Gwen: "I'm going to apologize to Courtney."

Duncan: "Good luck." Duncan says smiling.

Gwen: "Thanks." She says smiling.

Gwen walks to find Courtney.

Duncan (in his mind): "I hope Gwen can do it. I want Courtney back."

Gwen heads to first class and sees Courtney still crying, but not as much as she was before. She is also alone. Gwen has a nervous look on her face.

Gwen(in her mind): "I really hope I can convince her to give us another chance."

Gwen walks up to Courtney.

Gwen: "Courtney?"

Courtney stops crying and stares at Gwen angrily, scaring her.

Courtney: "Here for another beatdown?"

Gwen: "I'm here to apologize."

Courtney: "I don't forgive you." Courtney says coldly.

Gwen: "Just hear me out. Please." Gwen pleads.

Courtney: "Make it quick."

Gwen: "I'm sorry for kissing Duncan. That was wrong of us. What we did was awful. We feel so bad about that we did. I want you to know that Duncan and I have agreed not to start a relationship."

This shocks Courtney.

Courtney: "What?"

Gwen: "We agreed that starting a relationship would be wrong. I'll admit that I really like Duncan. However, I can't start a relationship this way. I just can't. Also, Duncan still has feelings for you."

Courtney: "He does?"

Gwen: "Yes."

Courtney: "Well, I'm not giving that cheater another chance."

Gwen: "Courtney, Duncan still has feelings for you. He just made a mistake."

Courtney: "Why did he do it then?"

Gwen: "You should probably ask him that. I can have him come here after we are done talking."

Courtney: "You know what? That's a good idea."

Gwen: "I feel really bad about hurting you. I don't want our friendish like relationship to be ruined over this one mistake. Please give me another chance."

Courtney: "Why should I?"

Gwen: "Because I promise never to make this mistake again. If you give me a second chance, you won't regret it."

Courtney thinks for 5 seconds.

Courtney: "You have to earn back my trust."

Gwen: "Absolutely, I will." So, does this mean I get another chance?"

Courtney: "Yes."

Gwen hugs Courtney.

Gwen: "Thank you so much."

Courtney: "Can you send Duncan in?"

Gwen: "Sure, no problem."

Gwen then leaves.

Courtney (in her kind): "I can't believe I gave Gwen a second chance. She better keep her promise. I wonder what Duncan will have to say. As mad as I am at him, I still like him."

Gwen is heading to Duncan.

Gwen (in her mind): "I did it. I got another chance. I won't screw this up again."
