Hello, boys and girls! As I continue to work on my other two Phineas and Ferb fanfictions, I realized I don't usually write generic Phinebella fluff. And since I like this idea for an episode of Phineas and Ferb and a big fan of the two Meap episodes, I've decided to write my own version of Meap Me in St. Louis! Keep in mind, I'm not gonna follow the trailer clips from the fake trailer they made for this at the end of Meapless in Seattle. But this is going to be a very Phinebella fluff fueled fanfiction.
Linda drove down a street in St. Louis. In the backseat were Phineas, Ferb, and Isabella. They were all on a 3 day trip to St. Louis, as Linda and Lawrence were hosting an antique convention here. Phineas and Ferb were brought along and asked everyone else if they wanted to go and Isabella was the only person who had accepted. Buford had said he didn't like St. Louis, much to Phineas and Ferb's confusion and Baljeet said he was going to a Biology Camp for an entire week, meaning they wouldn't see him even after they got back. Candace was staying the next two nights at Stacy's house, so she denied an invite from Linda and Lawrence. Soon, Linda turned a corner and everyone could see their hotel.
"There's the hotel!" Phineas said.
"Thank goodness," Isabella said, "My butt's starting to get sore!" Ferb gave a small thumbs up, implying his butt was also getting sore.
"Say… didn't you already use this joke in the fantasy story?" Phineas asked.
"Well, yeah. But I think it's a funny joke!" thedarkkn9ght said, "Besides, this time I had Ferb give a thumbs up and broke the fourth wall!"
"Okay then…" Phineas said. Linda pulled up to the hotel and everyone got out. Phineas picked up his bags, Ferb picked up the bags belonging to him, and Isabella took out her bags. Meanwhile, Linda and Lawrence went into the hotel to check in.
Several hundred thousand miles away, an alien spacecraft was flying through space. There were five aliens on board the ship bickering. Well, four of the aliens were bickering.
"I say we betray him!" one alien said.
"Yeah! He can't be trusted! He comes from a world full of nothing but cute aliens!" another alien said. Eventually, the one not bickering stepped forward.
"Enough! All of you! We wouldn't be here if it weren't for Big Mitch!" the alien said.
"Morg is right!" a voice said. The aliens turned around and saw Mitch standing in the doorway. Mitch began walking forward.
"If I catch you aliens trying to betray me, I will drop you right back off at the prison and leave! After all, I don't need your help to accomplish my revenge plan! Remember our deal!" Mitch said as he leaned into the face of one of the aliens.
"Exactly. Mitch said that he would help us conquer Planet Earth if we help him enact his revenge on… um… on… uh… who are you getting revenge on again?" Morg asked.
"This girl…" Mitch said, holding up a picture of an earth girl.
"But you once said that you wanted to conquer the ENTIRE universe! Why should we trust that you wouldn't betray us the moment you got the chance?" an alien said.
"Oh, Blitz," Mitch said as we walked to a window, "I know when it would be a bad idea to conquer the universe without the power of cutonium. I merely now just want revenge on the girl who out-cuted me. So do not question where my… 'loyalties' lie…"
Back on Earth, Isabella confronted Phineas.
"Hi, Phineas. Whatcha doing?" Isabella asked with a smile?
"Brainstorming…" Phineas said, as he was on his head with Ferb.
"Um… so… Phineas…" Isabella said, "I… I was wondering if… maybe you wanted to go on a little picnic with me? At the… Gateway Arch…?" Phineas glanced at Ferb, who gave him a thumbs up. Phineas got to his feet and confronted Linda.
"Hey, mom. Isabella wants to have a picnic with me under the Gateway Arch. Mind if you drop us off there?" Phineas asked.
"Oh sure, honey," Linda said, "Just let me finish some preparations for the Antique Convention and I'll meet you guys out front." Phineas and Isabella smiled and sat down on a bench in front of the hotel. They were both rather quiet, waiting for Linda to finish her preparations. But Isabella was inching closer and closer to Phineas. Eventually, she placed her head on Phineas's shoulder, causing Phineas to look at her.
"Is everything okay, Isabella?" Phineas asked.
"Yeah… just waiting for your mom to finish preparations…" Isabella said.
"Ah. That makes sense. So… what's your favorite thing we've done this summer?" Phineas asked.
"Hm…" Isabella thought to herself, "Spending time with you."
"Okay," Phineas said, "that's one of the corniest things ever!" Phineas and Isabella shared a laugh.
"What has your favorite thing we've done this summer been Phineas?"
"Hm… probably make memories…" Phineas said. Isabella laughed and then said "'That's one of the corniest things ever!' You're one to talk!" Isabella said.
"Heh heh… touche…" Phineas said, "But in all seriousness. Probably the rollercoaster. So nostalgic!" Soon, Linda walked out of the hotel.
"You kids ready?" Linda asked.
"Yes, yes we are!" Phineas said. Phineas and Isabella got in the back seat of the car while Linda got in the driver's seat.
"So, is this a date?" Linda asked, eyeing Isabella in particular. Isabella looked at Phineas, knowing despite the fact she really wanted him to answer yes, he would probably answer-
"Maybe it is, maybe it isn't," Phineas said cryptically, which was unlike him.
"What?" Isabella asked, not sure if she had heard Phineas properly.
"I'm just saying," Phineas said, "You acted nervous when you asked me on this picnic. Is it a date, Isabella?" Isabella simply stared at Phineas, loss for words. After all this time being nothing but an oblivious boy, had he finally noticed the way she treated him?
And that wraps up Chapter 1! I hope you enjoyed this chapter! It was a ton of fun to write! Especially that ending! So… what will happen next? You'll just have to wait until chapter 2 to see! :)
