The rest of Sora's early morning were… a lot more normal, to say the least. As soon as he picked himself from the floor in his room, he went downstairs to the kitchen where Rias and Koneko were working together to cook breakfast. Since he had some experience in cooking thanks to Little Chef back in Twilight Town, he offered his help but Rias told him to take a bath instead and get dressed in his new school uniform since breakfast would take some time to be done and that they could handle it.

Well, it was fun while it lasted.

After taking a refreshing bath and begrudgingly putting on his uniform, Sora went back to the kitchen and saw that breakfast was finally done and the two girls were already eating. Rias just had to make a comment on how cute he looked in the Kuoh Academy uniform, which led to him being unable to eat properly due to embarrassment and enjoy what could have been a delicious breakfast.

Rias finished her breakfast first and excused herself rather immediately, wanting to spend a long hour in the bath. Sora thought he would finally have some peace without her around, only to realize that Koneko was still there with him.

The atmosphere was quiet between them that time, and it bothered Sora because he was used to an upbeat and charismatic environment. Oh yeah, he didn't get to talk with her yesterday too. Being the friendly and outgoing boy he is, Sora tried to ask Koneko some questions like 'you really like eating candy' and 'you go to the same school too', to which the girl only replied with either a nod or a shake of her head.

Okay, this was the first time he came across someone, let alone a girl, who doesn't speak much and preferred to use gestures and actions instead. Maybe Xion somehow acted that way, but that was when she was still a member of the Organization. Sora wasn't one to judge Koneko for being this way, because it somehow added to her overall cuteness. What weirded him out however, was the fact that Koneko stared at him like a hawk the whole time when they were alone at the table, and he couldn't even figure out why she was doing that.

Wait, what? Cuteness? Where did that come from? Since when did he start to give an opinion on how cute something is? Oh man, seeing Rias naked in his bed was taking its toll on him, and it may as well have affected Sora's personality as a whole.

Sora began to wonder if he was exiled to this place to teach him a lesson on being reckless, or was an actual punishment.

Needless to say, it was just the start of the craziness that Sora would face in this new world, and he had already gone through some crazy stuff back home.

The apartment wasn't that far from Kuoh Academy, according to Rias. However, it felt like the path going there was longer than what Sora thought. It didn't help that the poor boy's face was one of complete and total embarrassment all throughout, which only got worse when many fellow students who were attending the same school began to give him various looks.

Sora wasn't used to this kind of attention, even back in his home world. Sure, there was Olympus where the people looked at him as a hero and Twilight Town where he made a lot of friends, but this was on a completely different level. Maybe it's because of the fact that the people who were staring were all TEENAGERS like him, and he didn't know any of them too.

The boys were glaring at daggers at him, with some of them crying in a comical way while shedding tears of despair. The girls' expression were more varied; some of them were squealing as their eyes turned into hearts, a few were simply confused, while the rest looked suspicious of him. Why was this happening to him? Ah yeah, maybe it's because of the two girls who were walking beside Sora and they weren't just any girl.

Rias had her arm looped around his left one, and she was so close to him that Sora could smell the perfume she used this morning. It was so hard for the keyblade wielder to shift his focus elsewhere, not when he was basically put in a corner here, and it didn't help that perfume she wore reminded him so much of Kairi.

"Uh, R-R-Rias…?" Sora asked, barely able to make his voice audible as he felt overwhelmed. It was only his first day, and he already wanted to drop out. "D-Did you really have to be so close to me? Everyone's looking at us…"

"I just want to be with my new servant, is there something wrong with that?" Rias asked innocently, not minding the looks sent their way. "Besides, I don't think Koneko minds it either."

Sora glanced to his right side, where the white-haired loli currently stood with her usual blank look. That was completely normal, but what set this apart was the fact that Koneko held on to his uniform with one hand, almost like a cute kouhai holding on to her senpai that showed her the way. The spiky-haired teen didn't mind this at all, because it felt like he had a little sister whom he had to look out for.

"I don't mind Koneko being like this… but you're different!" Sora turned back towards Rias with a pleading look. "Can't you at least make some distance between us?"

"What? A-Are you saying you don't like me that you're… pushing me away?" the redhead asked in fake sadness, while hiding her face behind her hair. Of course, Sora fell for the obvious trick as he scrambled for an answer to cheer her up again.

"N-N-No, no, nothing like that! I'm just… I'm just a bit embarrassed that a pretty girl is so close to me, that's all!" he quickly exclaimed, just as he heard Rias chuckling in amusement afterwards.

"Oh, you're just so fun to tease, Sora." the girl remarked while shaking her head, causing the keyblade wielder to pout at being played like that. "Anyway, do you really think I'm pretty?"

Sora raised an eyebrow. "What kind of question is that? Of course you are."

"Oh dear, oh dear~" Rias gasped as she put her hand over her mouth in fake surprise. "Are you making the moves on me, Mr. Sora? Don't you think we should get to know each other more before being at that stage?"

"Please stop teasing me already…" Sora covered his face with his hand, while wishing he could just disappear right now. He couldn't take all of Rias' teasing in one sitting, more so since she was an aggressive girl and he had no idea how to deal with that. The last time he across a girl like that was Larxene, but she wasn't anything like Rias!

Seeing Sora in such a state, Koneko decided to speak out some words of encouragement. "You'll get used to it, senpai." she said flatly.

Rias only giggled as they finally arrived at the academy, where the stares only intensified and gossip already erupted from them.

"Oh my god! Who is that boy with Gremory-senpai?!"

"No way! That guy scored two of the school's most popular girls?!

"Is he dating one of them? I mean, Rias-senpai is standing so close to him…"

"Why only one? I think he's seeing the two of them at the same time! Why else would they walk with him? What a playboy!"

"But he looks too cute and innocent to be one. Look, he's even embarrassed to be with them."

"They do look cute together, honestly."

"KYAAA! What a cute boy! I want to marry him already!"

Sora looked around him, noticing how everyone in the school's front yard had their attention on him and the two girls walking beside him. And he had to deal with this for hours? Only the possible reactions of these people were preventing him from casting an Aeroga spell on himself so he could get out of here.

"As if things weren't bad enough already…" he groaned.

"Hey, don't be so negative about all this. Who knows? You might enjoy your first day here." Rias grinned at him. Sora noticed that her teeth looked rather sharp, and yet that didn't bother him in the slightest. "You made yourself quite popular with the students already, and that's not something that anyone could pull off."

Thinking that Rias was just going to tease him again, the boy just pouted and turned his head away. He decided to ask something that was bothering his mind for a while now, just to direct this conversation somewhere else. "Were you the one who got me a place here, Rias? You said that every member of you peerage go to this school, right?"

"Why, yes. As soon as I recruited you into my peerage, I was already arranging some documents for your enrollment here and got accepted immediately," Rias smiled.

"How does that even work? And where did you get that much data about me?" he asked in surprise, wondering how his leader could know that much about him already. He wasn't even here for a whole day yet, but why did it feel like Rias already knew so much about him? Did she somehow… use mind-reading or some other power to find out—

"Let's just say that having connections with the higher people here has its advantages. It also helps that your 'Gummiphone' provided me with all the information I needed about you." Rias elaborated, before patting Sora on the back to calm him down since she could literally feel his nervousness. "And relax, I didn't see any 'personal' information. I only needed the basic ones like your full name, birthdate, and age. Don't worry about your origins as well, because I have already made up something convincing to hide your secret. All you have to do is put up a good act."

Sora was speechless. The redhead already dealt with everything that it felt like he had nothing to worry about anymore. Yeah, the only thing he should be worried about now is dealing with his first day in school, nothing else. Rias wasn't really joking when she said that she cares about her peerage like family, and the young boy could only flash her a look of gratitude.

He flashed his signature grin. "Thank you, Rias. You're really kind and you care about your precious people, even if we just met yesterday. I'm glad I met you, Akeno, Kiba, and Koneko! You guys are one of my precious people now and I'll do my best to protect all of you!"

"Hm, you flatter me, hero." Rias smirked in order to hide the blush that formed on her cheeks, before finally removing her arm from around Sora's. "Now go on and head to your room, I already told you what class you're in earlier."

"Huh? But what about—" Sora turned his head to look at Koneko, only to see that she was already gone. The boy quickly panicked, wondering where could she have gone to. "Hey, where did she go?!"

"Koneko knows her way around more than you, there's no need for you to take her to class." Rias giggled at the sheepish look that formed on the boy's face. She figured that Sora would try and go with Koneko to her classroom since he felt like she needed help. "Now get going. I'll send Yuuto to pick you up later."

"Okay." Sora nodded and grinned once again before finally running off while holding the backpack Rias bought for him tightly. His demanor had completely changed from nervous and embarrassed into excited and upbeat. "See you later!"

Rias watched the boy's retreating figure with a blissful smile on her face, ignoring the gossips around her about having a hot boyfriend who was apparently an underclassman.

"Sora… don't ever change."

In the classroom of 2-A, the spiky-haired keyblade wielder stood in front of his newfound peers with a radiant smile on his face. While he was still convinced that going to school was a bad idea, Sora wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to make new friends other than Rias and the others, so he should just make the most of his current situation.

"Hey, everyone! My name is Sora Ishida, but just call me Sora!" the boy briefly pointed to himself for a moment for an added emphasis. "I hope we can all get along and be friends. If you need me for something, just tell me and I'll try my best to help!"

The whole class had varying reactions similar to when he first stepped into the school earlier; some of the girls looked like they had just found their one true love, while the rest of them smiled at the fact that this boy looked pure and innocent unlike a certain duo who were cackling like madmen in the back, but looked like they were ignored by everyone else.

"What a pleasant introduction, Sora-kun." Their teacher commented, applauding the boy for his confidence. "Why don't you tell us a little more about yourself?"

"Hmm, well I like to spend time with my friends, helping other people, and… I like to cook a bit!" Sora recounted, putting his arms behind his head in his usual pose.

"WHAT DO YOU LIKE BETTER?! A WOMAN'S BREASTS OR ASS? ACTUALLY, DON'T CHOOSE BECAUSE BOTH ARE FUCKIN' AWESOME!"

"WE'LL MAKE YOU AN HONORARY MEMBER OF OUR GROUP, SORA!"

"AS EXPECTED FROM THE GUY WHO CAUGHT THE EYE OF ONE OF KUOH ACADEMY'S GREAT ONEE-SAMAS!"

"OH, WE DEFINITELY NEED YOUR HELP LATER ON! LET'S GO PEEP TOGETHER ON SOME HOT CHICKS!"

Those were some of the cries by the notorious 'Perverted Duo' of Kuoh Academy; one was bald and had the look of a typical jock, while the other one wore glasses and had black hair. The two of them had stood up from their seats and began to walk towards Sora with lecherous smiles on their faces, causing the boy to take a step back with a nervous look. For some reason, he felt like he should stay away from these two for his own sanity.

"Knock it off!" That was the last thing that the pair of pervents heard before the blunt end of a kendo stick hit them on the back of their head. As the two fell to the floor with a huge lump on their hand, a brown-haired girl wearing a ponytail and her friend glared hotly at their unconscious figures. "We're not allowing you two to taint this boy's innocence!"

"Yeah, keep your dirty hands to yourselves, perverts." the pink-haired girl growled, a tick mark appearing on her head as she gripped her kendo stick tightly.

Sora could only look at the scene in front of him in confusion, before turning towards the teacher. "What was that about, sensei?" he asked. (I mean, Sora is technically Japanese, so…)

"Just stay away from those two…" the teacher sighed, pointing to the two unconscious boys on the floor, adopting the neutral face of someone who has already dealt with this kind of scenario one too many times. "...for your own good."

For once in his life, Sora had never been so happy to hear the ringing of a bell. He tried his best to stay active through the lessons, he really did, but they were just too boring for him and there were numerous times that he felt the urge to sleep. Luckily, his built-up resistance to sleep helped him stay awake, although that didn't mean that his attention was directed towards the lesson.

As the teacher gave her farewell to the whole class, Sora rested on top of his arms on his desk, having a moment of peace to himself. He turned to look out the window, looking up at the white clouds that were passing by.

"So much for having fun on the first day… I knew that going to school was a bad idea." Sora sighed to himself. "Although I wonder… how is everyone doing back home? They must be really worried about me by now, especially Kairi… since she was with me until I disappeared."

Sora thought about his crimson-haired childhood friend, so much that he imagined Kairi standing out of the window and waving at him. He allowed a small smile to appear on his face afterwards.

"Just like what Azazel told me… my friends are working hard to find me, and I won't lose my faith in them. But… even if they somewhere get here, I can't leave yet, not while there's Heartless around. For what it's worth, I'll make the most of my time here with the new friends I made. I guess this place will be my new home for a while, but it could be worse. At least I got to meet good people, even if they're not really humans. Hang on, didn't Rias tell me that she'll have—"

"Hello, Sora."

The spiky brunette was quickly cut off from his thoughts as he turned to the source of the voice, finding a familiar blonde man standing next to him with a smile.

"Oh hey, Kiba!" Sora greeted with a grin. "I'm guessing Rias told you to come pick me up?"

"That's right. Buchou said that you were joining the Occult Research Club, in which Akeno-senpai, Koneko-chan and me are all part of. I was sent here to fetch you so that we can get started right away." Kiba was actually surprised to see that Sora was a second-year like him, meaning that they were of the same age. He thought that the keyblade wielder was younger and would be put in with the first-years instead.

Now he understood why Sora was normally upset about his height.

Sora immediately understood that what Yuuto meant to say was that Rias' whole peerage were the members of that certain club. Hearing this, he stood up from his seat and slung his bag over his shoulder, ready to leave.

"Alright, let's go then!" Sora grinned.

Kiba nodded and began to lead the young brunette out of the room, only for a particular duo to catch their attention from behind.

"Hey, Sora! Don't tell me you're going to betray the brotherhood for a pretty boy like Kiba?!" the bald one named Matsuda cried out with anime-tears falling from his eyes. "We need you here with us!"

"Brotherhood?" Sora tilted his head, oblivious to what Matsuda was talking about. Kiba only let out a nervous laugh, unsure about where this conversation would lead to.

"Oi, Sora! We made you an honorary member of our club! Don't tell me you got our hopes up for nothing!" the boy with glasses shouted, pointing his finger towards Sora accusingly. His name was Motohama as he glanced at Yuuto for a moment before turning back to his classmate. "You're conspiring with Kiba, aren't you! You traitor!"

Before Sora could even make any kind of response, the two degenerates were once again knocked unconscious by the two kendo girls from earlier.

"Get away from him!" the brown-haired girl shrieked, while her friend kept on hitting the two even though they were already knocked out cold. She then turned towards the keyblade wielder, who only looked confused with what was happening. "Sorry about that, Sora-kun. You go on with Kiba-kun, we'll handle things here. Name's Aki Murayama, nice to meet you!"

This snapped Sora out of his little stupor as he grinned at his fellow brunette, as Murayama was immediately hypnotized by the boy's innocent nature and radiant smile, making her eyes widen as she imagined herself and Sora in a garden filled with flowers.

"Nice to meet you too, Aki-chan! I guess I'll see you all tomorrow!"

And with that, Sora finally left the room with Kiba, leaving a blushing Murayama in her place, completely frozen and shaking as though she felt herself getting rattled internally. Her pink-haired friend look at her in confusion, having done punishing the Perverted Duo for their antics.

"Hey, you okay there, Aki?" she asked in concern.

"I… I… t-think so…" was all that she could say before fainting, unable to hear the cries of her pink-haired friend asking her what was going on.

Yuuto led Sora towards the old school building, with the young brunette only wondering what was going to happen. It would be his first day as a devil, and Rias wouldn't call for him to be there just because she wanted to. He was honestly excited about what would it be, but kept it to himself for now.

"This place looks so old on the outside, but completely new on the inside." Sora commented as him and Kiba stepped into the clubroom. "Is this how you guys hide yourselves from normal people?"

"More or less," Kiba replied. "But I believe Buchou also likes the peace and quiet here since this building was abandoned after the new school was built. Thanks to her, the Occult Research Club was set up here."

Rias was behind her desk, her attention focused on various stacks of papers before her while Akeno served her some tea. Koneko was on the couch, silently eating sweets until she saw Sora arrive with Yuuto.

"That's awesome! I guess this place suits me too, since I like it when it's peaceful. It helps that my home is on an island, where nothing much happens." Sora shrugged, putting his arms on his head.

"But we both know your life changed for the better when you left those islands," Kiba smirked. The keyblade wielder grinned sheepishly, knowing what his friend was talking about. Kiba then gestured towards the couch where Koneko was. "Anyway, why don't you take a seat first? Buchou should be done with the contracts soon, but in the meantime, make yourself comfortable here."

"Okay." Sora nodded and walked towards the couch, waving his hand at the white-haired loli before he sat down next to her. "Hey there, Koneko-chan!"

"Sora-senpai." The girl acknowledged tonelessly, making the spiky-haired boy wonder if he did something wrong, only to remember that this was how she usually acts. Yeah, that was on his list of things that he would have to get used to.

"So… how was your day?" Sora asked, trying his best to start a conversation. Inwardly, he slapped himself in the face. That was a lame attempt and Sora knew it sucked, but he had no idea how to properly interact with a kuudere like Koneko. Hell, even talking with Namine and Xion were a lot easier than this.

"It was good." the girl replied, eating another one of her sweets.

Sora slumped his shoulders and sighed in defeat, unable to figure out what he should do in order to have proper conversation with Koneko. For a guy who loved to make friends, he sucked at analyzing new kinds of people like the white-haired loli.

"This is hard…! It's like she's a Nobody, or something… has Koneko-chan always been like this? Or maybe she doesn't trust me? Wait, that's not possible… she didn't look like she was giving me the cold—" Sora quickly stopped in his thoughts when Koneko suddenly sat on his lap, making his eyes widen in surprise as she turned her head around to look at him.

"Can I borrow your phone, Sora-senpai?" she asked in her usual flat tone, although there was a trace of eagerness in her voice.

"My phone…?" Sora asked cluelessly, still surprised with her sudden move before he snapped out of it. "Uhm… sure." The young boy reached into his pocket and brought out his Gummiphone before giving it to the girl with a smile. "Here you go."

"Thank you, senpai." Koneko actually smiled at him for a quick second before she turned her head to his phone and begun to read through Jiminy's journal with great interest, just like yesterday.

"I… guess that's the best I can expect from her?" Sora thought to himself, watching the white-haired loli entertaining herself with the journal entries recorded in his phone while indulging herself with her sweets. "At least I was able to make her smile… better that than speaking like a robot all the time. Although… did she really have to sit on my lap…?"

"Ara, it's good to see you getting along with Koneko-chan, Sora-kun. She doesn't trust people that easily, but you've made quite the impression on her yesterday."

Turning his head, Sora turned to see Akeno Himejima standing in front of him, clasping her hands together in front of her waist with a gentle smile on her face.

"Hi, Akeno-senpai!" he greeted with his usual smile.

"Ara, what's this? You can call Rias' name without any kind of honorific, but not me?" Akeno said in a fake hurt tone. "That hardly seems fair, Sora-kun."

"Huh? But you're older than me…" he tried to answer. Actually, he first addressed Rias as 'senpai' as he found out that she was a year ahead of him, but the redhead insisted that he referred to her by her name and not anything else.

"Rias is older than you too, but you still call her by her name perfectly. Please, there's no need for formalities between us." Akeno retorted with a mischievous glint in her eye.

"O-Ok, if that's what you want, uhm… Akeno!" Sora quickly spoke up with a grin, only to grow nervous and embarrassed when the raven-haired beauty began to stroke his cheek with her fingers.

"Ufufufu, Rias was right… you are too innocent and optimistic for your own good. It makes me wonder again why you chose to be a devil~" she smiled in amusement.

"C-Can you please stop doing that…?" he muttered weakly, having a bad feeling about this. His mind went back to the incident in his bed this morning, as he had a feeling that Akeno somehow had similar intentions with Rias, but a lot more… assertive.

Oh boy, and he has to get used to this?

What a cruel world.

"Fufu, you are just too cute, Sora-kun. I think I want to keep you for myself." the girl smirked, before chuckling at the blush that formed on Sora's face.

"O...kay?" Sora wasn't sure how to respond to that. He didn't know whether to be embarrassed, confused, or weirded out. This girl somehow acted like Rias and yet she was completely different from the redhead too. Akeno did remind him of Larxene though, possibly because of her laugh and maybe because of that sweet smile she kept on showing him, which clearly hid a lot of intent behind it.

His memory of Larxene wasn't really a good one too, but he knew Akeno was different.

One thing for sure, he would have a harder time getting used to Akeno than Koneko.

"That's enough, Akeno. I need you to help sort out today's contracts." Rias called out from behind her desk, looking annoyed with her friend's usual antics. "And Koneko, please get off Sora's lap. I need to brief him about his duties for today."

Akeno merely looked at Rias for a moment, before turning back towards Sora with that smile of hers. "I can't wait to see what else you are capable of, Sora-kun." she said before finally walking off, making the keyblade wielder let out the breath of nervousness he was honestly holding in.

Koneko had a small pout that she had to separate from Sora too soon, but did not make any room for arguments as she got off his lap and sat on the couch instead. Just when Sora stood up however, she tugged on his sleeve, making the boy turn towards her.

"Sora-senpai, can I borrow your phone until you get back?" she asked, looking up at Sora with those cute hazel eyes of hers.

"Uhm…" Sora mumbled, easily overtaken by the cuteness of his white-haired kouhai. Seriously, he was no match for that. If only he could just remain in the couch and spend the next hour telling her stories about his adventures since she was so interested in reading Jiminy's journal…

"Gah! Why did she have to be so adorable! I take it back, Koneko-chan is fine the way she is! I'm such an idiot to expect more!" he thought to himself, regretting his earlier words regarding the girl.

Shaking his head to recompose himself, he simply gave Koneko a headpat and smiled brightly. "Sure thing, Koneko-chan! Oh, and when I get back, what do you say if I show the games that you can play on that? Those games were so fun to play after I got the Gummiphone." he asked her, remembering the Classic Kingdom games that he acquired during his third journey. If Koneko liked to read Jiminy's journal, then she would love those games even more.

"I'd love to, senpai." Koneko eagerly nodded back with a smile of her own.

With that, Sora walked up towards Rias with his arms behind his head, looking satisfied as Koneko got back to reading. The spiky brunette then noticed the smirk on his leader's face, and he raised an eyebrow in curiosity.

"Is something wrong, Rias?"

"You seem to be getting along with Koneko quite well, which is not easy thing to do, by the way." she mused, taking a sip of her tea as Sora looked quite embarrassed.

The boy rubbed the back of his head and grinned sheepishly. "I honestly thought she was weird at first, but I guess that's her charm. I can get used to it in no time!"

"Only someone like you would say that." Rias chuckled for a few moments before clearing her throat so that she could speak properly. "Anyway Sora, do you remember what I told you yesterday, about the three things that devils normally do?"

Sora nodded, before he counted them off with his fingers. "You make contracts with people, you eliminate stray devils in your territory, and… you participate in Rating Games." He then realized a certain something within his words. "Oh, come to think of it, what's a stray devil? Is that what you call the bad devils? You know, like the Heartless?" If it was Rias' job to get rid of stray devils, he could only imagine that they were an evil kind of devils.

"That'll be for another time, once I detect a stray in town." Rias replied, while also impressed with her pawn that he managed to remember those three things from yesterday. He wasn't an idiot by any means. "For now, I will give you a lecture about contracting."

"Okay." Sora shrugged, while making sure to pay full attention to the redhead.

"We Devils make pacts with humans to gain power by granting their wishes, as they give us something in return. This is what you call 'contracting'." Rias explained, while Akeno handed the keyblade wielder a sheet of paper.

"What's this?" Sora asked curiously. On the paper was a circle, and inside that was the drawing of a pentagram. It looked very complicated, with a lot of characters and symbols that the young boy couldn't understand.

"That pentagram is how humans can summon devils, in which they make an agreement based on granting a human's wish, while taking power that is equal to the fulfillment of that wish. In recent times, humans who can draw that exact pentagram you're seeing have become rare, almost non-existent. That's why we give out simplified pentagrams in the form of fliers to humans with strong desires."

Sora slowly nodded taking all of this new information in. "That's pretty cool, but I'm curious. What kind of power do you take from humans? You're not taking about normal humans, are you?"

"Since you've asked about that, allow me to tell you a little something about devil hierarchy in the Underworld." Rias said, as an amused smirk formed on her face.

Let it be known that Sora Ishida's favorite class was when Rias Gremory was his teacher.

As soon as Rias began to explore how devils were ranked in the Underworld, Sora couldn't help but be fascinated at how similar devils are with humans. Apparently, contracting was a way of gaining recognition from higher-ups, although it was the slowest of three methods on how can a devil raise his 'rank', which was one of four possible ones.

There were the low-class devils, which included him and the other members of Rias' peerage, as well as other creatures who were reincarnated into devils. After that was the mid-class ones, who were devils that finally gain recognition from higher-ups, which was followed by the high-class. High-class devils are given the permission to form their own peerages and are looked up to in the devil society as role models. And finally, there were the ultimate-class devils, who were basically the equivalent of the Four Great Satans, or Maou.

While Sora didn't know how long he would remain in this world, he would like to see how far he reaches into that hierarchy before he does leave. Not that he will do it for recognition, power, or even fame. No, he was not like the damn Organization XIII who sought the power of Kingdom Hearts for their own purposes.

He would just do it as a simple challenge for himself, in order to see how far he could go. If he ends up remaining a low-class devil until he returns to his world, he would need to train more to get stronger. Should he end up with a higher rank, then he would still train in order to stay at that level of strength or possibly growing stronger.

It was a childish goal, but Sora only seeked to protect his friends and loved ones from any enemy out there.

"Do you understand everything I explained to you, Sora? If you didn't, please tell me and I'll gladly elaborate it more for you." Rias smiled.

Coming down from his thoughts, Sora shook his head and grinned. "Nope. I got all of it. You're a great teacher, Rias. I can't believe that devils are so advanced, I feel like I want to learn more!" he said, imagining what is it about devils that he hasn't learned yet.

Rias blushed at his compliment before shaking it off. This boy was smooth without him even knowing about what he's doing. "Well, there's plenty of time for me to go in detail about devils and the Underworld, but now is not the time. Right now, I'm giving you your first task."

"What is it?" Sora asked, looking eager to start.

"You're going to be handing out these fliers." she said, holding up a sheet of paper with the pentagram symbol on it.

"Glad that's over, but it was nice to have a walk around town. In the end, I got to know this place a lot better. Now to get back, I can't wait to show Koneko-chan the 'Classic Kingdom' games!" Sora remarked to himself, looking up at the sky while his arms were behind his head.

Delivering the fliers to people came as an easy task for the keyblade wielder, mainly due to his personality and demeanor. Sora was honestly surprised that all of the fliers he had were already gone after only two hours of going around Kuoh, but he wasn't going to complain. Now, he was making his way back to the academy to tell Rias that he was done with the task she gave him.

"Hmm, maybe I should visit Azazel? I mean, if it wasn't for him, I would've never been able to understand my situation. I might've erased myself out of existence if he didn't stop me." Letting out a dry chuckle, Sora hung his head in embarrassment at that moment. Azazel really saved him from doing anything rash yesterday. "Wait, I don't think that's a good idea… Rias might get angry with me if I go somewhere without telling her… something tells me that I won't like it if she gets angry too… oh yeah, I don't want to think about it."

As Sora walked over a bridge that led to the park, he was then brought to a halt upon seeing a girl before him. This girl was wearing a uniform that looked completely different from what Kuoh Academy uses; she had a slender figure, long black hair, and violet eyes.

"Hey there?" Sora spoke up, wondering what this girl wanted from him. It's gotta be obvious from how she was staring at him even before he got here. It weirded him out, but it only meant that the girl needed something.

"Um… are you…" the girl replied, clasping her hands in front of her waist. She had a blush on her cheeks as she spoke, unable to make eye contact with the boy at first before finally looking at him shyly. "...are you Sora Ishida?"

"Y-Yeah… wait, how do you know my name?!" Sora asked, his eyes growing wide in shock. He had never seen this girl before, so how could she know who he was?

"My name is Yuuma Amano and I was wondering… would you be my boyfriend?"

And there we go. What an interesting first day of school for Sora, ending with the iconic meeting that truly kicked off the Highschool DxD series. Things are really kicking up a notch as soon as Sora turned into a devil. All of you should know by now who that girl is, so next chapter should be interesting.

Goodbye… and good night! BANG! *too sweet gesture*
