Days passed and then the first Hogsmeade trip was announced, but to go the demigods needed permission 'no problem' Hayley said but then asked McGonagall 'my parents' permission would be enough, right Minnie?' McGonagall was surprised Hayley called her that, James must've told her.

Minerva gave the Potter an amused smile and nodded, 'great' Hayley exclaimed clapping her hands together 'when do you need them?' 'The sooner the better Miss Potter' Minerva answered. 'I'll be right back' Hayley said and yanked McGonagall's office door open disappearing.

Hayley entered the kitchen and saw something dark and furry, with bright grey eyes lurking in the shadows. Hayley grabbed her brooch from her collar and pressed the gleaming Ruby in the middle of the gold knot. The Ruby transformed into a Stygian iron sword. Great gift from Nico. She walked towards the creature but was stopped by James who walked in the kitchen 'Hayley?' She turned and nearly sliced his nose, but luckily he took a step back. 'What are you doing with that thing?' he asked glaring at the sword.

Hayley sighed and pressed the Ruby in the hilt and it transformed back into a brooch, she slid it on her collar, James' eyes went wide 'Don't tell me that you had this thing with you all this time' when she went quiet he asked 'why do you have it? And how many of these do you have?' 'just in case, and I only have this brooch if you don't count the bow and arrows' Hayley answered 'I took it because I saw a hellhound or something like it in the corner' James looked over her shoulder and called 'Padfoot, change back'

Hayley instantly spun around and saw a smirking Sirius, 'You were playing with me weren't you?' she asked fire raging within, when he only smirked wider she said 'I could've killed you, you know what I'll just kill you next time' and Sirius scowled at her 'why are you here anyway?' Suddenly realizing why she was here she turned to James 'I need you to sign six slips for Hogsmeade' and handed him the slips.

'Where's mum?' she asked Sirius, he grinned at her 'She's gone to the Burrow' Hayley frowned 'she left you two alone?' 'Hey, what's wrong with us? James asked frowning at his daughter gave him a look that said 'I have a list do you want me to read it out loud?' 'Bold of you to assume she left us alone' Sirius grinned 'Charlie's here' Hayley frowned 'Charlie who?'

As if on cue, a redhead arrived he tattoos of dragons on his arm he also had muscular arms, too muscular Hayley noted he could've been mistaken for a child of Ares. He was handsome; Hayley was certain if the girls at Aphrodite cabin were here they would be swooning over him in a minute.

He looked at her in confusion but then his face broke into a grin, Hayley just stared him then she turned away not looking the least flustered. 'Charlie this is Hayley' Sirius broke the silence Charlie flashed a charming smile and offered his hand which Hayley shook. 'Charmed to meet you' he said

'Stop flirting with my daughter'

'I have a boyfriend, who will rip you to shreds if he finds you flirting with me'

Hayley and James said in unison. 'Boyfriend?' Sirius furrowed his eyebrows 'Charlie lookout, I'm sure she will rip you to shreds before Percy will, Just a minute ago she pulled a sword from her collar and tried to kill me'. Hayley spun around to face Sirius with an angry look on her face 'I was trying to kill you? You were the one acting like the grim hiding in the shadows and all' She lifted her palm to Sirius' eye level and black flames appeared.

Sirius had a look of fear, he took a step back and said 'Now, now there's no need to play with fire, I was only joking' Hayley let the flames disappear she had a look of content and Charlie decided to be on her good list.

'Err...' Charlie started 'How did you come here, aren't you supposed to be in Hogwarts?' Hayley chuckled 'I can walk through doors, I need Dad to sign our Hogsmeade permission slips, and I bet Minnie is waiting for me in her office' Charlie then looked at her tie 'You're in Slytherin?' Hayley instantly went to defensive mode 'What's wrong with Slytherin? 'Err…' Charlie stuttered 'N-no nothing's wrong' 'She's also in Gryffindor' Sirius added ruffling her hair. Charlie looked at Sirius in confusion but didn't question it. 'Done' James exclaimed taking his wand making the slips drift around Hayley and then settle on her outstretched palm.

Then out of the blue Hayley asked innocently 'How old do you have to be to use magic outside Hogwarts?' '17' James said smiling but then his smile drooped realizing something. Hayley clapped her hands together 'technically I'm 18, so I can do magic outside Hogwarts' She then took her wand out twirling it between her fingers with a mischievous smile on his lips. Slowly Charlie's, Sirius' and James' hair turned orange, pink and blue. Charlie was the first to realize that Sirius' hair was turning pink, he burst into laughter and Sirius noticing the others' hair started laughing with James following seeing the others' hair. Hayley winked at her father 'Cute hair color dad, I'm sure mum would love it'

James abruptly stopped and so did the others, Hayley then conjured up a mirror in which the men could see their hair color. Hayley made her way over to the kitchen door and when Sirius turned to order her to change it back she stopped him. She blew them a kiss and laughed 'Goodbye' before she opened the door James stopped her 'Hayley you're rooming with Reyna right?' Hayley had a thoughtful expression then she smiled 'I'm rooming with Percy, it must've slipped my mind, goodbye' she then opened the door and disappeared before James could react. Sirius chuckled 'Now I'm sure she's my goddaughter' James and Charlie gave him a look before asking 'you had doubts?'

'She's like both of you mixed together in the opposite gender' Charlie stated and James and Sirius smirked 'Well' Sirius started 'she does have my good looks' 'my mischievousness, and Chloe's brains' James added. Sirius' eyes lit up in delight 'we should make her join the marauders' James grinned 'you're right, she'll be our legacy' 'along with the twins' Sirius added grinning and rubbing his hands together, Charlie found their conversation really funny.

Hayley walked in Minerva's office with the mischievous lingering on her lips, Minerva raised an eyebrow at her and she smiled wider 'I did magic outside Hogwarts, Minnie and I loved it' she then added 'My father, godfather, and Charlie loved the hair colors I gave them' Minerva cracked a grin; the young Potter was really like her father.

'Miss Potter I advise you to go to lunch' Minerva informed the young Potter who winked at her and walked out. On her way out Hayley was wrapped up in her thoughts, she didn't notice bumping into someone until she stumbled on her feet. Two strong hands caught her and helped her to her feet; she lifted her head to thank the person but was cut short by meeting two silver orbs. Draco Malfoy. She took a deep breath and exhaled through her nostrils, she smiled at him 'thanks, dragon' and he nodded.

'You going to lunch?' she asked him and he nodded again refusing to speak to her, Hayley finally lost 'god damn it' she snapped, luckily the corridor was deserted. Draco was taken aback 'Can't you talk?' she asked taking deep breaths. 'I can perfectly well talk' he stated and she sighed 'then why aren't you talking?' 'I'm talking right now' he smirked she rolled her eyes 'why were you ignoring me?' 'I have my reasons' he stated his silver orbs boring into hers. 'Whatever' she muttered and walked away.

It was defense against dark arts after lunch and the students crowded in the classroom, Hayley sighing in boredom the stupid Umbridge won't teach anything, what's the point? She thought as the toad cleared her throat, great thought Hayley. 'Wands away' The toad commanded smiling sweetly 'as we finished chapter one last lesson, I would like you all to turn to page nineteen today and commence chapter two, 'Common defensive theories and Their Derivation' there will be no need to talk' She smiled again and sat down at her desk.

Hayley mentally groaned and turned to page nineteen, she stared at the page and raised her hand along with Hermione 'Yes, Miss Potter?' the toad asked sweetly 'I've read Chapter two' Hayley stated and Hermione echoed 'me too'

'Well then proceed to Chapter three'

'I've read that too, I've finished the whole book' Hermione and Hayley said in unison. The toad seemed surprised but then instantly recovered 'well, then, you should be able to tell what Slinkhard says about counterjinxes in chapter 15' 'He says counterjinxes are improperly named' Hermione started 'He says 'counterjinx' is just a name people give their jinxes when they want to make them sound more acceptable' Hayley finished.

The toad raised her eyebrows, 'but we disagree' the girls continued in unison, the toad eyebrows raised higher and her gaze became colder.

'You disagree?'

'Yes, we do' Hayley said clearly unlike the toad who was whispering, she had the whole class' attention. 'Mr. Slinkhard doesn't like jinxes, does he? But I think they are very useful when used defensively' Hermione said 'oh, you do, do you?' Umbridge asked 'But I'm afraid it is Mr. Slinkhard's opinion, and not yours, that matters within the classroom, Miss. Granger and Miss. Potter'

'But-' Hermione started 'that is enough' the toad snapped 'Miss. Granger five points from Gryffindor'. There was an outbreak of muttering 'what for?' Hayley and Harry asked angrily. Hermione whispered something to Harry but he didn't listen. The toad then gave a really long speech but Harry interrupted 'Yeah, Quirrel was a great teacher, but with the minor drawback of him having Lord Voldemort sticking out the back of his head'

'A week detention, Mr. Potter' the toad snapped, this time Hayley asked 'why? He's telling the truth then why should he have detention?' Percy tried to calm her but no luck. 'Miss. Potter five points from Slytherin and a week's detention for you too, now come here and take this McGonagall' 'Worth it' Hayley snapped, she then grabbed her bag slinging it over her shoulder and snatching the piece of parchment for the toad.

I've been itching to write the detention scene and I finished it, the detention scene will be in the next chapter
