The Ninjas of Love

Blake quietly walks the halls of the main house. This was the night where she and her love well run and never look back.

She reached Ruby's room and tap twice, pauses then three times.

Ruby open her door and Blake entered.

The two embrace and share a kiss. Ruby looked up at Blake

"are you sure you want to do this?"

Blake looked into Ruby's silver eyes. "yes, we can't stay here Ruby" then she paused and says through gritted teeth "as long as 'he's' here"

"okay Blake, I'm with you, always"

Blake smiled at her love and pressed her forehead against her.

The two then grab their equipment and escape the fang clan manor and into the forest unaware of angry eyes observing their escape.

Blake and Ruby rushed through the mystic forest not looking back,

"You think we got away without them noticing?" ruby asked as she leaped from tree to tree with Blake.

Blake thought about it then frowned "chances are- ". But she was suddenly interrupted by a flash of red.

Blake and Ruby dodged the attack, it was the worst case, he had Followed.

"ADAM!" Blake shouted in surprise and anger.

"Where are you going my love, why would you hurt me so?"

"DON'T CALL ME THAT!" Blake shouted "I never loved you"

"Don't say that" Adam said, while he had a smug grin the two women could sense the animosity from his words.

Ruby jumped in front of Blake brandishing her chain sickle. Blake's eyes widen. "I won't let him hurt you, Blake". Blake took a deep breath and side beside Ruby, revealing her ninjato. "nor will I let him hurt you"

Adam seethed with anger but before he could attack the two women vanished. He turned to locate them and found Blake. "You gave no choice my dear," he said as he swung his sword but hit nothing as the figure turned to mist. (her afterimage!) he thought. He then saw Ruby and charged but before he could bring his blade down on her she morphed into a red blur. The red blur then whirled around him as well as Blakes's afterimages.

He had underestimated them, they had perfect their ninja arts. Adam laughed "you think this impresses me? I must admit I may have underestimated you two but it doesn't-" Adam is interrupted when he feels pulled up from his legs, looking at them to see they were wrapped in chains. As he hangs upside down, Ruby swing and strikes him from behind while Blake leaps and kicks him in the face. Ruby then twirls her chain releasing Adam who falls hitting branches and lads on his face with a loud thud. The Girls try a drop attack, but their adversary moves away, gets up, and throws off his broken mask to reveal his scarred face.

"YOU TWO THINK YOU'RE SO CLEVER, WELL TAKE THIS". The dark ninja unleashed his crimson blade, everything in its path being sliced in half including the large tree that was behind Blake and Ruby who had narrowly dodged it. The tree fell forward fast, Adam tried to move out of the way but felt Ruby's chain pull him back.

The tree crashed

"RUBY?!" Blake called for her love hoping she wasn't caught in the crash

"OVER HERE BLAKE!"

Blake quickly jumped over the large fallen tree to find Ruby safe and sound.

The two rush towards each other and embrace tightly. The moment was interrupted by swearing. The two girls looked to the source of the profanity to find Adam with an arm pinned under the tree.

Blake looked at the man and began to interrogate him.

"I know it was you who tried to set the two kingdoms against each other, to start a war. Why?"

Adam at Blake and laughed

"We're ninjas, masters of sabotage, intelligence gather, assassination. We cannot survive the peace. That's why."

Adam continued to laugh while Blake and Ruby looked at him with disgust"

"It's over Adam, you're done," Ruby said

Adam looked at the young woman "nothing is over! I have followers"

Suddenly a booming voice begins "No Adam, she's right you are finished"

Soon a large man appears. As well as several shinobi. "as for your followers, they have abandoned you and your cause. You will face punishment. The surrounding ninja but the mad ninja in chains and begin to free his left arm upon someone suggesting to cut it off.

During this time Blake was taken back by her father's appearance. "hello Blake and Ruby." The man says as he approaches the two.

"Blake, I owe you a deep apology, I should of listen to your warnings." The large man says. "If there is something I can do for you please say"

Blake stares wide eye at her father then looks at Ruby and smiles.

"Actually there is," Blake says and gestures to Ruby.

Ruby curious at first but soon understands.

"Mr. Belladonna of the Fang Clan, I love your daughter, I'm in love with her, have been for a long time. So please can I have her hand in marriage?!"

The man surprised turned to her daughter. "Blake? Do you feel the same for her?"

Blake nodded "Yes, I love her for so very long! So please allow us to marry"

"let them Ghira," a woman said as she poked her husband from behind.

"Ha, of course, I would Kali, I doubt these two would let me or anyone stop them," Ghira said smiling

"you have my and your mother's Blessing!"

Joy filled Blake and Ruby as they turned and gave each other a loving hug knowing that they were about to get their happy ending!
