LJ fixed his suit, comb his hair, and place the red napkin in his pocket. He looks in the mirror and sighs to himself.

"OK, you can do this. Just walk up to her and asked her out. And show her family that I'm not like her last boyfriend." He said to himself.

He was really nervous, out of all the girls he flirted with and some he got into bed with him, this one was far different. For one, her name Jasmine, which sounds beautiful. Two, she was the older sister of his sister's boyfriend. And three, he was as nervous as hell!

"Wow, never thought I find a girl I like. I better act like a real gentleman." He said, before wrapping his tail around his waist and made his horns disappear.

With a deep breath, LJ walks out of his house and towards Fenton Works, knowing that school was over for the day. He reaches it and walks up to the door. Taking one more breath to calm his nerves, he rang the doorbell. The door open to show Danny, who was surprised to see him.

"LJ?" He said.

"Hello, Danny. I thought you'll be with my sister?" LJ said, then asked.

"Oh, yeah. She told me about you wanting to ask Jazz out and I wanted to be here to let my parents know you are be trusted." He said.

"Hmm, wise idea. Thank you." LJ said.

Danny nodded and let him in. He leads LJ to the basement where his parents were, and he was impressed by what he was seeing. The basement was turned into a lab and saw some invitations, as well as some weapons, and a huge metal door.

"Danny? What's that?" LJ asked.

"Oh, that the ghost portal. It leads to the Ghost Zone. My parents made it." Danny said.

"Impressive," LJ said, getting a closer look at it.

"Thank you, but who are you?" Maddie asked.

"Oh, forgive me, I forget my manners for a second there," LJ said and move away from the portal.

"My name is LJ Devilman. I believe you know my sister, Lucy." He said.

"Oh? You're Lucy's brother?" Jack asked.

"One of her many brothers, yes." LJ answers.

"So, what brings you here?" Maddie asked.

"Yes, about that. *Ahem* I came to ask your daughter out on a date. If she wants to, that is." LJ said.

Jack and Maddie look at each other. It was one thing for their son to have a date, but for their daughter?

"I know about her last boyfriend and I can assure you, I'm nothing like him," LJ said.

"Well, it just, her last boyfriend didn't give a first good impression," Maddie said.

"So we are a little unsure with you," Jack added.

"Ah, I completely understand. My father never cared about me and my siblings. We had to look out for ourselves. When we all heard Lucy was dating your son, we were worry as well. But I can tell he makes her happy. As long as Lucy's happy, we are fine with her being with your son." LJ said.

Jack and Maddie look at each and sighs.

"Alright. As long as you treat her fairly." Jack said.

"You have my word," LJ said.

"Come on, LJ. Jazz is in her room. I'll take you there." Danny said.

LJ nodded and follows Danny.

Once they reach Jazz's bedroom door, Danny notices LJ was trying another breath.

"Nervous?" He asked.

"Honestly? Yes. I went out with many girls in my time, but this is the first time I ever felt like this. I'm just worried that she wouldn't agree to go out on one." LJ said.

"Well, to tell you the truth, Jazz wouldn't stop talking about you all day. She tries to deny it, but she sounds like she's in love." Danny smirks.

"Oh?" LJ asked, surprise.

"Yeah, she still got that flower you gave her," Danny said before turning to him.

"Speaking of which, where did you find it? I was thinking about getting one for Lucy." He asked.

"Sorry, trade secret. But I can bring you one if you wish. Flos Diaboli is actually her favorite flower." LJ said.

"Thanks," Danny said before walking away.

LJ turns back to the door and sighs. Why was he so nervous? He was the son of the devil, god damn it! He had no reason to be nervous. He reaches up and knocked. Soon the door open and there stood Jazz, making him nervous again.

"LJ? This is a surprise." Jazz said.

"Yes, surprise," LJ said before clearing his throat.

"I apologize for the surprise visit, but I was hoping to see you." He said.

"Really? Well, come in." Jazz said, blushing.

LJ nodded and steps in. He notices that Jazz's room wasn't like most girls. She had mostly books on her shelves, a normal-looking bed, and a stuffed toy bear that was dress like Albert Einstein.

"Oh, this is something I didn't think you would have." He said, picking it up.

"Oh, that Bearbert. He was my favorite toy since I was a kid. I know it seems silly to keep him, but I just can't part with him." Jazz said, taking the toy.

"Oh, it not silly," LJ said, before reaching in his pocket, and pull out an old toy car.

"I had this toy car since I was a baby. It reminds me of my childhood. But during the time, my mother was around." LJ said.

"Your mother. What is she like?" Jazz asked.

"Different than my father for sure," LJ said, smiling.

"She never cared that we were our father children. She loves each and every one of us. Sadly, after Lucy was born, she just disappears. No one knows what happens to her. This toy is all I have left of her." LJ said.

"Wow, I'm sorry to hear that." Jazz said, sadly.

"It's fine. Everyone holds on to something." LJ said, smiling.

He places the toy back in his pocket and clears his throat.

"Anyways, I actually came here to ask you something." He said.

"Um, what's that?" Jazz asked, a bit nervous.

"I already talk to your parents, and they are fine with it. Would you like to go out on a date with me?" He asked.

Jazz blinks in surprise before blushing and turning away.

"Um, sure! I'll be happy to!" Jazz said.

LJ smiles and released a breath he didn't know he was holding.

"Great! I got us into a place that will show you what kind of man I am. I do apologize if it a bit overboard, but first impressions count the most right?" He said.

"Base on where we're going." Jazz said.

"Oh, it's the Golden Cafe. I've been invited there many times, but I saw no reason to go. Until, now." LJ said.

"The Golden Cafe?!" Jazz shouted.

She heard many good things about that place, but it was hard to get into.

"And don't worry, we don't have to be there until 8. You have all the time to get ready." LJ said.

"I...I..."

Jazz was stunned. She couldn't believe that LJ got invited to the Golden Cafe.

"Well, I'll leave you to get ready. I'll come to get you at 7," LJ said and walks out the door.

"The Golden Cafe..." Jazz said, stun.

A few hours later, LJ reaches Fenton Works and knocks on the door. It opens to show Danny, and he smiles.

"Hey, LJ, Jazz is almost ready. She just trying to put on some makeup. She hates wearing makeup." Danny chuckles.

"I sure she's fine without it," LJ said and steps inside.

"Still nervous?" Danny asked.

"Yes. This is a different date the usual. For once, I'm dating a girl that I like." LJ said.

"How many dates do you go on?" Danny asked.

"Err lost count." LJ blush.

"And the other girls?" Danny asked.

"Mostly for my looks or money," LJ said.

"I take it you're rich?" Danny asked.

"You can say that." LJ answer.

"Hey, LJ, can I ask you something?" Danny said.

"Yeah?" LJ said.

"I'm thinking about taking Lucy on another date. But I want this to be special for her. Got any idea how I can do that? Seeing you're her brother and all." Danny asked.

LJ smiles. He wanted to impress his sister, and he was asking him for help. He was clearly the right guy for her.

"Oh, you don't have to do what I did. Lucy would love whatever you do. Just make her happy." LJ said.

"Ok, thanks," Danny said.

LJ nodded before hearing someone what down the stairs. He turns and was shocked to see Jazz. She was wearing an aqua dress with a pearl necklace around her neck. She had some lipstick on and eye highlights. She even had her hair in a ponytail He was shocked to see how beautiful she was.

"Looking good, Jazz." Danny teased.

"Shut up!" Jazz told him before looking at LJ.

"I hope this is good enough." She said, blushing.

"Oh, it's more than enough. You're very beautiful." He said, blushing as well.

Jazz walks down the stairs and took a breath.

"Should we get going?" She asked.

"Yes, I might have gone a little overboard," LJ said, before leading her outside.

Jazz gasps as she saw a limo outside and turns to him.

"As I said, I went overboard. Just trying to make a good first impression." He said.

"Well, it is a bit much, but that's okay. I never rode in one before, so I'll let it slide." Jazz said.

"When are you going to be back?" Danny asked from the door.

"Not sure. I'll give your parents a call if we end up being late." LJ said.

"Okay, have fun, lovebirds," Danny said and close the door.

Jazz sighs before seeing LJ open the door.

"After you." He said.

Jazz giggles and climb in.

"Thank you." She said.

The trip to the Golden Cafe didn't take too long. Once there, many girls, and even some women, all stare at LJ with dreamy looks on their faces. LJ ignores them and walks up to the door.

"Greetings, LJ Devilman, and Jasmine Fenton. Table for two please." He said.

The person nodded and lead them to their table. LJ pulls out a seat for Jazz and she sat down.

"Thank you." She said as he carefully pushes her in.

LJ smiles and took his seat. The waiter left the menus and left them to be.

"So, Jazz, I've been meaning to ask. What's your dream?" LJ said.

"Well, I want to be a psychologist." Jazz said.

"Oh? A psychologist? Like getting into people's heads?" LJ asked, smirking.

Jazz just glare at him, before they both laugh.

"No, I just want to help people understand better. I mean, there's a lot of problems that most of us don't talk about, and I'm well aware that some secrets need to be kept, but I feel there more to us than we know." Jazz said.

"Well, I can see why you have high grades. You're not just beautiful, but smart too." LJ smiles.

"Oh, shush!" Jazz laughs.

The waiter returns, and they made their order. They talk some more before they heard someone complain.

"Why do I have to be here?!"

"Now Samantha, you agree to come here because it was in Amity Park. Not so you can see that boy again."

Jazz turns and was surprised to see the Mansons and even more to see Danny's friend.

"Sam?" She calls out making the girl turn.

"Jazz?" Sam said, surprise.

"The Fenton's daughter?" Mrs. Manson asked.

"You know her?" LJ asked.

"Yeah, that Sam. She's one of my brother's friends." Jazz said.

Sam walks up to them and was surprised to see Jazz with someone.

"Jazz? What are you doing here?" She asked.

"Oh, I'm on a date." Jazz said.

"A date?" Sam asked, confuse.

"Yeah, this is LJ Devilman. He visiting for a while and ask me out on a date." Jazz said.

"Please to meet you," LJ said, kissing her hand.

"Um, likewise?" Sam said, before turning to Jazz.

"I'm surprised you even got a date. I thought dating would be a waste of time for you." Sam asked.

"Well, LJ is different. I know I had to find my match at some point." Jazz said.

"Yeah, that true," Sam said.

"Samantha! Come here now!" Her father shouted.

"Augh! Sorry. Can you tell Danny I said hi?" Sam said, then asked.

"Sure." Jazz said.

"Nice meeting you, LJ." She said.

"Likewise," LJ said as she left.

"Hmm, looks like she doesn't like it here." He said.

"Sam's parents hate my family. They blame us for the change in her looks. They blame my family for a lot of things, even if it wasn't our fault, to begin with." Jazz said.

LJ hmms to himself and looks at the Manson's. He notices Sam look bore as her parents started chanting about a lot of things and how her new school was the right thing for her. He could hear the pride in their voices and saw that Sam wasn't happy.

"LJ?" Jazz said, breaking him from his thoughts.

"Sorry." He said before their food came.

The two ate their food, and Jazz smiles.

"That was good, but it doesn't beat Lucy's." She said.

"Agreed! Her food is wonderful! I do hope she becomes a wonderful chief in the future." LJ said.

"Excuse me? Did you say that this Lucy food is better?" Mr. Manson asked.

"Yes, my sister's food is better than anything I tasted. It already won her a boyfriend." He said.

"Sister?" Sam asked.

"Yes, Lucy Devilman. She goes to your old school." LJ said.

"Really?" Sam asked.

"Yes, she also knows Danny, which is how I meet Jazz," LJ added.

"So you know the Fenton's?" Mrs. Manson asked.

"Yes, and I know what you think of them. They are nothing like you said. They are a well loving family. Sure, Mr. and Mrs. Fentons are into ghosts, but at least they make time for their children." LJ said.

Jazz looks away. She knew what LJ meant. The Mansons, however, didn't believe him.

"The Fenton isn't a family. They're freaks that deserve to be locked up in an asylum." Mr. Manson said.

Jazz growls at that. Sure, she might think her parents are weird, but she knew they weren't crazy. LJ just frowns.

"Hmm, I see. Well, then. Charlie?" LJ said, then calls out.

"Yes, Mr. Devilman?" The man said, walking up to them.

"See that this family membership is rebuke, minus the girl." He said.

"WHAT?!" The Mansons yelled.

"Mr. Devilma owns this place, and he doesn't take kindly to how other people bad mouth his family or their friends," Charlie said.

"Wait, you own the Golden Cafe?" Jazz asked.

"Yes, but I didn't pull any strings for our date. Everything was from my pocket." He said.

Jazz smiles and Sam was surprised.

"Wait, you pay for everything?" She asked.

"I did. And since you didn't say anything bad about Jazz's family, I'll let you stay." LJ said.

Sam smiles and thanked him as her parents protest as they were carried away. He also told her she could order whatever she likes and will get her a ride home. Sam was surprised to find out nice he was and sat down at her own table.

"Wow, LJ. You are making a first good impression." Jazz said.

LJ just smiles.

It was after dessert, that Jazz and LJ left. LJ kept his word and had a ride send up for Sam to head home while sticking her parents in an old, worn car. LJ was about to take Jazz home, but she wanted to head to his place.

"Are you sure?" He asked.

"Yeah. If that's okay." She said, shyly.

"Okay, let me call your parents," LJ said and pulls out his phone.

After a quick phone call, the limo pulls up at his house. Jazz was surprised to find that he lives in a normal house and not a mansion.

"Even with all the money in the world, can't change the fact I'm still a person," LJ said and lead her inside.

Jazz looks around before LJ took her to his living room.

"Wow, is the rich personal just a fake life?" Jazz asked.

"Oh, no, no, no. My family is rich. We just barely use it. My father doesn't care if a few hundred dollars are missing. He always has it back by the end of the day." LJ said.

Jazz raise an eyebrow and sat down on the couch. LJ walks towards the kitchen and pulls out a soda. He returns to Jazz and hands her the soda. Jazz took it and was surprised to see LJ pour a glass of wine.

"You drink?" She asked.

"Only when I'm stress." He said and took a sip.

Jazz looks worried, but LJ places his hand on hers.

"Don't worry. I never drink so much I become dunk. I only have one glass." He said.

"Are you sure?" Jazz asked.

"Yes. Don't worry. I won't do anything to hurt you." He said.

Jazz looks down but then looking back.

"You promise?" She asked.

"Yes." LJ answers.

Jazz smiles, she could tell he was honest with her.

"LJ, I overheard you and my brother talking when you came to pick me up. Did you really get a lot of girls in bed?" She asked.

"Yes, but that was because they just want me for my money or the fact, they thought they were going to get it when they are with me. I easily saw through them. Which is why I never kept any of their numbers." LJ said.

"What about me?" Jazz asked.

"Jazz, you like me more than my looks and my money. You're the first girl that ever made me feel this way. I like you, and I want to make this work." He said.

Jazz looks away and sighs.

"I want this to work too." She said.

"Good. Here to a healthy relationship." LJ said, holding up his glass wine.

Jazz smiles and softly taps the glass, ready to go into a relationship. Unknowing that she was now dating the son of the devil.

Whew! Done! Wow, I did a lot for this. So that was LJ's and Jazz's date. I will cover more of this pairing as the story continues. Like Lucy, LJ is going to keep his demon part a secret. Now, just because LJ drink wine, doesn't mean he always does. They want their relationship to work and it's going to. And like with Danny and Lucy, I will have some lemon with Jazz and LJ as well. But that after they tell them about being demons. One last thing, if you are wondering how many children there are that belong to the Devil, here's a hint. It also is known as the mark of the beast. 333 sons and 333 daughters.
