Thank you all for over 100,000 views on this baby! once again, sorry for the rushed pace of the story. I just really want to finish this.

Gone! Mate gone! Your fault!

Laxus's dragon raged on in his head as Natsu's words continued circling around inside his head.

He couldn't believe it. Lucy couldn't be leaving Magnolia. She just couldn't. Her home was here. Her friends, her family was all here in Magnolia!

"You broke her."

Maaattteeeee!

"Do you have any idea how much damage you did?"

Gone! Gone! Gone! Mate gone!

"And I'm glad she's leaving, because you can't get to her if she's gone."

Come back, maaaattteee! Sorry!

"I'd rather have her leave Fairy Tail then stay and be miserable and in your reach."

Your fault! Your fault! Your fault!

When it finally got to be to much, Natsu's words and the dragons mixing together, Laxus fell to his knees. His vision wavered as his breathing became labored. What was going on? What was happening to him, he thought as he tried to swallow down the large ball that has formed in his throat to breath in some air. What was this awful feeling, like he had been dumped inside a cold lake. Why was his chest hurting him so much?

Love mate!

Was that what this was, Laxus wondered as his dragon continued to cry out. Was this feeling love? Did he love Lucy like the beast within him did?

"Ju... bre... us..."

"You... ay... man..."

"Bre... in... out... at..."

It took him a while, but he was finally able to differentiate the voices he was hearing as something other than his dragon and Natsu's.

"In and... breath in... and out... in and out... breath in and out, in and out."

Recognizing Wendy's voice coaching him through what he realized was some sort of panic attack, Laxus grasped on to her voice, preferring to listen to her than the other cutting voices of his dragon and Natsu. It took some time but with her help, he was finally able to breath easily again. It wasn't until his vision and mindset returned to normal that he realized she was pushing air in and out of him to further help. He also realized, with some shock, that he had been crying through it all.
