Beach Bar Celebration Part 2
Yes my friends and family of Fanfiction! I am back with chapter 17 and part 2 of the beach bar celebration! So as we witnessed before, Martin and Douglas' romance has begun, we have had several great songs performed, and now it is the blue spix's macaw family's turn! So let's get straight to it!
Blu, Jewel and their daughter Bia stood on the front of the stage together, and prepared themselves for the song. Bia was quite nervous, but having her parents by her side made her a little more comfortable.
"You ready sweetie?" Blu whispered to his daughter as she nodded her head and smiled at him. "Good girl! Let's do this!"
"Erm…she's not a dog Blu!" Jewel snapped at him in a low whisper as the song was about to start.
"Yes I know!" Blu responded quickly, before Kipo pressed play on the karaoke machine.

Blu and Jewel both looked at each other dreamily with so much love. Then they began leaning in towards each other and passionately kissed each other on the stage.
Bia rolled her eyes at her parents and groaned slightly. "Ewww mommy! Daddy! You're kissing in front of everyone!"
"We know, and it was beautiful!" Jewel replied happily after separating from the kiss. She grasped Blu's wing and placed a wing on Bia's shoulder. The three of them took a bow and exited the stage. Bia went back over to Rafael, and her parents went over to Tanya and Nightfly.
The toucan clapped his wings together and praised the young chick's performance.
"Wow Bia! I didn't know you could sing like that? That was incredible!" Rafael praised her while giving her a little pat on the back.
"I was so nervous at first…but mommy and daddy helped me through it! To be completely honest I surprised myself!" Bia responded very excitedly as she nuzzled her head into his belly.
Over by the dance floor, Nightfly slightly hugged Jewel with his injured wing. "That was brilliant! Really great performance!"
"Yeah you guys looked so cute up there together as a family!" Tanya beamed as she slowly turned towards her boyfriend who immediately went wide eyed and gulped nervously. "We should start a family some day, don't you think honey?"
"Erm…I mean….y-y-yeah? We c-c-could t-talk about that?" The blue male responded nervously as he began stuttering. Making Blu and Jewel chuckle at how nervous he was getting.
"Well as long as you don't get freaked out like my husband did! When I told him I was pregnant he fainted!" Jewel giggled as she nuzzled her head against Blu's shoulder.
"For the last time Jewel, I didn't eat that day!" Blu tried to defend himself, but Jewel knew that he was obviously making up some stupid excuse.
"Oh I'm sorry Bluey! I forgot!" She giggled again, making Blu blush in embarrassment.
"Hey Blu? Can I talk to you for a second?" Nightfly asked him innocently as he starting making his way towards the sea. Blu shrugged his shoulders in confusion and decided to follow his friend.
"What do you think that was about?" Tanya wondered while staring at the two blue males in curiosity. Jewel didn't know either and nudged her slightly.
"I don't know, maybe it's a guy problem that Nightfly has? It's best to leave them to it! Let's go to the bar!" Jewel beamed in response as she put a wing round her friend's shoulder and ushered her to the bar.
Nightfly sat down on the shore, only a few metres away from the ocean and looked up at his friend with teary eyes.
"Please…sit with me Blu!" The blue macaw softly spoke to him while patting the spot next to him with his wing.
"Yes yes of course!" Blu immediately sat down next to his friend. The two of them sighed heavily and gazed at the beautiful sparkling ocean.
"Blu…I can't thank you enough for what you did today! You saved my life!" Nightfly started with a soft tone.
"Of course I would! Why wouldn't I?" Blu tilted his head to the side in confusion.
"I don't know? I guess I thought you'd rather save your family and as many of our friends as you could! I didn't think you would come back for me!"
"Nightfly…You know how crazy you sound?!" Blu turned to his friend and wiped away the tears from his eyes and looked him dead in the eye. "You saved us from the flames a few months ago if I remember correctly? And you also managed our team that beat The Jongo Club! So really…you have just as much as importance as anyone! You are like family to me!" Blu responded in a calm and relaxing tone as he rubbed his friend on his shoulder.
Nightfly's smile widened and he gave his friend a slight friendly hug. "Thank you…brother!"
"Did he just call me brother?" Blu thought to himself as he continued to hug one of his best friends.
"Yo! Gay birds! Siax and Alex are about to sing their song now!" Pedro shouted to the two blue macaws who turned to face him with angry glares.
"Thanks dog shit face!" Blu retorted back in a evil manner. This made everyone on the beach laugh out loud at the cardinal who started shaking angrily. Bia had her ears covered by Rafael as he knew that this would turn ugly.
"You're welcome goose fucker!"
"No problemo fat boy!"
"HEY! THAT'S TOO FAR!"
"NO! YOU WENT TOO…"
"WILL YOU TWO SHUT THE HELL UP!" Zara screamed out of impatience, cutting them both off. She slapped Pedro across the face and then flew over to Blu to give him a slap. "Both of you need to grow up! You both took it way too far!"
Pedro groaned in defeat as he walked up to one of his best friends and shook wings with him. "Sorry Blu! I took it a bit too far, didn't I?"
"That's ok dude, we both took it too far!" Blu smiled warmly at the cardinal and let go of his wing. "Now…let's all get to the dance floor and get ready for Alex and Siax's song! I can't wait to hear what they've got planned to sing!"
Nightfly gradually lifted himself back onto his feet, and Blu decided to help him over to where their respective partners were. They were both sitting on the floor…but for some reason they kept fidgeting.
"Honey? What's wrong with you?" Blu asked his wife, giving her a concerning look on his face.
"Oh…there you are…m-my guy! I've been searching for you!" Jewel slurred while trying to get up, but only to fall on her back again. Tanya started laughing hysterically while kicking her talons up in the air. Jewel giggled as well while she slowly attempted to sit up straight.
"Tanya? Are you two drunk?" Nightfly wondered while raising a curious eyebrow.
"Noooooo?" She giggled while covering her beak with her wing. She again decided to burst into laughter and started rolling around on the sand.
"Oh for the love of samba! You couldn't even stay sober for our song? We are supposed to be singing next after Alex and Siax!" Nightfly spoke disappointingly, while trying to get his girlfriend to sit up straight.
"Nightfly honey…I can still sing! I'll just need to be…held up!"
"Yeah! By your big blue ass!" Jewel sneakily muttered to her. Making both females burst into laughter again. Making both Blu and Nightfly sigh in disappointment as well as a little bit of annoyance.
"What am I going to do Blu? I can't sing with her if she's this drunk?" He asked his friend, while looking at their intoxicated partners.
"Then don't sing with her. It's ok if you guys miss one night isn't it? When we get back to Rio, we can set up another karaoke night and you can go first?" Blu replied as he sat next to his wife, who cuddled her head into his chest.
"Fine! Just as long as Tanya is sober!" He responded seriously as he sat next to his girlfriend to try and calm her down. "Come on sweetie! Let's enjoy the song!"
"Alright baby…whatever…you…want! Muah!" She seductively whispered to him while rubbing his chest with her wings.
"Hehe Yeah…Let's just enjoy the song!" He closed his eyes as he enjoyed this moment. But he tried not to think about anything that would turn him on at this point.
Kipo grabbed the mic and got ready to announce the final song of the night! He got told by Zara that Tanya was too drunk to perform the last song. So this would be the last song of the night.
"Alright ladies and gentlemen! Get ready for the last song of the night! Alex and Siax are going to be singing…with Nico and Violet as well! The song is…You Are The Reason!"
"Nico and Violet as well? This should be interesting!" Malcom pointed out as he rested up against a rock with Chloe and Peter next to him.

As the song made its final conclusion, everyone had tears in their eyes as they cheered with great emotion.
"OH MY GOD! THAT WAS AMAZING! WHOOP WHOOP!" Jewel cheered while slurring. She whistled a few times before falling into Blu who chuckled with amusement.
"GREAT SONG GUYS!" Jameson cheered while sticking one of his wingtips up as a thumbs up.
"That was so beautiful! Don't you agree?" Martín said to Douglas, but he didn't see his face because he had tears streaming down his cheeks. "Douglas darling? Are you ok?"
"Yep…don't worry Martin sweetie! I'm all good! That was just…so beautiful!" The military macaw male responded while waving both wings in front of his eyes.
"That was incredible! They all have beautiful singing voices uncle Rafi!" Bia chirped cutely while cheering for them.
"They were incredible! I think that's the most beautiful singing I've ever heard in a while!" The toucan male responded with a smile while stroking her head feathers slightly.
"Ladies and gentlemen! How about that?! That was amazing from Alex, Siax, Nico and Violet!" Kipo shouted in the mic with awe as the audience of birds stood on their talons and clapped together in a thunderous manner.
"Thank you guys!" Alex commented as the four of them took a bow and made their way towards the centre of the beach.
"Guys that was unreal! You nailed that song perfectly! CAW!" Pedro beamed happily as he did his little love squawk which made the others laugh.
"Yeah, you guys were fantastic! Great job guys!" The blue jay pointed out while sharing the same excitement as her boyfriend.
"Well done to all of you! That was by far the best performance of the night!" Jameson praised them, giving all four of them a warm hug.
"Thanks Jameson! I'm surprised you didn't get up there and sing? You have a good singing voice!" Violet responded while the four of them blushed in embarrassment.
"I'd rather be an observer! Maybe one day I'll get up on that stage! I'm not exactly ready for that kind of commitment yet!" The black owl responded while twiddling his wingtips nervously.
"Well…since we are all still up? Why don't we play a few drinking games!" Michael suggested, clapping his wings together. But this made Blu and Nightfly look at their partners who were currently feeling quite sick.
"I don't know…Jewel and Tanya are already throwing up in the bushes over there! I think they've had enough for one night!" Blu pointed out, while looking at his wife and friend with concern.
"Oh my god…I think I…I think…ackkkk!" Tanya spoke to herself quite loudly before throwing up again.
"Why won't we stop…vomiting? Blahhh!" Jewel responded while throwing up again.
Both blue males looked at each other and sighed deeply, because they weren't exactly sure on what to do at this point.
"Oh come on? They don't have to join in! Besides…If they are throwing up the alcohol, all they need to do is drink water! Then they are good to go!"
"Do you know anything about getting rid of alcohol properly? Throwing up and then drinking again is dangerous!"
"Not for me! I do it all the time! Look at me? I'm still fine!" Michael responded cockily while turning around like a runway model.
"Well…I suppose they could just drink water?" Nightfly pointed out while his girlfriend came walking back to him, rubbing her head. "Feeling better honey?" The blue macaw smiled at his partner as she groaned in annoyance.
"A little…I think I got most of it out of my system! Jewel is still going though, because I think she drank more than me!" The hyacinth female groaned in pain while rubbing her chest. "Leona, do you have anything in your bar to get rid of the taste in my beak?"
"I think I might have some mints that I took from a human café! Be back in a sec!" Leona replied with a smile before flying to her bar to find the mints.
Tanya looked back over to her boyfriend who rose his eyebrow at her, smirking in the process. "Oh come on sweetie! Don't look at me like that!"
"You and I missed our song, because you got way too drunk! Why can't I find that amusing to say the least?" The blue male chuckled, pulling his girlfriend towards him. Only to slightly push her away again. "Alright, you need to sort your breath out first!"
"I got the mints!" The blue couple turned back around to face Leona who gave her a couple of mints. "Only two should be enough! Don't swallow them straight away, because you have to suck on them to get the minty flavour!"
"Alright, thanks Leona!"
"No problem Tanya!" The hyacinth females smiled at each other for a brief moment, but then Peter and Sandro called everyone to the centre of the beach to start playing their drinking game.
"Come on everyone! This will be great!" Sandro beamed as he placed drinks around for everyone, as they all sat in a circle and got ready to play.
Most of them were alcoholic drinks, but Tanya and Jewel had water. Rafael didn't join in because he suggested to the others that he would take Bia back to the hollow and he would keep an eye on her.
"Alright lovebirds! I'm going to take this little one to bed, so I'll see you all later on in the morning!"
Jewel made her way over to Leona who gave her a few mints for her breath. She then sat down next to her husband after saying goodnight to Rafael and Bia. "Night Rafi! And goodnight to you my special little angel!"
"Goodnight Rafi! Thanks for all your help tonight!" Blu thanked his best friend as he gave him a fist bump before the toucan picked up the sleeping Bia and made his way back to Sandro's hollow. "You don't mind do you Sandro?"
"Not at all my friend! It's the least I could do for you helping me!" The military macaw male happily spoke while patting his friend on the shoulder. "Anyway! Let's begin the game! What should we play first?"
"How about…Never have I ever? I liked that game!" Siax suggested as everyone but Blu and Nightfly nodded their heads in agreement.
"This is going to be a disaster!" Blu thought to himself out loud as he put a wing around his wife who slowly drank her glass of water.
"Tell me about it!" Nightfly whispered to him as Tanya started giggling at how nervously they both sounded.
"Oh relax! What's the worst thing that could happen?" Tanya pointed out as Sandro immediately shot his wing up in the air.
"Alright! I'll go first!" Sandro beamed as he placed a wingtip on his chin to think. But then he thought of something easy that would annoy a certain member of the group. "Never have I ever…ate a piece of dog shit!"
"HEY!" Pedro retorted in annoyance as he took a sip from his drink while the others burst into laughter. "Very funny Sandro!"
"Thank you very much! Who's turn is it next?"
"Ohhh I'll go! I'll go!" Leona raised her wing up in the air, as she too began to think of something to say. "Never have I ever…got caught pleasuring themselves!"
Everyone looked at each other unsurely. But then Pedro, Malcom, Blu, Tanya and Kipo took sips from their drinks.
"You guys! Seriously?" The hyacinth female giggled as the others who drank just started blushing very nervously.
"My turn! My turn!" Siax excitedly beamed as she immediately thought of the perfect one. "Never have I ever…accidentally climaxed too early?"
"God damnit!" Blu cursed as he took another sip from his drink, but when he looked around at everyone else…nobody drank. "Seriously?! I'm the only one!"
Malcom and Pedro burst into laughter as they rolled on the sand in tears of laughing so much. Making Blu very embarrassed, while Jewel felt very angry.
"HEY! I thought it was cute!" Jewel shouted at the others with anger in her tone. Both of them immediately stopped laughing as Jewel kissed Blu on his beak. "I love you Blu!"
"I love you too Jewel, more than life itself!" Blu responded dreamily, as he leaned in and kissed his wife again passionately.
"What exactly does she see in him?" Malcom whispered to Kipo, who only shrugged his shoulders in defeat.
"If it makes you feel any better, me and Pedro lasted three minutes?" Zara tried to make the blue male feel better, but all it did was make her partner gasp in horror.
"You only lasted three minutes? THAT'S HILARIOUS!" Michael burst into laughter while hugging Kipo who laughed as much as he did.
"Well we are smaller birds guys!" Pedro retorted while placing a wing around his girlfriend.
"Good point Zara! Alex? You got one ready?" The spoonbill asked the snowy owl male, who tried to think of the perfect one to say.
"Alright…Never have I ever, crapped themselves during sex?" The snowy owl smirked at his good friend Nightfly who started groaning in annoyance.
"OH FOR THE LOVE OF SAMBA!" Nightfly angrily shouted while taking a sip from his drink. "You told him didn't you Pedro?!"
"Hahahaha! Sorry bro! I couldn't resist!" Pedro laughed out loud, before receiving a mouthful of sand from Malcom. "AHH AHHH Ewwww! Get it off my tongue!"
"Thank you Malcom!"
"No problem buddy!" The scarlet macaw male replied while rolling his eyes at the cardinal who continued scraping the sand off his tongue.
"My turn!" Jewel beamed excitedly as she tried to think of something funny to say to them! But then again…she was still a bit dizzy from earlier so she could say anything. "Never have I ever…kissed a bird passionately of the opposite sex!"
Once again, everyone looked at each other with slight grins on their faces. However Blu and Nightfly were particularly shocked when they saw Jewel, Tanya, Zara, Leona and of course Martin drinking from their drinks.
"DETAILS!" Pedro screamed impatiently while drooling on the floor like some sick perverted maniac.
"Typical boys! Always wanting to hear what happens between two females kissing! Makes me sick!" Siax grumbled to Alex who nodded his head in agreement.
"If you must know Pedro! When Blu and Nightfly were talking on the beach, me and Jewel went to the bar to have a few drinks. We were debating on who was the better kisser. We let Leona judge us! Jewel won…which I still think was a fix! But then Zara caught us and I wanted a second opinion! Jewel still won! Am I not a good kisser or something?" Tanya whined while looking at her boyfriend with an annoyed glare.
"You're a wonderful kisser Tanya! Best kiss I've ever had!" The blue male responded dreamily as he leaned in and gave her a kiss on the beak.
"Well now that's out of the way! Kipo! You're up!" Sandro raised his glass towards the spoonbill, who immediately knew what to say.
"Never have I ever…ate food off another bird?" The spoonbill randomly said, to which Blu, Jewel, Pedro, Malcom and Zara drank.
"That's an easy one! I ate blueberries off of Jewel!" Blu blurted out to the group, making Jewel blush a bright red.
"Alright smart boy! You pick a harder one where nobody will drink!" Kipo retorted while crossing his wings. He clearly thought that there was no way Blu could get nobody to drink.
"No problem! Never have I ever…been in a relationship before your current relationship?" The blue macaw smugly said while smirking at the other birds.
Nobody drank from their glasses, everyone just looked around and saw that nobody drank their drinks. Or so they thought…
Jewel was the one bird who took a sneaky sip from her drink while the others didn't notice. But what she didn't know was that her husband caught her, but he dared not to mention anything to the others.
"Jewel…why did you drink?" He raised his eyebrow at her when he saw her starting to look nervous. "Something you wanna tell me?"
"Oh…I was erm…trying to get this water down me! My headache is starting to kick in!" She lies while drinking the rest of her water in an instant.
"Oh, are you feeling unwell? Do you want to go back to the hollow?" Blu replied in concern for his wife.
"Yes! Absolutely…I mean…yeah! I'm feeling quite tired! We got a long flight tomorrow back to Rio! I'll meet you there ok? Goodnight Bluey!" Jewel gave her husband a quick kiss on the beak and flapped her wings to make her way towards Sandro's hollow.
"Well…that was weird?" Blu spoke to himself as he watched his wife depart from the beach.
"What was weird Blu?" The blue male turned around to face Alex as he stood there with a curious eyebrow raised.
"I don't know? Jewel was acting weird after what I said during the game. I'm sure it's nothing though!"
"You sure? Even I must admit…she's very attractive! You sure she might not have been…with someone else before she came to Rio?"
"What? No! I mean…she told me she came from the Amazon rainforest. She watched her mother die trying to save her! But I doubt she was with someone else! There's just no way in hell she was!" Blu tried to defend his wife, but in his head he wasn't sure himself.
The snowy owl male patted him on the shoulder and tried to calm him down. "Listen buddy…it's going to be a long journey back to Rio later on in the day! So I suggest we all get some…Hey! Siax? Where did everyone go?"
The female burrowing owl looked around and noticed that everyone except for herself and Malcom weren't there for some reason.
"They all decided to get some rest for the journey tomorrow dude! Don't worry, I'll find us a place to sleep tonight!" Malcom beamed as he was about to take off, but that was when Alex stopped him.
"Actually…I was kind of hoping to have some…privacy? With my girlfriend?" Alex whispered to the scarlet male, making Siax blush and giggle.
"Oh…say no more! Blu, can I stay with you and your family tonight?" Malcom pleaded as he looked him in the eyes. Blu shrugged his shoulders.
"I don't see why not? Sandro's hollow is pretty big! Anyway…goodnight Alex! Night Siax!"
"Night Blu!" The owl couple beamed together, as they made their way to a separate hollow to stay for the night.
Blu and Malcom were weaving in and out of the trees as they made their way back, however Malcom wanted to talk about something to Blu.
"Wait! Slow down for a sec there Blu! You got a minute?" The scarlet male pondered as he landed on a branch a few metres away from Sandro's home.
"Yeah I can spare a minute!" Blu landed next to him with a curious gaze, making Malcom a bit nervous to talk about what was on his mind. "What's up buddy?"
"Blu…I think you need to think more seriously about this Jewel situation!" He started while scratching the back of his head anxiously.
"Oh no…not you too! You don't think that Jewel drank her drink as part of the game do you? I'm sure she was just thirsty!" The blue male defended his wife while looking at the scarlet male unsurely.
"Think about it! I overheard you and Alex talking back there! I know you don't want it to be true…but what if Jewel had a boyfriend before you? You don't know that!"
"Well…I…um…" Blu stuttered unsurely, trying to figure out a good response.
"Look, I'm not trying to be an asshole here! But if I were you…hold onto her and don't let her go! You have no idea what might have happened before she came to Rio! Anyway…goodnight bro! I'll see you later on in the morning!"
"Yeah…night Malcom…" Blu simply responded as the two of them flew off of the branch and made their way inside of the hollow.
Malcom made his way over to the far end of the hollow, and laid down against the wall before drifting off to sleep.
"Wow! Must have been exhausted?" Blu thought to himself as he walked over to Jewel and Bia. He wrapped his wings around them and cuddled them together before falling asleep himself.
The only bird sill awake in the nest was the blue female, who tried and tried to go to sleep. But unfortunately she had too much on her mind to sleep at this point.
"Oh god…I shouldn't have made it so obvious! Anyway it doesn't matter! I love Blu…and nothing is ever going to change that!" Jewel thought to herself, before looking up at her husband dreamily. She closed her eyes, laid her head against his chest, and drifted off to sleep.
Somewhere In Rio…
"Diante! I told you not to move the table from the far end of the club to the centre! Nico will be pissed off at you for that!" Raul groaned in annoyance while sweeping up the club.
"Sorry cousin! I moved it because there was that blind couple that came in here earlier in the day! How does a bird blind themselves anyway?" The white hawk male replied while replenishing their stock for the next day.
"I don't know! Maybe they were staring at the sun and…" BANG! The two white hawks immediately turned their attention towards the door to see what looked like a male macaw standing in the doorway. "Sorry! We are closed for the night!"
"Excuse me? Sorry to bother you guys but…I was told this is the best place to go to for help?" The male bird spoke to them in a panicked tone while frantically darting his head around the club.
"It's alright sir! We are closed for the night, but what can we do to help?" Diante replied while putting down the human toothbrush that he was using as a broom.
"You guys wouldn't happen to know a…blue spix's macaw around here would you?"
"Well, we know three actually!"
"THREE?! WHERE ARE THEY?!" The bird shouted excitedly as he walked up to the hawks with pleading eyes. "I have to know where they are! I'm a blue spix's macaw too! Plus I came here with a friend who is also a blue spix's macaw!"
"Wow! So there's more of you in existence?" Raul asked as he approached the blue male.
"Actually…we are the only other two who made it out of the Amazon alive! But, if you see any of those blue macaws, please come and find me! We'll be staying at a hollow that's not too far from here, ok?" The bird responded sadly at first, but then hopeful as he left the club in an instant. Making Raul and Diante very confused.
"Who the bloody hell was that?" Raul asked his cousin unsurely, as he shrugged his shoulders in return.
"I have no idea! But if he comes in here on a Friday night…ow! The girls will be all over him!" Diante simply responded as he locked the club doors and went to his room.
Now…who could that be? You didn't think I'd end a chapter without another cliffhanger did you? Well I'm sorry ladies and gentlemen, but for now my lips are sealed!
