Author's Note: I am Handicapped with Aspergers, Dyslexia, OCD, ADHD and a whole lot more so please bare that in mind if my spelling is off. I use spell checker. I also have a slight mental disability so please excuse any mistakes. I do the best I can with writing these stories and trying to post chapters. Also I am a very sick person so their will be periods where I don't update. But ALL my stories will be updated eventually.
Also when I come up with a story idea I can't stop myself from writing it down and posting it. I literally can't sleep to I have written it down. So that is why there are so many stories.
Introduction
When Apollo is in his quest Artemis has been through hell. Besides from being held hostage by Ares and Hera. She is assaulted. When she gets free she finds herself pregnant. Now months later she is determined not to give birth to Apollo is back. She says she needs her brother...Warning RAPE
Chapter .1.
Artemis hated what had happened the last year and a half. Ever since her brother was punished she had been through hell.
Ares had gotten the jump on her. He had attacked her and she had been knocked out before she knew it.
After that she had been held prisoner in a dungeon. Where Ares tormented her and Hera joined him. She refused to do anything with him. She also refused to respect Hera. She had tried to escape but had been caught then she had been tried down and...raped. Repeatedly by Ares.
Not long after she had been rescued by Bellona, Athena and Hermes. They had helped her to hospital and had arrested Ares and Hera.
After she had been checked out with her wounds sealed leaving faint scars. She was called to Council where Ares and Hera were put on trial. They had been banished to live life as mortal babies too they earned Elysium. If they didn't they would just be dead.
Artemis had slowly started to take her life back, getting back in control off her life was hard enough when she found out she was pregnant. She had been so shocked she had fainted. To wake up in the hospital on Olympus with Athena, Hestia and Hermes with her looking at her with compassionate eyes.
Asclepius told her she was pregnant with twins. And asked her what she would do. Artemis would never kill an innocent baby and told him she would keep them. But she didn't want Ares DNA in her babies. She went to Hecate and with their combined domains found out to take Ares DNA away you needed to add another males DNA.
So Hecate told Artemis to think on it. And think about who she wanted to choose.
Artemis did think. She didn't trust any males at the moment. But she did trust only one male. Her brother. So she told Hecate she wanted the other half of her babies DNA to be Apollo's.
The spell had exhausted her but she was happier now she wasn't expecting Ares's children. Only people on Olympus knew she was pregnant. She had used the Mist to cover her stomach when she was with her Hunters.
All she wanted was her brother to come back. But as she watched over him he still was far from completing his quest.
She had sent him aid when she could. And answered the prophecy that called her to him. She healed him. She so desperately wanted him back and maybe a hug and reassurance but Zeus called her back.
These last few months she had gotten closer with Persephone, Amphitrite, Ariadne, Hecate and Bellona who all got places on the Council. She also got closer to Aphrodite and Demeter. She was able to just tolerate Hermes, Hephaestus, Zeus, Poseidon and Hades as men that wouldn't hurt her. As well as Karmanor, Thanatos and Janus who also got places on the Council.
Now she was heavily pregnant in her Temple. Getting ready for her twins to be born. She was determined NOT to give birth without Apollo.
"Artemis you have to be sensible...", Athena starts
"I am NOT giving birth without Apollo. These babies are staying in my womb to he returns Athena", Artemis growling
"He might not...", Athena starts
"He WILL be! I know it!" Artemis argues
Athena sighs, "Alright Artemis I won't fight you in this condition. So why don't we do the babies room?"
Artemis had made a bedroom for her twins. As they would be staying in a room together as the bond between twins were strong. If the bond was strong enough they would have a mental connection and their own secret language only they could understand.
She wanted her babies to have that as she did with her own twin Apollo. But their mental connection was muted right now thanks to their father. Not that she minded. Apollo shouldn't hear her thoughts right now and from her experiences these many months they had been separated.
The bedroom was decorated in pale greens, browns, silvers and whites. With a mural of trees and a moon, sun and stars. She had a rocking crib that was gifted from Hephaestus and Aphrodite. Hephaestus having made it himself. It was beautiful. With hand crafted cravings of moons and suns. Perfect for children of the Moon and Sun.
"Yes I still need to sort out the baby shower gifts", Artemis replies
She waddles towards the room with Athena, Hestia, Aphrodite, Persephone, Amphitrite, Demeter and Hecate with her.
She had gotten lots off baby gifts. Toys, Clothes, and other supplies. Everyone had been really generous to her, a Goddess who never expected today be a mother. Many had given her tips on how to handle babies. Especially Godlings.
"So what is your birth plan again?" Persephone asks as they sort through clothes and toys
"Apollo will be delivering my babies", Artemis tells them
"What if he is not here?" Amphitrite asks
"He a WILL be", Artemis replies with conviction
"Who else will be with you?" Hestia asks changing subject to avoid a fight.
"You Auntie and Athena. Plus Thalia. You can keep me calm when I panic. And you Athena have a cool head under pressure", Artemis replies
"So you not going to have Asclepius or Epione or Eileithyia or Hygieia or any other healing deity's?" Hecate asks curiously
"No. I can't trust them. After what happened to me. I barely can get Asclepius to look at me without panicking", Artemis replies shuddering and touching her scared cheek.
Hestia puts a hand on Artemis's arm and sends her warmth and safety feelings like she always did when Artemis panics or trying to touch someone.
Artemis sighs as she feels safe. Knowing it came from Hestia as she was the only one at the moment that could make her feel like that. She hoped Apollo would be another that could help her feel safe. After all he was her twin and protector. So it made since he would make her feel safe and secure.
"Let's get back to these clothes", Demeter suggests
"Good idea", Artemis replies turning her attention to the pile of baby clothes
A week passed and Artemis was getting nervous that she would go into labour without her brother. She was using her powers over childbirth to slow down her pregnancy so she wouldn't go into labour even though she was many, many days overdue.
She was talking to Athena when Hermes flashes into her temple making Artemis jump in fright.
"Hermes! You scared me and in my condition that could be dangerous", Artemis scolds him
"Sorry Sis", Hermes apologises looking sheepish
Artemis wasn't even going to comment on the 'Sis' comment. That was normally reserved for Apollo.
"Why are you here?" Athena asks
"That IS a good question", Artemis adds
"Apollo's quest is coming to an end. Father has called the Council to him to watch the last battle with Nero and the Python", Hermes informs them
Artemis's eyes brighten. Her brother would probably be home within hours and given back his Godhood!
"Lets go then!" Artemis explains trying to get up from her chair
"Need help?" Hermes asks gently
Artemis glares at her half-brother but sighs in defeat and nods. Hermes holds out his hands letting Artemis make the decision to take them
Artemis takes a deep breath and takes his hands and he gently pulls her to her feet. After she is up she immediately let's go of Hermes hands.
"Let's get going. I'm not as fast as I used to be", Artemis tells them slowly making her way to the door of her temple
They start to walk through Olympus. Athena and Hermes on either side of her. Artemis wished she could still flash travel but she was forbidden to do so since she was such heavily pregnant and could go into labour at any time.
They finally make it too the throne room. Everyone was already their but them.
"About time", Janus grumbles
Artemis glares at him. Wanting to throw her hunting knives at him.
"I am heavily pregnant Janus", Artemis growls moving to her throne
She sits in it with a sigh of relief to get off her feet. But a throne was really that comfortable.
"How are you daughter?" Zeus asks
Everyone had noticed the change in Zeus to Artemis since she was taken, abused and raped. He now acted like a father.
"How do you think I am?" Artemis growls, "I am tired, my feet hurt and so does my back. My throne is not exactly the most comfortable place to seat and my brother is not here. And I am as big as a house!"
The Council wince. They had ALL been on the bad side of her mood swings these last few months. Who knew that the Moon Goddess would be so hormonal being pregnant? Many had lost count how many times Artemis had drawn her hunting knives and throwing them at mainly Hermes and Dionysus. And sometimes Janus and Thanatos.
Zeus coughs awkwardly, "Well daughter Apollo's quest is nearing its end. Hecate show us the battle ground"
Hecate nods and waves her hands and Camp Half-Blood is shown. They see the demigods waiting in line with the Hunters and Romans standing with the Greeks.
Artemis saw her brother. He looked nervous but determined. And his friend Meg was by his side. Well friend was not the word Artemis would use. As she felt true love through the muffled bond she had with Apollo. Artemis hoped Apollo would wise up and see that he loved Meg and that she loved him.
Soon the Council saw the army of monsters and Soldiers approaching. And soon the fight begin. Artemis gripped her throne tight as she sees the Python in the Army. Oh how she wished she could help Apollo with IT. But besides from being forbidden to do so. She was heavily pregnant. And NONE of her family would allow her to fight in this condition.
She winced in sympathy when Apollo got hit by the Python or Nero. She gasped when the Python knocked Apollo down. She fought he might get killed but Meg and Thalia come to his rescue distracting the Python.
It took the three of them to take IT down. Then Apollo and Meg duelled Nero. Artemis waiting holding her breath to see Apollo end this.
Finally after what seemed like an eternity to Artemis, Meg shoves her sword into Nero's gut as Apollo places a well shot arrow to Nero's chest.
The Gods watch as Nero falls to the ground dead. And his army begins to crumble. All the Gods were relieved to see the threat to them was finally over and Apollo had completed his quest finally after a year and a half.
"Finally", Artemis sighs in relief before she winces as she feels a twinge in her back.
"I am going to tell Chiron to bring our Heros here. Is everyone in agreement?", Zeus asks
Everyone nods in a unanimous decision. Artemis hoped they wouldn't be too long in getting to Olympus...
2 hours later
The Council had waited two hours for the demigods to arrive. It took so long because some of the demigods needed healing.
Artemis had manipulated the must to hide her stomach and her scars. She knew she wouldn't be able to hold it long.
Apollo was nervous as they approached the Throne room. He was wondering if he had done enough to be granted his Godhood back. But then again could he really abandon Meg? He admitted he felt move then sibling love for her. But he didn't know how to go about telling her.
Maybe his sister could help him. But he doubted it. But speaking off Artemis he was excited for seeing her again. He hadn't seen her in five months. Five months since the battle in New Rome. Five months since Jason died. He couldn't believe how much time had passed.
They were let into the Throne room shocked to see the Council bigger then before in numbers and the fact that Hera and Ares were missing was noticeable.
Apollo looked for his sister to see her sitting on her throne next to Hestia. But he sensed something wasn't right with her. But she DID look at him relief.
"Where are Hera and Ares?" Meg asks just knowing they were missing
The demigods were surprised when some of the Gods hissed at the names and Artemis noticeably cringe.
"They have been banished", Poseidon tells them his eyes showing them conflicting emotions.
Gasps game from the demigods. What on earth did Hera and Ares do?
"As you can see we have added members to our council. They are FULL time members, who can vote on decisions", Zeus explains to them.
Apollo didn't understand how Amphitrite, Persephone, Ariadne, Karmanor, Thanatos, Bellona, Janus, and Hecate could have gotten on the Council.
"On to the matter at hand. Demigods you have done very well. Very well indeed", Zeus says turning the conversation away from the topic off Ares and his wife.
Apollo was confused still. Was he getting his Godhood back? He looked at his sister for a clue but sees her acting strange.
"For your services demigods you will be rewarded", Zeus tells them
"Umm Father can we speed this up with giving Apollo his Godhood?"
The demigods were surprised to hear Artemis interrupting the King of the Gods. All eyes were on Artemis.
"I kind of need this to hurry up. I might be needing his skills soon", Artemis adds looking Zeus in the eye to convey a message.
"It is time daughter?" Zeus asks Artemis to the confusion of the demigods
"Yes", Artemis breaths
Hermes bursts into laughter.
"Only you Sis! Ha Uncle P you owe he 100 drachmas! And you too Uncle H!" Hermes says laughing
This confused the demigods. But what always confused them was Artemis growling at Hermes.
"You bet on THIS!" Artemis growls
"Yep!" Hermes replies cheerfully
"I can't accept Godhood without Meg...", Apollo starts
"Apollo...", Artemis growls
Apollo looks at her confused.
"Just get you bloody Godhood back and later I'll make sure Meg gets it too!" Artemis growls at him wincing
Apollo was now VERY confused. What did his sister mean? And why would she agree to make Meg a Goddess?
"Apollo step forward to be given your Godhood back post haste", Zeus announces to everyone but the Council's surprise.
Apollo nervously steps forward feeling in his heart that he must do this.
"Artemis are you up to have your power in the ritual? Or should I send for another God?" Zeus asks concerned
This was really starting to confuse the demigods.
"I will be", Artemis grimaces holding out her hand
She appeared to be struggling to sit up.
Zeus nods and all the Gods hold out their hands and chant. Soon Apollo feels power flood back into him. All his domains he could now access. His awkward mortal body disappeared to be replaced by his immortal one.
But he didn't care because he remembered a promise.
"Father about the Minor Gods and Demigods...", Apollo starts
But suddenly a power surge comes from Artemis's direction as she gasps. Everyone turned to her the demigods and Apollo frozen seeing her as she truly was. As the Mist shattered around her.
Her right cheek was faintly scared. And their appeared to be blood leaking down her throne. But the bigger shock was to see Artemis's HUGE stomach obviously swollen with child.
"Arty?" Apollo asks shocked
"My Lady your...", Thalia starts but leaves it hanging
"Yes I am OBVIOUSLY pregnant. Yes I'm in labour. And YES my waters just broke", Artemis tells them with a small growl.
Apollo's eyes widen and he faints.
"Ha! You owe me 50 drachmas Hermes", Aphrodite states
Hermes scowls at Aphrodite.
"Oh for Zeus's sake!" Artemis screeches
