A lot of people have been asking me the same question of who I am going to pair Sora with. Well, I'm not gonna waste time and just throw it here because I can. It's a mortal sin not to have a harem pairing in DxD so yes, our favorite spiky-haired keyblade wielder is gonna have himself a harem. I fear for his innocence already.

Sora's harem: Kairi, Rias, Akeno, Asia, Koneko, Aqua, Xenovia, Irina, Ravel, Rossweisse, Serafall

Why the hell is Kairi and Aqua there, you ask? I'll leave it to you guys to figure out. Later!

Upon seeing the group of Shadows and Neoshadows appear on the street, Sora's eyes widened in shock as he actually jumped back a bit out of fright. He wasn't expecting to see these guys here, since he was in a completely different realm, and he could've sworn that there was no reason for them to be here.

"Heartless?! What are they doing here!" Sora exclaimed out loud, summoning his keyblade and getting into his battle stance.

(Play - "Night of Fate")

"Run, kid!"

"You'll get killed if you stay here!"

Those were some of the cries that Sora heard out of concern for his well-being, as the last civilian left the area out of fear of these creatures that appeared out of nowhere. However, Sora stood his ground and noticed that the Heartless only kept their attention towards him as all the people were finally out of sight.

"I don't know why you guys made it here, but I can't let you spread across this world!" Sora cried out, charging into battle.

The Neoshadows were the first to attack, but Sora expertly dodged their every attempt to hit him, as the boy kept his attention on the Shadows that were fused along the ground. The moment that they rose up again to attack him, the boy slashed through their numbers easily and cut down their forces to the Neoshadows only.

"Thundaga!" Sora raised his keyblade and summoned multiple lightning strikes towards the advancing Neoshadows, stunning them in place and weakening them enough for him to destroy them one by one.

Just as he defeated the last Neoshadow, Sora noticed another group of Heartless appear in the area. He frowned in confusion at where they were all coming from, but he pushed that thought away for another time. He needed to deal with this threat first. There were several Darkballs, Wyverns, Soldiers, Red Nocturnes, Blue Rhapsodies, and Large Bodies that all appeared behind him. Sora turned around and gripped his keyblade tight, while also making sure that no innocent people were around.

This was going to take a while, he could already tell.

"Aeroga!" Sora casted his wind spell before him and used the elevation to jump high into the air, before letting himself fall and slamming his keyblade into the ground. The impact destroyed most of the Darkballs and Soldiers as Sora blocked a charging Large Body from behind him. He quickly circled around the creature and threw his keyblade at it.

"Strike Raid!" he shouted, throwing his weapon towards multiple enemies and cutting down their numbers even more. All that were left afterwards were a few more Darkballs, Red Nocturnes, Blue Rhapsodies, Large Bodies, and the Wyverns. Sora quickly made his move and focused his attention on the flying ones, since they could be really annoying while he was busy fighting on the ground.

"Buchou, why are we here?"

A young man with blonde hair asked, looking at his surroundings as he followed his superior. He was wearing a white polo with dark pants and black shoes. From his attire alone, it could be said that he was a high school student along with his companions. He was Yuuto Kiba, a second-year student at Kuoh Academy.

"I sensed an unknown presence around here a few minutes ago. It didn't seem like it belonged to a fallen angel, a devil, or an angel, but from what I felt… it was something… more sinister."

The one who spoke was a very beautiful young woman with a buxom figure, large breasts and wide hips. She could easily pass for being an adult if it wasn't for the school uniform she was wearing; a white long-sleeved shirt with a black shoulder cape and corset, along with a matching magenta-colored skirt with white accents. She had striking blue-green eyes that went well with her long, crimson hair that pretty much defined her whole beauty and appeal. Her name was Rias Gremory, a third-year student at Kuoh Academy.

"Ara, and you feel like this is something that requires our immediate attention, Rias?"

An equally-beautiful girl to the right of the redhead smiled amusingly, looking for an opportunity to tease her friend. Her school uniform also showed that she was a high school student. She had the same buxom figure and features as Rias, only that her chest seemed to be slightly bigger. She had violet eyes and long raven hair that reached all the way to her legs, which was tied in a ponytail and kept in place with an orange ribbon. This young woman was Akeno Himejima, another student of Kuoh Academy in the same class as Rias.

"I haven't felt anything like this before, so I have no idea what it could be. It will be bad if it was something dangerous all along, so we better take a look at this ourselves at the very least and see what stumbled into my territory." Rias said, narrowing her eyes to show her seriousness. "Koneko, are you sensing anything nearby?"

Rias turned her head slightly to the last member of their group, who was a short girl with a petite figure and white hair. She looked very young and it's a question if she was even a high school student too, despite the fact that she was wearing the same uniform as the two other girls. The girl had a blank look on her face, as though she was incapable of feeling any other emotion. She had bright amber eyes and two black cat-shaped hair clips on her pure white locks. She was Koneko Toujou, a first-year student of the same school.

The girl named Koneko turned her head to several directions and relied on her hearing as well as her sense of smell to detect if there was anything unusual around. She managed to pick up a weird scent that somehow smelled like an empty void, and Koneko didn't like it one bit.

In the end, she turned to look up ahead, which was the direction where they were currently heading for.

"It's just up ahead. We're close." the girl replied in a monotone voice.

Rias gave a short nod of thanks and was about to turn her head back, only for Koneko's eyes to widen in surprise as she smelled something more familiar along with that 'empty void'. It was a scent she was more familiar with, making her feel at ease even with the weird scent that came along with it.

It smelled like… a human.

"Wait."

Upon hearing the short girl, the entire group stopped and looked at the white-haired girl, who stood frozen in her place. Kiba and Akeno looked at her in confusion, wondering what got the normally-emotionless girl to freeze up like this. Rias had a look of worry as she voiced out her concern.

"Is something wrong, Koneko?"

Koneko slowly pointed her finger up ahead, before she began to speak. "I smell something else. Someone is there too, and the scent… is coming from a human."

"A human? Buchou, is that the foreign presence that you have felt around here?" the young blonde man asked, turning towards the crimson-haired girl who was cupping her chin in thought.

"No, I'm quite sure that it was something else… if it was a human, I would have been able to tell it apart from what I felt earlier, unless…" Her eyes widened in realization, while her two other companions also came to the same conclusion.

"Unless a human went into that area just now." Akeno finished, her eyes also widening in shock.

"Koneko, are you sure that there's a human there?" Kiba asked once more as a confirmation, and the white-haired loli only nodded. "I don't understand this. How could someone just throw himself into danger…?"

Snapping out of her stupor, Rias quickly turned back towards their destination while gritting her teeth. "Let's hurry up. We may be able to prevent more humans from getting involved if we get there now. And let's hope that whoever Koneko sensed over there is still alive."

Her companions all nodded in response, as the group began to run all the way while also fearing for that one human who was supposedly in an area where something sinister also appeared.

Passing by a few more houses, the group finally reached the place, stopping in their tracks when they saw multiple creatures roaming around in the middle of the street. Their eyes widened at what they were seeing; there were dark flying balls all over which had eyes and a mouth, giant fat monsters that seemingly had eyes only, several red and blue flying witches of the sort, and winged creatures that nearly looked like they were some kind of dragon.

One thing was similar between them, though. All of the creatures had a heart-shaped symbol with thorn-like vines making a cross over it.

"What are those?" Rias asked, frozen in place. She was too shocked to even make any further move. Rias expected the 'threat' to be a stray devil, but from seeing these monsters, she was unsure if they were even as such."Are they all strays?"

"I don't think so, Buchou." Koneko answered, her eyes widening as well. She was normally stoic and emotionless but seeing these creatures honestly caused her to have goosebumps. "They don't smell like a devil. They smell like a dark void. All of them do."

"More importantly, who's that?" Akeno pointed to a young boy who was fearlessly charging towards the monsters with some kind of sword in his right hand. The creatures also charged towards him with the intent to kill.

"He must be the human that Koneko sensed." Rias hypothesized, taking a closer look at the human before them. The boy had brown spiky hair, blue eyes and a red and black outfit that Rias could only describe as something that came out of a Japanese video game. He also had dark shoes that were larger for an average person and if this was another time, she would've found it funny.

"I'm moving in, Buchou. I'll pull the boy out of there and come back as soon as I can." Kiba said in a serious tone, pulling out a sword as he prepared himself for battle. Whatever those creatures were, there was trouble spelled over them and that boy over there needed help. But before he could do anything, Rias had raised her arm to make him stop.

"Yuuto, wait." The redhead ordered, before she gestured towards the ongoing battle in front of them, specifically towards the spiky brunette whom they missed a certain detail about. "Look. He's fighting against them."

True enough, the boy continued to slash through the creatures with ease, as if he wasn't even trying. Whenever one of those monsters would come close to him, he would jump high into the air and land back down with a ferocious strike.

"Waterga!" They heard him cry out, summoning a large ball of water and sending it towards the flying red 'witches' that put out the flames they were spewing, enabling the boy to finish them all off. Not even a second later, he turned his attention to the blue ones and pointed his 'sword-like weapon' towards them. "Firaga!" A large fireball was sent towards the creatures, enough to incinerate them all.

One thing that the group noticed about those 'monsters' was a heart floating into the air and disappearing once they were eliminated.

"That boy… can use magic?" Rias thought in awe, seeing the human in front of them summon different elements to use against the creatures. She also noticed that the boy didn't have an ounce of fear in his expression, only a look of determination. "Not only that… he doesn't seem to fear them."

"What are those hearts that float after they die?" Akeno thought, taking notice of those reddish-colored hearts that appear after those monsters die before vanishing into the air.

"Try this!" the boy cried out as his body was covered in light for a bit, before it disappeared and left him in a new set of clothing (Sora's Second Form), shocking Rias and her group even more.

"What did he do? Is he an angel? It seems like he can use light as a weapon and he just used it to change his clothes!" Rias yelled out, before sensing something different from the boy compared to before, as she focused her attention on the key-looking weapon he was wielding. "Is that a Sacred Gear?

"He's just a human, Buchou… nothing more." Koneko replied, even though her full attention was directed towards the mysterious teenager. Truth be told, she had no idea what was happening, but she was sure that that young boy before them was just a normal person.

"That sword of his… it looks like… some kind of giant key…" Kiba muttered. Now he was both confused and shocked. The weapon that the boy was using, it didn't even look sharp to cut through anything and was rather blunt from a distance, and yet he was using it to deal with the creatures effectively.

The boy then blitzed with great speed towards the nearest streetlight with a red aura surrounding him, as he spun around it and somehow brought the nearby 'dragon-like' creatures as well as those floating dark balls like a magnet. He then stopped and attacked all of them with a series of spinning slashes, before bringing them all towards him again with several magnetic balls and let them explode afterwards, finally destroying all of those flying monsters.

"What form of power is this?" Akeno muttered, in awe of how that young boy dealt with multiple enemies with ease. She wouldn't say it out loud, but the way in which that spiky-haired teenager struck those creatures down without mercy… it was turning her on.

The boy then landed on the ground and found himself dealing with 4 of those fat creatures that had him surrounded. Rias and Kiba were actually about to move from their places in order to help him out, until they heard his voice again.

"Sonic Blade!"

Much to their added shock, the boy blitzed towards the creatures almost in a blink of an eye that it looked like he was phasing through them, attacking them with his key-looking sword multiple times. He continued to do this with 6 consecutive follow-ups that launched all of them into the air.

Not wasting any time, the brown-haired boy gathered a large amount of energy into the tip of his weapon and jumped into the air, before he released it into multiple homing beams of light then aiming it towards the monsters that were in front of him.

"Ragnarök!"

Rias' eyes widened in shock upon witnessing such an attack from the young boy, even more so when it was proven effective to the point that all of those fat-looking dark beings were finally wiped out afterwards. Her companions shared the same expression, in complete awe of a 'human' who was able to hold his own and defeat a group of unknown monsters as if he knew what they were and how to stop them.

"He's just a human… and yet he was able to destroy those creatures without even trying." Rias slowly got over her shock and narrowed her eyes in suspicion at this mysterious individual who landed on the ground safely after his last attack. "Who is he, and does he know what those monsters are?"

(Stop playing "Night of Fate")

Unable to hold in the dozens of questions that sprang into her mind all at once, Rias quickly walked over towards the spiky-haired boy, which was enough to make Akeno and the others snap out of their shock as they followed their leader closely behind.

"I guess that's the last of them…" Sora looked around him for a bit before dismissing his keyblade and putting his arms behind his head, smiling as he did his job well. His new clothes flashed white for a second before it returned to his original attire earlier. "Well I guess that was a good exercise, now to—"

"Excuse me."

Hearing a voice from behind him, the keyblade wielder turned around and if it wasn't for the person marching over towards him like a law enforcer, Sora would've thought of her as one beautiful girl. He wasn't able to take notice of the small group that followed her, because his full attention was directed towards the girl with crimson hair that reminded him of Kairi and blue eyes that were very similar to his own. It bothered him that this girl was slightly taller than him, and it reminded him of how Riku tease him about being short.

Perhaps she was even more beautiful than Kai— nope! That's not what matters right now!

Shaking his head to remove such thoughts, he flashed a wide grin and tilted his head slightly. "Hi there! Do you need something?"

"What happened here? What were those creatures?" the girl asked in a serious tone.

Sora's eyebrows raised slightly in surprise. "Wait, you saw them? Hmm, I thought there weren't any people around anymore…" he mumbled to himself, before turning back towards the red-haired girl. "Well, those things that you saw are called the Heartless. They're monsters that chase after the darkness in people's hearts."

"Heartless… that's the first time I've heard of them." said a blonde young man who was also taller than him by a slight inch. He somehow reminded Sora of Riku a bit, maybe because of the calm demeanor he was exhibiting.

"Are they some kind of devil we don't know about?" asked a raven-haired girl who stood beside the one with crimson hair. Sora somehow missed the bit where the girl mentioned 'devil', all because of a certain issue he was having. The boy felt a bit overwhelmed now that there were two girls who were taller than him and if he could, he'll just drop to his knees and complain that life was unfair.

"What kind of world is this? Aqua is already taller than me back home… I'm not used to girls being taller than me…" Sora thought with his head down in despair, only for him to be pulled out of his state when he heard himself being addressed.

"Who are you and what are you doing in my territory?" the redhead asked heatedly, raising an eyebrow suspiciously but Sora appeared to be completely oblivious to it.

"Oh! I'm Sora! Nice to meet you, uhm…? Can I have you and your friends' names?" Sora quickly beamed, raising his hand for a handshake before looking at the girl with a confused look. That's right, he didn't know who she was nor the people with her.

The blonde teenager smiled and was actually about to introduce himself but the crimson-haired girl spoke before him, her serious expression turning into a frown.

"You didn't answer my question. What are you doing in my territory?" she asked, narrowing her eyes.

"Territory?" Sora tilted his head in confusion.

"Are you an angel sent down from Heaven to fight against me? The fact that you can use light as a weapon against those monsters must mean you are one of them!" The girl was slowly losing her patience with Sora's obliviousness. Was he playing with her or something?

"Huh?" Sora asked in confusion. Him, an angel? Where did she get that from? Sure, there were several times in his adventures where he could literally fly through the air but he didn't have any wings on his back to be called an angel. He shook his head afterwards. "No, I'm not."

"Then perhaps you're a fallen! There's only other being that can use weapons made of light and it's them! Tell me!" The girl continued to press on, pointing a finger towards him accusingly.

"I don't know what that is! I'm just a human!" Sora raised his arms in defeat as if he had been caught red-handed. Seriously, what's with this girl and all these questions?

"Buchou. He's telling the truth." A white-haired girl said from behind the redhead. Honestly, Sora felt at ease seeing that there was finally someone who was shorter than him. Yep, his height anxiety was cured [for now] and he let out a huge sigh of relief. Upon taking a closer look, the girl had a blank look on her face but that only added to how cute she looked.

Sora had to shake his head to prevent a blush from forming on his face, just as the red-haired girl stormed over to where he was that his height anxiety returned full-force and caused him to yelp before falling on his butt.

"Don't take me for a fool! Tell me the truth or I will not hesitate to use more forceful methods." she threatened, her voice growing dangerous.

"I'm telling the truth! P-Please, y-y-you're scaring me…!" Sora said, fear suddenly overtaking him. Wow, a keyblade wielder who managed to save his realm from getting taken over by darkness three times, defeated one of the most powerful Keyblade Masters known, and the one who closed Kingdom Hearts on several occassions, was afraid of an angry girl.

He couldn't remember a time if there was a woman that got mad with him (with the exception of his mother), so this was likely the first time. Kairi was too kind and only acted like she was angry sometimes to tease him, Namine didn't seem like she knew how to be mad, while Xion and Aqua only exhibited that attitude towards enemies.

Somehow, he felt that facing an angry girl was worse than fighting against villains like Xehanort and Maleficent.

Well, he wasn't exactly wrong.

Fortunately for the spiky-haired boy, someone came to his rescue by placing a hand on the fuming redhead's shoulder.

"Ara Rias, we're going to have a misunderstanding with our guest if you keep acting like this. Just look, you're scaring him." the raven-haired girl said, giggling in amusement at how her friend was acting right now.

"He should! This boy wandered carelessly into my territory, Akeno! Don't you see? He's taking us for fools!" the red-haired girl named Rias spoke, turning her attention towards her friend instead.

The girl with violet-colored eyes, Akeno, covered her mouth and chuckled to herself. "Fufufu, I think you should take a better look at his face~" She glanced towards Sora for a moment. At this point, Sora released another sigh of relief since an angry girl was off his back. "He doesn't even look like he knows what you're talking about."

Rias did the same as her friend, and Sora quickly froze for the second time, thinking she was going to threaten him once again. The redhead eyed him up and down before she huffed.

"I still have my doubts."

"If I may suggest, Buchou…" the blonde man stepped forward with a nervous smile. "We should take this conversation back to the clubroom and bring this boy with us. We are still in the middle of a street, and it would attract attention from other people if we keep discussing certain things here."

Rias thought of his idea for a bit before she sighed. "Fine. I see your point, Yuuto. But it would be dangerous to make a magic here, of all places. We better walk back instead." She then sent a glare at Sora's direction, making him gulp nervously. "Follow us back to the school. If I see you making an escape, I will drag you back there myself."

Sora quickly nodded as Rias turned her heel and walked the other way, with the white-haired girl following her closely. He was about to get up from the ground and do as he was told when he saw the blonde-haired teen offering him his hand.

"Need a hand?" Yuuto asked with a smile.

The spiky-haired boy smiled back as he accepted the gesture, pulling himself back up to his feet. "Thanks! You really saved me back there, you know? That red-haired girl was really scary…" Sora said sheepishly, rubbing the back of his head.

"You'll have to forgive Buchou for that. She's just confused because she, well… if I had to be honest, all of us didn't expect someone like you, a normal human, to deal with those creatures you call the 'Heartless'."

"Aw, I understand. To be honest, I should've expected that when that girl was asking me questions. But I guess the fact that it's basically my job to fight those things, I didn't notice why she was looking all confused."

Yuuto's eyebrows raised slightly, intrigued. "You fight those creatures at a normal basis?"

"Yep!" Sora grinned.

"Interesting." He said with a little smirk, wondering if Rias was right about her hunch that this boy was an angel or fallen angel in disguise. However, Yuuto couldn't detect anything from him, apart from the radiance he seemed to be showing. Whatever it is, they'll figure it out later on anyway. "Well, let's talk about this more when we get back to the clubroom. Your name is Sora, right? My name is Yuuto Kiba. It's a pleasure to meet you." The blonde teen nodded his head in greeting.

"Oh, it's nice to meet you too! Can I call you Kiba?" Sora nodded back and flashed a warm smile. It didn't even take a few hours, and he was already making friends in a new world. (A/N: Face it, Sora calling him 'Yuuto' is weird.)

"Sure, whatever suits you." Kiba smiled back and turned to look at Rias who was already at a considerable distance away from them. "We better get going, Sora. Just follow us and everything will be explained to you."

"Okay!" Sora replied, as him and Kiba followed the red-haired girl in front of them. However, just when he thought that he could finally be at ease, the raven-haired girl from earlier, Akeno, was it? She approached him with a smile that seemed to hide a lot of intent behind it.

"I can tell you're a very interesting person, Sora. Fufufu~" she giggled, clasping her hands together before her skirt. Seeing this boy fight against those Heartless things was quite the show, and there was likely more to him than meets the eye. She then bowed her head respectfully. "My name is Akeno Himejima. I look forward to knowing more about you."

With that, she walked off and followed the others, leaving Sora frozen in his place for a few moments before he snapped out of it and followed closely behind this Akeno girl.

"Okaayyy… something tells me I need to be careful around that girl…" he muttered in a slightly nervous tone. Just from the way he heard her laugh just a while ago, it sent chills down his spine. First, there was a crimson-haired woman who was angry with him for some reason, a white-haired midget who was emotionless, and now a dark-haired girl who somehow acts like a good version of Larxene!

What's with the the people here, especially the girls?!

Man, Kuoh sure is a weird place.

And there we go. The Heartless have been dealt with but Sora unintentionally gave himself away to a familiar crimson-haired princess that is beloved by many DxD fans. Unfortunately, their meeting doesn't seem like it's going well… watch out for Sora finally making a proper introduction to the Occult Research Club next chapter. This should be interesting. Also, I hope I'm doing Sora's personality well, I would hate it if he was already OOC this early.

Goodbye… and good night! BANG! *too sweet gesture*
