With Rias' freedom on the line, Sora now knew that this Rating Game was something to be taken seriously. Yesterday, he first thought of how excited he was at being able to compete in a Rating Game, before realizing the stakes.
He didn't quite notice it at first, but the reason why Riser gave them ten days to train wasn't because he had to improve his peerage too or out of some hidden kindness in his heart, or whatever. It was simply a jab at Rias and her peerage, which included him. Riser was basically telling her that it didn't matter how much they would train; they would still lose either way.
The damn Phenex was underestimating not only him, but Rias herself. Did he truly not care for her, even though they were supposed to get married? Heck, Sora also didn't forget about the stunt he pulled yesterday! Riser threw a fireball at him despite the fact that his own sister would get caught in it!
Now this didn't hinder the keyblade wielder one bit. If anything, Sora felt more determined to prove the Phenex wrong. He knew that he had to beat that Riser no matter what. He couldn't let Rias be stuck with him for the rest of her life. He couldn't let that guy continue with being such an arrogant asshole for any longer. Sora had every intention of knocking some sense into him for the better, or his job as a Guardian of Light would be for nothing!
"Wow… I'm surprised at how much weight you are capable of carrying, Sora!"
The boy could only flash a grin of determination towards his King, holding two pairs of luggage in his hands as they hiked up the mountain path without much difficulty. A lot of people saw him as a frail and weak boy, but that wasn't the case. His height was the only thing that got in the way, as a matter of fact. Sora spent a good 2 years running around and saving worlds, all while carrying his keyblade and countless items with him. Of course, that would have a positive effect on his muscles for the long run.
Wait, but why was he carrying luggage?
The day after the agreement to a Rating Game between the Gremory and the Phenex, Rias had decided to take her peerage to a secluded villa in the mountains so they could train without people getting suspicious. Apparently, her family owned the area where they would be staying at for the next ten days.
Okay, Sora already knew she was rich when she bought a whole wardrobe full of clothes for him… but he never figured that her family actually owned a house in the mountains. Seriously, the Gremory family must be loaded.
"Now I'm curious, how come you aren't getting tired carrying those? I don't mean to offend you, Sora, but you don't really fit the description of 'physically fit'." Rias asked him, raising an eyebrow. "You're carrying Asia's luggage as well, right?"
"Yep! I'm actually used to this kind of thing, so there's no need to worry!" Sora replied, before he began to explain his incredible feat of strength to his leader and to an extension, everyone else. "I run around all the time back in my worldline, so I don't get tired that easily. Plus, I actually carry a lot of stuff back home like potions and elixirs while going on adventures. So carrying luggage like these shouldn't be a problem!"
The majority of the peerage were all surprised, because Sora didn't really look like he had a solid build, and yet he could pull off feats of strength like this that should be almost impossible for someone like him.
"Ara ara, I never knew Sora-kun was so strong… forgive me for thinking of you as frail." Akeno then flashed her sweet smile, something that the poor brunette wasn't used to. "I wonder if you're just as strong in bed, fufufu~"
Sora internally grimaced at her remark, unintentionally reminding himself of that incident before meeting Riser. Yeah, that was a memory that he honestly didn't want to remember anytime soon. "I'm just going to ignore her," he thought to himself with a sweat-drop.
Rias made a curious hum and cupped her chin in deep thought. "Interesting… however, it never occurred to me that you use potions, as I honestly thought you didn't need them."
"But it's better to save some in case of emergencies, right?" he grinned sheepishly. Honestly, the only reason why he had to carry potions during his adventures was so that he had something to heal himself with in case Donald doesn't. But, that wasn't really something he wanted to share with his friends, hehehe…
Rias smiled at her pawn. "I see your point. And it seems that it bore good results, so I won't be asking any more about it. Keep up the good work, Sora."
The keyblade wielder sighed in relief.
"Ano, Sora-san…" Asia approached the brunette with a worried look on her face. She looked guilty for having her friend carry all her stuff. "Are you sure that you can carry all of those with you…? I-I can carry my luggage instead… I just don't want to force you to tire yourself out."
"I'm fine, Asia. I can do this! We're supposed to be training so we can get stronger, right? This is just a part of it." Sora winked at the blonde girl, who blushed slightly as a result. "Besides, you're not forcing me to do anything. I'm the one who wanted to carry your stuff for you."
Asia seemed to agree with him, nodding slowly in understanding. That didn't mean she stopped looking worried for Sora, though. "O-Okay… but please tell me if you're feeling tired, Sora-san. I'll take my luggage off your hands so it'll be less harder."
"You got it, Asia!" he grinned once again, although he was pretty confident that he can lift both until they get to their destination.
He was determined to make himself stronger than before, and what better way to do it than with his friends?
The place that Rias had them staying at for over a week was just as extravagant as Sora expected it to be; an eye-catching, several story Western-style mansion with dozens of windows and light-colored walls. As a whole, the mansion was definitely bigger than the old school building where their clubroom was located. It honestly looked like a home straight from San Fransokyo due to how modern it looked, and Sora was nothing short of impressed.
The place was surrounded by a beautiful garden that looked like it had been preserved for many years. Behind the mansion itself was a large lush of trees that led into a deep forest, presenting a pleasant background to the majestic-looking estate.
According to Rias, this place was a summer home that her family rarely ever used, causing Sora's jaw to drop. It was just another reminder of how wealthy the Gremory family was that they could their own summer estate and never live there.
Sora wouldn't mind living in this place, though… if he was given the opportunity to do so, that is.
There's no doubt about it. Rias was pretty, rich, classy, respectful, caring, and mischievous all at once. This girl was his master too, and he has yet to tell her how thankful he was that they got to meet in this world.
As soon as they arrived and put all of their stuff away, Rias didn't hesitate to get started with training. The first thing she had was to have Sora and Kiba face each other in a friendly spar, both to gauge their current abilities and to see what they needed to work on. It would just be a battle of their weapons, since they were both swordsmen. No magic spells, and no enhanced speed.
It was actually a pretty close battle, but Sora managed to pull out as the victor of the spar, winning after managing to take Kiba off his feet and point his keyblade at his friend's neck. The spiky boy's experience in fighting against all kinds of enemies, even though it only went on for about two years, helped him develop a good tactical mind during battle. If his opponent had his upper body heavily guarded, then the best possible option would be to target the lower parts and vice versa.
Upon seeing Yuuto fight up close, Sora noticed that he had grace and smooth fluidity in his swings that reminded him of Aqua, but maintaining a fierce demeanor like Riku. There was nothing wrong with that and was actually a pretty good combination. However, the problem with the blonde second-year is that he relies too much on his speed as a Knight to dodge attacks, which was a main factor in why he lost their spar.
Like the good friend he was, Sora recommended that Yuuto should train his natural agility in order to come up with new ways to dodge attacks which would also open more doors for innovative ways to counter. Yuuto humbly accepted Sora's suggestion and went on to do just that.
Rias was amazed that Sora had enough knowledge in battle to be able to give proper advice like what he did to Kiba, not that she was undermining his intelligence or anything. From what she saw while the two were fighting, her pawn was unpredictable in his attacks while also maintaining a good defensive stance to block and counter, which would explain why he normally gets underestimated by his opponents.
Sora then asked his leader if he could walk around and see how everyone else's training was currently going, maybe even help them out in some way. Rias just allowed him to do what he wanted since she had a routine of her own, provided that he must be working on his skills by the end of the day.
The keybearer had no problem with that and quickly went to the first person he could find, which was Koneko.
She was practicing her strikes in the forest when he found her. When asked why he was there, Sora responded that he wanted to know how exactly she fights against enemies and see if there's something she could improve on. While she was surprised that her senpai wanted to help her even though he doesn't use his fists to fight, Koneko made a short demonstration by punching and kicking a few trees around, and Sora quickly noticed a flaw in her movements.
While Koneko was very strong thanks to her abilities as a Rook, and her execution of every punch and kick was also perfect, Sora noticed that her actions were very predictable. Her punches were entirely linear and the way she would swing her arms made it easy for any quick-thinking opponent to see them coming from afar. Also, Koneko was quite slow in her attacks, and he could honestly beat her by outperforming her moves if they went up against each other.
And so, he assisted his kouhai into improving her speed and flexibility in attacking by having Koneko figure out a way to hit him while he would keep on dodging her moves. Of course, she will never reach Kiba's speed due to being entirely focused on strength and defense, but it would be very crucial if she learns how to utilize her abilities in a more effective manner. It would be a major problem if she keeps on becoming predictable, especially if she's up against a long-ranged opponent, or someone who's constantly moving.
Sora spent the next hour training with Koneko and sadly, there was nothing that could be done to improve her overall speed. For some reason, the white-haired girl looked grim for a moment when he asked if she had any other abilities aside from her strength, so he didn't bother continuing with it. Instead, he improvised a strategy from Koneko's high defense; she would stand in one place and let an opponent get closer to attack her, only to catch him off guard with a swift counter. She was still learning by the end of it, but there was no need to rush since they had more than a week to train hard.
The keybearer continued on his way, but not before Koneko thanked him for helping her improve herself. Sora only grinned in return and gave his cute kouhai a headpat, making the girl blush and purr at the sign of affection from him. Okay, that was something that he'll have to get used to from now on since Koneko was somehow acting like a cat, or whatever… he wouldn't judge, though.
Sora proceeded to check how Asia was doing, only to see his blonde friend trying hard to improve her healing abilities while Akeno was watching over her. Oh yeah, Asia would be best suited to support them from a distance once the Rating Game happens, since she had a pure heart and wouldn't dare to harm a fly even if it was a devil. She reminded him of Kairi in some ways, but his childhood friend chose to wield a keyblade and fight against the darkness with them.
In Asia's case, there was no need to train her in how to fight. She would already be a big help by staying out of danger and healing everyone when needed. Every party needs a healer, after all. He simply told Asia to do her best and even promised that he'll try and help with improving her Sacred Gear, once he becomes better with his own magic.
Now, Akeno was a different story. Instead of Sora offering his help to the girl, she was the one who invited him to train with her. The thing is, he was actually eager and seemed excited at the thought of training with the Queen of Rias' peerage, if it weren't for that sweet smile on her face that gave him the chills every time he sees it. There was a voice in his mind screaming that it would be reallt bad to agree to her idea, and Sora looked like he understood why.
So, as much as he hated it, he declined Akeno's offer respectfully and just proceeded on his way. Hey, she was already strong, right? She's the Queen of the peerage, a perfect combo of the Knight, Rook, and Bishop. Maybe he could train with her on another day, when she doesn't flash that damn smile towards him. Not that Sora wanted Akeno to change but seriously, her sweet smile makes him think that something bad or is going to happen to him.
Thankfully, Akeno let him be and Sora thought that that would be the end of it… until he heard her giggling, that is. After weeks of spending time with the members of the ORC, Sora concluded that her laugh was just as chilling as her smile, and that wasn't a good thing. Akeno then made it clear that she couldn't wait to see what else he could do while they were training out here, before winking playfully at him.
That… was pretty much the sign for him to bolt out of there, and he did. Jeez, she was much more alluring and playful than Rias, and Sora could only groan at that. By that logic, it would mean that Akeno would do something worse than sleep in his bed naked!
…
…
...Actually, never mind. The more he thinks about it, the more he'll panic when Akeno is nearby. As much as he felt uncomfortable with that smile of hers, he didn't want to hurt her feelings. Besides, it's not like he could do anything about it, either.
He'll just have to get used to it… like he always does…
The sun was already going down on the first day of training for the Gremory peerage, but Sora didn't look like he was going to stop anytime soon. After helping out each of his friends earlier, the keyblade wielder used the remaining time he had to further refine his abilities and magic to improve himself. While he miraculously retained his powers when he got exiled here, Sora didn't want to slack off and stay at his current level.
He was currently practicing his magic near the cliffside, where he wouldn't be able to cause any collateral damage with the spells he would cast. Sora was wearing the outfit he wore during his third adventure, since he didn't really feel comfortable training vigorously while wearing his school uniform.
"Alright, I can do a total of six magic spells right now… but I wonder if I can do more than that." Sora said, wiping the sweat off his face as his keyblade vanished. The boy had been throwing countless magic spells out into the open, only stopping a few minutes in between to regain himself. He was capable of unleashing fire, water, ice, lightning, and wind as offensive spells but that left him with a slight problem.
He had nothing in his arsenal that worked to boost his defense, except blocking with his keyblade. The closest thing he had was his healing spell, but that was more of a support magic than defensive.
"Wait a minute… I remember I can do some pretty cool magic in the past…" Sora pondered as he sat down, thinking of the spells he acquired in his adventures. One of them was the ability to stop time briefly, which worked as an offensive and defensive magic depending on how it's used. Another one was creating a barrier around him that will guard him from attacks, and he also remembered that his Aero spell used to work that way before he turned it into an offensive move.
"I think I remember doing more than that, but for now, maybe I'll focus on those two. I need to have other ways of defending myself instead of using my keyblade." He thought, cupping his chin as he tried to figure out how he could learn those particular spells once again. None of his friends were capable of stopping time, nor could they summon a barrier around them, unless a magic circle counts. "This is gonna be tricky, but I went against bigger stuff. How do I pull this—"
"Hey, Sora!"
Hearing his name being called cut off the keybearer from his thoughts, and it caused him to turn his head to whoever spoke. "Oh hey, Rias!" he smiled upon seeing his leader walk up to him. Sora noticed that instead of her usual school uniform, Rias were dressed in a baggy purple hoodie and matching jogging pants. From the sweat on her face, it was clear that she had gone through some training herself.
"I was asking Yuuto and the others where you have gone to, but I wasn't expecting you to be out here practicing your magic." Rias smiled in amusement. "I honestly thought you would work on improving your skills with the keyblade for the whole day. It seems like there's no need for me to tell you to focus on your magic as well."
"Well, it would be better for me to keep myself balanced. I can't just rely on my keyblade all the time and honestly, having magic is really useful while fighting." Sora shrugged before she stood up and faced his leader. "How did your training go, by the way?"
Rias shook her head in amusement. Every time she thinks that she finally figured Sora out, the boy goes ahead and surprises her again. "As expected of a pawn, keeping himself balanced in order to suit a particular situation perfectly. And to answer your question, my training was more on physical aspects for today which involved a lot of running and routines to improve my endurance. However, starting tomorrow, I will be focusing on improving my powers."
"Does that mean you get tired easily?"
"As embarrassing as it is, yes." Rias let out a slight chuckle. "My power, while it is very strong and destructive, it requires a lot of energy to be used. It can tire me out easily if I use it repeatedly, even in small doses. In a fight, I would be in a disadvantage against sheer numbers because once I let out my power, it would take me a few minutes before I can use it again. Therefore, I have to improve my physical ability to be able to use my power more effectively."
Sora put his arms behind his head before grinning. "Maybe I can help you with that, then. For me, once I use up all of my magic, it'll take me a while before I can use them again. Come to think of it, I didn't get to help you out earlier… so, what do say? We can train together to make our magic better!"
Rias laughed before she ruffled his spiky hair and turned around. "Save it for tomorrow. The sun is going down, so we better be getting back. Akeno and I prepared a delicious dinner for everyone, and I'm sure you like it."
The keybearer's eyes immediately lit up at the mention of food as he quickly followed after the redhead. "YES! DINNER'S GONNA BE A BLAST!" he exclaimed loudly, already excited at what his leader and Akeno prepared. When Akeno slept over at their apartment during that one night, Sora quickly found out that both her and Rias were exceptionally skilled in the kitchen, and he left the dinner table that night with a full stomach afterwards.
"He's so cute when he's like this." Rias smiled fondly at her pawn with a blush on her cheeks. She quickly took notice of this and shook her head to recompose herself. "No, no, I must not think like this now! We are supposed to be training, for devil's sake! Focus on that later!" she screamed mentally, but that was when she noticed something strange from the outfit that Sora was wearing.
"Uh, Sora…?" she called out as the young brunette turned to look at her. She then pointed to the pants he wore, particularly to the portion near his waist. "Why is your pocket glowing like that?"
Sora looked down and saw that his pocket was indeed glowing, causing him to raise an eyebrow. "Strange…" he whispered as he reached into its contents, pulling out a card that was giving off a bright glow. "A card…?" It was so bright that he moved it away from him, or else his eyes would be damaged. Frowning in confusion, he then remembered that fateful day in the Keyblade Graveyard, when he was battling against the Real Organization XIII and Luxord met his end.
The boy's eyes slowly widened upon remembering what the gambler spoke before fading away.
"A wild card. You've earned it. Hang on to it. Could turn the tables."
"Sora, what's that on your hand?" Rias asked, clueless about what was going on.
"It's just a card that someone gave to me." Sora answered, his frown deepening as he made a confused sound. Rias seemed to be satisfied with his answer as she kept her attention ahead, but apparently, Sora wasn't done yet. "He told me to hang on to it, but I wonder why it's glowing…" He gasped audibly the moment he noticed that his arm was slowly being absorbed into the card, since he was no stranger to this scenario.
Well, the one who gave him this thing was Luxord, after all. The guy who loves to play games and knowing him, this card must have some unknown stuff inside it which he sees as nothing more than a stupid challenge for the keyblade wielder. No wonder he called it a 'wild card'.
"I should've known!" he thought in alarm, quickly turning towards his master, who was oblivious to what was happening. "RIAS!" His sudden shout caused the Gremory girl to snap her head towards him.
Her eyes immediately widened when she noticed her pawn was beginning to glow in the same way as the card in his hand. She stopped in her tracks and looked at the boy in confusion. "Sora, what's happening? Why are you glowing like that?"
"You need to listen! I'm going to get stuck inside—!" he was unable to finish as his whole body became coated in bright light, forcing Rias to shield her eyes in response. By the time it died down, she looked at where Sora was supposed to be, but there was nobody there.
"Sora?" she asked, looking around her for any sign of the spiky brunette. Unfortunately, there was none. Her worst fears may have been realized. "Sora, where are you?!" she cried, becoming extremely worried for her pawn when she saw something on the ground. It was most likely the card that the keybearer was holding earlier, but it wasn't glowing anymore.
Picking it up, she examined it very closely. Its most striking feature was the symbol of the Organization XIII on it, making Rias narrow her eyes. So that blasted Organization was causing trouble again, this time, targetting her one and only pawn! There was an Organization member here in this world, according to Sora. He's likely the one behind this!
"I will make him pay, whoever he is!" Rias growled. She wouldn't let them. There was no way in hell that they can hurt Sora with her around!
However, her eyes suddenly widened when the Organization's symbol disappeared, leaving the card blank. Only a few seconds later, a portrait of Sora appeared on it, making her frown in confusion. Beside his portrait, a long green bar appeared and along with it came words that Rias read out loud.
"Win the game, and you achieve your freedom. Lose the game, and you are erased from existence." Rias spoke out in a grim tone, fear and worry for her pawn filling up her entire body. So that's what happened to Sora just now. That's also what he was trying to say earlier, but couldn't finish.
Her hands were shaking, and the redhead was almost tempted to just wave this off as a trick that the enemy was playing on her, but she couldn't. She had no idea how things work in the mind of Sora's enemies.
And ater all, the rules of her universe weren't the same as the one where the keyblade wielder came from.
Without hesitation, Rias held the card tightly against her chest as she ran back to the villa, tears welling up in her eyes as she could only hope that her servant was doing okay. Sure, she had faith in him and his abilities but that last line had her worried as though she would never see him again, which is exactly the case should he lose the 'game' that the card had for him.
But more importantly, what kind of game did Sora have to go through?
"Ugh…" Sora opened his eyes, and the first thing he saw was the night sky, filled with thousands of stars. He quickly sat up and looked around him, but nothing was there except for the clean slate of water that covered the whole area. "This place…" he muttered, immediately recognizing that he was someplace similar to the Final World, where it was all dark instead of being basked in daylight.
"At least, I'm all here in one piece." Sora thought, looking at his body before he stood up. He looked around once again and frowned in confusion. "Does this mean… I'm back in my worldline? No, that's impossible… I didn't go through a rift or anything. I must be inside that card! It trapped me here!"
The boy clenched his fists in frustration as he slowly got the gist of things. The wild card that Luxord gave him brought him here, which means that man planned this all along! To make matters worse, he didn't even get to tell Rias about this before he got absorbed into the card! She must be worried about him already, because he could tell that he just disappeared out of nowhere and likely had no idea where he could be!
"I don't care what that guy has in mind with his games, I'm getting myself out of here and go back to my friends!" Sora said in a rare moment of letting his anger take over. To think that he thought that him and Luxord made peace before dying…
"Hey."
Sora's eyes slowly widened when he heard that, turning his head in different directions to determine the source. He could've sworn that he heard somebody speak, or was he just hearing things? Anyway, it got him to think that there may be someone else here besides him. "Heeey! Is anyone out there? Helloooo!" he yelled out, bringing his hands near his mouth so that his voice can be heard louder.
"Hey."
There it was again. The same deep voice responded to him, which confirmed his belief that there was someone else in here. He could also see, albeit barely, a dark figure in the far distance, causing him to raise an eyebrow. "Who's that?"
"Where are you?" the voice spoke again, this time in an urgent tone.
"Over here!" Sora waved his arms and began to run forward, trying to make himself visible to whoever it was that was here.
The figure finally came into clear view, enough for him to be illuminated by the stars above. His dark boots were the first thing that Sora saw. "I see you." he said, walking closer towards the keyblade wielder before stopping within several feet in front of the younf brunette.
Sora stopped running as soon as he got a good look at the person in front of him. He was a young teenager who bore a striking resemblance to Riku because of his silver hair. Even the person's clothes looked similar to ones that his childhood friend uses; a short-sleeved black jacket, black armguards and gloves, dark trousers and matching boots. However, his most striking feature were the colors of his eyes; his left one was red while the other was of the color blue.
This mysterious teenager was someone that Sora already seen before, although it was through different circumstances.
"Hey, aren't you…?"
The young man looked surprised, at the very least. "You… know me?"
Sora nodded. "Yeah. You're Yozora, right?"
"How do you know that? Who are you?" asked the silver-haired teenager named Yozora, frowning at Sora suspiciously.
The keybearer gestured to himself with a smile, still finding it in him to remain upbeat even while he was trapped in a damn card. "I'm Sora. And actually, there's something I have to ask you—"
"Sora? You're Sora?" Yozora cut him off from his words with a surprised tone, even leaning forward to get a better look at the young brunette.
"Huh? You know who I am?" Sora asked, raising an eyebrow in astonishment.
Yozora stood straight and gave a stiff nod. "Sure. I've heard of you."
"I got something I want to tell you. If you didn't know, we're both just stuck inside a stupid card. That's how I ended up here. Also, I remember that girl… she told me about you." he muttered with his hand on his chin, remembering his brief conversation with the Nameless Star in the Final World. "I guess you are real, after all."
"Are you done?" Yozora looked mildly bored and simply waved off Sora's blabbering. "I am aware that we are inside of a card, and I am real." He gestured to himself with a serious look. "But this isn't what I really look like. How'd you recognize me as Yozora?"
Sora's eyes widened. "Huh?"
"Are you really Sora, the boy he told me about?" Yozora pressed on, glaring at the spiky brunette before him.
Sora scratched the back of his head, unable to respond at first. What was this guy talking about? That wasn't what he really looked like? Sora was sure that he was Yozora when he saw his commercial at Woody and Buzz's world back home. And furthermore, who was Yozora referring to when he said 'he'?
"Uhm… I don't know who you're talking about, but I am Sora."
"If you are who you say, and it was fate that brought us here," Yozora clenched his right fist tightly. "...then, my path is clear." He then summoned a blaster with his hand, which seemed like it was created through data.
"W-What?" Sora looked alarmed at the sight of the gun in Yozora's hand, taking a step back and preparing to defend himself just in case.
Yozora then aimed his weapon at Sora, which transformed into a crossbow. The keyblade wielder looked confused as light shone from under him, forcing him to shield his face with his arms.
The ground beneath the two teenagers glowed brightly and upon disappearing, Sora's Station of Awakening replaced it. The young keybearer looked shocked at this, but before he could say anything, their surroundings changed almost instantly.
From the distance, countless buildings and houses began to appear through data until the whole landscape changed in appearance completely. Sora noticed that even his own Station of Awakening disappeared as it transformed into a building where they stood at its peak. Sora looked around and gasped, noticing that this whole place looked somewhat similar to Kuoh.
He then turned back to Yozora and raised his hands frantically. "Hey! Wait a minute!"
"An old friend of mine believes that you are in possession of one of the six lost Longinus, and told me that you might be the one I'm looking for. He transported me here and altered my appearance into this to hide my identity, while I would wait for your arrival and see things for myself." Yozora said calmly, still aiming his crossbow at Sora.
"Huh?!" Sora was in disbelief upon hearing those words from Yozora's mouth. That means… this guy wasn't really 'Yozora', but rather somebody else. He didn't dwell much on that at first, since his attention was focused on what Yozora suspected he had. "But I don't! I don't even have a Sacred Gear! How did you know about those things?!"
(Play - "Nachtflügel")
Yozora then held a short cleaver in his left hand, which then stretched out into a full-powered sword that glowed orange. "Time to find out then." he spoke with a little smirk, pointing his sword at the boy before preparing himself for battle.
Sora gritted his teeth and clenched his fists, seeing that Yozora wasn't allowing him to talk. Having no other choice but to fight, he quickly summoned his keyblade and got into his battle stance.
And there we go. Training begins for the Gremory peerage, and Sora is helping out in any way he can. Also, he seems like his goal now is to learn all the other spells that he used throughout his journey, his priority being Stop and Reflect. Can he do it, though?
And would you look at that. The wild card that Luxord gave activated and pulled Sora into it, where Yozora is waiting for him. Clever little sneak. Just like in the game, Yozora is not really Yozora, so who is he? How does he know who Sora is? Why does he know about the Longinus and why is he interested in it? Next chapter should be interesting, because we'll be having the secret boss fight of Re:Mind. What a way to train before that Rating Game, lol.
Goodbye… and good night! BANG! *too sweet gesture*
