"Rise and shine! Your highness!"
Kopa groaned before turning over on his side as he put his paws over his face.
Tiifu rolled her dark green eyes before trying again. "Kopa! Wake up!"
The tawny lion growled before opening his eyes and looked at the creamy lioness. "What?"
Tiifu rolled her eyes. "Sariel and Desta wants you to meet everyone before you go on patrol."
Kopa growled before standing and stretching. Tiifu starred in awe as his muscles ripped under his fur. "Show the way."
Tiifu shook her head before standing and heading towards the watering hole where the others will be.
The two walked over where all eyes was on them. Soon a creamy-white, black maned lion walked in Tiifu and Kopa's path.
Luis' brown eyes narrowed. "Who are you!"
Tiifu and Kopa didn't get to answer when Asteria walked over.
"Oh pipe down, Luis!" The light beige teen glared at her friend before looking at Kopa and introduced him to everyone there.
Kopa bowed which made Asteria and Tiifu giggle. Luis stood to the side and growled as a teen dark brown lioness rolled her dark purple eyes.
"I believe it's time to see my father and grandfather." the dark brown teen said gently.
"I'll take him!" Tiifu quickly proclaimed standing.
Kopa gave her a charming smile and followed her away. Luis snorted at the retreating forms of Tiifu and Kopa.
"Can you believe him?! Coming in here all high and classy!"
Hunter, Jashua and Kaden shared a look before busting out laughing. Sherise rolled her eyes before turning to see her older twin looking at her.
"What?"
Asteria glared at her dark brown sister. "You and me! Walk!"
Sherise sighed before telling her brother and friends bye before following her sister. The sisters had reached a water hole when Asteria sat and looked at her sister.
"What's your problem with Kopa?"
Sherise glared at the light beige teen. "I just don't like him."
"Why not? Prince Kopa is a nice guy.."
Sherise frowned at her. "I don't have time for guys and he is not my type."
Asteria groaned. "This is the fifth lion you choose to ignore. Will you ever find your type?"
Sherise gasped as she felt tears began to fall."I see. Well is there anyone else that share your concern?"
"Mom. Dad. Grandfather."
Sherise nodded before standing. "Well...I'm sorry to disappoint."
With nothing else said, the dark brown teen ran at full speed away from her sister. Ignoring her calls and pleads, tears fell freely as she ran across the plains.
