Talking to Cana and Mirajane had been a big help. The two had easily connected the dots and figured out what had happened pretty quickly, having been Laxus' fuck buddies. Mirajane knew just how she left, Laxus having dumped her once she lost her bad girl personal after Lisanna's death. The silver haired woman confessing that she had too had loved him. And although they wanted to find Laxus and destroy him, both women agreed to leave him be at her behest.
"Laxus isn't worth you tears, Lucy. He's an idiot for not seeing how amazing you are. Don't worry, the pain will get better in time." Mirajane comforted.
"If anything, he doesn't deserve you. You can do better than him! Cana said, for once being sober.
They had spent the night with Lucy, eating ice cream and watching silly cartoon movies with her. They willingly lent her their chests to cry on and all three ended up snuggling together on the living room floor, Lucy right in the middle.
