A Week Later – Washington DC

"This is the biggest match of my career this Sunday at Wrestlemania. But Brock what you don't understand it is also the biggest match of your career. Because after Wrestlemania everything changes for you. You can't just waltz in here push people around, make demands like the big bully you are, no. What you don't understand man no body wants you here. I don't want you here, the locker room doesn't want you here. These people are sick and tired of Brock Lesnar. Yeah, laugh it up big boy. I know you don't give a damn. You don't give a damn what anybody wants but you. You know what you made a lot of money, you made a hella career outta being Brock Lesnar. Because you're so big, so strong, you're so smart. You are the most decorated athlete in combat sports entertainment history. And me beating you at Wrestlemania it maybe improbable but it is not impossible. This Sunday I am going to beat you. I'm gonna take your title and there's not a damn thing you can do about it!" Seth said standing in the middle of the ring face to face with Brock Lesnar his Wrestlemania opponent

As Brock laughed he body checked Seth heading towards the ring ropes. Seth grabbed him and gave him a low blow then started tossing punches his way. It didn't take Brock long to pick Seth up and give him a German Suplex in the middle of the ring. He went to pick Seth up once again to deliver the F5 when Seth wiggled his way out and gave Brock another low blow. That set him up for the perfect kick to the face then a curb stomp. Seth stood over Brock Lesnar with the Universal Title in his hand. Seth walked back stage with confidence as he was stopped by Charly Caruso for an interview.

"Seth excuse me if you do what you just did on Sunday you're gonna be disqualified and you're not gonna become champion." Charly said putting the mic toward Seth's face.

"Ahh yeah. Well, he had it coming any way. Besides I'm not a champion." He stated as he walked away for a brief moment before coming back. "Yet!" He said.

The second Seth was done with his interview he headed for the trainers room. He had to see his wife. He hadn't seen Kate or the kids in well over a week. He had talked to the kids on the phone but it wasn't the same. He needed to know what to do to make this better.

"Kate can we talk?" Seth asked coming into the trainers room.

"Seth I am working." She stated putting away a few medical supplies and cleaning off the table.

"Please baby I miss you and the kids so much." He said coming over to her wrapping his arms around her. "Did you bring the kids with you to DC?"

"No I didn't. They are with my parents." Kate said moving away from Seth as she could see the sadness on his face. "Look you can see them this weekend when my parents bring them to New York."

"Wait their still coming to Mania?" Seth asked a bit nervous.

"Yes! You invited my parents and yours to Mania this year I wasn't gonna tell them they couldn't come now." Kate told him.

Seth took a deep breathe as he looked at his wife.

"Kate I know I fucked up big time."

"Fucked up? Seth is that how you see this? Just a fuck up?" Kate asked. "It's more than that. You broke my heart! You broke my trust in you. I thought you were the one man in my life that I could count on and you destroyed that to scratch an itch. I damn sure hope that Irish ass was worth you destroying our marriage. Oh wait it was because I slept with Shane McMahon so all has to be forgiven right because my fuck up years ago was bound to come back and bite me in the ass." She stated.

Seth looked at her knowing the words he spoke last week were hurtful.

"Kate listen I am sorry for what I said last week you know I didn't mean them. I was just pissed off at myself. Please baby tell me what I have to do to make this better for us for the kids."

"You need to start off by being honest with me. Start to finish honest."

Seth nodded. "How about after the show we grab a pizza and head back to the hotel and just talk an honest one on one conversation."

Kate thought about it a few moments and nodded.

"OK I think that is what we need to do." She said.

"Thank you I'll see you after the show." He smiled as he went into kiss her softly. But she backed away.

He signed as he left the trainers room.

Later that evening Kate was making sure Ronda didn't have a concussion after got kicked in the head by Charlotte after they were arrested and hell broke lose so to say as all three woman wanted a piece of the other. They were put in the back of a cop car as they still attacked one another. Ronda took out the car window and rear ended the car in front of her. So Kate gave her a medical examine after words to make sure she was still good to go for Sunday.

"Tell me I am good to go Sunday Kate." Ronda said as Kate was looking into her eyes for the second time.

"You are good to go" Kate smiled. "Not cuts from the glass and no concussion."

"Awesome! Thanks Kate."

"Any time." Kate laughed as she was washing her hands.

"Becky you're all set." Morgan said as Becky got up quickly.

"Wait Becky you got a minute?" Kate blurted out.

She hadn't said anything during the medical assessment but didn't think she could hold her tongue any more.

"Well I ..." Becky said looking towards the door.

"It will just take a moment. Morgan can you give a minute please?" Kate asked.

As Morgan nodded and left the room.

Becky was about to say something before Kate stopped her.

"Nope you don't talk! You just stand there and listen. I don't know where Seth and I stand right now but what I do know is that you slept with my husband. That is something I can't forget or forgive from him or you. But you what I still love him as much as I hate him for what he did with you. I still love his stupid ass. I owe it to our marriage and to our children to hear him out tonight and try to fix the damage that BOTH of you caused." Kate said getting in her face. "But you better stay the hell away from him Becky because if you don't Ronda Rousey is gonna be the least of your worries. GET ME! I may look small but don't fuck with a southern gal from South Carolina. This is not just me being pissed off it's me giving you a final warning STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM MY HUSBAND!" Kate said shoving Becky before walking away as Becky left the room quickly.

Kate had cleaned and sterilized the trainers room. When Dr. Chris and Morgan came in.

"Hey everything alright?" Morgan asked.

"Yep right as rain." Kate said as she was getting her stuff around. "I did finish the inventory and cleaned everything." Kate told them.

"Thanks! This next week is going to be so insane." Dr. Chris stated.

"Tell me about it Mania week is always so crazy." Kate agreed.

"Well don't worry we've got you covered so you can watch Seth's match with the kids." Dr. Chris said.

"Thank you." Kate said softly. "As of right now they are going on second to last so I really don't know if the kids are gonna stay up that late. Jaxon will be exhausted and probably fall sleep way before the match. But our suit is connected to Mike's so at least Ella and Monroe can play together."

"Awe that will be great for them." Morgan said.

"Yes so just know that we will have you covered so you can watch the match. It's gonna be a long night so we'll be in shifts from the trainers room to ring side." Chris stated.

"Makes sense." Kate said grabbing her stuff and heading out of the trainers room.

As Seth was waiting with his luggage near the door on his phone.

"Texting your side piece?" Kate asked.

"What? No. I was texting …." Seth began to say when Kate cut him off.

"You know I really don't care." She stated. "Did you rent a car this time or take Uber?"

"Rented a car you?" Seth asked as he went to help with her bags.

"I can carry my own bags no use of you being a gentleman now." She said. "I took an Uber."

Seth signed and nodded as they went out to his rental car. He was putting their stuff in the car then got in.

"Hungry?" He asked as he started the car.

"Not that hungry honestly."

"Did you eat at all today?" Seth asked as he started driving.

Kate shook her head no.

"I'll stop and grab us something."

Kate just nodded and looked out the window. As Seth stopped and grabbed them something to eat. The drive to the hotel was quiet neither one knew what to say or how to say it. When they got to the hotel it was more of the same Kate grabbed some clothes and went into shower. When she got out of the shower Seth was sitting on the bed eating his food watching TV. She grabbed her food and sat on the king size bed with him to eat.

"So are we gonna talk or sit here in silence?" Kate asked looking over at Seth.

"Talk I want us to talk. I just … I don't know where to start." He admitted.

"How about I ask questions and you tell me the truth agreed?"

"Agreed." Seth said a little nervous.

"When was the first time you slept with Becky?" Kate asked directly.

Seth looked at her then looked away and sighed.

"You agreed to be honest."

"Well over a year ago." He said softly.

"Excuse me?" Kate asked knowing she didn't hear him correctly.

"A little over a year ago." He repeated.

"When I was home pregnant with our son?" She asked shaking her head.

"Yes. You were home on bed rest and we hadn't in a few months and she was there."

"I was pregnant! I couldn't have sex! We almost lost our son so I was doing what I needed to do keep him alive. You couldn't go a few months with out getting your dick wet? You had to fuck another woman?" Kate said anger in her voice.

"Like I said the first time was just sex filling that need."

"So the first time fine scratching that itch. When was the second time?" Kate asked.

"Beginning of January." Seth said.

"Why?"

"Because she was there. She listened to me when I felt alone." Seth admitted.

"So you are saying it's my fault for being a mother to our kids and working?" Kate asked.

"I didn't say that at all. I am saying I just felt a lone you were spending all your home time with the kids and then even on the road it was about what was going on at home with them. I felt like you weren't really listening to me." Seth said.

"I am a shitty wife that is what you are telling me. You slept with another woman because Becky made you feel like a man?"

"I don't know Kate. I don't know what the right answer is."

"I don't know either. It seems we are both at fault here. You not only cheated on me you were basically having a relationship with Becky. I don't know where to go from here because right now I hate you and I want to slap the shit out of you. Not only all of that but you know how I struggled with the choices I made when it came to Shane yet you had no problem shoving them in my face last week. That hurt me to the core. I never asked you to be perfect because God knows I am far from it. All I asked is that you be honest and faithful to me and our family." Kate said.

"I wish I knew what to say to make this better. But like I said Becky listened to me when I felt like no one else would. That doesn't mean I don't love you or our family because I do. I love you with all my heart and soul. I never meant to hurt you like that or toss Shane in your face. That was not my best moment."

"Do you love her?" Kate asked getting off the bed.

"What?" He asked watching her.

"Do you love Becky?" She asked again.

Seth looked over at his wife and hesitated.

"I just don't know." He answered.

"Seth like I said I hate you so much for what you've done but there is a part of me that still loves you. I just don't know where we go from here. I WONT and I mean it Seth Rollins I WONT compete with Becky Lynch! So figure out what it is you want and let me know. Because I have no idea!" Kate said getting her stuff and heading for the door.

"Kate please stay with me tonight." Seth offered moving closer to the door.

"The kids are excited to see you. See you at Wrestlemania." She stated before she left the room.

"What have I done? What do I do?" Seth asked himself as he leaned up against the door.
