"Kate baby I am getting worried where are you? Please answer me!" Seth sent.

Still no response.

"Where the hell is she?" Seth said to himself as he went to check on the kids.

They were having a snack in catering with Nikki and Alexis.

"Daddy Lexi let me have a cookie. It was yummy. She dids my hair too." Ella smiled showing off her cute pig tails.

"I dot a tookie too." Jaxon smiled still eating his.

"Did you both say thank you?" Seth asked.

"Yes." Ella smiled.

"Thanks Lexi and Nikki."

"It was our pleasure right Nikki?"

"Yeah of course anything to help out Kate." Nikki smiled.

"I hate to ask but can you watch them just a little longer? Just until Kate gets here?" Seth asked.

"Sure we just have a taped promo tonight any way. Besides I can't wait to see Kate. I miss her around here don't we Nikki?"

"Yes we miss her and can't wait so see her." She smiled.

"Thanks." Seth said as he kissed the top of the kids heads as he was looking at his phone again.

Still no response from Kate. He wasn't sure what to think at this point. So he swallowed his pride and decided to call Moxley.

"Hello?" Jon answered.

"Hey Mox it's umm Seth." Seth said.

"Yeah I know bro caller ID." Moxley said.

"Yeah. Sorry but hey umm are you with Katie?" Seth asked.

"No. We talked this morning when she left her parents house. Thought she was gonna stop here in Jacksonville before we headed down to Orlando. Guess she changed her mind." Moxley said.

"So she didn't stop off in Jacksonville?" Seth asked.

"No. Wait is she not in Orlando yet?" Moxley asked a little more concerned now.

"No she's not here. I haven't heard from her either. I thought she'd be here by now it's already after 3 pm. I know it's about a 6 hour drive but still. Something isn't right. So I guess I just thought she was with you?"

"Fuck! No bro she's not with me. I'll try calling her again. Think you can bring the kids to Jacksonville? I'll call her parents see if they heard anything." Moxley said.

"Jon she's my wife I will deal with it." Seth stated.

"I get that but dude this doesn't sit well with me. So I just want to make sure she's safe. I'll call her Mom and have them come down here to help with the kids." Jon offered as he was starting to get a little more worried now.

"I said I got it." Seth said hanging up the phone on Jon.

As soon as he was off the phone with Seth. Jon called Kate and it went right to voice mail.

"Kate babe! I don't know what's going on but you gotta call me please. I am freaking out a little here. Call me or face time me. Anything." Moxley said hanging up the phone.

He then decided to call Kate's dad. He told her that she had left first thing this morning and thought she should be in Orlando by now. He said he would talk with Lynnette and then call him back.

Jon was starting to feel more and more nervous as he was pacing the newly renovated house. He kept calling her phone and it kept going right to her voice mail.

Seth was pacing near catering as he kept looking over at the kids. He grabbed his phone and called Kate's mom Lynnette. He started the conversation as calmly as he could but then asked if she had heard from Kate.

"Not since last night. Seth she was gone before I woke up this morning. Ridge saw her off. He just talked with Jon and something feels off. We said we would head to Jacksonville right now and talk with our local police see if they know anything. Why don't you bring the kids to Jacksonville. I am sure Kate is fine and just running late or stuck in traffic. She probably just lost her phone." Lynnette said.

"Yeah but not sure I want the kids in Jacksonville." Seth said.

"I think what you meant to say was that you don't want them with Jon?" Lynnette said.

"That is exactly what I meant. I don't know where Kate. But they are my kids! I feel like something is wrong and I can't deal with that and Mox acting like he knows best. I am her husband damn it." Seth said.

"Then I suggest you get your head out of your butt and start acting like it. Seth I've given you the benefit of the doubt and tried to be on your side. But you've done everything wrong here. You kept lying to my daughter and worse off you got another woman pregnant. Not sure how you want any of us to forgive that. Right now all that matters is Kate so again be a man bring the kids up to Jacksonville and we will figure the rest out." Lynnette said.

"You're right all that matters is that Kate is safe. I'll meet you in Jacksonville." Seth said.

"Good. Now I suggest you leave your girlfriend at home." Lynnette said.

Several Hours later.

"Katie babe ANSWER THE PHONE! WHERE ARE YOU!" Moxley basically yelled into the phone. "Damn it!"

"Son y'all right there?" Ridge asked coming into the rental home.

"I haven't heard from her? Where is she? I swear if Trent did something I am gonna kill that mother fucker!" Jon with anger and fear in his voice.

"I will be right there with you. I did talk to the local police the Chief of police is a great friend of the family. He said unofficially there is nothing they could do until she's been gone 24 hours. BUT since he knows us he is looking into it. I assume the police here in Jacksonville said the same thing?"

"Yes I asked and they said they couldn't do anything for 24 hours. I did call the local hospitals asking for a Kate Rollins but no leads. I swear Ridge I am gonna lose it if Trent has her man. DAMN IT. I knew better." Jon said rage in his voice.

"What are you talking about son?"

"We saw him the other night after dinner. I should have made her come with me when I left I should have followed her. Fuck! This is on me." Jon said.

"First off all you did nothing wrong. Katie is strong willed and needed some time to herself. Also I know you saw Trent the other night she told me."

"I just feel helpless." Jon admitted.

"We do too. But we'll find her. I am sure she's fine." Lynnette said.

"My Moxy!" Ella said running into the house. As Seth came in carrying Jaxon.

"HI my peanut." Jon smiled picking Ella up and bopping her nose.

"Dis ours new house?" Ella smiled.

"It is you like it?" Jon smiled as he could see Kate in her eyes.

" Yeah. Where my mommy?" Ella asked looking around.

"She's busy right now sweet heart." Lynnette said. "But Grandma and Poppa are here to help with your stuff. We just had to see your new house."

"Mommy?" Jaxon said as he started to cry.

"I know you want Mommy son." Seth said rubbing his back.

"I can take him." Lynnette said taking Jaxon and Ella into the living room.

"Any word from her?" Seth asked.

"None." Jon stated.

"I have a police officer friend looking into things." Ridge said.

"Police?" Seth asked more concerned now. "I thought she was just running late."

"Man listen I didn't want to say anything over the phone and Kate is gonna kill me when she knows I told you." Jon started to say.

"Tell me what? What the hell is going on Jon?" Seth asked pissed off at him.

"Trent." Ridge said. "Kate and Jon saw him the other night. He's made contact with her and she was trying to ignore it."

"That asshole. What happened to the no contact order?" Seth asked.

"You really think a piece of paper is gonna stop him? You can't be that dumb." Jon said shaking is his head. "I am gonna kill that son of a bitch."

"Not if I get to him first." Seth growled.

"You two enough. This doesn't need to turn into a pissing match. What matters most is finding my daughter. For now we just keep trying to contact her and look for her. Think you two can work together?" Ridge asked.

"I can if he can. I will do anything for Kate." Jon said.

"Yeah if I have too." Seth said.

"Good. Now Seth do you need to call the other woman? Ya know to let her know that are you actually stepping up to be a husband and father right now?" Ridge asked looking at his son in law.

With Kate.

"Hmmm." Kate groaned feeling light headed and dizzy as she slowly started to open her eyes.

She tried to focus on something as she realized she was laying down.

"Hi sweet pea. Finally coming around to the land of the living?" Trent smiled sitting next to her.

"Where am I?" She asked slowly trying to get up but felt numb.

"Home sweet pea. You are finally home where you belong." He said touching her cheek softly. "Damn I've miss you. Still beautiful."

"Trent why … why can't I move?" She asked her eyes focusing more on him as things around her were starting to get clearer.

"I gave you a heavy muscle relaxer. Can't have you running off on me now can I? Not when we have so much catching up to do." Trent said. "I just needed my wife back home. Now you're here."

"Trent … my kids? They need me." Kate said.

"They are fine. In time I will bring them to you. But right now we need to focus on us and our future children." Trent said leaning to kiss her but she moved her face and he caught her cheek.

As Kate looked around the room more she didn't recognize this room. But she did notice all the pictures of her and Trent from the past. She even noticed a little baby cradle with the blanket his Grandmother made draped over it. She took a deep breathe trying to remain calm.

"Trent listen I have kids and I am still married."

"Married? To a man that cheated on you? I should have killed him when I had the chance. He broke my Sweet Katie girl he was never good enough for you and you see that now don't you. Oh and those sweet little miracle babies. You've done good Katie. You beat the odds. One thing I realized when I was locked up was that we can still have it all. I was so worried about losing you that I didn't give you a chance. But now I see you are strong enough and I never should have doubted that. So we are gonna have that life we've always wanted. You can give me the child I've always wanted with you. Here I almost forgot. This may make you see how much I truly do still love you." Trent said as he took her hand and placed the heart shaped pink ring on her finger. "Give me that chance sweet pea."

"Jon, Seth and my Dad will find me." Kate stated.

"Don't worry about them sweet pea. I have a plan. I will have Seth, your dad and Jon chasing their tails. Until it's to late. You are mine forever." Trent said taking her hand and kissing it.

A million thoughts were going through Kate's mind but the most important one right now was getting out of this alive.
