There I was in almost a clouded state wearing my green knight outfit sitting on the ground with a sword I've never seen and a shield I've had in every dream in hand next to a beast I refuse to meet who seemed to be frozen in time. But in some way or another all of this felt familiar. A familiar voice called in my mind. "Link your time is coming, it is time for you to return to the time in which you are needed most. Gannon will rise again. The day will come when you are needed and you must prepare. There are countless hours of training you must work through. Time is short, we need you.." I sat silently staring in what felt like haze. The voices in my head refused to go silent.

"Where am I?" I shouted in a panic. I attempted to sit up only to realize my hands and legs were bound. I looked around the room to realize I was covered in rags soaked with dried blood from my chest. I looked around getting my bearings realizing I was in what looked like an old time infirmary from the medieval days.

"Does he not remember who he is?" a female voice said in the darkness.

"It's the potion it will wear off within the next few hours. It's designed to make him forget so he won't remember the operations." a gentleman said as he appeared to leave and close the door behind him.

"Who's there?" I turned my attention in the direction of the voices.

"Probably a blessing in disguise at the moment" the voice said as she made her way closer to me.

She walked closer to me holding what appeared to be a lantern and a small candle. "We don't have much time, hero." She said as she lit the candle and set it on the nightstand across the room. I finally saw a cloaked figure standing next to my bedside. She removed her cloak to where I could see a girl similar age dressed in what appeared to be stealth armor. With a very toned figure. She had very pretty brown with blonde stripes dyed through it. gorgeous brown eyes.

She looked panicked as she didnt know what was to come. She took a moment to breathe and compose herself.

"Sorry about the bindings, we can remove those." She said and with a wave of her hand I could feel the restraints becoming loose. "Just didn't know how your body would react to the potion." she said nervously.

"Where am I? Also who are you?" I finally worked up the courage to say something after the thoughts of her made me choke a bit.

"Hyrule castle. You were hurt in battle so we took you to the infirmary. You're currently in the west wing; the doctors gave you a potion that temporarily fogs your memory but it will return in time. Your wounds should be fully healed at this point so i'll have someone remove the bandages when i get around to it. The war outside has gotten to most of us. We were lucky to find you when we did. The wounds you received were far too great." she said with a worried look in her eye. "You sacrificed yourself to save about 100 men. Takes quite a bit of courage to do such a thing. I couldn't imagine being able to do such a thing. You're a gifted warrior. Sometimes a little clumsy but I'll give it to you. very brave when you are needed to be." she looked puzzled as if trying to figure out what i was thinking.

"Wait who are you?" I said confused still in a haze

"I'll cut straight to the point hero! Listen dawn draws near and time is short. You will rise again hero. But in another time. You must prepare for the worst. You must be ready for Gannon to rise again. He will come and you must be ready!"
