A Week Later:

"I think she's finally asleep." Kate said sitting on the couch exhausted grabbing Mox's beer and taking drink.

"Hey woman that's mine." He teased.

"I know but I don't have one and this was closer." She joked back putting his beer bottle back down on the coffee table.

"I asked you if you wanted one and you said no thank you. Being all polite and shit." Moxley stated with a grin.

"I usually don't drink if I know the kids are gonna have a rough night. It appears tonight is Ella's turn." Kate said.

"Kinda noticed she was whiny today." Moxley said. "That tantrum was epic thou. Dare I ask what that was about?"

"I think she's just upset she hasn't seen Seth in awhile. She is a Daddy's girl and I know this isn't easy on her. We talked to him earlier and I thought that would help but I think it may have made it worse." Kate sighed. "Am I doing the right thing here Mox?"

"Kit I wish I had an easy answer. But you have to do what is best for you and the kids." Moxley told her moved closer.

"I know. Seth can't make anything easy can he? I mean I asked him to stay away from Becky and he ends up in a story line with her. Then he tells me he loves her. How do I compete with that?" Kate asked her friend as he softly put his arm around her.

"You shouldn't have to compete with her. He is your husband that means something he shouldn't have just given up on you." Moxley said as his heart skipped a beat a few times as Kate got comfy laying her head on his chest.

"Thanks for being amazing. Want us to move out yet?" She chuckled.

"Not yet but if Ella yells at me like she did you then well maybe." He joked.

"She is something else isn't she? All because we didn't have her princess bubble bath." Kate chuckled.

"No shit? That's what made her scream and cry like that? Well fuck I would have went to Walmart and got that shit for her. It's on the list for sure." Moxley stated drinking his beer.

Kate smiled up at her friend. "So we let her have her way?"

"Hell yeah. She's three give her the damn bubbles." He chuckled.

Kate giggled taking the beer from him and taking another drink.

"Good plan because I don't want to see her cry like that again. But we wont tell her we caved in to her." Kate stated.

"Ah hell nah." Moxley chuckled and he took the beer back. "We really gonna watch this?" He asked as the TV was on the WWE Network because tonight was Extreme Rules.

"Unfortunately." Kate stated.

"We're gonna need more beer." Moxley said getting up.

Kate glanced down towards the kids room.

"Katie it will be fine one more beer wont make you a shit parent. Believe me that's coming from a dude with shitty parents."

Kate just nodded. "Can you grab the potato chips too?"

"Already ahead of you." Moxley said coming in with two beers and a large bowl of chips.

They settled in and started watching Extreme Rules however they were half paying attention. Kate would mention something medical about a move or the way the body moved. While Mox would counter with commentary on the story line or the move set.

"Mommy." Ella said coming into the living room.

"Hey Princess what's wrong?" Kate asked.

"I tan't sweep." She said rubbing her little eyes.

"Come here little lady you can hang on the couch with us." Moxley said offering her the spot between him and Kate.

She smiled and ran over to the couch and jump up getting nice and comfy as Moxley put the little pink blanket over her.

"Mommy?" Jaxon said.

"Come here Mr. Man. You can't sleep either?" She asked.

"No issy weft me." He said.

"Come here." Kate said scooping him up and cuddling with him.

"Daddy fight?" Ella asked looking up at Mox.

"Yeah he's suppose to? Think he'll win?" Moxley asked.

"My Daddy wins Mox." Ella said looking up at him.

"Well then that answers that." Moxley smiled winking at Kate.

As all four members of the main event were now in the ring. Kate glanced at the screen and couldn't believe how ridiculous Seth and Becky looked in matching gear.

"I don't know what's worse. Seth and Becky having matching ring gear or Lacey having Seth's name on her A s s." Kate said spelling out the word ass.

"She hol t." Moxley said moving his head to the side while he spelled out the word shit. "She does have Seth's name on her butt." He chuckled glancing over at Kate. "Sorry."

"It's fine just one more thing to find so stupid about this whole thing." She said kissing the side of Jaxon's head.

The fight started as Ella was curled up with Moxley and Jaxon was fighting his sleep laying in Kate's arms. Seth and Becky seemed to dominate the first part of the match with their move sets and the use of kendo sticks. Baron then got the upper hand for a bit when he started beating Seth with a chair while he made eye contact with Becky at one point. The match went on and each team got the better of the other at different times. Tables and chairs were involved.

"They are one ladder a way from this being a TLC match." Kate said watching Becky on the screen.

"Pretty much. Damn!" Moxley said as they looked at the screen as both Becky and Seth jumped from the ring onto the tables that had Baron and Lacey on them.

"Daddy gots owies?" Ella asked looking at Moxley.

"No sweet girl your Dad will be fine." Moxley said scooping her up and putting her on his lap.

"You dot owie on your butt." Ella giggled.

"How do you know that smarty pants?" Moxley asked bopping her nose.

"Momma mades you puts ice on dare." She said still giggling.

"Your Mom is a great nurse isn't she?" Moxley smiled.

"Da best." Ella smiled.

As Jaxon was now sound asleep in Kate's arms.

"I hear that little man this match is boring." Moxley joked looking at a sleeping Jaxon.

Just then Baron Corbin gave the end of days to Becky. Seth was pissed and you could see it in his eyes. He went right after Corbin at first with a kendo stick and then with a chair before giving him no one but three stomps.

"Damn I can't believe Vince let them do that." Moxley said. "He's getting daring I guess."

As Kate bit her lip seeing the look in Seth's eyes.

"Yeah that was something. Oh wait is that? Brock Lesnar!"

"No way he's gonna cash in." Moxley said.

They watched as Brock Lesnar cashed in his money in the bank contract and win the Universal Title. Seth was in the ring with a stunned disappointed look on his face. As the show went off the hair.

"I didn't expect him to cash in. Wonder if it was a last minute change?" Moxley asked.

"Not sure maybe. Seth didn't say anything about it when we talked earlier." Kate said softly.

After a few minutes of silence Kate and Moxley took the kids back to their beds and tucked them in.

"Think they sleep the rest of the night?" Mox asked sitting back on the couch.

"They should now it's already almost mid night." Kate said as her phone vibrated.

She looked down and it was a text from Seth.

"Tonight sucked. I would like to see you and the kids. Gonna take a flight to Florida in the next few days." The text read.

"I guess Seth is coming to Florida." Kate stated.

"Why?"

"He's probably upset he lost the title and wants to see the kids." Kate shrugged.

"WOW!" Moxley said looking at his phone. "Look at this kit."

Kate looked at Mox's phone as it was a video off Youtube a WWE Exclusive.

It was after the show went off the air. Seth was in the middle of the ring looking defeated. When he looked down at Becky who slowly got on the ring apron. He asked if she was alright. She just nodded that she was. Then she went to touch him as he moved away from he a bit.

"I'm sorry man. I let everyone down. I'm sorry. Kate I'm sorry." He said looking at the camera. "I let you down. I let my family down. I let our kids down. I let everyone down." Seth said as he moved away from Becky and was getting out of the ring on the other side. Becky met him on that side of the ring as he just looked down and defeated after losing his title. They both walked up the ramp Becky right next to Seth and she put his hand on his back.

"Don't touch me! Just don't." Seth said to her as she walked backstage.

"I think maybe reality is catching up to him." Moxley stated. "He broke Kayfabe."

A few days later.

"Daddy!" Ella said running to Seth when she saw him.

"Hi my princess! I missed you so much." He said scooping up his daughter and giving her hugs and kisses.

"Daddy!" Jaxon smiled rushing to him as well hugging his leg.

"Hey my boy! Look at you! You've grown so much since I've seen you." Seth said giving his son hugs as well.

"I trong." He giggled showing him his muscles.

"So strong my boy." Seth smiled when he looked up and his eyes met Kate's. "Wow baby you look amazing."

"Thanks. So are you sure you are good with having the kids for the next couple nights?" Kate asked.

"Of course I got the biggest hotel room with a king bed and a pull out couch. You know you can stay with us too?" Seth offered. "I miss you. I would like to talk to you."

"I have to work today and tomorrow. Mox is actually waiting for me." Kate said pointing towards Moxley's truck.

"Oh. Right I put it out of my mind that you were sharing a house with him." Seth scoffed. "I didn't just come to Florida to see the kids I came to see and talk to you too."

"We'll talk Seth promise but right now I know the kids are so excited to see you." Kate smiled giving her children kisses.

"Mommy tay?" Jaxon asked.

"Awe no sweet boy. I have to go to work. Remember I said how you and your sister are gonna get to hang out with Daddy and maybe go swimming. While me and Jon are gonna go to work."

"Ohtay." Jaxon sniffled and started to cry.

"Awe my sweet boy don't cry." Kate said her heart breaking at his tears. "Come here." She said picking him up. "You are gonna have so much fun with Daddy and I will see you very very soon." She told him.

Seth put Ella down and held her hand as he then was taking Jaxon from Kate.

"No my MOMMY! Mommy!" Jaxon yelled and cried.

"It's ok Mr. Man! I love you so much and you are gonna have so much fun! I will see you tomorrow!" Kate said in tears seeing her son that way. "I love you too sweet heart you be good for Daddy." Kate said bending down to give Ella a hug and kiss.

"I wuv you to Mommy!" Ella said hugging her.

It took everything Kate had to walk away from the kids she could still hear Jaxon crying and Ella's voice. As she got into the car.

"Babe?" Moxley asked as Kate took a tissue to wipe her eyes.

"Why is this so hard?" She cried as Jon didn't hesitate to pull her into a hug and just held her close to him.

He didn't know what to say in this moment he just held her in his arms and let her cry. He knew she needed this as she had been bottling up her emotions for a while now. He wasn't sure why but he never wanted to let her go and wanted to heal her pain.

"Just give me a reason, just a little bit's enough."
