Disclaimer: I do not own Danny Phantom.

AN:I was looking through my old files, trying to kick my self back into writing and I found this one. It had been posted before but was accidentally deleted when I reorganized some stuff.

It's based on a true story.

Playboy

It was Tucker's excited whisper that caught Jack's and Maddie's attention.

"I found this under my Dad's bed. Come on you've got to see this."

Using the back of the couch as a screen for privacy, Danny and Tucker bent to look intently at a magazine. The boys had the magazine open to the centerfold and tilted so they could view the page vertically.

"Woah! Check out the specs on this baby." Tucker whispered almost reverently.

"I bet she's fast." agreed Danny.

"….with the covers off and nothing left to the imagination." Tucker sighed dreamily.

"I guess this is what they mean by 'fully loaded'." Danny speculated.

"Imagine what it would be like to take her home?"

"Give it up, Tuck. She's out of our league."

"I can dream, can't I?" Tucker retorted.

Yes, sneaking illicit copies of Playboy to satisfy natural curiosity was practically a rite of passage but from the uncertain look on her son's face, Danny didn't seem ready for this yet.

"I don't know, Tucker, maybe it's more impressive in real life."

Tucker on the other hand was practically drooling. "Those are some impressive figures."

Jack looked at Maddie and raised an eyebrow.

"Looks like it's time to have "The Talk" she said.

"Come on, Tucker, let's go before my parents remember I'm supposed to be taking out the garbage."

Tucker hastily stuffed the magazine under his backpack and followed Danny.

Jack sighed. "They grow up so fast." He bent to pick up the discarded magazine. Curiously he flipped to the page that had so captured the eleven-year-olds' attention. His brow creased. "…..or maybe not."

He turned the magazine to show his wife a photo of a CPU with the case removed to show the components.

He flipped back to the front cover. PC Magazine.
