what are you doing?!" we were supposed to be in a meting in A.D. Skinner's office 15 minutes ago." " Listen to this Scully, In Chicago,Illinois there have been reports of of mysterious occurrences. People driving under an overpass, and disapearing. A police officer caught it on camera."

Mulder grabbed his jacket," come on Scully, I've already bought us plane tickets.""Mulder!" Scully said in exhasperation,"Skinner is going to have a fit when he hears about this!" Fox Mulder put his finger to his lips," he doesn't have to know ," he said in a conspiratorial tone.
