Oliver Queen was dressed in his Green Arrow costume and was waiting for one of the thugs in the Glades to do a drug deal to happen then Felicity reached him thru the comms and told him come back to the Arrowcave. Oliver came out of the changing chamber in the base of his operations and said whats going on Felicity so she turnd on the News and it said Millonare Bruce Wayne back in Gotham City and he said I havent seen Bruce since before i left on the Queens Gambit so he called Wayne Manor and he heard Wayne Manor may i know who im talking to so he said Oliver Queen and he said is that you Alfred and the old butler said yes i havent seen you since you and Master Bruce were kids and Oliver said may i talk to Bruce and Alfred said hes not here right now but ill make sure hell call you back
