I forgot to put this in the first chapter, folks!

*I DON'T OWN POKÉMON OR CARE BEARS*

GWS (short for Great Wishing Star): And so, the Kingdom of Caring became home for the Care Bear Family and Ash as well. And whenever someone on Earth needed their help, the Caring Meter will let Noble Heart and True Heart know.

That was when the Caring Meter, which is heart-shaped and almost looks like a clock, gonged and True Heart and Noble Heart ran to the window while in pajamas.

True Heart: Oh!

Noble Heart: Look.

True Heart: The Caring Meter! Someone must need our help down on Earth. What'll we do?

Noble Heart: Why, go and help them! Hurry, hurry! Wait a minute.

True Heart: Wait.

Both: But who's going to look after the Cubs? I will. One of us has to go, right. I'll go! [bumps into each other]

Then, Ash came in the bedroom, in his tank top and pajama shorts. He got woken up from the noise.

Ash: [groggily while rubbing one of his eyes] What's all the racket in here, guys. Some of us were trying to sleep. (uses Refresh to refresh himself)

Noble Heart: [dizzy] Sorry, Ash!

True Heart: I'll go this time, Noble Heart. You stay here and look after the Cubs.

Ash: I'll help too! Besides, I have a way with children, whether it's a human or a Care Bear.

Noble Heart: Oh, yeah! You told us recently that you're a father of many children.

Ash: Yep! Oh, I almost forgot. [hands True Heart a brown paper bag] A little something for you in case you get hungry. My homemade chocolate chip cookies.

True Heart: [sniffs in the bag] Wow! They smell good, Ash. I didn't know you can bake and cook.

Ash: Yep! Learned that from the friends I made during my travels. I made enough for you and for whoever you're going to be helping.

True Heart: Thank you, Ash.

Ash: You're welcome, True Heart. And be careful out there. You don't know what could happen down there or what can be lurking in the shadows.

True Heart: Don't worry, I will. [leaves]

GWS: This was the Care Bears first mission. And it was up to True Heart to figure out how she was going to get down to Earth.

Luckily, True Heart had a backpack and goggles to keep the wind out of her eyes. As she put on her backpack, Noble Heart and Ash went to window to see her off.

Noble Heart: Goodbye, True Heart! Good luck, and be careful!

Ash: Have a nice trip!

Then, True Bear jumped off the cloud and was on her way down to Earth.

True Heart: [as she's falling] WE CARE!

Then, Ash went off to go to his room.

Noble Heart: Ash? Where ya going? Aren't you gonna help me with the Cubs?

Ash: I will, I just need to message my friends back home where I'm from to tell them where I'm at and where I'm staying.

Noble Heart: Okay! But be quick!

Ash: I will.

So, Ash went to his room and got out his journal that one of his wives, Twilight Sparkle had given him. But this journal was no ordinary journal. It was magic! That way, he can get a message to Twilight and the others back home. He sat down on his bed and began writing.

Ash: [in his head][writing] Dear, Twilight Sparkle, my beautiful princess, I bet you and the others are wondering where I am because I haven't turned up yet. But don't worry, I'm perfectly safe and sound. I'm with some new friends that I made. They're called the Care Bears and Care Bear Cousins. An evil threat named Dark Heart is after them and I'm going to try and protect them in anyway I can. I'm basically now known as the Guardian of Caring. Tell mom, Celestia, Luna, my brothers, the other girls and the kids that I'm perfectly fine and I'll be home as soon as I can. Love, your strong handsome man, Ash. P.S. Tell Rainbow Dash and Sonic that they may have a speed rival that'll give them a run for their money in the future.

Ash then closed the book and he heard the cute sounds of the little Care Bear cubs. It was baby Tenderheart Bear and baby Proud Heart Cat.

Ash: Aww, hey you two. [picks them up] You wanted to see your Uncle Ash? Hey, how about we play a little game, huh? You wanna play "Horsey Back Riding?" (Tenderheart and Proud Heart nodded) Okay! [gets down on all fours with Tenderheart and Proud Heart on his back] NEIGH! [gallops like a horse]

When he got to the bedroom where the cubs were sleeping. He looked around at the beds and saw one of the cubs were missing.

Ash: Hey, where's Swift Heart Rabbit?

Meanwhile, True Heart had arrived at her designated location, which was a summer camp.

True Heart: This must be the place alright. [she takes off her backpack, dropped her goggles inside. Then, out came baby Swift Heart! True Heart was surprised] Why, little Swift Heart Rabbit. You little stow away. [puts her backpack on] Well, you might as well come along and help me find out what the trouble is all about.

She walks over to the main building of the summer camp when she felt her backpack vibrate. That was when Swift Heart handed True Heart her cellphone that Ash had recently given her.

True Heart: Thank you! [answers the call that was from Ash] Hello!

Ash: Hey, True Heart. Is Swift Heart with you by any chance?

True Heart: Yeah, she is. She stowed away in my backpack.

Ash: [chuckles] Guess Swift Heart wanted to be apart of the field action.

True Heart: [chuckles] Yeah, I should say so. [hears footsteps and children's voices] Uh oh! I gotta go, Ash! I don't want those kids to see me.

Ash: No problem, True Heart! I'll let Noble Heart know that Swift Heart's with you. And please be careful, okay.

True Heart: I will. Bye! [hangs up the phone and hands it to Swift Heart to put in the backpack where she was hiding]

True Heart was looking for someplace to hide. Then, she ran into a totem pole and the bird on top fell onto her. At least now she's hidden. As the kids ran by, they kicked up dust causing True Heart to sneeze. Then, she saw three more kids not far behind. Their names were John, Dawn and Christy. They were running to catch up when they tripped and fell on top of each other. The boy that was in the lead, that's called the Camp Champ, touched the totem pole first.

Camp Champ: First back. I win! Ha! John, Dawn and Christy are last again.

Christy: [disappointed] So what else is new?

Camp Champ: Ha! Ha! Ha! You three are last at everything.

Christy: And you're always first at everything. So what does that make you?

Camp Champ: Camp Champ, that's what. I can run faster, swim better and hike longer than the three of you put together! But big deal—so can every other kid here. Let me give you some advice: if you can't keep up, leave. Right after you do the trash duty. Ha! Ha! Ha!

Christy wasn't all that happy. In fact, she was upset.

Christy: I wish that just once, I could be Camp Champ! I hate being last and I hate being here!

Dawn: So do we, Christy. We can't swim. We can't paddle a boat... He's right. We'll always be last.

John: And we'll always be doing trash duty.

Dawn: And all the camp laundry.

Christy: Well, not me. Not anymore! I'm going to do something about it!

True Heart Bear: That's the way, Christy.

Both: What are you going to do?

Christy: I'm going to run away!

True Heart Bear: Run away?! No!

Dawn: Wait, Christy.

John: We're going with you.

True Heart Bear: [runs after them] Don't run away! [trips and falls] Ooph! Ooooh. Let go of me. Aaah! [pulls her head out of the bird totem] Ahh! [follows them, but comes to a fork in the path] Oooh! Now which path did they take? [heads down the left path] I hope things are going better for Ash and Noble Heart than they are for me.

Meanwhile, Ash and Noble Heart were taking care of the cubs back at the Kingdom of Caring. Right now, Noble Heart was giving baby Lotsa Heart Elephant a bath.

(Baby Lotsa Heart Elephant, who is in the pool, sprays water at Noble Heart Horse)

Great Wishing Star: [laughs] But it seems that Ash and Noble Heart has more than his hands full taking care of the little cubs.

(Noble Heart Horse carries Baby Lotsa Heart, then Baby Tenderheart and Baby Brave Heart Lion play with a spinning top. When Noble Heart Horse picks them up, Baby Share Bear appears and touches the top and spins uncontrollably, knocking down Baby Wish Bear and Baby Loyal Heart Dog's sandcastle in the process while Noble Heart Horse puts baby Brave Heart Lion and Tenderheart Bear to bed. Noble Heart Horse then walks over to Baby Wish Bear and Baby Loyal Heart Dog, both who are surprised that their sandcastle is knocked over and start to cry.)

Baby Wish Bear and Baby Loyal Heart Dog: Waaa! Boo hoo!

(Baby Gentle Heart Lamb and Baby Champ Bear are already asleep in their beds. Noble Heart Horse puts Baby Wish Bear and Baby Loyal Heart Dog in their beds and puts pacifiers in their mouths. Noble Heart Horse chases Baby Share Bear and she makes Baby Funshine Bear jump off a seesaw and land in Noble Heart Horse's arms. Noble Heart Horse carries Baby Funshine Bear, then Baby Share Bear becomes dizzy from spinning too much and Noble Heart Horse carries her and Baby Good Luck Bear. On a tree, Noble Heart Horse finds Baby Proud Heart Cat and Baby Playful Heart Monkey, who he tries to get, but they run away. Noble Heart Horse falls off the branch, but luckily, Ash caught Noble Heart with Psychic and was lowered gently to the ground, and Noble Heart gets hugged by Baby Proud Heart Cat and Baby Playful Heart Monkey. Noble Heart Horse then tucks Baby Bedtime Bear into bed and puts a pacifier in his mouth. Meanwhile, the cubs are asleep after Noble Heart Horse tucks them to bed.)

Noble Heart Horse: Whew!

Ash: [whispers] And now, what I do with my kids, I usually play them a soft, gentle lullaby.

Noble Heart: [whispers, confused] Huh? Whaddya mean?

Then, Ash pulls out leaf flute from his backpack and played Oracion, which means "prayer". Noble Heart was actually enjoying that peaceful music. After Ash finished, the cubs were peacefully sound asleep.

Noble Heart: [whispers] Wow! You're good!

Ash: [whispers] Thanks! Now, whaddya say we have some lunch. I made some curry for you to try.

Noble Heart: [whispers, jokingly] Sure! As long as you don't eat too loud. [chuckles quietly]

Ash: [whispers] Ha ha! Very funny!

So, Ash and Noble Heart went to eat a nice curry picnic lunch. Noble Heart, tried the curry and his eyes glittered with wonder.

Noble Heart: [whispers] Wow, this curry is amazing! You really gotta teach me how to make it.

Ash: [whispers] That'll be for another time, Noble Heart! But, right now, let's dig in.

And so, Ash and Noble Heart are their lunch happily and quietly so as to not wake up the cubs.
