Mount Pillar, home to the tribe known as Danians. They're ant-like creatures that work together. Zach was in the middle of their home and was looking around the place. Danians don't like intruders in their home so he had to be careful about this. Zach found a hidden passage and crawled his way through.

"It should be just up ahead." Zach said. He busted his way through some wood and found himself in a room that had mugic around. "Oh man. Which one is the Infectious Melody? That mugic could be a big help for infecting other creatures and give some of my danians a hand." Zach looked around for the mugic he was looking for, but he couldn't tell which one it was. "Great. I can't scan through all of them. I don't even know what each of the mugic symbols mean. What do I do."

"Ehem." Zach didn't like the sound of that. He turned around and was faced with a guard and, as said before, they don't like intruders.

...

Chaotic

Natsu and the girls were back in Chaotic, no idea of what is happening with Zach. Erza and Natsu just sat back with some lunch and were trying to enjoy Lucy's match.

"This isn't looking good for Lucy. She's only got Wrenges left." Erza said.

"Yeah, but Wrenges can take two creatures." Natsu said.

"That's not the only problem." Erza said. "She's battling in Mount Pillar, the enemy's home turf, and is facing Ibian. Ibian is one of toughest danians. Wrenges might be tough himself, but that won't help her." Natsu wanted to think otherwise, but it wasn't looking good for Lucy.

The Battle

Wrenges was being as careful as He could. He didn't want to walk into a trap. He made his way over a bridge and found himself in a chamber.

"I can't stay in place for very long.' Lucy thought. 'I have to get Ibian before he gets to me.' Wrenges looked around and got a little spooked from a bug mask hanging on the wall.

"Just a mask." Wrenges said. "These guys need to seriously consider redecorating this place."

"Wrenges!" Wrenges heard Ibian calling out for help and needed to get moving. He looked around and spotted a passage that was just small enough for him to squeeze through. He went inside and he soon found himself in another chamber with what looked like cells.

"Is this some sort of jail cell?" Wrenges questioned.

"You got it!" He looked up and spotted Ibian. "Granite Balls!" Ibian launched metal balls from his eyes and they smashed against Wrenges. Ibian jumped down and launched more rocks at Wrenges. Wrenges ran off and tried to keep the damage minimal.

"Lightning Burst!" Wrenges launched some lightning, but Ibian blocked it and endured.

"Coil Crush!" Ibian's hand stretched out and grabbed Wrenges. He smashed Wrenges against the wall a few times and gave him a good toss. Wrenges hit the wall pretty hard and was coded.

The Portcourt

"Oh man. I can't believe she lost. Danians are tough little bugs." Natsu said.

"You can say that again. If you think the bugs back home are annoying, those bugs will really get to you." Erza said. "Speaking of which, I wonder where Zach is. Danians are his preferred to tribe. He probably would have enjoyed this battle."

"Let me give him a call." Natsu said as he reached for his scanner and called Zach, but he was shocked with what he saw.

"What?" Erza said. Natsu showed her and saw a danian guard on the screen. This didn't look good.

Mount Pillar

Erza and Natsu got Lucy and told her what they saw. So they went on a rescue mission to save Zach. They all ported to Mount Pillar and were just outside the place trying to find a way in.

"Now I see why it's called Mount Pillar." Natsu said. "That place is looks as big as the buildings in New York. How do we get inside?"

"It won't be easy." Lucy said. "Those bugs don't like intruders in their territory. All the gates are probably guarded."

"Lucy's right. We'll have to find a way to outsmart them if we want to get inside." Erza said.

"Do either of you know you're way around Mount Pillar?" Natsu asked.

"I know my way around here pretty well. I think I know a way we can get inside. Follow me." Erza said as she led the way. Lucy and Natsu followed her to another side of the place. Erza made sure the coast was clear and they moved in with their backs against the walls. "There." Erza pointed to a small window for them to get through.

"Hop on. I'll give you a boost." Natsu said as he locked his hands.

"Natsu, we're wearing skirts here." Lucy said as she felt like that needed to be pointed out.

"No time for that." Erza said as she had no problem. She stepped on Natsu's hands and went up. Thanks to Erza, they were able to get inside. They all made their way through the place and were being careful to not get spotted.

"Man, I feel like we're in a giant ant colony." Natsu said.

"That's because we sort of are. Danians are ant-like creatures." Lucy said. "I just hope Zach is okay here."

"They probably took him to the prison cells." Erza said. "Keep your eyes open for his scanner too. If he's in here, that must mean they took it."

"Wait. Do you hear that?" Natsu asked. They all stopped and listened with them hearing some grunting.

"It's coming form over there." Lucy said as she pointed to a passage ahead. The three of them went for it and carefully went inside. When they got there, they saw one danian practicing his battle skills against a group of soldiers.

"Come on, weaklings. Step it up!" The fighter called as the soldiers continued to battle him.

"Who is that?" Natsu asked.

"That is Odu-Bathax. He's a highly ranked danian called a battlemaster." Erza said.

"Highly ranked? I say he's practically second in command around this place." Lucy said.

"Really?" Natsu said as he liked the sound of that. "Scanning time." Natsu reached for his scanner and held it out, but Lucy pushed it down.

"No, you scanning moron. We're not here for scans. We're here to save our friend." Lucy said.

"Why can't we do both?" Natsu said.

"If we scan anything now, they'll catch us." Erza said. "Danians are highly territorial. They all have one priority and that's to protect the hive. If they catch us, we'll be in real trouble. We need to find Zach and get out of here." Natsu hated that he had to pass on a good scan, but he followed them either way. The three of them made their way out, but Natsu hit some rocks by accident and the sound alerted Odu-Bathax.

"What was that?" Odu-Bathax looked up, but didn't see them. He may not have seen them, but he was suspicious. Natsu and the girls managed to make it out and made it deeper in Mount Pillar.

"Which way do we go now?" Natsu asked.

"Hang on. I'm thinking." Erza said.

"I thought you knew this place?" Natsu said.

"I know some of it, but I don't have it memorized." Erza said and tried to think of where they needed to go. Lucy looked around and spotted something on the wall. It was the same mask she saw in her battle.

"Hold on..." Lucy said. She tried to think of what exactly happened in her match and she soon spotted the passage she went through earlier. "This way!" Lucy headed for the passage and went through it with the others following. They made it through the other side and found themselves at the prison.

"We made it!" Erza said. She went on ahead and ran up the spire of cells and she soon spotted the one Zach was in.

"Erza?" Zach said.

"Zach! I found him!" Erza called with Natsu and Lucy catching up with them.

"What are you guys doing here?" Zach said.

"Jailbreak!" Natsu said as he tried to open the cage.

"Let's find your scanner and get out of here." Lucy said.

"Guys, listen..." Zach said, but he didn't get the chance. All three of them got hit by stingers and they all three fell asleep. Zach looked and saw a danian found them with Odu-Bathax joining them.

"Nice work." Odu-Bathax said as he chuckled. Now all three of them need to be rescued. Now that Natsu and the girls were captured, they were thrown into the cell with Zach with the danian that captured them guarding.

"I can't believe this. Now we're all stuck here." Zach complained. "Way to go you hothead. This is all your fault. I thought we were friends."

"How's it my fault? We came here to rescue you." Natsu said.

"I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to this guy." Zach said as he referred to the danian guarding them.

"You're calling me a hothead? I'm not a hothead."

"Says the danian that uses fire and does whatever he wants." Zach said. "You could have told me which mugic was the one I was looking for. We wouldn't be in this mess if you did."

"Hold on. You know this danian?" Lucy asked.

"This is Faash." Zach said.

"Sup." Faash said.

"He was in trouble once and I helped him out. He returned the favor one day. We've been friends ever since." Zach said. "He's not like other danians. He prefers to do this his own way. What was that about anyway, blasting my friends?"

"If I didn't use Sleep Sting, Odu-Bathax would have done a lot worse to them." Faash said. "In the meantime, we need to figure out how you guys get out of here. Odu-Bathax isn't going to let you guys go without some sort of punishment."

"He's right. We need to think of a plan where all of us gets out of here." Zach said.

"If only we had a way to distract them." Erza said. "We could grab the scanners and get out of here before they have the chance to do anything."

"That's it!" Zach said as he got an idea. "They'll have our scanners once we have to meet with Bathax. I have an idea, but we're going to need your help, Faash. You owe me one."

"Okay. What do you want me to do?" Faash questioned.

...

Odu-Bathax

The four of them were brought to Odu-Bathax to receive their punishment. Clearly, he was not happy about them being here.

"You humans are really becoming a problem." Odu-Bathax said. "You come in, infest our home, and spy on us."

"Infest? You guys are bugs." Natsu said.

"I told you, I'm not a spy. I just came for a scan. These guys just came to get me out of here." Zach said.

"Silence!" Odu-Bathax said. "I'm sick of you humans roaming around our home. There must be some way I can punish you and keep all other humans out."

"Would it influence you if we tell you that some humans have an interest in bugs?" Lucy said. While they were talking, Zach took a quick look towards Faash hiding in another passage. He used his hand and signaled Faash for their plan.

"Smoke Surge." Faash unleashed a cloud of smoke and was careful not to let anyone see. Smoke began to fill the room with danians getting distracted from all of it.

"Now!" Zach said as all four of them ran towards their scanners. With the danians distracted, they were able to grab their scanners.

"Stop!" Odu-Bathax said, but before they already ported out.

"Hold it!" Faash called as he showed himself. "Darn. The intruder that caused that smoke escaped as well. Oh well."

...

Chaotic

Thanks to Faash, all four of them managed to escape. It was a relief and they were all glad to be out of there.

"That was a little nuts. Those bugs take security seriously. They really bugged me" Natsu said.

"We never would have gotten out of their without Faash." Erza said.

"Faash might prefer to do things his ways, but he's a good friend in the end." Zach said.

"I hope he doesn't get in trouble because of us." Lucy said.

"No chance of that. They all think he was on their side." Zach said. "A danian that usually acts against the hive would be ostracized, but he still fights for the hive."

"Speaking of which, I got a drone match to get to." Natsu said as he pulled out his scanner. "It's against...a danian player?! Oh man. Not again." The danians really bugged Natsu. That's the thing about the danians. They always come back to bug you.
