I gotta ask all of you. What is it with that '6 lost Longinus' that has been the hot talk in this story for some time now? Out of 13 Longinus, why is it that 6 of them got 'lost'? Why is the Boosted Gear part of it? What are the other 5? Where are they? Fufufu, you guys better put on your detective hats and pipe, because this mystery has a big role in my story.
Luxord/Lurdo has a big role here too like Luxu/Braig/Xigbar, you just have to wait until you see it. I didn't include him here for no reason. :)
Lastly, I want to address that nobody else from the Guardians of Light will venture to the DxD world. Only Sora, Kairi, Aqua, Roxas, and Xion. Stop imagining things already, because it's not gonna happen.

Sora sat inside his room, facing his desk and staring out into the moon in the sky. Looking at the bright thing that shone like a star, it almost felt like he was staring into Kingdom Hearts itself, which reminded him of the war against Xehanort and the Real Organization XIII. It was that very event that would become the catalyst in him ending up in a completely different worldline, away from his friends at home.
It didn't mean that it was the worst thing that happened to him, now that he surrounded himself with newfound friends in this world. Sure, he may have thought of it as such at first, but he got used to it. Compared to his universe, this place was a lot more tranquil and peaceful with the only conflict being the three-way between supernatural beings. Though, that was only until he found out an Organization member somehow snaked his way into this worldline.
He had just finished writing a new journal entry for tonight, and it was all about his honest feelings going into this Rating Game that would take place this very night. Sora didn't really feel nervous or anything, but rather exhilarated and quite pumped. The boy didn't want to get overconfident either, otherwise he might lose focus and it could lead to their defeat.
Sora only had one goal in mind, and that was to knock a certain Phenex down a peg. The young keybearer spent ten days of training to reach this point, and he knew what he needed to do.
One hour to go.
And then he'll be on his way to winning back Rias' freedom.
The sound of the door opening alerted Sora that someone was in his room, and he didn't need to turn around to see who it was. It was obvious that she would come to see him alone before the Rating Game commences.
"I guess it's all done now?" Sora stood up from his seat, putting his arms behind his head as he turned around with his usual smile.
"Yes," Rias spoke as she walked towards him. "All the preparations for the Rating Game have been made. All that's left to do now is for us to go over there."
The boy nodded, before he noticed the unsure look on Rias' face. "Are you nervous?"
"A little," Rias admitted while slumping her shoulders in defeat. "This is the first Rating Game I've ever played in, and our opponent is someone who has never lost unless if it was on purpose. On top of that, if we don't win…" she trailed off, not wanting to even speak of what would happen if they lose. There was no need to, anyway. Sora knew exactly what was at stake.
"It's alright if you feel that way. We all get the jitters when we're doing something for the first time." The keyblade wielder spoke, not losing his smile for one second. "I remember the first time I used my keyblade against the Heartless. It felt so different having to fight for real instead of just playing around with my friends, but I soon got the hang of it."
Rias smiled at his attempt at cheering her up, though her frown soon returned. She had the utmost faith in her pawn, but it didn't stop her from getting worried. "Do you think we can win, Sora?"
Although he was surprised that his leader was asking her a question as such right now of all times, Sora didn't hesitate to give her his answer. "Did you already forget? I promised you when we were still training that we're going to win this no matter what, and I'll beat Riser so you can finally be free. All of us didn't train hard for days just to lose to some arrogant devil, you know. We've become stronger, and everyone will see it!" He snorted, which caused the Gremory girl to chuckle for a bit. Sora gave her a thumbs-up before grinning widely. "I won't let you down, Rias. Trust me."
It may come as a surprise, but Sora was actually the one whom she trusted the most out of all her servants. Perhaps that was because of her own actions; when he became a member of her peerage, Rias had been intrigued that a normal human with no business in this world whatsoever would willingly turn into a devil like her. Sora was like a walking enigma, he seemed to be so simple and yet there were many things that they didn't know about him. To that end, she had spent more time with Sora than anyone else in an effort to figure out the person behind those bright blue eyes.
Of course, it was only natural that she would end up trusting him more than anyone else. He was just the kind of person you couldn't help but believe in, regardless if you just met him or not. It was because of that very reason that she trusted Sora to be able to defeat the fallen angel that nearly killed Asia, as well as the time when he got trapped in a card while basically fighting in a death game.
For her to do less than give her absolute trust to him was an insult.
"I trust you," she whispered, causing Sora's grin to widen to the point that it nearly reached his ears.
"Nice!" The boy clenched his fist in determination and slammed it into his palm, causing the crimson-haired girl to giggle. "We're going to win this, Rias. You'll never have to worry about Riser again after this!"
Rias could only shake her head at his usual antics, yet it didn't stop her from walking up to him and pressing her body against the boy. Her arms came up and wrapped around his torso, pulling herself even closer that her bosom was pressing against his upper chest. Due to their height difference, Sora's head rested uncomfortably on her shoulder, and the boy looked confused for a moment.
"Rias?" he asked, a bit surprised with her sudden action. Even if this wasn't the first time she had done something intimate with him, the circumstances between the past and the present were different… wait, now that he thought about it, it was totally like Rias to randomly hug him. After all, she had done more… explicit things than this.
"Let me stay like this until we have to leave," she muttered softly, hugging the boy tighter. Sora's whole presence was as warm as his smile, and that was enough to make her feel more at ease in more ways than one.
"Sure thing." The keybearer flashed a smile of his own as he brought up his arms to return the gesture, having one last with his master before he shows Riser Phenex just who he had crossed paths with in that Rating Game.
Sora would never let some arrogant bastard take away Rias' freedom, and it was time he taught that Riser a lesson he would never forget.
(Student Council Room)
There were many people watching the impending battle between Rias Gremory and Riser Phenex. A few of them included two of the Great Satans of the Underworld, or Maou. Originally, all of the Maou were supposed to attend but they couldn't just leave the Underworld without someone to watch over everything, so they settled with two. They were currently in another clubroom with a certain guest they have brought with them.
The whole Sitri peerage were gathered in their own room, with Roxas and Xion joining them as guest spectators. Apparently, the Rating Game was going to take place in an alternate dimension instead of in the Underworld, where it would end up attracting attention from other devils and could blow up horribly.
The whole game was being broadcasted on a monitor and there were only a few minutes before it starts. This prompted Tsubaki, Sona's Queen, to speak up about her curiosity regarding Rias' chances and her mysterious pawn's ability.
"Tell me something, Kaichou. Do you think Gremory-san can win this?"
"That's an interesting question, Tsubaki, and one I can't answer. Riser Phenex's peerage has the advantage in numbers, but only his Queen has a concrete chance of wiping out Rias' servants. If Rias plays smart, she will save Ishida-kun for the final battle against the Phenex. From my current knowledge of his abilities, he can match Riser with his versatility and not to mention, his keyblade is a weapon of light. Rias will use that to her advantage as soon as she thinks about it." Sona explained her analysis in detail, remembering what she learned about Sora during her talk with Rias.
"You're wrong. Sora's gonna be the first to jump into battle."
Roxas' voice gained the attention of everyone inside the room, while also causing Sona to raise an eyebrow in interest.
"What makes you think he'll do that, Roxas-san? Considering his power triumphs most of the members of Riser's peerage, it would be tactical and wise to have him save up his energy to face Riser in the end."
"As someone who's been with Sora from the beginning, he's pretty reckless and likes to handle the hard stuff on his own instead of letting others do it for him." Roxas crossed his arms and stared at the monitor, which showed Rias and her peerage waiting in their clubroom. "Of course, he'll be happy to fight with his friends along the way but in the end, he'd rather take on the bulk of the danger and save enough energy for that arrogant Phenex."
"Rox-chan, what do you mean 'save enough energy'? Doesn't he get tired?" Momo asked, tilting her head in confusion.
Not thinking much of that nickname she used for him, the Nobody began to explain. "He can get tired, but it's pretty hard to get to that point. If you want an example, Sora literally fought against all the members of the Real Organization XIII during the Keyblade War and he still managed to defeat Xehanort after all that." Roxas beamed with pride. "His friends, including me and Xion, helped him along the way but you can say that he's the reason why we won that war."
"Ishida-kun must be really strong for Roxas-senpai to praise him like that…" Ruruko said in amazement.
"We'll see it for ourselves in a few minutes. I'm excited to watch it!" Tsubasa exclaimed while clenching her fists in excitement.
Sona stared at Roxas for a few moments, taking in his words slowly and understanding just how much faith he had in his other. "Being Ishida-kun's Nobody, there is no doubt that Roxas-san sees him that way due to the connection they share." She then looked towards Xion with the same intrigued expression. "What about you, Xion-san? What is your opinion on all of this?"
For the first time in minutes, Xion shifted her gaze away from the monitor and turned towards Sona. She had a soft smile on her face before clenching her fist. "I believe in Sora. He's done many incredible things back in our worldline, and it's safe to say that it'll be the same here. That's just how Sora is." she beamed, causing Roxas to grin and start poking her sides making her giggle. "H-Hey, that tickles! Hahahahaha! C-Cut it out!"
"It's been a while since I've done this, I'm not gonna waste it!" Roxas raised his arms and hid his eyes behind his spiky hair as if he was some kind of monster, before he began to tickle the girl relentlessly, causing Xion to explode in a fit of giggles on the floor.
The entire Sitri peerage watched the two interact with blank faces, although various of looks of jealousy could be seen on the faces of Momo, Ruruko, Reya, and Tomoe because of the fact that Roxas just gave his full attention to another girl, even though it was his friend. Tsubaki had a slight blush on her face, thinking of this as a moment of intimacy between two people before shaking it off. She turned towards her leader instead, whose eyebrow was twitching at the scenario before her.
"Kaichou?"
It was enough for Sona to snap out of it as her eyes widened slowly before shaking her head furiously to get her mind back in track. Whatever she was thinking, this is not the right time for it!
"Is something wrong, Kaichou?" Tsubaki asked out of concern. Of course, she wasn't oblivious to not notice how Sona had been paying attention to Roxas lately. However, the problem was that she was giving him too much attention to the point that she broke her cold facade multiple times from just staring at him.
That wasn't really a good thing.
"I-It's nothing." Sona quickly denied with a slight blush on her cheeks, before turning her gaze towards the monitor to get herself to focus on something else. "Let's just pay attention to the match. It should be starting any minute now."
(Tennis Clubroom)
Sirzechs Lucifer and Serafall Leviathan each sat on two throne-like seats, facing the monitor that was set to broadcast the match between Rias Gremory and Riser Phenex. Sirzechs donned a massive armor that showed off his dominating presence as one of the Maou while Serafall was wearing… her magical girl outfit. Pretty anticlimactic.
"I'm putting all of my money on Rias-chan to win this! The big bad Riser Phenex needs to be taught a lesson, and if only Magical Girl Levia-tan can go down there, I'll gladly blow him away!" Serafall cheered on, twirling her staff in her hand.
"Of course, I want Ria-tan to win just as much as you do, Serafall." Sirzechs crossed his arms and took a deep breath, before thinking about his sister's peerage. "But we can't forget the fact that Riser has a full set of servants on his side. He clearly has the advantage when it comes to numbers."
At this, Serafall gasped loudly.
"Sirzechs-chan! I never thought I'd see the day that you'd take someone else's side and not with Rias-chan! She won't be happy when she hears about this… to think that you would rather be on the Phenex's side…" she pouted at the crimson-haired Maou, who raised his arms in front of him in defeat.
"N-Not exactly, I was just looking at the whole match objectively…" he said sheepishly, already fearing the sight of a wailing Rias and scolding him for being a bad onii-chan. "B-Besides, since I am a Maou, I can't be biased towards my family and I have to show equal amount of support on both sides."
"Hmph! You really should have more faith in Rias' chan's friends… they might come up with something interesting! Isn't that right, Aqua-chan?" Serafall turned to the person who was sitting behind them, who was alerted as soon as she heard her name being called.
"Y-Yes, Lady Serafall!" Aqua quickly spoke up, looking at this whole thing from her perspective. She began to remember the war against Xehanort, in which they were outnumbered multiple times but managed to pull out with the victory in the end. "I don't believe numbers win a battle, it all depends on their hearts and their unwavering determination to win."
A few days ago, she woke up in the Serafall Memorial Hospital and immediately found herself within the presence of two of the most powerful devils in the Underworld. Aqua had thought that it meant being stuck in another realm of darkness for a decade once again, until Sirzechs Lucifer introduced himself and explained everything to her. Apparently, devils in this world were completely different from the Heartless, Nobodies, and the Unversed from her home, and it allowed her to breathe freely and realize that she was nowhere near danger.
But the thing that got her complete attention was when Sirzechs mentioned that Sora was apparently in this world as well, being a fellow devil under the command of his sister, Rias Gremory. After getting over her shock that she finally found Sora, Aqua became disappointed and sad that the innocent young boy whom she met in Destiny Islands would throw away his humanity just like that.
She would just have to ask him for his reasons when they finally reunite.
After learning that Sora was in this world as well, Aqua finally gave in and listened to what Sirzechs wanted to tell her. And just like that, through the Lucifer's simple but powerful lectures, she learned about the supernatural beings of this universe and in particular, the devil society.
"Oh, Aqua-chan…" Serafall called out, gaining the keyblade master's attention. "You're thinking of Sora-chan, aren't you?"
"Yes…" Aqua sighed, as she hoped to reunite with that boy on even grounds, but now he was a devil. He was completely different from her, who was a human. She felt that it wouldn't be right if they met again like this. Aqua quickly sent an apologetic look towards the two Maou. "N-Not that I'm implying that you and Lord Sirzechs are bad people, but I'm just wondering why Sora would want to throw away being a human in favor of being a devil. From what you told me, light is fatal to devils, and it sparked several questions in my mind about Sora."
"You're trying to figure out what you would do when you finally meet Sora-chan again?" Serafall spoke with her voice showing concern.
Aqua could only nod sadly. "If he's a devil now, then is it possible for him to even summon his keyblade? Is he still a Guardian of Light? Is he still the same Sora I've met years ago? Questions that I can't answer," she listed. "Somehow… I feel like I'm to be blamed for this outcome. As a keyblade master, I failed to guide him to the path of the light. But I guess I am in no place to complain, it's Sora's choice on what he wants to do."
"Aqua-chan, he may be a devil now, but it doesn't change who he is." Serafall assured her with a grin. She had been fascinated with Sora ever since she learned about him through Aqua's Gummiphone, and wanting to meet him in person would be an understatement. Serafall was almost tempted to 'borrow' him from Rias and keep him to herself for a whole day. "From what I know about Sora-chan, he's really compassionate, cheerful, and he cares so much about his friends! You should be thinking about that instead, because those are the things that makes Sora-chan, Sora-chan!"
Serafall's words were enough for Aqua to smile slightly, realizing the truth in her words. Why would she even doubt that boy? He did the impossible and brought her back from the Realm of Darkness, even doing it with a smile on his face. He awakened Ven from his deep slumber through the Power of Waking, and saved Terra from Xehanort's darkness by returning his heart to his body.
"Thank you, Lady Serafall. I guess you make a point… Sora would never change who he is inside him. Maybe I'm overthinking things." Aqua let out a sigh of relief, feeling a lot better now. "I guess I'll just talk to him personally after this."
"Well, you may not need to wait any longer, because the match is about to start." Sirzechs pointed out, gesturing towards the monitor that currently showed the members of the Occult Research Club, which included a certain spiky-haired boy who caught Aqua's complete attention at first glance.
"Sora…" she breathed out, being slowly filled with joy as soon as she finally saw him for the first time since his disappearance, alive and well.
They were all there. The members of Rias' peerage had gathered in the clubroom. Each of them were focused on their own activities to help them keep calm, or as calm as possible, as the time before the Rating Game continued ticking down.
Rias sat behind her desk; eyes closed, elbows propped on the wooden surface and hands clasped together in front of her face. She looked perfectly calm, at least on the outside. On the inside, she was like a boiling pot of anxiety and emotion, only being kept calm by Sora's promise to her. Beside her stood Akeno, who appeared unusually tense despite the serene smile on her face.
On one of the couches that surrounded the coffee table was Kiba, who was checking his blades even though he already that they were sharp because he made them with his Sacred Gear.
Over on the opposite couch, Sora leaned back with his arms behind his head. Despite the fact that he seemed quite calm, he didn't have his usual smile nor grin but rather a more neutral look. Asia sat directly beside him, her hands resting on her lap while looking terribly nervous for what's about to come. Meanwhile, Koneko sat on his lap while tightening the straps on her black fighting gloves.
The atmosphere was definitely apprehensive. Everyone knew that in just a few short minutes, they would all be fighting in their first-ever Rating Game, one in which the stakes were far higher than they could have ever expected. Their president's freedom was on the line, and that was a lot of pressure to put on a group of newbies.
Needless to say, the tension was more than thick enough to cut with a knife.
Hell, not even Sora was willing to break this silence, suspenseful as it was. His upbeat attitude wouldn't help them here, and he knew it. Only by confronting their anxiety head-on would give his friends the strength they need to move forward. He was confident that in himself, but he didn't know if that was the case for the others. Still, there had to be a way where in he could show everyone that they are capable of winning this…
The silence in the clubroom was then broken by a red magic circle appearing in the middle of the place, as the atmosphere turned somewhat cold. Grayfia appeared from the crimson glow that it provided, looking as stoic as always.
"There are only ten minutes left until the battle starts," she informed everyone. "Have all of you finished your preparations?" Upon seeing everyone nod, the silver-haired woman continued. "Please remember that two of the Maou, Lucifer-sama and Leviathan-sama, will be observing the battle."
Rias raised an eyebrow, while also looking quite annoyed. "Oh? Onii-sama is going to be watching us, then?"
Sora's eyes lit up in amazement. "Oh wow, Rias' brother is going to watch the whole Rating Game? I guess I have to fight even harder to win so I can tell him to not put his sister in a marriage with a guy she doesn't like next time." he stated with clear resolve in his tone, surprising everyone else with his words, except for Akeno who started to giggle.
"How did you know that Buchou's brother was the Maou Lucifer?" Yuuto asked, genuinely surprised that Sora knew about such a thing when Rias didn't explained it yet.
Before the keybearer could respond in any way, Akeno beat him to it as she held a hand to her cheek. "Ara, ara, it seems you remember all those lectures I gave you," she chuckled.
"Of course!" Sora beamed at the raven-haired girl. For once, he didn't seem to be freaking out from the sight of her sweet smile. "Thanks for the help, Akeno. I never would have learned more about the Underworld if it wasn't for you."
"Ara, ara, it was my pleasure, Sora-kun."
"Wait," Rias' eyebrows furrowed as she looked between her Queen and Sora. "What do you mean you've been giving him lectures?"
"Sora-kun asked me to teach him more about the Underworld and its history while we were working on his magic." Akeno said pleasantly, opening her eyes slightly to give Rias a challenging smirk. "He looked so cute and… delectable, so genuinely curious about those things… I simply couldn't refuse him." The buxom lightning priestess literally shuddered, a soft moan escaping her throat. Sora deadpanned at the noise, while Rias, Akeno, and Asia glared at her. Upon seeing her leader's glare, her smile only widened. "Jealous?"
"Hardly," Rias gritted her teeth. "Still, why didn't he simply come to me instead of you?"
"B-Because Akeno was with me that time…! I was training with my magic when I got curious about it!" Sora quickly sputtered before something else could go wrong. "If you were there, I would have asked you instead…"
While his answer seemed to calm Rias' nerves, Akeno was there to ruin it with her giggling. "Ufufu, Sora-kun can be so smooth, I think I'm beginning to feel a tad envious of my King." She looked towards Sora and licked her sensually. "Would you ever consider having an affair with me?"
"Uhhhh…" Sora sweat-dropped, unable to respond to that. Okay, ever since he started training with Akeno to work on his magic, he began to think that she wasn't that bad. Minus the teasing and sadistic tendencies, the girl was kind and helpful to her comrades. Still, he could do well without her straightforward advances…
"That's enough out of you, Akeno," Rias snapped. "We don't have time for your games and Sora needs to stay focused."
"Ara~" Akeno smirked at the redhead. "It looks like someone is jealous."
Rias glared at her Queen once again, but before the situation could blow up into something worse, Grayfia stepped in. "The time is near. Everyone, please step into the magic circle where you will be transported to the arena that the Rating Game is taking place in."
Rias looked at her servants and gave a stiff nod. Everyone got up from their seats and walked towards the glowing red circle that appeared on the floor. As a sign of good faith in what's to come, Sora reached out and held Rias' arm, causing the girl to blush momentarily. There was a flash of light as their forms dissolved into thin air, only to reform seconds later as they found themselves standing exactly where they had been before.
"Huh?" Sora looked around in confusion. "Why are we still in the clubroom?"
["Greetings, everyone."] The familiar voice of a silver-haired maid that could be heard from the speakers. ["I am Grayfia Lucifuge, the head maid of the Gremory Family. I have been charged with the honor of being the referee of the match between Rias Gremory and Riser Phenex. Please note that two of the Maou, Sirzechs Lucifer-sama and Serafall Leviathan-sama, will also be observing this match. After taking in the opinion of Riser-sama, we have decided to use a replica of Kuoh Academy, the school that Rias-sama attends in the human world, as the battlefield."]
"So Riser's deliberately giving us the homefield advantage," Rias clenched her fist in frustratiob. "He's seriously underestimating us. That's fine, all the more reason to bring him down."
Sora also scowled upon hearing those words, but he kept himself calm for now. What he has in mind won't work if he loses his composure. "Replica?" he voiced out instead, clearly being reminded of Xion, Namine, Roxas, and Replica Riku upon hearing that word. "What does she mean?"
"Take a look outside," Rias gestured to the window.
Following Rias' words, Sora quickly walked towards the window and opened one of the shutters that kept it closed. His eyes widened in complete disbelief upon seeing that it was the same academy in which he attends as a student, and everything looked the same as it always did.
Except for one difference.
The sky was completely white. As far as the eye could see, stretching for miles, was a pure white sky with nothing else in it. Actually, it wasn't even a sky at all, most likely just a blank canvas that God had forgotten to paint on when he created the world.
"That sky shows that we are in an alternate dimension created by devils to host the Rating Game."
"Wow… I can't believe there are devils who are strong enough to do this…" Sora breathed out in amazement. As someone who was already used to seeing crazy stuff like this back in his worldline, this was a pretty impressive feat.
["Both parties have now been transferred to their respective strongholds. Rias-sama's team is in the Occult Research Clubroom, while Riser-sama's team is in the Student Council room. To promote your pawns, you will have to proceed to the opponent's stronghold. Best of luck to both parties."]
"Sora," Rias called out to her spiky-haired servant. She held out her hand, showing a small ear bud placed on her palm. "This is a communicator. It will allow everyone to keep in touch at all times."
"Thanks," the boy grinned as he took the device and put it in his ear. This would surely come in handy later on.
The Gremory girl then made her way towards her desk and sat down, while Akeno served her a cup of tea. "If we are to make a sustainable plan for this whole game, we need to take control of a few areas in this place and work our way up from there. This will make it easier for us to put Riser in a corner and make him surrender." Rias informed them. "The enemy base is in the new school building. In terms of the fastest route to get there, the quad would be the best option, however…"
"It's in clear view of the enemy and they will easily see us," Koneko pointed out.
"Yes," Rias nodded. "Because of that, the risks are too great to go through there. The track and field grounds is also not possible, because I can already tell that Riser is stationing his Knights and Rooks in that place."
"Buchou," Yuuto spoke up. "We could get closer to the new school building by going through the gymnasium. It's close to our base, and we can gather more information about the enemy. Should Riser send some of his servants to fight us, we can deal with them and take over the gymnasium afterwards."
"Intelligence on our enemy is something that we need right now…" Rias pondered over her Knight's idea. "If we head to the gym, then Riser will surely send cannon fodder to prevent us from trying anything. He'll most likely send his 8 pawns to deal with it, which is our number one priority at this moment… in the case that the people I send there need help…"
"...since the gymnasium is close to the clubroom, more of us can come and help…?" Asia spoke up timidly.
"Exactly," Rias nodded with a smile, taking a sip from her teacup. "Now I just need to figure out who should I send—"
"I'll handle it."
Sora's voice cut through Rias' words like it was nothing, while also gaining everyone else's attention. Rias looked shocked, while the rest of her peerage looked at the keyblade wielder with wide eyes. Sora himself didn't have his usual smile, but rather a determined expression that showed just how serious he was about this.
"You'll what?" Kiba asked, finding the strength to speak. He clearly heard his friend the first time, but he just needed to hear it again in case Sora was just kidding around…
"I'll go to the gym alone. You guys stay here and protect this place from any ambush." Sora elaborated, looking at each and every one of his friends with a serious expression.
Rias looked conflicted as she didn't whether to let her pawn do what he wants or send someone with him. This wasn't anything like the fight with the fallen angels, after all. "Sora, while I have complete faith in your abilities, do you really think it's wise to go in all alone? Riser could send his Knights after you, or worse, his Queen. You'll get in trouble if you're on your own!"
"I don't think he will," Sora shook his head. "I've met people like him, and if I had to guess, he'll only send his pawns after me." He remembered the war against Xehanort, where him and the Guardians of Light had to go through three armies of Heartless, Nobodies, and Unversed before they confronted the Organization. Bunch of cowards. "Why would he waste someone powerful like his Queen, when I'm just a pawn?"
Rias and the rest of the group blinked a few times in realization, before the crimson-haired girl spoke up again. "That… actually makes a lot of sense." She groaned internally, as she had forgotten the fact that Sora was quite perceptive in battle. "Are you sure about this, Sora? There is no need to rush things and we can still come up with a plan for the long run."
"There's no need. I'm just going to do exactly what Riser wants us to do, and once he sees me out in the open, he'll think that we're ready to lose. He'll underestimate us, which is why I'm going to send him a message on why he shouldn't." Sora frowned deeply as he thought of that arrogant bastard. He didn't like it when he was looked down on, but he could take those as motivation to be stronger. He actually hated it more when his friends were underestimated, and he'll make sure of it that Riser won't see them as weak.
Rias thought of Sora's plan for a few moments, and the more she pondered over it, the more she liked it. If this goes well, one of their major problems would be out of the way and the look on Riser's face would be priceless when he sees his pawns get decimated by her cute and handsome servant. Heh, even the rest of her peerage liked the idea.
"Alright Sora, you've convinced me." Rias smiled as she nodded her head. Everyone else sent Sora a smile of their own. "Go out there and show them what you can do. Take care, and inform us immediately once you're done."
"Nice!" Sora pumped his fist in the air and grinned, before bowing his head. "I won't let you down, everyone! That's a promise!" He then turned around and headed to the door, ready to leave.
"Good luck, Sora," Kiba smiled.
"Take care of yourself, senpai." Koneko said tonelessly.
"Please stay safe, Sora-san…" Asia hid her worried look with a smile, placing a hand over her heart.
"Ara, Sora-kun is such a brave boy~" Akeno mused, feeling her heart fluttering inside her chest.
Instead of speaking, Rias chose to keep it inside her thoughts while flashing a smile of her own, just as the keyblade wielder left the room.
"I trust you, Sora."
And there we go. The Rating Game has officially begun, and everything is all set. Roxas and Xion are with Sona and her peerage watching the battle closely. I hope you like that little RokuShi moment I added with the student council's reactions, heh. Next, we see Aqua with Serafall and Sirzechs, and she finally sees Sora for the first time since he disappeared. That leaves Kairi who has yet to see him. Next chapter should be interesting, because we finally start on the battle against Riser, starting with Sora against his pawns.
Also, is it just me or do Xion and Sona almost have similar names just like Kairi and Rias? They also share the same hair color, lol.
Goodbye… and good night! BANG! *too sweet gesture*
