Most people believe Chaotic is only a mere card game. Some don't know what Chaotic really is. That's why when some people looked into the sky, they saw a portal open up and saw Acnologia fly down into Earth. For the first time, a creature of Perim has come to Earth.

"So this is the world those strange creatures call humans come from." Acnologia said. "It's quite an interesting world. I've never seen anything like this before. It will all be a wasteland when I'm through with it."

...

Perim

Natsu and the others couldn't believe it. Acnologia has opened a way to the human world. None of them thought this was even possible.

"I can't believe it. Acnolgoia is in our world. A creature is actually on Earth." Lucy said as she was shocked as everyone else was. "How is this even possible? Why would Acnologia even want to go to our world?"

"If people thought Chaotic was just a game, this might change their minds." Zach said.

"I'm not sure what this is all about, but it won't continue." Igneel said. Acnologia brings destruction wherever he goes. He'll bring it to your world as well." Natsu and his friends didn't like the sound of that. Igneel looked to them and saw how concern they were. "I assure you that I won't allow that to happen."

"What are you going to do?" Natsu asked.

"The only thing that can be done." Igneel said. "I'm going to cross over to your world and face Acnologia."

"What?!" Natsu said as none of them could believe Igneel is going to do that.

"If something isn't done, Acnologia will destroy your world and I won't let that happen." Igneel said.

"Not along, Igneel. I'll go with you." Maxxor said.

"Same here. I've always been curious about the human world." Chaor said.

"I shall go as well." Mudeenu said.

"Same here." Odu-Bathax as well.

"Very well." Igneel said. Igneel turned to Natsu. "Don't worry, Natsu. I won't let your world get caught in our world's affairs. We'll stop Acnologia." Igneel flew up to the air with Maxxor and the others using some fancy attacks that helps them get up to the portal. Natsu and the others saw him off.

"We should port back to Chaotic." Zach said. "We need to tell the codemasters what's going on. Maybe they might know what to do."

"Good idea. Everyone needs to be alerted about this." Erza said.

"You two go. Natsu and I will port back home." Lucy said as she looked up at the portal. "Natsu, I'm sure that's not just any place on Earth. I think...I think that's our hometown I see."

"Your hometown?!" Zach said. "That's just bad luck."

"We'll port home to see what's going on." Lucy said.

"Very well, but be careful." Erza said as she and Zach ported out of there.

"Come on, Natsu." Lucy said, but Natsu just stood there and wasn't moving. Natsu wasn't just looking at the portal. He was looking at who was there when the portal opened. "Natsu?"

"You go on ahead, Lucy." Natsu said. "There might be something I can do that actually will help. It's not just Acnologia we have to deal with. It's his partner as well." Lucy knew who he was talking about. He was planning to go after Siegfried.

"Natsu, Siegfried is dangerous." Lucy said. "He's clearly no ordinary human. I don't know what he is exactly."

"That might be, but he's a part of this. None of this would really be happening if it weren't for him." Natsu said. "Siegfried clearly had this planned from the start. Igneel and the others can deal with Acnologia, but Siegfried is someone I can handle. This is my chance to actually help."

"But it's dangerous, Natsu." Lucy said. "What if...What if Siegfried is more dangerous than we think. What if you don't come back if you go near him?" Natsu turned to look at her and he could see that Lucy was really scared of what might happen from here, especially to him. At the same time, he thought the same thing. If he faces Siegfried, he might not come back. There's no telling what Siegfried will do to him. He also knew that he had to do this. So Natsu made himself a promise and sealed that promise by pulling Lucy closer and actually kissing her. Lucy wasn't expecting that since they've been friends for so long.

"I will come back. I promise." Natsu said and ran off to face Siegfried. Lucy was shocked at what Natsu did, but it gave her the strength to believe in him as she took out her scanner and ported out of there. Meanwhile. Siegfried looked up and was amazed with what he did and what will happen.

"Well, I've done my part. Maybe I should port home, try to figure out where he went, and check out the destruction." Siegfried pulled out his scanner and was about to leave, but a rock was tossed at him and hit him in the hand and caused him to drop his scanner.

"You're not going anywhere." Siegfried looked and saw Natsu was able to catch him. While Igneel and the others are doing what they can, Natsu is going to do what he can.

...

Earth

Acnologia wasted no time as he brought destruction upon the world. His attack began with people running in a panic.

"These humans don't even fight back. It's actually pitiful." Acnologia said. "What good are these strange creatures in the first place?" While the attack was going on, the real Natsu and Lucy saw what was going on and couldn't believe it.

"Acnologia?! What's he doing here?!" Lucy said.

"Our selves at Chaotic would know." Natsu said. Lucy heard her scanner go off and her memories of all that happened came back to her.

"Yikes." Lucy said.

"What? What's going on?" Natsu questioned. She also remembered what Natsu did and things got a little awkward.

"I'll...tell you later. Don't worry. Help is on the way." Lucy said. Acnologia continued his attack as he had it all come down on Earth.

"Acnologia!" Acnologia looked up and spotted Igneel flying his way over to him. "This senseless destruction will end! Fireram!" Igneel unleashed the attack and blasted Acnologia with it. Maxxor and the other tribal leaders arrived and they kept their focus on Acnologia.

"Accelerated Unity!" Maxxor ordered. All five of them used the same attack and blasted him hard with that attack. Acnologia was blown back from the attack and smashed right into the building. The five of them worked together and were going to protect this world and their world.

"So you followed me into this world." Acnologia said as he pulled himself out of the rubble. "When will you see that I can't be stopped?"

"This is not our world, but this isn't your world either. You have no right to be here." Igneel said.

"You're leaving this world at once." Mudeenu said.

"Go ahead and try to make me." Acnologia said.

"Igneel, you get ready to attack. The four of us will use simultaneous mugic attacks." Odu-Bathax said.

Good idea. Let's try it." Maxxor said as the four of them brought out mugic. "Song of Dyad!"

"Canon of Casualty!"

"Trills of Diminution!"

"Song of Symmetry! All four of them cast a mugic that would have some effect on Acnologia. All four of them played and attacked Acnologia.

"Good. That mugic Mudeenu cast should take away some of the strange power he has. Now's my chance!" Igneel said as he flew into the air. "Symmetry Slam!" Igneel used the attack and blasted Acnologia with it. They thought they had him with that series of attacks as a great flash went off. They waited to see the results and nothing. Acnologia didn't seem bothered at all.

"You're getting more creative." Acnologia said. "That's good if you truly intend to defeat me."

"How could none of that worked?!" Chaor said.

"What is he? Is he some sort of immortal being?" Maxxor said. None of them like this at all. Can Acnologia be stopped?

...

Chaotic

As soon as Erza and Zach got back to Chaotic, they moved as fast as they could to the closest drome. The closest one they could get to was the Amzen Drome and, by coincidence, Gray was there.

"Gray!" Zach called and got his attention.

"Hey, guys. What's going on? I got a match coming up." Gray said.

"Match is cancelled." Erza said as she ran right past him and hurried inside.

"Hey! You can't just say my match is cancelled!" Gray said as he ran after them.

"Codemaster Amzen!" Erza called out. "Codemaster Amzen, we have something important to tell you! It's an emergency!" Her cries were answered as Amzen appeared out of the floor.

"You're looking for me?" Amzen questioned.

"Codemaster Amzen, we have an emergency. Our world is in real danger." Zach said. They explained everything that was going on to Codemaster Amzen and they could see that this was a real threat and because of that, all matches have been cancelled and an alarm was going off on all monitors and scanners.

"Attention! All Chaotic players are to port back to Earth at once! This is not a drill!" Amzen alerted everyone. Everyone was in a panic and was porting out as fast as they could.

"I can't believe Acnologia is actually in the human world." Gray said.

"So why is Amzen telling everyone to port home?" Zach said. "Why would she put us into the fire?"

"If Perim and Earth aren't safe, I doubt Chaotic is any better." Erza said. "Think about it, if something happened to us on Earth, we never be able to return home. This isn't even our real bodies. We be nothing, but digital clones of our real selves and never being able to return home. I'm not sure what you would even call that."

"I think I get it. Never being able to go home and going around like your some sort of ghost or whatever sounds awful." Zach said. "Going home now and helping our friends and family are better than not going home at all."

"What about Lucy and Natsu?" Gray questioned.

"They should be home already. We should go too." Erza said. "Let us hope this isn't the last time we see each other." Zach agreed and the two of them headed for the transport system, but Gray wasn't so sure himself about leaving.

...

Natsu

Natsu stood face-to-face with Siegfried. While Acnologia was being dealt with, Natsu took it upon himself to stay and stop Siegfried. As Siegfried reached down and grabbed his scanner, both of them got the alert on their scanners.

"Well, it seems that Chaotic is being evacuated." Siegfried said. "I've always wondered if Chaotic is on Earth, Perim, or somewhere in between. I guess Acnologia crossing over puts all three places at risk."

"Siegfried, why are you doing this?" Natsu asked. "Why would you want to help something like Acnologia?" Siegfried just remained silent. "I asked you a question! Answer me! You owe it to a lot of people since none of this would be happening if it weren't for you!"

"Natsu, I owe you nothing." Siegfried said. "I don't see why I should explain myself. Even if I did, you wouldn't get it. You couldn't understand my pain and suffering."

"Pain and suffering? What are you talking about? What pain and suffering?" Natsu questioned.

"You're making it a bad habit of sticking your nose where it doesn't belong." Siegfried said. "Let's suppose you're right and I actually do have to tell you. It wouldn't change the outcome either way. There is no defeating Acnologia to begin with."

"Why's that?" Natsu said.

"Because you can't release a soul...without the whole soul." Siegfried said as he held out his scanner with his scan of Acnologia.

"What are you talking about? You still haven't explained why you're doing this either." Natsu said.

"I suppose for you to get the whole picture, I really do have to tell you my story." Siegfried said. "I lived a pretty simple life. I had great parents, a great home, and had some good friends. I had nothing to complain about and I felt like there was nothing for me to worry about. That's not how life really works. Just when you think things are doing well, things take a turn for the worst. My life went well until my family wasn't a family anymore. It broke apart and things weren't the same. I thought that I might have done something, somewhere along the way it was all my fault. So I tried being a good boy. I studied hard in school, I did everything I was asked, but it was all for naught. I soon lost it all. My family, I soon lost all my friends, and soon my home. It was all gone. It all felt unfair, unjust. I felt like I felt in a pit of darkness and Chaotic was the one place I still had."

"Chaotic?" Natsu questioned.

"That's right. I was like you. I was a mere fellow player." Siegfried said. "That was until I came across great power." He remembered all of it so clearly. It helped him changed everything. "I soon came across the seal that trapped Acnologia and he was able to speak to me. He made me a deal. He would give me great power if I would help him and so I did. He would help me destroy the world that ruined my happy life. Haven't you been curious as to how I have a scan of Acnologia even though he was sealed away? It's because a piece of his very soul is inside!"

"His soul?!" Natsu said.

"That's right. A piece of Acnologia's soul is inside my scanner and because of that, my scanner got altered." Siegfried said. "His code was placed inside. That's why I have a scan of Acnologia. It's thanks to him I became more powerful than ever and I kept my end of the bargain. I helped freed him and I helped him enter our world. Now that time has come. Your dragon friend and the others can fight all they want, but it won't do any good."

"Why not?" Natsu said.

"It's just as I said." Siegfried said. "The Acnologia in our world is something similar to a zombie. He can't be defeated because a piece of his soul isn't with him. You can't be destroyed if you don't have a soul. The only real way to defeat Acnologia is to actually defeat mine in a match and that can't happen. There is nothing that can be done now. Acnologia can't be stopped and the world that ruined my life will suffer."

"Cry me a river." Natsu said and Siegfried wasn't expecting that. "So life isn't fair, huh?! You think that makes what you're doing right?! We all have hard times. It's not just you. Getting past the pain and learning to live with it might be hard, but it's also the right way. Inflicting that sort of pain on others isn't going to do any good. It's not going to change anything!"

"I knew you wouldn't get it." Siegfried said as he just shrugged it off. "Someone who probably still has a pretty good life like you wouldn't understand."

"Well, I think I understand all I need to know." Natsu said. "So if I defeat your scan of Acnologia in a battle, that will somehow weaken the real Acnologia and that means we can defeat him once and for all."

"Yes. Are you actually challenging me to a battle? Now of all times?" Siegfried said. "Why would I even accept?"

"If you think there's no way you can lose, what's the harm?" Natsu said. "Besides, if you manage to beat me, I'll give you all my scans."

"What good would that be?" Siegfried said. "After all this, Chaotic will practically be done for."

"So let's make it one last battle." Natsu said. "You're a fellow player regardless of what happened. You know you can't resist. This could be the last battle anyone ever has. What do you say?"

"I say you're a bigger fool. You couldn't beat me the first time we battled." Siegfried said. "Not to mention that I really have no reason to battle you."

"What's wrong? Afraid?" Natsu taunted. "I'll just take your scanner by force and hand it to a codemaster. I'm sure they can override your scanners systems and delete your scan of Acnologia. At least this will give you a fighting chance."

"Maybe you're not as moronic as I thought." Siegfried said. "Very well, Natsu. Let's make history in having what could possibly be the final battle ever."

...

Chaotic

Natsu and Siegfried were able to port back to Chaotic. They headed to the Beta Drome and were setting up for the final battle. The only creature Natsu has that even stands a chance against Acnologia is Igneel.

"Use all the mugic and battlegear you want. It won't help you." Siegfried said as they set their teams.

"We'll see about that. Ready?" Natsu said. They locked their decks and they were ready to go. Natsu had three mugics ready, one for each of Igneel's mugicians.

"Brace yourself, Natsu. This will be the end for you." Siegfried said. Natsu actually has a chance to stop this madness, but can he do it alone?
