The Old Spencer Mansion is an abandoned mansion owned by Lord Oswell E. Spencer that had until recently had been the home of said aristocratic British billionaire. After his forced retirement, Lord Spencer up and left for Salazar Castle, a remote castle in Spain that he acquired after the sudden death of the previous owner Ramon Salazar. This mansion was the last building designed by the famous New York architect George Trevor before he & his daughter Lisa was murdered at the hands of his wife. Currently only the groundsman Spence is said to live on the manor grounds which has fallen into disrepair. It is speculated that Lord Spencer has many secrets hidden inside the mansion and The Hive.

Doctor George Hamilton, a leading doctor employed by Raccoon General Hospital was in his office looking at a patient record. The patient in question was a fisherman. The Fisherman who had been attacked by a giant leech apparently after falling into Victory Lake, the nearby lake within Raccoon Forest. His friend had claimed the fishing rod had been caught on something big in the lake. It dragged him into the water, and the friend claimed that it was the creature looked like a giant leech who had attacked him. The Fisherman's Friend saved him, and he was bought to the hospital. The so-called Giant Leech left The Fisherman in a terrible state. He is disturbed by his colleague, an Indian English man, Doctor Hersh.

He said, "Doctor Lester wants to see you."

"He's back?" Doctor Hamilton asked as the last he heard Albert Lester was spending time with his sick wife.

"He came back this morning." Doctor Hersh. "I think his wife is now under the care of Doctor Greg Mueller as part of his experimental Serum #42 program." Doctor Mueller was an Umbrella Scientist operating from the basement of The Hospital. He oversaw development of new medicines for Umbrella. Doctor Hamilton put down the record and headed off to meet with his boss. He headed past Yoko Suzuki being carried on a stretcher being carried towards the domain of Doctor Mueller by two strange men in black wearing masks. The Undertakers carried her down into the depths of the hospital basement.

Inside the ruins of the Spencer Mansion, a woman with blue eyes jolted awake. She had experienced a strange dream that she could not remember. Only the flash of a sinister looking man in a lab coat was all that she remembered. The only thing she remembered her name, Alice. She sits up and glances around to find herself in the ruins of bedroom. Outside the window was a courtyard and the looming figure of a large mansion house. On the nearby table was a mobile phone. Alice picks it up the phone. It was a text message. It said: You don't remember me my dear Alice, but I assure you that today is the day for our revenge to begin. You will know what to do. I will contact you again soon. She pocketed the phone. Alice changed in an outfit hanging up in what remained of the wardrobe before moving onto explore the remain area. Where she found herself to be what appeared to be a little cottage. A tall looming manor was in the distance. She found nothing in the cottage apart from evidence that a man named Spence lived there. She exited the cottage into a small garden area with appeared to be a kennel. However, it looked like something had broken out of the kennel. A trail of blood headed off into the nearby woods. She thought she heard something in the woods. She called out, "Hello." Growls were heard. Three Dobermans appeared from the tree. These Dobermans however looked feral. They growled forcing Alice to run towards the mansion. She managed to outrun them and soon made to the mansion's back door. It was however locked, so Alice bashed her fists against it in vein. Hoping someone was in there. The door was opened, and three shots were heard. These Dobermans were hit in the heads and killed. Alice looked to her saviour. It was a beautiful Asian woman in a trench coat and sunglasses. She pointed her gun to Alice.

She commanded, "Don't move." She then commanded, "Now put your hands up." Alice complied. "What are you doing here?"

"I don't know." Alice said truthfully. "I Just woke up here."

"I see." The woman said. She did holster her gun. She went over to the dead Dobermans. "Who else is in the house?" She questioned as she studied the dead dogs.

"I don't remember anything." Alice stated. "So, I have no idea." She paused. "In fact, I have no idea where I am."

The woman said, "The old Spencer Mansion. On the edge of Raccoon City. I received a call from my boyfriend John who noticed something with groundsman Spence and his four dogs. Oh, that reminds me. I am Ada Wong. FBI Agent."

"Alice." Alice said. "That is all I know." Their conversation was then interrupted by a Doberman jumping onto Ada. Ada managed to prevent the Doberman from biting her but it was relentless. Acting on instinct, Alex kicked the Doberman. This enraged the monstrous Doberman. It then attacked her. However, Alice managed to dodge its jump expertly before managing to throw the dog into the nearby wall breaking its neck. It died instantly. Ada had a strange look on her face.

She then said, "That was the last one." She exclaimed this dog. "It's just as I thought. Something made them go feral." Alice then heard a faint sound.

She asked, "What is that?"

"What is what?" Ada asked once again having that look on her face.

"Do you hear that?" Alice asked again as the sound grew closer. A police helicopter with RCPD on the side flew overhead. It seemed to land on top of the old mansion. "You call for back up?"

Ada said slightly worried, "No. I did not."

Elsewhere deep in The Hive inside a large room were multiple pods surrounding a larger glass tank containing a large bald humanoid in a trench coat. Some machinery started booting up with Tyrant R Activation Initiated on the screen. Tyrant R smashed his way out of the tank when the bar reached full. He was a giant bald man in a trench coat. A female voice ordered over the intercom, "Destroy all the intruders that are breaching the Hive. They must not stop Operation: Mad Jackal from initialising." Tyrant R exited the room passing the pods which contained men resembling The Undertakers that had been carrying Yoko Suzuki. "And make sure to bring Sherry Birkin to me."
