One year later everything was going great with everyone. Junior is thinking about proposing to Tani, and he is getting the team to help him. Steve and Danny are going still going strong, but nothing goes without an argument with those two. Quinn and Tani have grown to be best friends. They are each other persons. Tani's brother is doing great and they have grown closer over the year. Lou is missing his kids all the time and won't stop complaining about his expenses. Adam is missing Kono and wishes she would come back.

At Federal Detention Center Prison Drew is in his cell wait for the guards to release him to dinner. He has been talking to the gang through a hidden phone in his cell. He is trying to plan a break out to get back to Tani. Drew can't stop thinking about her and wants to be with her and to hurt her as she hurt him. In the gang they have hackers and they have appointed one to get Drew out.

Where the gang is located they sit Lewis, Hendricks down and get him to hack his way into the prison's system and get him out, but is hard because guards are everywhere there are not just two of them. Jackson who is standing beside Lewis is watching over him.

"Get this done now", Jackson states sternly to Lewis.

Lewis turns to look at him and says, "This will take time Jackson there are guards where they can get to Drew very quickly".

Jackson just huffs.

Lewis then gets back to work. Lewis tries to bring the guards in different rooms and traping them and then finally opening Drew cell door.

"Hey cell block 3 is opening stop it now and call for back up", a guard says as he sees the door opening. The guards then scramble to try to close the door.

Drew then walks out and there was a getaway car right outside where he gets in and heads off.

At the palace, everyone is starting to come in for work. The last ones to get to work was Tani and Junior.

"Hey just one minute to spare you two", Steve says looking at the two.

Tani then says to Steve, "Boss that's still not late".

Steve then nods. Steve's phone rings and picks it up. It is Duke on the other end.

Hey, Steve, there has been a breakout at Federal Detention Center Prison, we could use a hand out here", Duke states to Steve.

Steve looking at his team, then says to Duke, "On our way".

Steve hoping it wasn't Drew who escaped. Steve then fills the team in and head over.

At the prison, the team arrives they are given orders to ask guards questions about the escape.

Steve sees Duke and walks over to him and asks, "Hey Duke do you know who escaped?".

Duke turns to him and says, "Yeah his name is Drew Wilson, a known gang leader". Duke then starts to fill in Steve about the escape.

As Steve is listening all he can think about is protecting Tani. Since he knew Tani's father wasn't alive and that there was no one looking out for her, he has always wanted to be that person. He is going to protect her at all costs alongside Junior.

Steve then walks over and pulls Tani aside.

"What is it boss", Tani asks confusingly.

"Hey I want you to sit this one out", Steve tells Tani sounding stern but on this inside scared for her.

Tani then looks at Steve and says, "Why I don't think I've done anything wrong".

Steve then knows that he can't hide it from her. As he is about to tell her Junior comes over wondering what is going on.

"Hey what is going on here?", Juinor asks looking at Steve.

Steve knows that this is going to be harder now.

"Look guys the prisoner that escaped was Drew, and I want Tani to sit this one out just until we catch this guy. He might be looking for a way to get to Tani", Steve says like a protective person.

Junior then is right beside Tani and is agreeing with Steve. He doesn't want Tani anywhere near this guy for this case.

"Look Steve I can work the case, it is my fault that he is after me in the first place.", Tani says to Steve as she crosses her arms.

Steve then looks at Junior for help.

"Look Tani I agree with Steve on this one, I don't want you anywhere near him. I don't want to give this guy a chance to get to you if that is really his plan. Also, this is not your fault at all. The only person we can blame is him", Junior says to Tani calmly.

Tani then looks right at Junior and says, "I get that both of you want to protect me, but I can handle my self, and it is somewhat my fault. I am the one who was together with him and who agreed to help him and his gang. I can handle him, and if he really wants me then he can try, but this time I will be ready for him". She then walks away and gets back to work.

Junior then sighs and says, "All I want to do is protect her".

Steve then turns to Junior and puts a hand on his shoulder and says, "I want to protect her too Junior but Tani is a stubborn person and we can't force her to sit out, I don't lead or work that way. All we can do is watch her back, and be ready for this guy at all times. Let's just try to keep her the teams sights at all times".

Drews drives to where the gang is located which is a warehouse. Drew drives up and gets out of the car and walks up to where his gang is.

"Hey boys", Drew says to him.

Jackson then shakes his hand

"Glad to have you back boss", Jackson tells him.

"Glad to be back Jack", Drew then says back.

Lewis is just in the back, and waiting for his payment. Drew then walks to the back and walks up to Lewis.

"Hey man thanks for getting me out", Drew tells him.

"I want my money", Lewis sternly says to Drew.

Jackson then hands him a handgun. Lewis sees and starts to back up.

"What money, I don't think I promised any money. You may have gotten me out, but I know what you did before I was put away", Drew states

"Hey man whatever I don't need any money", Lewis begs to Drew.

Drews starts to walk closer to him.

"Members of my gang don't get second chances", Drew whispers to Lewis.

Drew then points the gun to his head and shoots.

"Take him out, Jackson we need a plan to get Tani", Drew says to him as his hands the gun back to him.

"Sir, we have a plan, and maybe you should hold on to that for your protection", Jackson says holding the gun out for Drew to take.

"Good, Jackson you're my protection, if anything happens I will have someone to blame", Lewis states to Jackson. He then walks away,

Jackson gets to his plan to get Tani back.

The team has gone back to the palace to see if they can trace the vehicle that Drew had taken when he escaped.

Quinn pulls Tani aside.

"Look I know you don't want to back down from this case, but maybe you should, this guy is obviously very dangerous and if you are his target then you just lay low for now", Quinn says trying to get Tani to sit out on the case.

Tani looks down and sighs, "Look I'm scared of this guy if I'm being honest, but I have to be the one to get Drew. He is dangerous but now I know he is coming, I am ready and alert.

Quinn realizes that she isn't going to win. She says, "You don't have to be the one, we are here also to get this guy, and I know that Junior doesn't want anything to happen to you and you know that none of us blame you for this, if it wasn't for you he would still be selling drugs and hurting those people buy from him and who works for him".

"I know that and maybe your right but I just can't sit this one out", Tani says looking down.

"Alright, let's get back to work", Quinn sadly says.
