It was summer time in Coolsville as the Blakes prepared for the wedding of one of Daphne's sisters.

"No, no, no, no!" George Blake yelled at the workers. "Move the banner over to the net! We are holding a family gathering, not a child's party!"

"Boy, Daddy sure is serious about this whole situation." Dawn remarked.

"Well we can't blame him." Dorothy remarked. "After all, this is a special event and a big milestone for our family. It's not every day one of us gets engaged to an astronaut who played football on the moon."

"Yeah, Donna is pretty lucky." Delilah remarked.

"I just hope Daphne can get her friends under control." Dawn placed her hands on her hips. "After all, mummy and daddy don't think too highly of them."

Meanwhile over at the malt shop, Scooby, Shaggy and Daphne were enjoying some milkshakes and by "enjoying", I meant bored out of their minds.

"So Daphne, you excited for your sister's engagement party?" asked Shaggy.

"Sure, I guess." Daphne twirled her shake with a straw.

"Hey, you keep that up and your shake is gonna be stirred." Shaggy joked.

Daphne only grunted as she continued to twirl her shake with a straw.

It's just that...my sisters are prodigies and they have successful careers." She sighed. "It's not that I don't love them, it's just that I want to be like them and be considered a true Blake. I want to do something extraordinary."

"Like, what's so non-extraordinary about solving mysteries in a green van and unmasking guys in Halloween costumes?" asked Shaggy.

"Yeah." Scooby added.

"Tell that to my parents." Daphne said. "Especially when they're the main driving force in pushing us Blake sisters to achieve."

"And being the youngest in the family, there is a great deal of expectation weighing down on you, Daph." Shaggy interjected.

"Yeah, now I know how Brenda feels." Daphne sighed.

"Don't feel bad, Daph." Shaggy assured her. "Hey, we are going to meet a friend today. Why don't you come along? It might cheer you up."

Daphne sighed before nodding. "Sure, I don't see why not."

Meanwhile, Velma and Marcie were being dropped off at school for some scientific business.

"Well V, this is it." Marcie said.

"Yep, I'm been training for this my whole life, but I got to admit, I'm a little nervous." Velma said.

"How come?" asked Marcie.

"Well, this is a major chance for us, and I hear this guy is very picky about who gets to work with him." Velma explained. "Only the greatest of minds have been chosen, which given where we live, ain't very much."

"Well, I suppose you've got a point." Marcie said. "But relax, we'll be fine."

"I guess you're right." Velma said. "After all, who else gets the chance to present your project to..."

We then cut to the gymnasium, where we see Velma and Marcie sitting alongside Bill, Eric and Gibby in front of their gym teacher and a scientist.

"Professor Kaufman!" said the gym teacher. "These are our greatest scientific minds and they have volunteered to showcase their projects to you for your science thingy."

"My prestigious science summer camp?" Professor Kaufman raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, that." the gym teacher said flatly.

The professor glanced towards the quintet.

"So, I see that you have all enrolled in my camp and want to present your science projects." He said.

"Yes, Professor." Eric nodded. "I just want you to know that I've followed your career my whole life and I have always wanted to-"

"Save it, Eric!" Bill cut Eric off. "If there's going to be one person whose Professor Kaufman's biggest admirer, it's me and only me!"

"Either way, we're all looking forward to whatever challenges you throw at us, Professor." Gabby said as he nervously fidgets with a pen.

"That's good to know!" The Professor proclaimed. "Now, please show me all your projects so I can judge them and determine whose is better. I don't know if you've known, but I'm very picky about who gets to work with me."

"Told ya." Velma whispered to Marcie.

Meanwhile, Shaggy, Scooby and Daphne has arrived in Big City to meet Shaggy and Scooby's friend.

"So guys, what're we doing here in Big City? And where's your friend?" She asked.

"Oh, he's around." Shaggy replied as he glanced at his watch. "In fact, this is where our friend lives."

"Yep, he said for us to meet him at this spot." Scooby looked at his wrist. "Should be here pretty soon."

Before Daphne could further inquire, the trio saw someone lurking in the shadows.

"About now." Shaggy declared as he and Scooby turned towards the source of the noise, prompting Daphne to follow suit.

"Greetings, fellow heroes!" said the source.

"Blue Falcon!" Scooby and Shaggy exclaimed.

"Shaggy, Scooby, it's great to see you two." said the Blue Falcon.

"Reporting for duty!" Scooby said as he and his owner saluted.

"Uh, can somebody tell me what the heck is going on?" Daphne tapped Shaggy on his shoulder. "Who is this guy? And why is he dressed in a geeky costume? It doesn't look like his color."

"Allow us to introduce the Blue Falcon, Daphne." Shaggy proclaimed as he and Scooby gestured towards BF. "The latest greatest superhero around. Successor of the Blue Scarab."

"Greetings, young Daphne." Blue Falcon reached out his hand.

"Greetings, Blue Falcon." Daphne shook BF's hand. "So, why did you call us here?"

"Well, it seems there is a series of robberies going on here in town and since you kids know about catching bad guys and solving mysteries, I figured you could help me catch them." the Falcon explained. "After all, I wouldn't be a superhero if it wasn't for you two."

"Right." Daphne nodded. "So where's the latest place that was robbed?"

"Well, apparently, a convenience store down on Argyle Street was ransacked and the crooks just mugged a man who was walking by." BF informed them. "I need to know where they're headed next."

"Then, we need to head over to the convenience store to search for clues." Daphne suggested.

"Well gang, looks like we have a mystery on our hands." Daphne proclaimed.

"Don't you dare do that again!" Blue Falcon barked. "Well gang, looks like we have a mystery on our hands."

"you got it, BF!" The boys saluted.

"Oh boy." Daphne rolled her eyes.
