Time to address the elephant in the room. Last chapter, I revealed that Kairi and Aqua are a part of Sora's eventual harem. That pretty much confirms that the KH characters will land in the world of DxD. However, note that NOT EVERYONE will cross through dimensions, which cuts down the number of KH characters who would appear as a part of this story. Kairi and Aqua are already confirmed to land in the DxD world soon, leaving the mystery of who's going with them to you guys.

Also, it seems that me adding Aqua to Sora's harem created an interesting reaction from some readers. All I can say is that this is a challenge I've decided to take from a friend. That friend challenged me to make a Sora x Aqua fanfic, and I decided to implement it here. Like it or not, Aqua is part of the harem.

To that one guy who said that Sora acted OOC when he was scared of an angry Rias, you didn't sound offensive. I understand completely. But you have to keep in mind that Sora jumped from being a video game character into an anime/manga MC. As such, the various tropes like angry anime girl, tsunderes, nakama power, plot armor, etc. will be touched on and utilized. You have to understand that this isn't Kingdom Hearts anymore, but rather a completely different world. It's an anime/manga.

(ORC Building)

Sora was standing in the middle of a large classroom which was completely different from a regular one. He didn't have a sustained education but he knew that this place could hardly be described as normal.

There were no desks and chairs around, but rather three sets of couches where Kiba and the white-haired girl (who was silently eating sweets) were sitting on, as well as a small wooden table in the center. The floor was made out of wood and there were various cabinets around the room. They were decorated with candles and skulls which went well with the large drawing of a complicated on the floor.

Rias, the red-haired girl from earlier, was sitting behind a large desk with her hands clasped together in front of her. She looked at Sora suspiciously, still having doubts about who the boy really was. Behind her was a chalkboard that had strange symbols and writing on it, which Sora paid no attention to.

Akeno was standing near the crimson-haired beauty, her eyes closed but flashing a friendly smile nonetheless.

In its entirety, seeing this place reminded Sora of Halloween Town with the dark atmosphere of Hollow Bastion.

All pairs of eyes in the room were directed towards the spiky brunette that remained calm in his place, being used to this kind of situation already. He was led here by the group and he obediently followed, although he was confused on why they would choose a school as a place to talk. Wouldn't this only mean that more people might overhear things?

"Yuuto and Akeno told me what they think of you," Rias began in a serious tone. "They say that you don't seem like an angel nor a fallen, and Koneko also keeps insisting that you are just a human… but I still have my doubts about you. A normal human can't use magic, much less weapons made of light, unless you have a Sacred Gear that does exactly that, or you are truly an angel or a fallen that is just good at hiding in a disguise, Sora."

"But I am! Come on, what do I need to do to prove it?" Sora groaned, slumping his shoulders in defeat. There we go again, this girl is really trying to break through him, isn't she? Normally, he wouldn't just give in but given the way Rias was acting, the young boy can't help but be afraid. "First, I can use magic because it's one of my abilities. Second, my keyblade is literally a weapon of light. Lastly, I don't know what a Sacred Gear is. Is it like an accessory or something?"

"Your 'keyblade'? Is that what you call that sword you used earlier?" Kiba asked, clearly interested.

"Yup!" Within seconds, Sora was smiling again as he turned towards Kiba. His quick change in demeanor honestly surprised Rias while Akeno only chuckled.

"May I see it?"

Nodding once, Sora raised his right hand and summoned the Kingdom Key, shocking everyone in the room once again at how he just made it appear out of thin air. Rias quickly got over it and frowned while being in deep thought.

"The way he summoned that weapon… it's definitely like a Sacred Gear. But then again, he doesn't seem to know what they are. It doesn't feel like he was lying a while ago." Rias focused her gaze towards the giant key-looking weapon on Sora's hand. "And I can't feel anything from it too… but I clearly remember that it felt like one earlier, when he was fighting those monsters."

Kiba stood up from his seat and looked at Sora's keyblade closely, taking in its unique design that somehow made it look like it came from a children's movie. "While it doesn't look sharp in my opinion, this was the weapon you used against those Heartless and it was effective against them. So, I won't judge." he commented, chuckling lightly as he returned to his seat.

"I getcha. I thought of the same thing when I first got this." Sora dismissed the keyblade as he put his arms behind his head before grinning widely.

"Ehem." Rias cleared her throat, causing Sora to quickly panic as he stood straight in his place and facing her, as if he was in the Mysterious Tower receiving orders from Yen Sid. If this was another time, Rias would've chuckled at how silly he was. "I heard your words earlier and I admit, I am nearly convinced. Perhaps you are just a normal human, after all…"

A smile was slowly forming on Sora's face, thinking that this was finally going to be over.

"...but it's not enough."

"Oh, man… what else do I have to do…?" Sora immediately hung his head and groaned loudly, causing Kiba and Akeno to laugh. Rias was actually about to smile at how cute he looked, before she pushed that thought away with a blush and cleared her throat once again to get his attention.

"I understand your position right now, but please know that I am only looking out for any potential dangers that pose as a threat to my territory." Rias stated. "I just need you to answer one question before I make my final decision whether to believe you or not. Do not even try to lie, or there will be consequences. Understood?"

"Alright, what is it?" Snapping out of his despair-like state, Sora crossed his arms and waited for whatever it is that the redhead wanted him to answer.

"What do you know about the supernatural?" she asked, narrowing her eyes.

Sora looked at her for a few moments before putting his arms behind his head and looking to the side in slight embarrassment. "Well, honestly… ghosts freaked me out a lot when I was a kid and I get scared when my friend Riku used to hide out of sight and act like a monster out to hunt me." He chuckled at remembering those times, when they were still at peace in back home before the darkness spread through the worlds.

Rias blinked a few times at hearing the completely innocent answer from the spiky brunette, trying to see if there were any hint of a lie in his words, before finally sighing in defeat. "I guess he really is just a human…" she muttered, pouting at her mistake.

Akeno already began to laugh and took the first opportunity to tease her friend. "You just embarrassed yourself big time, Rias. I told you he was just a normal human, ufufu~" she remarked, earning her a glare from the crimson-haired girl.

"Zip it."

That was when Sora snapped out of his stupor, realizing that he was spending too much time at reminiscing, when he was just supposed to answer what the red-haired girl asked. "Huh? What's going on? Did I answer your question right?" he asked curiously.

"Yes, you did." Rias turned back towards Sora and sighed once again. He truly seemed like an innocent boy, so the redhead willingly swallowed her pride and uttered her next words, "Forgive me for my outburst earlier as well as my attitude towards you. It was wrong of me to act that way."

"Aw, no biggie! I understand." Sora waved her apology off with a smile.

"W-What?" Rias' eyes widened in surprise at hearing his words. Did that young teenager forgive her just like that? It seemed like an almost impossible thing to happen. Rias knew that she was being unfair with him earlier when she pushed him for answers, but why did he just brush it off? In fact, it wasn't just her. Even Akeno and Kiba, as well as the normally stoic Koneko, were surprised with how quickly he forgave Rias like it was nothing.

Sora tilted his head. "You said it yourself, didn't you? You were just looking out for anything dangerous in your territory like some kind of princess, although I don't really get what that means…" He scratched his cheek in embarrassment.

His words caused various reactions on each of the individuals inside the room. "Oh my…" Akeno thought to herself, putting a hand over her rapidly beating heart. "I think… I'm in love."

"Such kindness… must be protected…" Kiba looked at Sora for a few moments, before he suddenly felt the urge to protect the boy like how a big brother would, clenching his fist tightly.

"Sora…senpai…" Koneko thought, picturing the spiky brunette as a student of Kuoh Academy and a member of their club so she could sit on his lap and eat her sweets comfortably. Yes, she would like that very much.

Rias looked at Sora with wide eyes, realizing that they made sense upon thinking about it. She blushed at the fact that Sora called her a princess, causing her to shake her head profusely. While she was doubting him earlier, now she wanted nothing more than to make him a member of her peerage, if it weren't for the fact that he was just a human.

"If only my fiancé was like you, Sora." she thought to herself hopelessly, before pushing that thought to the back of her mind. There was no need for her to think about that at this moment. Anyway, now that they were sure this boy was a human, there was only one thing left for her to do, as much as she didn't want to.

Rias stood up from her seat with another sigh of defeat. "I guess this is where we say 'goodbye' then." she said solemnly, walking over towards Sora.

Sora looked at her in confusion. Somehow, he didn't have a good feeling where this was going. "Goodbye? W-What do you mean?"

"You have proven that you are truly a human, Sora. As much as I don't want to do this, I have to erase your memories of us so that you don't remember anything that happened until the time when you saw those monsters earlier." Rias admitted, completely overlooking the fact that Sora just summoned a weapon earlier out of thin air. Oh yeah, he was also the one who explained what the Heartless are to all of them earlier.

That was before, but now… now, he just looked too innocent in her eyes.

Hearing this from their crimson-haired leader, Akeno, Kiba, and even Koneko wanted to say something about not needing to go that far, but kept their mouths shut. They knew that this was what they must do, in order to keep the knowledge of the Underworld a secret. All they could do was send a sad look towards Sora, who still looked confused.

"Huh? Erase my —!" Sora immediately gasped, realizing what Rias just said. Oh boy, he didn't want to go through this again. Hearing the words 'erasing' and 'memories' had triggered his hidden PTSD during the conflict in Castle Oblivion, and well… that was a part of his journey that he would rather forget because of how embarrassing it is. He quickly raised his hands before him, trying to stop the redhead while he still can. "No! You can't erase my memories! Why would you even do something like that? I thought I already proved I'm human!"

"That's exactly the point, Sora. You're a human, and we can't let our secrets be exposed to an innocent being. I don't want to do this, but it's a rule I have to follow." Rias showed him a sad smile, just as she raised her hand to make a magic circle. "Perhaps we can meet again, as normal people."

Okay, he wasn't able to understand the reason why she would do this, but whatever it is, Sora didn't really care. He already lost his memories once, and he didn't want to go through the pain of losing them another time.

"Still, you can't! I have a job to do, which is to deal with the Heartless in this world. What happened earlier won't be the last time that those guys show up, and I have to be ready to deal with them the next time they do!" Sora argued.

Rias looked at him as if he was crazy. "How is that your job? This is my territory, you don't need to involve yourself in these matters anymore. Let me handle those beings you call the 'Heartless'. You'll be safer not knowing about any of this. This is for your own good."

Sora gritted his teeth as he thought of a response. Whatever reason Rias had and even if she had a point, he still couldn't let her do this. He had a duty as a keyblade wielder to fight against the darkness. An idea then popped into his mind as he looked at his pocket, discovering that he had a trump card all along. "The Gummiphone! Of course!" Sora said in his thoughts happily. "If she won't listen to words, I'm sure this would be enough proof to make her believe in me!"

"Wait." he spoke out, looking up at Rias who had already conjured a red magic circle. The girl then stopped to look at him curiously, as Sora pulled out the Gummiphone from his pocket. "I want to show you something." he said with a confident grin, opening the records of Jiminy's journal before handing the phone over towards Rias.

"What's this?" Rias looked surprised with him for a moment, before she took the phone from his hands, unaware of the shock that she would likely feel upon reading what was inside.

Sora let out a huge yawn as he made himself comfortable on one of the couches in the clubroom. He rested his head on his arms behind him, feeling a bit sleepy since he hasn't been able to get a proper rest ever since he rescued Kairi. Nope, him disappearing from his world and ending up here in Kuoh didn't count as sleep at all.

But he couldn't sleep just yet, not when he was still trying to plead with Rias Gremory to reconsider erasing his memories.

He glanced towards the desk where Rias was currently at, where she was clearly reading the contents of Jiminy's journal with great interest, made obvious from her wide eyes and jaw hanging. Akeno, Kiba, and Koneko were all gathered together with the crimson-haired beauty as well, also greatly interested in what they were reading.

This all started when Rias began to make various facial expressions and mutter out some quiet words like "He did this" and "What power", which caught the attention of Akeno as she took a look at what her friend was reading. Soon enough, they were both making the same expressions that eventually roped in Koneko and Yuuto into checking out what their senpais were reading. It resulted in all four of them being unable to pry their eyes off from what they were reading, and while that happened, Sora took the opportunity to sit on the couch to rest his legs.

"Having fun there?" Sora chuckled, since a good ten minutes have already passed and Rias still wasn't done reading. At this point, he was sure that they were going through the records of his entire journey from when he first left his home, the Destiny Islands.

Oh boy, he could just imagine Donald squawking loudly into his ear right now about ruining the 'world order' in this place by telling his secret to not only one, but four other people. He took a deep breath and looked up at the ceiling. "I didn't have a choice. It was either that or messing up my memories again. I can't let that happen, especially since I'm in a world where none of my friends are around to help me. But it's not like what I did is the right thing too… I just… I just hope that my decision won't lead to anything bad."

While Sora was having an epiphany, Rias was having thoughts of her own as she read through the various journal entries as well as viewing the photos taken by the phone, all of them regarding a certain spiky-haired boy who was currently sitting on the couch.

"I have to have him in my peerage!" Was all that she could think about right now, having read the entirety of Sora's journey starting at when he was 14 years old when he left his home called the 'Destiny Islands' due to it being covered in complete darkness, all the way to him defeating a powerful villain named 'Master Xehanort' in order to prevent him from taking over Kingdom Hearts, which was known as the heart of all worlds. The most shocking thing was that he was just a year younger than her, despite her being taller than him by several inches. It almost felt like she had just met a real-life video game character and as a known japanophile, she would be more than pleased to welcome a new addition to her peerage.

It wasn't just her, as her other peerage members were blown away with the adventures that Sora has had during only 3 years of his life; fighting countless Heartless and Nobodies, sealing multiple worlds, protecting the Seven Princesses of Heart, confronting the so-called 'Organization XIII', rescuing his friends Riku, Aqua, Ventus, Terra, Roxas, Donald, Goofy, Xion, Namine, and Kairi. It was almost inhumane to imagine a young boy going on several journeys to accomplish these things.

"The lengths that this boy was willing to go through…" Akeno thought, feeling her heart pounding madly inside her chest.

"How strong is Sora, exactly? It says here that he lost his powers at least four times, and yet he was able to bounce back in no time to be able to fight against the strongest of opponents…" Kiba thought, in awe of how a young boy was capable of dealing with loss of power multiple times like it was something normal for him.

"He went to so many worlds…" Koneko said to herself in awe, making a mental note to read more from this journal when she gets the chance. She was too interested in this and she wouldn't pass up this chance to learn more about their interesting guest.

It made them feel that what they have done was completely inferior to what Sora has accomplished.

Rias finally turned her attention towards Sora, having done reading as she left the Gummiphone on the desk. She walked over to where Sora was, followed by Kiba and Akeno who were also finished reading through most of it. Meanwhile, Koneko quietly took Sora's phone and sat on one of the other couches, continuing to eat her sweets while reading more of the journal entries recorded there.

"I've read what you had to go through, Sora." she said, which was enough to snap the spiky brunette out of his current trance. Sora looked up at her, and their gazes met. "You're not from around here, are you? You're not from this world at all." she asked.

Sora stared at Rias for a few moments before sighing. "I'm not."

Kiba and Akeno widened their eyes in shock, but Rias retained a calm look. She just needed to know a few things before moving on with her desire to recruit Sora into her peerage. She would be a fool to not consider making him her servant, given how powerful this boy was. Maybe he was the key to getting herself out of her current dilemma.

"Then how exactly did you end up here? The last thing I read in that journal was that you used something called the 'Power of Waking' to bring back your friend Kairi." she asked.

Sora quickly thought back to his talk with Azazel earlier in his apartment, remembering the man's explanation for how he ended up in this new worldline. Honestly, he was still confused with Azazel's exact words since science wasn't his thing, but the least he could do was relay what the man told him towards Rias.

"When I used my power of waking to bring Kairi back, I had no idea there was a big consequence for using it the wrong way. After the war was over and when I thought everything was finally back to normal, I got thrown out of my worldline and landed here." Sora leaned forward and just kept his gaze downwards, not feeling that affected anymore but was still enough to make him sad. "I don't know what do you call it exactly, but… there was a 'rift' that opened here, which was like the bridge that took me here. I just woke up a few hours ago, I think?"

"Come to think of it, there was a news report about another dimensional rift appearing about a week ago. Maybe that's the rift that Sora is talking about." Kiba piped up, remembering some interesting news he saw on television recently.

"And now, you're going back home to where you came from?" Rias asked, feeling saddened that she won't even have the chance to add Sora into her family.

"Well, honestly?" Sora stood up from his seat and grinned sheepishly. "I think I'm gonna be stuck here for a while. To get back home, another one of those dimension-thingy rifts or whatever, they have to show up and I could use it to return. Using the power of waking could make one, but I don't want to imagine what would happen to me if I used that again. I'll have to wait until one appears again." he said with determination.

Rias shook her head in amusement. Just when the odds were stacked against him, this spiky-haired boy somehow found a way to turn it around and smile in the end. "You are really an interesting individual, Sora. What will you do in the meantime?"

"I guess I'll just do what I always do when I go into a new world. Help other people out." His happy expression quickly morphed into a serious one. "Also, since there was a group of Heartless that just showed up earlier, I have to make sure that they won't bother innocent people. Those monsters don't just appear on any world they like. Someone led them here, and I need to find out who it is."

"The mystery of who brought those Heartless here in our world will surely be a tough one to crack, but I think I can help you out on that." Rias said with a smirk, moving closer towards the young teenager. This was her chance, and she hoped that things would go well in her favor.

Sora immediately paled. "P-Please don't erase my memories, Rias-san…"

"Please just call me Rias, and don't worry about that. I've changed my mind." she waved his worries off with a smile. "After reading about your adventures in that journal on your phone, as well as seeing how well you fought against those creatures earlier, I can't deny how strong you must be. You are still young too, which gives you plenty of time to become even better than before, and I would love to see you grow stronger in person and under my supervision. That is why I want to make you a little offer."

"W-What is it?" Sora asked, eager to know about this 'offer'. If it involved him getting stronger, then this would be good! He wasn't able to pass his Mark of Mastery Exam, so maybe this could be a good alternative.

"I would like you to join my peerage, Sora."

And there we go. Sora's innocence won over the hearts of the ORC members, especially Rias and Akeno. And it looks like Sora was once again forced into revealing who he really was, otherwise it would be Chain of Memories all over again. Yeah, even he doesn't want to go through that trading card game again. Also, who would want to get their memories erased? Anyway, the situation seemed to have tipped into his favor by the end, with Rias making him the offer of joining her peerage. Would he accept or not? Things would take an interesting turn next chapter.

Goodbye… and good night! BANG! *too sweet gesture*
