It only took the two of them 15 minutes in total to gather what they needed, inform their master of their immediate departure and to meet back up at the station just in time to board the train as it gave its last call for passengers to board before it departed.

Luckily for the two slayers, Natsu surprisingly had the brilliant idea of getting some of the motion sickness tablets that Erza held in her requip space, team Natsu, the Thunder Legion and Levy always keeping a bottle on hand for their respective slayers. But even with the pills, the five day train ride, including stops at different stations and unexpected delays, was brutal. It was only the thought of Lucy that helped the two power through the motion sickness as best as they could.

Laxus nearly got down on his knees to kiss the ground just as Natsu was going once they got off the train, but his pride and the knowledge that they couldnt allow for Lucy to have even more of a head start on them then she already did stopped him.

Grumpily he stormed up to the booth, glaring at the ticket sales men. "I'm Laxus Drayer of Fairy Tail. I need to know if Lucy Heartiflia boarded another train after 231 or if she set off from here."

The man gazed up at him hesitantly before flitched when Laxus snarled at him the importance of it. "You missed her by little over a day and a half. She boarded the Express A15 train headed to the capital Laido."

"When it the next train for Laido?"

Natsu gave out a mournful wail as he realized they would be getting back on another train.

"Next one is set to leave tonight at 11:45, just before midnight."

"Damnit!" Laxus cursed. "This isnt good. She already has nearly two days head start!"

"Um, if the situation is so dire you can't wait, perhaps you should try the SE bikes or Wyrm stables to rent one." The attendant suggested.

"Blah, no bikes." Natsu bleached as his face slowly turned green. "What's the other thing you said?"

"Seven is mostly desert and apart from trains and bikes, we have these magnificent beasts that can be used to cross the desert with ease. They're really quite stunning and fast to boot. To get to the capital by train would take you two days at most, but a Wyrm could half that."

Sharing at look the two inquired as to where they could find these stables. The man was kind enough to write them directions and in no time they found themselves before a large empty stable that went on for beyond what the could see.

"Hello, how can I help you?" A stable hand asked making his way to them.

"I need two of your fastest Wyrm's." Laxus said.

The man nodded, inviting them in to the stables, his magic rising to envelope him, a shrill whistle leaving his lips before two large creatures burst from the dirt. They were large and dark in color, their faces draconic but their bodies serpentine.

"These are my two finest beast. Noir and Sureño. You'll be riding Sureño as I rake Noir and lead you to your destination. But I warn you, travel by Wyrm is very fast and not cheap."

"Don't care." Laxus said once more reaching into his pocket.

The man nodded before stating his price, Laxus having no issues with it and handing over the correct amount. In no time Natsu and Laxus were both on their designated Wyrm.

"Hold on tight." The man warned before once more flaring his magic before the two large beasts shot out the stables.

"Holy shit!" Laxus exclaimed as he held tight to the Wyrm, unprepared for its sudden burst of speed. Behind him Natsu and Happy screamed as they held tightly to Laxus.
