Chosen Construct and Home-World:
The phase in which the story takes place. The real phase, depending upon the observer, out of an infinitude of non-existing, stacked phases that form a multiverse. Existing in a state of perpetual superposition until observed, the outcome when this Schrodinger's Catbox is "observed" forms reality, or homephase or Home-World.
The Homeworld is simply the phase in which the entrance of the First Temple has manifested. This entrance is located at St. Maurice.
AKA: Reality
The cosmology of which the "home-world" is a part of (i.e the whole Schrodinger's Catbox) is altogether referred to as the Chosen World.

Summary:
When the gateway to the first temple appeared here, the forces of all magical organizations on the planet combined to counter the threat of the temples.
The result is the St. Maurice Cathedral. It stands as a fortress, bulwark or last defense between humanity and all-destroying madness.
