Hi guys two chapters this time as I'm up to writing Chapter 28, and now four ahead than the normal two. Well read and review. Oh and would anyone know a beta reader that will work with me and not wreck my writing style. Because I'm working without one and I'm Dyslexic and I don't notice all the spelling mistakes and grammar some I do but not all.

Chapter Twenty-Four: Bad News
North looked out the window in his office, he knew what had happened Mr Malfoy had sent him an owl. He wasn't to pleased what had happen. His Mal'chik wasn't going to like it when Hagrid told him, what had happened and what could happen.
North looked down at the sketchbook Jack had given him with two of the pages marked, the idea was brilliant, North was a little upset he didn't come up with the ideas but they were great and couldn't wait to make them. He looked out the window just in time to see Jack be greeted by the half giant and entered the cottage the man owned.
Jack gave North the warning if he so much heard the argument Christmas vs. Easter he would be asking Phil for help, but with the detail and if it wasn't made it could be dangers for any one child to use if it was made wrong that's way he needs to ask for help, from a friend and a mentor.
"Nickolas."
Nick smiled as he turned to one of his oldest friends. "Ombric."
Ombric could almost pose as Dumbledore twin only Ombric was a lot older and not as colour blind.
"You asked for some help?"
"Yes, it seems that someone is trying to out invent me." Nick tapped the sketchbook.
"Ah yes, he is enjoying having friends is he not?" Ombric smiled then gave a sigh. "But I can not help you, but he can." Ombric pointed to the opening door.
"Bunny?"
That night Sandy was keep up late for a child in the castle was having nightmares, not ones that Pitch gives but the ones that are made from bad memories and secrets that should have been kept hidden being found out. Sandy wasn't the only one up; Aster was also up late working hard on making someone's ideas becoming realty.
Morning came and saw Jack seeing off the twins for the Christmas Holidays, it seems with the Black situation still over everyone's heads it seems that almost all students have gone back home for the Christmas holidays. The only besides Jack, Aster and Sandy there were only six other students three being Harry, Ron and Hermione. North was also leaving until Christmas, after all Phil can't do everything the Jolly Old St Nick can do.
"Frost!"
Jack looked towards the voice that was calling him and gave a smile, "Malfoy."
The boys waved to each other before Draco entered a coach and left for the holidays.
Jack took his time to Hagrid's he promised that he would help. When he got to the hut he was met with a down cast Hagrid.
"Hagrid what's wrong?"
"This just came in." Hagrid said close to tears has he gave the boy an official-looking letter.
Jack took it and started to read.
Dear Mr Hagrid,
Further to our inquiry into the attack by a Hippogiff on two students in your class, we have accepted the assurances of Professor Dumbledore that you bear no responsibility for the regrettable incident.
However, we must register our concern about the Hippogriff in question. We have decided to uphold the official complaint of Mr Lucius Malfoy, and this matter will therefore be taken to the Committee for the Disposal of Dangerous Creatures. The hearing will take place on April 20th, and we ask you to present yourself and your Hippogiff at the Committee's offices in London on that date. In the meantime, the Hippogiff should be kept tethered and isolated.
Yours in fellowship…
"I hate December." Jack looked up from the paper and saw frost over the table he was sitting at. 'Not good, got to get out of here' Jack thought trying to call the frost back "Do you need anything done outside?"
"Just the regular" Hagrid said as the tears started to fall "and when ya done can ya brin' Buckbeak in."
It took longer then normal for Jack to do all the jobs he has done for Hagrid as Jack had to stop and let some of the anger that was growing inside Jack. By the time that Jack entered the hut again, this time with Buckbeak, it was almost lunchtime. Jack was bushing down Buckbeak when he fell asleep, having used his energy outside. Hagrid watched with a small smile, as Buckbeak nuzzled the boy and laid a protective wing over the spirit.
'If only they could see him if now' Hagrid thought as a knock sounded at the door.
Jack woke up to the smell of tea, Buckbeak gave Jack a nudge with his beak to settle down, and that's when he heard that Hagrid was talking to someone.
"An' them Dementors make me feel ruddy terrible an' all" he was telling someone "Gotta walk past 'em ev'ry thim I want a drink in the Three Broomsticks. 'S like bein' back in Azkaban –" He fell silent, Jack heard him gulping his tea.
'Poor guy must still get nightmares from when he was in that place.' Jack thought as he tried to listen who was with Hagrid. After a while, Hermione's voice came to Jack's ears.
"Is it awful in there, Hagrid?"
"Yah've no idea," said Hagrid quietly. "Never bin anywhere like it. Thought I was goin' mad. Kep' goin' over horrible stuff in me mind… the day I got expelled from Hogwarts… day my dad died… day I had ter let Norbert go…"
'Who's Norbert? ... wait this is Hagrid must have been a pet' Jack thought.
"Yeh can' really remember who yer are after a while. An' yeh can' see the point of livin' at all. I used ter hope I'd just die in me sleep… when they let me out, it was like bein' born again ,ev'ry thin' came flooding back, it was the bes' feeling in the world. Mind the Dementors weren't keen on letting me go."
"But you were innocent!" cried Hermione.
Jack shock his head and got out from under Buckbeak's wing. He got a go look at Hagrid's visitors. Harry and Ron were on the opposite side of the table to Hagrid, Hermione was on one of the smaller, not by much but the side was smaller, ends on the table to her self.
"They wouldn't have cared, they were just loosening a meal, and that's all they care about." Jack said with a shrug. "And before you start yelling at me I had nothing to do with, neither did my family."
"Hav' a nice nap Jack?"
Jack nodded and came to sit next on the only free chair, and pored him self a mug of milk.
Hagrid went quiet for a moment, staring into his tea. Jack just looked at the grey Hippogriff as it resorted his temporary nest.
"Thought o' jus' letting Buckbeak go… tryin' ter make him fly away… but how d'yeh explain ter a Hippogriff it's gotta go inter hidin'? An '–an' I'm scared o' breaking the law…" Hagrid looked up at the teens, tears leaking down his face. "I don' ever want ter go back ter Azkaban."
When they got back to the castle Hermione convinced Jack to help them save Buckbeak.
